本实用新型公开一种钢管整体式汽车驱动桥壳。
背景技术
目前国内外生产的载重汽车驱动桥壳主要有铸造和焊接两种形式,前者是中间壳体部分采用铸铁或铸钢制成,经机械加工后两端再压入轴管,这种桥壳重量大,生产废品率高,生产环境污染严重,产品变型困难。后者是中间壳体部分采用厚钢板冲压成上、下两半壳再相对焊接制成,经机械加工后再焊接两端轴管。生产这种桥壳需要大型下料、冲压、加热、焊接设备,生产投资大、材料利用率低,且产品的强度、刚度较低,外形不美观,焊缝多而隐患多,可靠性差。

本实用新型的目的是克服上述已有技术的不足,提供一种生产无污染、投资低、见效快、强度高、外形美观的新型汽车驱动桥壳。一种钢管整体式汽车驱动桥壳,包括中间壳体及其两端焊接的轴管,其特征是,所述中间壳体整体是由矩型钢管扩张成型,其中部呈琵琶形孔,两端为圆形断面与轴管2焊接。
本实用新型与已有技术相比,具有的积极效果是:投资少、效率高、无污染、产品强度高、外形美观。

本桥壳中间壳体1是由无缝矩形钢管扩张成型琵琶孔而成,而端挤压成圆形断面与轴管2焊接。矩形钢管的断面尺寸及壁厚根据车桥所承受载荷而定,两端轴管采用合金钢锻造成型,经机加工后与中间壳体焊接而成桥壳总成。轴管的长度及断面尺寸根据车桥承受载荷及整体布置尺寸确定。
