Abstract

Procedimiento para la elaboración de un medicamento para el tratamiento de los transtornos por exceso de substancia P caracterizado por un derivado de aril(o heteroaril)azolilcarbinol de fórmula general (I)<EMI FILE="99049291_1" ID="1" IMF=JPEG >donde Ar es un radical fenilo o un radical tienilo, no sustituidos u opcionalmente sustituidos por 1, 2 ó 3 sustituyentes iguales o diferentes, seleccionados del grupo formado por flúor, cloro, bromo, trifluorometilo y metoxi; R1 es un átomo de hidrógeno, un grupo ciclohexilo, un grupo N-metilpiperidilo, un grupo fenilo, un grupo vinilo o un grupo alquilo C1 -C4 ;R2 es un átomo de hidrógeno, un radical dialquil (C1-C4 ) aminoalquilo (C2-C3 ), alquil(C1-C2 )azaheterociclilalquilo (C2 -C3 ), o azaheterociclilalquilo (C2-C3 ); yHet es un heterociclo aromático nitrogenado de cinco miembros que contienen de uno a tres átomos de nitrógeno, no sustituido u opcionalmente sustiuido por 1 ó 2 sustituyentes iguales o diferentes seleccionados del grupo formado por flúor, cloro, bromo, un grupo alquilo C1-C12 , un radical bencilo, un radical cianoalquilo (C2-C3), un radical carboxialquilo (C2-C3), un radical metoxicarbonilalquilo (C2-C3), un radical hidroxialquilo (C2-C3), un radical aminoalquilo (C2-C3), un radical dialquil (C1-C4) aminoalquilo (C2-C3) y un radical azaheterociclilalquilo (C2-C3); o de una de sus sales fisiológicamente aceptables,Procedimiento para optener un medicamento para el tratamiento de los trastornos que vienen mediados por un exceso de substancia P, de forma especial ciertos trastornos del sistema nervioso central, en mamíferos incluido el hombre.
