背景技术
传统的座椅组件通常不包括抗水或防水构造。越野车辆可以包括抗水辅助座椅解决方案,但是由于必须保护大量泡沫,这些解决方案通常非常昂贵。此外,这些解决方案通常不包括公路车辆上可用的现代安全特征。

根据一个实施例,上述实用新型的特征还在于:泡沫垫由聚氨酯泡沫构造。
根据一个实施例,上述实用新型的特征还在于:柔性支撑件包括用于接收电子模块的接收腔。
根据一个实施例,上述实用新型的特征还在于:泡沫垫和柔性支撑件被防水层表皮完全密封。
根据一个实施例,上述实用新型的特征还在于:由凸起部分分开的第一座椅区域和第二座椅区域。
Claims (6)
1.一种座椅组件,其特征在于,所述座椅组件包括:
柔性支撑件;
与所述柔性支撑件可操作地联接的泡沫垫;
设置在所述柔性支撑件和所述泡沫垫之间的电子模块;
泡沫连接特征,其从所述泡沫垫延伸并与限定在所述柔性支撑件中的通道可操作地联接;
覆盖所述泡沫垫和所述柔性支撑件的防水层表皮;和
面层料,其在由所述泡沫垫限定的座椅表面上方延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的座椅组件,其特征在于,所述座椅组件还包括:
线路,所述线路与所述电子模块可操作地耦合并延伸穿过所述柔性支撑件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的座椅组件,其特征在于,所述泡沫垫由聚氨酯泡沫构造。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的座椅组件,其特征在于,所述柔性支撑件包括用于接收所述电子模块的接收腔。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的座椅组件,其中所述泡沫垫和所述柔性支撑件由所述防水层表皮完全密封。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的座椅组件,其特征在于,所述座椅组件还包括:
由凸起部分分开的第一座椅区域和第二座椅区域。
