Abstract

一种孔加工机械的激光定位系统,属于孔加工机械附件。它由固连在床头箱上的左右固定底座和左右两个发出细一字形光束而且自身平行的激光发射器所构成。激光发射器为笔形。固定底座上带有孔,激光发射器安装孔中。其尾部带有内螺纹,内螺纹中安装着一个带有外螺蚊和凸肩的调节螺钉。调节螺钉和激光发射器借螺纹夹持在固定底座上。它调节方便,定位快捷、直观、精度高,成本低,它可广泛用于钻床、车床等孔加工机械上。

孔加工机械的激光定位系统
                            技术领域
本实用新型涉及孔加工机械的附件,更明确地说是一种用于在被加工工件上准确找正被加工孔的孔位的孔加工机械的激光定位系统。
                            背景技术
使用已有的孔加工机械如钻床、车床等进行孔加工时,一般要先在被加工工件上划线,再用冲头打中心孔,然后启动孔加工机械试钻,根据试钻结果再调整被加工工件的位置。如此反复数次,直至试钻孔与冲头打出的中心孔位置一致时,才正式进行孔加工。在这一过程中,试钻和被加工工件的位置调整往往要反复进行多次,才能加工出孔位合格的孔。这种调整费工费时,易引起操作工人的视疲劳,而且难以保证孔位的精度。
本实用新型的目的,在于克服上述缺点和不足,提供一种可以在被加工工件上准确标明孔加工机械的主轴刀具中心,可以很方便地移动工件使欲加工孔的中心与刀具中心重合,定位快捷,精度高,效率高,而且可以有效减轻操作工人的视疲劳的孔加工机械的激光定位系统。
                            发明内容
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型由固连在孔加工机械的床头箱上的左右两个固定底座和安装在左右固定底座的左右两个发出细一字形光束而且平行的激光发射器所构成。左右两个激光发射器的安装位置使其所发出的细一字形光束成一夹角。从而使它们发出的两束细一字形光束在工作台或被加工工件上相交成一点。调节激光发射器的的角度,最终使两束细一字形光束的交线与孔加工机械的主轴刀具中心完全重合。因此,就可以使被加工孔的位置准确定位,精度高而且定位迅速,省去了多次调节试加工的麻烦。
固定底座上带有孔,以安装激光发射器。激光发射器为笔形,其尾部带有内螺纹。内螺纹中安装着一个带有外螺蚊和凸肩的调节螺钉。调节螺钉和激光发射器的尾部借螺纹夹持在固定底座上。
使用时,松开调节螺钉,便可将激光发射器连同调节螺钉整体在固定底座上旋转,直至左右激光发射器所发出的细一字形光束的交线与孔加工机械的主轴刀具中心完全重合。然后以手固定激光发射器不动,将调节螺钉拧紧即可。调节完成后,与孔加工机械的主轴刀具中心完全重合的交线垂直于工作台。无论工件高低,在工件上标出的中心始终即为刀具中心,加工时既清楚又准确。
本实用新型的任务就是这样完成的。
本实用新型定位快捷、准确、成本低、使用方便,它可广泛用于钻床、车床等孔加工机械上。

图1和图2所示,本实用新型由左右两个固定底座1和安装其上的左右两个激光发射器2构成,固定在孔加工机械的床头箱3上。
图3所示,两个激光发射器2安装位置有一夹角。它们位于孔加工机械的工作台4的上方,发出的细一字形激光光束相交在孔加工机械的主轴刀具中心o上,此亦即工作台4的中心。激光发射器2为笔形。
图4已拆开床头箱3的前盖5。激光发射器2的尾部和调节螺钉6夹持在固定底座1上,借内、外螺纹7紧固。
                          具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例如下:
一种孔加工机械的激光定位系统,如图1~图4所示。它由左右两个固定底座和左右两个激光发射器构成,固定在孔加工机械的床头箱上。激光发射器的尾部和调节螺钉夹持在固定底座上,借内、外螺纹紧固。松开调节螺钉,便可将激光发射器连同调节螺钉整体在固定底座上旋转调节,直至左右激光发射器所发出的细一字形光束的交线与孔加工机械的主轴刀具中心完全重合,然后拧紧即可。它调节方便,定位快捷、直观、精度高,成本低,它可广泛用于钻床、车床等孔加工机械上。

Claims (3)

1.一种孔加工机械的激光定位系统,其特征在于它由固连在孔加工机械的床头箱上的左右两个固定底座和安装在左右固定底座的左右两个发出细一字形光束而且自身平行的激光发射器所构成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的孔加工机械的激光定位系统,其特征在于所说的激光发射器为笔形。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的孔加工机械的激光定位系统,其特征在于所说的固定底座上带有孔,激光发射器安装在固定底座的孔中,其尾部带有内螺纹,内螺纹中安装着一个带有外螺蚊和凸肩的调节螺钉,调节螺钉和激光发射器借螺纹夹持在固定底座上。
