技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电动滑步车,主要应用于电动车技术领域。
背景技术
电动自行车为目前非常普遍的交通工具,其不仅可让人们方便地进行移动,且于移动时不会制造任何二氧化碳等废气具有节能环保的效用,也因此电动自行车已逐渐成为许多人作为代步工具的首选。
而电动自行车作为一种以电池单元作为动力能源的交通工具,其结构与一般自行车大致相同,差异仅在于电动自行车具有一电池单元以及一与电池单元电性连接的马达作为驱动动力,而马达以电池单元的电力作为动力源,并驱动电动自行车的车轮转动,进而带动电动自行车移动。
现有电动自行车,最早以马达装在车架上以链条连结者,目前业内人员是在前轮或后轮的轮毂中装有马达的前置或后置轮毂马达,也有在轮毂旁装置马达的轮边马达,等等。但该等马达的配置存在许多缺失,其一,该车体的重心集中在该车体的前部或者该车体的后部,该重心的位置将会降低该车体的平衡度,进而影响骑乘稳定性;其二,由于该前置轮毂马达设置在一前轮,以及该后置轮毂马达设置于一后轮,如此的配置将在该前轮或该后轮维修的过程中,增加维修的困难度。
为解决上述的缺失,现有技术将该马达移动至该车体的中间部,使得该重心可以自该车体前部或该车体后部转移至该车体中间部,该马达一般可称为中置电机。该中置电机必须具有一低转速与一高扭力的输出,以满足车体的骑乘需求。因此,该中置电机为了获得该低转速与该高扭力的动力源输出,该中置电机需要另外加装具有一低减速比的一行星减速器,以达成该低转速与该高扭力的一动力源输出。
然而,受限于该行星减速器的减速比较低,而无法大幅降低该中置电机的转速及大幅提升该中置电机的扭力。因此,若要能够达到该低转速与该高扭力的该动力源输出,则需要采用一中低转速及一中高扭力的电机,才能满足骑乘所需该低转速与该高扭力的输出需求。但是,该中低转速及中高扭力的电机相较于一高转速与一低扭力的电机,其存在有体积大、重量重与成本高等缺失。虽中置电机体积大及重量重但仍可适用于一般自行车,但若是要适用于让幼童学习暨训练肌耐力以及平衡感时的学步车(或称滑步车、助步车等等)时,因为该等滑步车尺寸较小,若使用传统中置电机其体积显得相对更大、且重量重,无法符合幼童滑步学习的便利性及安全性。
再者,现有电动自行车大多以铅酸电池作为动力能源来驱动马达,但铅酸电池体积大重量重(约16-30公斤)也无法符合幼童滑步学习的便利性及安全性等短程/短时骑乘需求,有待进一步改良。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电动滑步车,其利用可拆装的充电锂电池提供电力来源驱使行进,克服现有技术的不足。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电动滑步车,主要具有一车架体,其于中段处设有一座椅,于前、后端分设有一前外管及一后叉,于该前外管处设有一前叉及一控制该前叉转动的车头把,另于该前叉及该后叉处分设有一前轮及一后轮;该车架体与该后轮间设有一驱动总成,该驱动总成设有具有位于该车架体中段处下方的动力件、一设于该后轮的轮轴处的驱动件,以及一驱动带,该驱动带系绕设于该动力件及该驱动件之间,另设有一与该动力件构成可拆装连接的充电锂电池。
优选的,该充电锂电池设为手工具用的充电锂电池。
优选的,该车架体中段处下方设有一壳体,该壳体的后方可供容置该动力件,该壳体的前方则供容置与该动力件电性连接的控制器,且该控制器并具有至少一露出于该壳体前方的第一连接件。
优选的,该壳体前方的外表面设有至少一第一卡合部,该充电锂电池设有至少一第二连接件以及第二卡合部,该第二卡合部可相对滑动卡合于该第一卡合部,而该第二连接件系与该第一连接件接触。
优选的,该动力件轴设有一齿盘,该动力件横向设置于该车架体中段处下方,该驱动带则绕设于该驱动件与该齿盘之间。
优选的,该车架体的中段处贯穿设置有一座管,该座椅设置于该座管的顶端,而该座管的底端则设有脚踏部。
优选的,该车头把处进一步设有一启动控制件及刹车控制件,该启动控制件及刹车控制件分别与该控制器连接,可供控制该动力件作动。
优选的,该动力件设为无刷马达。
本实用新型的有益效果是:透过前述技术手段的展现,本创作电动滑步车利用手工具用的充电锂电池以及无刷马达作为动力件,其体积小重量轻,适用于幼童短程/短时使用,且利用充电锂电池提供电力来源并使该动力件作动,以带动该驱动带让电动滑步车行进,不同于以往单纯滑步学步使用的滑步车,可提供一种竞速滑步的娱乐效果;且使用充电锂电池具有体积相对较小,骑行轻便、搬运且更换方便,亦兼具环保效能等优点。

具体实施方式
