Abstract
本发明涉及至少两种相互作用的物质的包装方法。此法是将能互相作用的物质置于适合真空包装的封套中,其间至少有一层分隔层,分隔层是对相邻的互起作用的物质呈惰性的物质。然后将封套抽真空并密封。
Description
本发明涉及至少两种互相起作用的物质的包装问题,特别是用于曝光摄影软片显影的两种或两种以上的互相起作用的物质的包装。
经曝光的摄影软片的显影是将所说的软片相继通过显影浴和定影浴,制备浴溶液的物质在室温下是固体,在使用过程中二浴的效率逐渐降低,因此经过一段时间后就需准备新的浴溶液。
如果将它们互相直接接触,制备这样的显影液和定影液的一些固体物质互相之间能够作用生成不希望的反应产物。因而它们不能以混合物的形式运输。到现在为止还必须将这些物质分别包装或分组包装,在制备浴溶液之前将其混合物。这样便增加了包装和运输费用,用户制备溶液时也比较麻烦,必须特别小心才能避免用错材料和比例。
也曾试图将所需之溶液制成浓缩物,送至用户手中,用户再将浓缩物稀释后使用,以解决此问题。但这样的溶液存在严重缺点:需将大量的水从制造厂运到用户;航空公司通常不愿意运输化学溶液,所以这种浓缩物不能空运;再者,运输还有一个问题,即浓缩物在运输中受到冷却时,便会产生沉淀,而此沉淀又可能难于再溶。
本发明的目的是要解决上述各种问题。
本发明方法的特征是将互相起作用的固体物质装于适于抽真空的封套中,将封套中的互起作用的物质制成不同的层,至少用一个分隔的物质层将其分开,分隔的物质层对相邻的互起作用的物质是惰性的。然后抽真空并密封封套。
真空包装的固体颗粒物质实质上相互间无相对移动,即使包装运输不当;并且真空包装中形成两分离层的物质由于其间有一个或多个分隔层而避免了它们的相互接触。这一发现就是本发明的基础。
本发明除有上述优点外,还有常规真空包装所具有的优点,即排除了大气氧和水气。
再者,包装材料的体积可尽量小,就运输成本来说,这是特别有意义的。
本说明书中“惰性”一词意即在包装中所处的条件下在相互产生物理接触时材料之间并不发生作用,或者说其间的任何反应都是无足轻重的。
除了相对于互相作用的两种物质呈惰性外,就两种活性物质所希望的用途而言,惰性物质可以是非活性的,但也可以是与这两种反应物质一起使用的物质。
典型的显影浴是用一显影物质(如氢醌),亚硫酸钠,硼砂,强碱(如氢氧化钠),溴化钾和一种或几种添加剂组成,氢醌和氢氧化钠能以固态形式互相作用,所以在制备显影浴前,其运输和贮存均不能将它们直接接触。但是在真空包装中把一层亚硫酸钠和硼砂的分隔层置于氢醌层和氢氧化钠层之间,这些材料便可以在同一包装里长期贮存,而对制备显影浴没有不良的影响。
可使用常规方法将两种互相作用的物质和分隔物质进行真空包装。但最好分别将各材料相继装入封套。
封套最好是用非活性的气密性塑料薄膜或塑料材料与金属箔的叠层物制成的袋子。
本发明也涉及密封封套包装品,此密封封套至少有两个互起作用的物质分离层,分离层由至少一层对两层物质相对呈惰性的物质分离开来。封套中的压力低于大气压力。
现以下述实例对本发明作进一步阐述:
实例
下述各物置于由涂布塑料材料的铝箔制成的袋中,每一种物质在前一物质上形成一物质层:
乙二胺四乙酸 20克
氢醌 312克
1-苯基-3-吡唑烷酮 8克
亚硫酸钠 1250克
溴化钾 75克
硼砂 312克
氢氧化钠 168克
共计:2145克
随后,将袋子抽真空并以常规方法密封。经贮存1个半月以后,将袋子打开,内装物溶于水,由此制得的显影浴,其性质与新配制的显影浴性质相同。
Claims (4)
1、至少两种互相作用的颗粒状物质的包装方法,其特征在于此方法包括将互起作用的物质置于适合于真空包装的封套,成为分离的各层,用至少一个对相邻的可起反应的物质层相对呈惰性的物质分隔层将其分开,然后将封套抽真空并密封。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是在可互相作用的物质中间加入一层对两种能互相作用的物质相对都呈惰性的物质分隔层。
3、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是在可互相作用的物质层之间加入至少两个分隔物质层,它们之间互为惰性。
4、有密封封套的包装品,封套中含有至少两种能互相作用的物质并用至少一层对邻层物质相对呈惰性的物质层分隔开来,封套内的压力低于大气压力。
