Abstract

往复式发动机立柱的端壁(4),接受十字头轴颈在法线方向上作用的力,并支承在一个由侧壁(6)和外壁(3)形成的箱形的部件上。侧壁(6)沿垂直方向向上向端壁(4)的自由端伸展。因此,箱形部件在法向力作用最大的区域,即靠近活塞运动的上死点附近增宽,但发动机长度并不因此而增大。箱形部件的宽度增大可以减少端壁、尤其是端壁(4)的端部因负荷造成的变形。

Description

本发明有关往复式发动机中支承十字头导杆滑轨的立柱,立柱有外壁在底板和盖板之间倾斜伸展,在整个高度上伸展的侧壁将垂直端壁与外壁相连,端壁在它们的相对的面上的一部份高度上,有导杆滑轨,把作用在十字头轴颈法线方向上的力,传递到立柱上去。
在传统上,为了接受作用在法线上,并且沿垂直于往复式发动机(特别是些油机)十字头导杆滑轨方向被传递到立柱或支撑件上的力,不仅需要在导杆滑轨的高度上配置水平的横向加强肋,或在端壁和侧壁端部之间,成锐角地设置垂直伸展的加强壁(见瑞士专利CH-PS625,603号)。可以发现上文叙述的结构很昂贵。
并且,往复式发动机要求结构非常紧凑,要求气缸之间有非常短的距离。该距离取决于必要的主轴承长度,下连杆轴承长度,和两个曲柄臂尺寸的总和。因此,假如要求不“浪费”发动机的长度,侧壁在下部,靠近曲轴附近,必须非常靠近。
因此本发明的目的,是简化设置支承导杆滑轨的装置的轮廓结构,而不造成端壁过大的变形,也不增加发动机的长度。因此,根据本发明,成对地支承一个端壁的侧壁,向着端壁的端部倾斜伸展。
当然垂直作用在导杆滑轨上的,从而也作用在端壁上的力,在活塞运动的上死点处最大,按本发明提出的侧壁结构,在这区域中形成一个由端壁,外壁和两面侧壁组成的相对宽的箱体。在活塞的上死点位置附近,侧壁在端壁自由端附近支承端壁,使变形保持在狭小的限度内。
下文将参照一个实施方案和附图,对本发明作更为详尽的叙述。附图内容如下:
图1为柴油发动机中一个单立柱,沿图2中之Ⅰ-Ⅰ线的截面示意图;
图2为发动机相邻两立柱沿图1的Ⅱ-Ⅱ线的剖面俯图,两立柱间有十字头;
图3为图2沿Ⅲ-Ⅲ线的剖视图。
一个有已知结构的立柱,作为举例而言,通过将钢板焊接而构成,该立柱有底板2和倾斜外壁3及垂直端壁4配合,形成两个有梯形正面的架体。架体之间由一个共同的盖板5连接。侧壁6在外壁3和侧壁4之间使其成为一个完整的梯形架体。联接杆或双头螺栓7或类似零件(图2)放在侧壁6之间,用预应力固定发动机气缸盖(图中未出)。
用轴瓦14将曲轴16安装在基板1内,轴瓦14有上半部和下半部,轴瓦上安放一个轴承盖15。
从图3中可以看出,气缸所必须有的发动机的长度m主要包括两侧主轴承14的长度的一半h/2,连杆20的下轴承18的长度S和两个曲柄臂17的厚度d。前面已经提过,每一个气缸所必须有的发动机的长度要求非常小。
在两端壁4之间的中间部份处,有一个中间壁8代替侧壁6,中间壁8的下端部设有一个横向支承板9。从图2中可见,两个立柱的端壁4的相对的两个面上,形成十字头轴颈11的滑动件10的导杆滑轨,十字头轴颈11用已知的方式和活塞杆12连接,并安装在轴承壳13内。
根据本发明,两侧壁6在底部互相离开一段仅可供系杆或22头螺栓或类似零件7能从里面通过的距离。侧壁6倾斜放置,向上互相远离,以便在一个与上死点相毗连的区域里(这个区域在图1和3里大约为十字头所在的位置)在端壁4的自由端附近支承端壁4。因此壁3,4和6在上述区域中形成一个相对宽的刚性“箱体”,而不使发动机的长度m增大。
间隔壁19设置在侧壁6之间的空间内,加强“箱体”,以便在高负荷的区域中提高面积相当大的侧壁的刚度。

Claims (1)

  1. 支承往复式发动机十字头导杆滑轨的立柱,立柱有外壁在底板和盖板之间倾斜伸展,在整个高度上伸展的侧壁将垂直端壁与外壁相连,端壁还在它的相对的一部份高度的面上,有导杆滑轨,把作用在十字头轴颈法向上的力,传递到立柱上,其特征为成对地支承一个端壁(4)的侧壁(6),向着端壁的端部倾斜伸展。
