Abstract

Description

密封盖
本实用新型涉及用于容器的无衬垫密封盖，包括但并不局限于用于碳酸饮料容器，更具体地说，本实用新型涉及的这类密封盖，它由合成塑料制成，最好是整体性制成。
美国专利5,423,444展示了一种用于具有外螺纹颈口容器的密封盖，密封盖包括顶盖部分和具有内螺纹的盖口。密封盖在其顶盖下侧设有向下突出延伸的环状密封肋。密封肋包括一个大致为圆柱形的第一部分，它邻接于顶盖部分的下侧，并位于盖口的附近或接合在盖口上，以及一个截锥体形的第二部分，它邻接第一部分，端接于顶盖部分下侧的一端，并径向向内延展到一环形自由边。当容器的颈部与盖子螺纹旋合时，截锥体形的第二部分将与颈口啮合，同时其密封肋的大致圆柱形的第一部分折回去，以在容器的颈口与密封盖之间形成一个气体的紧密封。
美国专利5,609,263展示了上述密封盖的变形体，其中在密封肋第二部分的末端有大致为圆形截面的厚密封环。当密封盖旋入颈口上时，密封肋与密封环的尺寸使其能与颈口部分啮合，这样当颈口完全旋入密封盖中后，颈口就把密封环直接压扁在密封盖顶盖部分的内侧表面上。
本实用新型拟提供密封盖的两种型式，它们改进了上述专利技术中公开的这些密封盖的密封能力。
本实用新型涉及的密封盖适用于安装在容器顶端部分是敞口的容器上。密封盖是由合成塑料模压成型，其包括一个顶盖部分和从顶盖部分下垂的盖口部分，在顶盖部分的下侧还向下突出延伸一个环状密封肋，密封肋包括一个第一部分，它与顶盖部分邻接并具有内表面，该内表面位于盖口部分的径向内部以及一个截锥体形的第二部分，它与第一部分相邻接，且由第一部分的内表面与顶盖部分分开，第二部分沿径向向内延伸到圆形边缘，第一部分的内径与容器顶端部分的外径相适配，这样当密封盖与容器顶端部分啮合时，密封肋的截锥体形的第二部分就与容器所述的顶端部分的敞口啮合，并且折回与密封肋第一部分的内侧表面相贴接，这种密封盖的特点是由于密封肋的第一部分从密封盖顶盖部分外延而使其厚度增加。
密封盖盖口部分的内侧面上最好套以螺纹，并使其与容器顶端部分的外侧面上相应的螺纹啮合，当然容器与密封盖也可以通过其它互补的啮合装置来形成，这样的一种装置例如包括在密封盖的内侧面上具有肋的和在容器顶端部分的外表面上相应的沟槽的扣合啮合装置。
密封肋的第一部分最好是做成在盖口内沿径向向内，其间形成一个环状空间。在另一些实施例中密封肋的第一部分也可以做成接合盖口并成为一体。本实用新型上述方面的一个实施例中，密封肋的第一部分可以看成是盖口部分的增厚体，这样密封肋第二部分的根部就可以进入到具有螺纹或其他啮合方式的盖口部分的一部分中去。
以上每个方面，第一部分可以用作支撑面，在密封盖与容器顶端部分啮合时，第二部分向该支撑面折回，当第二部分折向第一部分时，它将紧压在第一部分的内侧面上。而且也将形成第二部分更加紧压在容器顶端部分的外侧面上，从而形成与顶端部分更好的密封。
本实用新型涉及的是厚度沿密封盖顶盖的方向而增加的密封肋的第一部分，第一部分厚度的增加将提高密封肋压在密封盖末端部分的外表面上的压力。第一部分的厚度最好随着第一部分的长度以均匀比率增加，当然也可以非均匀比率增加。第一部分厚度的增加意味着第一部分的内侧面与外侧面不再是完全的圆柱形。它们可以分别为在背离密封盖顶盖部分方向上沿密封盖的轴线向里与向外地逐渐变细。
根据本实用新型，密封盖可以用任何适宜的合成塑料制造，当然最好用相适宜品级的聚乙烯或聚丙烯来制造。也可以用注塑或旋转模塑整体性制成密封盖。密封盖也可以将其密封肋与顶盖部分和盖口部分分成两个部件来制成。
对本领域的技术人员来说，很明显可以对本实用新型的密封盖作很多技术上的修改，但仍然没有超出前面本实用新型的范围，本密封盖也可以配有折断明显标志带，如同澳大利亚专利文件668197与683598中所介绍的那种标志带，而其内容在此作为参考文献。在密封肋的第一与第二部分的连接线上还构成一个薄弱带，当密封盖加到容器上时以帮助第二部分相对于第一部分的变形，正如澳大利亚专利文件637706所介绍的，其内容在此作为参考文献。密封盖顶盖部分下侧也可以配有径向地位于密封肋内的一个连续的环状脊。密封肋第二部分的上侧面上就可以配有如澳大利亚专利文件74544/94所介绍的那种环状脊，其内容在此也作为参考文献。
根据以上所述，密封盖可以配有折断明显标志带，用以提供从容器上去掉或试图去掉密封盖的标志。折断明显标志带通过一组易断齿桥的连接而从盖口部分上伸出。
标志带也可以包括一个圆柱体部分和在该部分上向内延伸的小肋段，还适配有具有内自由边缘的小唇瓣，以与容器顶端部分外延的定位凸缘下部相啮合，其特征是小肋段的长度总和至少应为标志带内周长的50％。小肋段之间用间隙隔开，每个小肋段的上表面面对密封盖的顶盖部分，而其下表面则背向顶盖部分。标志带的内表面上都具有一组在标志带自由边缘上方延伸而不超出唇瓣内自由边缘的径向向内凸缘。
标志带也可以包括一个圆柱体部分和在该部分上向内延伸的小肋段，还适配有具有内自由边缘的小唇瓣，以与容器顶端部分外延的定位凸缘下部相啮合，每个小肋段的上表面面向密封盖的顶盖部分，而其下表面则背向顶盖部分。其特征是每个肋的上表面包括与标志带的柱体部分邻接的第一表面，该第一表面离开顶盖部分向内向下倾斜，以及第二表面，它从第一表面的内部末端径向地向内延伸并与密封盖盖口部分法线成一斜角。
