Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种汽车整体式驱动桥壳,包括中间壳体及剖面为圆形的轴管,中间壳体向两端延伸形成两端的轴管,轴管与中间壳体为无焊缝整体成型的一体结构,中间壳体琵琶形部分剖面为长方形,琵琶形部分的两边剖面为正方形,在琵琶形部分两个宽立面上有圆形琵琶形孔。这种汽车整体式驱动桥壳具有投资少、效率高、无污染的优点,并且因为产品为整体无焊缝结构,所以外形美观、产品强度高、整体刚性好。

汽车整体式驱动桥壳
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车驱动桥壳,具体来说是一种整体式驱动桥壳。
背景技术
汽车驱动桥壳由琵琶形(即中间膨起)的中间壳体部分以及两端的轴管组成,目前,国内外使用的载重汽车的驱动桥壳的两个轴管与琵琶形的中间壳体是焊接在一起的,其中部的琵琶形中间壳体部分采用铸造或对焊焊接方式制造。铸造成型的琵琶形中间壳体采用铸铁或铸钢制成,经过机械加工后两端再压入轴管,这种结构的桥壳重量大,生产废品率高,生产环境污染严重,产品变型困难;而采用对焊焊接方式则是由两块厚钢板冲压成上、下两块半壳再相对焊接制成,经过机械加工后再焊接两端轴管,生产这种桥壳则需要大型下料、冲压、加热、焊接设备,所以生产投资大材料利用率低。另外,无论采用现有的哪种桥壳,其轴管都是焊接在中间壳体的两端,均为分体式结构,所以都存在外形不美观的缺点;另外,由于中间壳体与轴管采用焊接,对于直径较小的轴头部分焊接时只能从外面进行单面焊接,难以保证焊接质量,且焊接造成的材料热应力的存在,使其焊缝处造成材料强度低、刚度差,容易从焊缝处出现断裂,所以陷患多、可靠性差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有的汽车驱动桥壳的上述不足,提供一种外型美观、整体强度高、刚度强、生产投资小且无污染的汽车整体式驱动桥壳。
本实用新型提供的汽车整体式驱动桥壳,包括中间壳体及剖面为圆形的轴管,中间壳体向两端延伸形成两端的轴管,轴管与中间壳体为无焊缝整体成型的一体结构,中间壳体琵琶形部分剖面为长方形,琵琶形部分两边剖面为正方形,在琵琶形部分两个宽立面上有圆形琵琶形孔。
本实用新型的汽车整体式驱动桥壳结构,由于中间壳体与两轴管为整体成型的一体结构,能够通过扩张、缩径成型,所以具有投资少、效率高、无污染的优点,并且因为产品为整体无焊缝结构,所以外形美观、产品强度高、整体刚性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的汽车整体式驱动桥壳作进一步说明。
如图1所示,汽车整体式驱动桥壳由中间壳体1、两端的剖面为圆形的轴管2、3构成,中间壳体1向两端延伸与轴管2、3为整体成型的一体结构,中间无任何焊缝,中间壳体琵琶形部分C-C剖面如图4所示,为长方形,琵琶形部分两边B-B剖面如图3所示为正方形,在琵琶形部分两个宽立面上有圆形琵琶形孔11。如图2和图5所示,两端的轴管2、3的A-A剖面以及中间壳体1与轴管2、3过渡连接部分D-D剖面为圆形。这种汽车整体式驱动桥壳采用无缝钢管,经扩张成型,中间壳体1扩张出圆形琵琶形孔11,两端缩径成轴管2、3,中间琵琶形部分为长方形,两端逐渐过渡成正方形,再经过圆形过渡部分(即D-D剖面部分)过渡到两端的圆形轴管2、3部分,这种形状结构便于扩张及缩径加工,容易保护加工精度和质量。琵琶形孔11采用圆孔,比采用多边形的孔使桥壳中部受力时应力分布更合理,强度更好。
琵琶形孔11开在中间壳体1的两个宽立面上,琵琶形孔11两侧有三角形钢板12焊在中间壳体1上。中间壳体1的矩形剖面B-B处长和宽的尺寸为80~170mm,在此尺寸范围内既可保证载重汽车在载重时驱动桥壳的安全性又可节省材料,两端的轴管2、3安装轴承部位即圆形剖面A-A处的外径为50~120mm。

Claims (4)

1、一种汽车整体式驱动桥壳,包括中间壳体及剖面为圆形的轴管,中间壳体向两端延伸形成两端的轴管,轴管与中间壳体为无焊缝整体成型的一体结构,中间壳体琵琶形部分剖面为长方形,琵琶形部分的两边剖面为正方形,在琵琶形部分两个宽立面上有圆形琵琶形孔。
2、如权利要求1所述的汽车整体式驱动桥壳,其特征在于:所述的中间壳体及轴管为无缝钢管。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的汽车整体式驱动桥壳,其特征在于:所述的中间壳体琵琶形部分两边矩形剖面的长和宽为80~170mm。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的汽车整体式驱动桥壳,其特征在于:所述的轴管安装轴承部位的外径为50~120mm。
