背景技术
目前，在自卸车领域副车架纵梁基本上都是矩形管制作的。该矩形管通过焊接成型，这种矩形管虽然制作工艺简单，强度好，但由于截面尺寸一般较大，用在副车架上造成整车重心较高，在道路坎坷时车辆稳定性差，行驶过程中车辆摆动较大，对延长车辆使用寿命带来不利影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种矩形管型材，能够在满足强度要求前提下，降低整车重心，减少钢材等材料的消耗，提高车辆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的本实用新型矩形管型材，所述管体是通过辊轮辊压成型的，管体1呈矩形管状，管体1的一条侧边2向上延伸，该侧边2的顶端设有向外的翻边3。
加工时，卷材通过开平、纵剪，再经专门制作的辊轮辊压成型，最后通过高频焊接工艺加工制作成副车架。