密封盖的密封肋还可以在其第一与第二部分之间的连接处附近进一步设有围绕肋内表面形成的环状薄弱带。
在肋的第二部分上表面上并靠近它的自由边缘处还可以形成啮合装置，使得当密封盖与容器的顶端部分接合时，啮合装置与顶盖部分的下侧啮合。
在密封肋第二部分的上表面上的啮合装置可以是分段的或连续的环形脊。密封盖顶盖部分下侧也可以设有分段的或连续的环形脊，在密封肋的第一部分内并与之邻接。
本实用新型的优点在于，当第二部分折向第一部分时，它将紧压在第一部分的内侧面上。使第二部分更加紧压在容器顶端部分的外侧面上，从而形成与顶端部分更好的密封。另外，向着密封肋第二部分的薄的延长体从容器顶端部分的柱形外侧面到顶端部分敞口的顶端整个地包围了容器顶端部分的敞口，就使得密封盖的密封质量极大地得到了改进。而且这种结构减小了在它们啮合后，从相应的容器上拧开密封盖所需要的力矩。
下面，参照附图说明作为本实用新型的一个优选实施例，其中，
图1是根据本实用新型的第一和第二方面的密封盖的部分径向剖视图；
图2是根据本实用新型第二方面的密封盖的另一实施例的部分径向剖视图；
图3是图2密封盖用于容器的末端部分上时的部分径向剖视图；
图4是根据本实用新型的第一方面的密封盖实施例的部分纵剖视图；及
图5是根据本实用新型第二方面的密封盖另一实施例的部分纵剖视图。
图1所示的密封盖10包括圆形顶盖11和下垂盖口12。盖口12内侧面上径向地套有螺纹13，当密封盖与瓶相接合时，能与瓶颈上具有的相应螺纹相配合。
在密封盖10的顶盖11的下侧设有密封肋14。密封肋14是连续的环状体。从剖视图上可以看到，它有三个部分15，17与18。第一部分15与顶盖11邻接且是圆柱体形状。第一部分15的厚度随着第一部分15从顶盖11的外伸而增加。至少在密封盖没加到瓶颈之前，第一部分的内侧表面不是完全的圆柱形的。密封肋14的第二部分17是截锥体形的。当从它与第一部分15的下端邻接的外部边缘径向地向内延伸时，其厚度缓慢地变细。在第一部分15与第二部分17之间形成了尖缘20，这尖缘20构成了两部分之间的薄弱线，其目的下面会予以介绍。第三部分18与第二部分17的径向内端相邻接，两者之间的连接是弧形过渡带19。过渡带19改变了第三部分18的方向，使得它沿轴向背离顶盖11突伸。
在顶盖11的下侧，密封肋14的内部沿径向设有一个低矮的向下突起的脊21。
图2与图3所示的结构基本上与图1所介绍的类似，不同的是密封肋14的第一部分15沿着其长度方向厚度是恒定的，且第二部分17与第三部分18是以折角连接而不是图1所示的平滑的弧形过渡带19。如图3所示，当密封盖10加在瓶颈(瓶未另外示出)22上时瓶颈22的敞口23就与第三部分18的径向外边相啮合，并开始将其压向顶盖11的内侧表面。第二部分17也被向上推起并沿着由尖缘20所确定的薄弱线相对于第一部分15弯曲。这就确保第二部分17沿着密封肋14的整个周边折回到第一部分15上。第二部分17以及随之第三部分18的回折不断继续，直到第三部分18夹在颈口22的敞口23与顶盖11的内表面之间。这时候，第二部分15被回折并与第一部分15的内表面16相邻接或接触。如图3所描述的实施例中，第一部分15被径向向外挤压并径向地紧靠在盖口12的内表面上。这样径向地从瓶颈22的外部到敞口23的顶部在密封盖10与瓶颈22之间就形成了密封。当图3所示的结构中，第一部分15具有恒定的厚度时，应该了解到如果第一部分15的厚度是向外到其底端逐渐变细的(如图1所示)，这样就可使第一部分15更紧靠在盖口12的内表面上，并对颈口22的外表面上径向上施加更大的压力，藉以进一步改进密封盖10与瓶颈22之间的密封。
图4和图5分别表示了根据本实用新型第一方面的密封盖的部分剖视图和根据本实用新型第二方面的密封盖的部分剖视图。在图4中，密封盖10具有第一部分15，其厚度从顶盖11向外增加，但没有第三部分18。图5中密封盖10具有密封肋14，其中第二部分17与第三部分18之间存在有较大曲率半径的过渡带19。
如图5所示，密封盖10包括有由易折齿桥31连在盖口12下的标志带30。带30含有在其内侧有一定尺寸与形状的肋32，并形成向内延伸的小唇瓣，一旦密封盖10完全扣合在容器22上后，它们就啮合在容器22的定位凸缘33下面(参阅图3)。
肋32由一系列由小间隔断开的小肋段组成，其总长约为标志带30周长的85％。小间隔是为了使标志带30具有周向柔度，并使肋32易于越过定位凸缘33而不会产生折断易断齿桥31的应力。
肋32还具有面向密封盖顶盖的上表面和背向顶盖的下表面。上表面包括径向的截锥体形外表面34与径向的环形内表面35。环形表面35位于与密封盖纵轴线垂直的平面上，而截锥体形表面34则相对顶盖部分向内向外倾斜，且与垂直密封盖纵轴线的平面成约20°的角。截锥体形表面34的存在有助于密封盖10的模塑，以防止或至少能大为减少肋32损坏的密封盖产品。
在肋32下面于标志带30内侧安置了一组向内延伸的凸缘36，每一块都有与密封盖10纵轴线对齐的长轴。凸缘36的作用是防止人们使用诸如刀片这一类工具束径向向内伸进标志带30的带体部分12，并围绕标志带不断沿周向移动刀具以抬起肋32并使其越过容器凸缘33。
本领域的技术人员应该明白，在不脱离一般性描述的本实用新型的构思或范围的情况下，可以做出多种改变或变型。本实施例因而也应视为在所有方面均为说明性的而非限制性的。