本创作电动滑步车,如图1和图2所示,其主要具有一车架体1,于中段处设有一座椅2,于前、后端各别设有一前外管3及一后叉4,于该前外管3处设有一前叉31及一控制该前叉31转动的车头把32,另于该前叉31及该后叉4处各别设有一前轮51及一后轮52。
本创作之重点在于:该车架体1与该后轮52间设有一驱动总成6,该驱动总成6设有具有位于该车架体1中段处下方的动力件61、一设于该后轮52的轮轴处的驱动件62,以及一驱动带63,该驱动带63绕设于该动力件61及该驱动件62之间;如图所示之实施例中,该动力件61轴设有一齿盘64,该动力件61横向设置于该车架体1中段处下方,该驱动带63则绕设于该驱动件62与该齿盘64之间;当然,该驱动件62亦可以为齿盘的结构形式;另设有一与该动力件61构成可拆装连接的充电锂电池65。
其中,该充电锂电池65可以为手工具用的充电锂电池,而该动力件61设为无刷马达或者可以为有刷马达等其他可提供动力的组件,本创作使用手工具用的充电锂电池不仅体积小重量轻,且仅须利用滑动插拔方式构成连接,增加使用便利性,且使用充电锂电池相较于铅酸电池具有下列优点:
1、体积小:一般铅酸电池重量是16-30公斤,体积较大。锂电池一般在2.5-3公斤,体积相对较小,所以骑行轻便、搬运且更换方便,更适用于本创作中短程/短时骑乘的童车使用;
2、耐用性高:铅酸电池一般深充深放电300次以内,寿命在两年左右。并且铅酸电池内有液体,消耗一段时间后,如果发现电池发烫或者充电时间变短,就需要补充液体。锂电池耐用性较强、消耗慢且充放超过500次,一般寿命在4-5年;
3、具环保:铅酸电池在生产过程中存在污染,如果回收不当也可能造成污染;锂电池则相对绿色环保。
而使用无刷马达具有下列所述几项优点:
1、高效率:比普通马达性能高(效率高、扭力高、安定性高);
2、体积小省空间,低电磁干扰,免碳刷保养;
3、转子体积比传统感应马达及有刷马达小非常多,拥有较佳的控制性能;
4、内建马达驱动器,只需提供直流18V电源,即可使马达运转。
本案较佳实施例中,结合图3和图4所示,该车架体1中段处下方设有一壳体66,该壳体66的后方可供容置该动力件61,该壳体66的前方则供容置与该动力件61电性连接的控制器671,且该控制器671并具有至少一露出于该壳体66前方的第一连接件672,该壳体66前方的外表面设有至少一第一卡合部661,该充电锂电池65设有至少一第二连接件651以及第二卡合部652,该第二卡合部652可相对滑动卡合于该第一卡合部661,而该第二连接件651与该第一连接件672接触,则可构成动力件61及充电锂电池65的连接固定。当欲将充电锂电池65拔除进行充电时,仅需滑动插拔动作通过第一、第二卡合部661、652,将充电锂电池65自该壳体66移除即可。当然,上述第一、第二连接件672、651可以为导电片结构,而该第一、第二卡合部661、652可以为导引轨道的结构形式,该结构可参考现有手工具用的充电锂电池的结构形式。
再者,该车架体1的中段处贯穿设置有一座管21,该座椅2设置于该座管21的顶端,而该座管21的底端则设有脚踏部22,该脚踏部22相对位于该壳体66的下方,可供使用者脚部踩踏,该车头把32处进一步设有一启动控制件(图未示)及刹车控制件321,该启动控制件及刹车控制件321分别与该控制器连接,可供控制该动力件作动与否。

1.一种电动滑步车,主要具有一车架体,其于中段处设有一座椅,于前、后端分设有一前外管及一后叉,于该前外管处设有一前叉及一控制该前叉转动的车头把,另于该前叉及该后叉处分设有一前轮及一后轮,其特征在于:该车架体与该后轮间设有一驱动总成,该驱动总成设有具有位于该车架体中段处下方的动力件、一设于该后轮的轮轴处的驱动件,以及一驱动带,该驱动带系绕设于该动力件及该驱动件之间,另设有一与该动力件构成可拆装连接的充电锂电池。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动滑步车,其特征在于:该充电锂电池设为手工具用的充电锂电池。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电动滑步车,其特征在于:该车架体中段处下方设有一壳体,该壳体的后方可供容置该动力件,该壳体的前方则供容置与该动力件电性连接的控制器,且该控制器并具有至少一露出于该壳体前方的第一连接件。
4.如权利要求3所述的电动滑步车,其特征在于:该壳体前方的外表面设有至少一第一卡合部,该充电锂电池设有至少一第二连接件以及第二卡合部,该第二卡合部可相对滑动卡合于该第一卡合部,而该第二连接件系与该第一连接件接触。
5.如权利要求4所述的电动滑步车,其特征在于:该动力件轴设有一齿盘,该动力件横向设置于该车架体中段处下方,该驱动带则绕设于该驱动件与该齿盘之间。