Claims (21)

1.一种适合于安装在容器上的密封盖，该容器的顶端部分敞口，密封盖由合成塑料模压成型并包括一个顶盖部分和由顶盖部分下垂的盖口部分，从顶盖部分内侧向下突有环状密封肋，密封肋包括一个第一部分，它与顶盖部分邻接并具有内表面，该内表面位于盖口部分径向内部，以及一个截锥体形的第二部分，它与第一部分邻接，并由第一部分的内表面与顶盖部分分开，第二部分径向向内延伸并终以一圆形边缘，第一部分的内径与容器的顶端部分外径相适配，这样当密封盖与容器顶端部分啮合时，密封肋的截锥体形的第二部分将与容器所述顶端的敞口啮合，并被折回至少与密封肋第一部分的内表面邻接，其特征在于，
密封肋的第一部分的厚度随其背离密封盖的顶盖部分而增加。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封盖，其特征在于，盖口部分具有内表面，并套有内螺纹，以与容器顶端部分外表面上的相应的螺纹相适配啮合。
3.如权利要求1所述的密封盖，其特征在于，盖口部分具有内表面，内表面上配有肋，以与容器顶端部分外表面上的相应的沟槽适配啮合。
4.如以上任何一项权利要求所述的密封盖，其特征在于，密封肋的第一部分于盖口内径向内部形成，在第一部分和盖口之间形成环形空间。
5.如权利要求1-3中任何一项所述的密封盖，其特征在于，密封肋的第一部分是连续地与盖口部分接合。
6.如权利要求5所述的密封盖，其特征在于，密封肋的第一部分包括一个邻近顶盖部分的端口部分增厚体。
7.如权利要求1-3中任何一项所述的密封盖，其特征在于，第一部分用以形成一支撑面，当密封盖与容器颈部啮合时，第二部分被折回向该支撑面。
8.如权利要求1-3中任何一项所述的密封盖，其特征在于，第二部分将被折向第一部分，使其紧靠第一部分的内表面。
9.如权利要求1-3中任何一项所述的密封盖，其特征在于，第一部分的厚度将沿其长度沿背向顶盖部分下侧的方向按同一比率增加。

15.如权利要求14所述的密封盖，其特征在于，折断明显标志带通过一组易断齿桥与盖口部分连接。

17.根据权利要求15所述的密封盖，其特征在于，标志带包括一个圆柱体部分和在该部分上向内延伸的小肋段，还适配有具有内自由边缘的小唇瓣，以与容器顶端部分外延的定位凸缘下部相啮合，每个小肋段的上表面面向密封盖的顶盖部分，而其下表面则背向顶盖部分，每个肋的上表面包括与标志带柱体部分邻接的第一表面，该第一表面背向顶盖部分向内向下倾斜，以及第二表面，它从第一表面的内部末端径向地向内延伸并与密封盖盖口部分的法线成一斜角。
