在一些实施例中,导管组件可以是其它类型的导管系统的一部分。在一些实施例中,导管适配器可以包括远侧端部、近侧端部、在远侧端部和近侧端部之间延伸的内壁以及由内壁形成的管腔。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体可以设置在导管适配器的管腔中。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体可以包括一个或多个突起。在一些实施例中,所述一个或多个突起可以包括唇缘。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体可以通过以下布置中的一种或多种布置固定到导管适配器的内壁:一个或多个突起和内壁之间的过盈配合部;一个或多个突起和内壁之间的卡扣配合部;一个或多个突起和内,壁之间的粘接部;以及将所述一个或多个突起固定到内壁的螺纹。
在一些实施例中,内壁可以包括凹槽或开口。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体可以是弹性的,并且响应于所述一个或多个突起与凹槽或开口对准,分隔件壳体可以弹性地向外运动,以在卡扣配合部中将所述一个或多个突起保持在凹槽或开口中。更详细地,在一些实施例中,响应于分隔件壳体插入到导管适配器的远侧端部,所述一个或多个突起可以向内偏置,和/或响应于所述一个或多个突起被进一步插入到远侧端部中且与凹槽或开口对准,所述一个或多个突起弹性地向外运动,使得所述一个或多个突起保持在凹槽或开口中。

在一些实施例中,唇缘可以绕分隔件壳体的整个或一部分周边延伸。在一些实施例中,唇缘可以设置在分隔件壳体的远侧端部处。在一些实施例中,粘合剂粘接部和/或化学粘接部可以靠近唇缘沿着分隔件壳体的外部延伸。在一些实施例中,内壁可以包括环,该环靠近唇缘接触分隔件壳体的外部,使得在环和唇缘之间形成腔体。在一些实施例中,腔体可以绕分隔件壳体的外周边和/或导管适配器的内周边延伸。在一些实施例中,腔体可以固定粘合剂粘接部和/或化学粘接部。

在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体的所述一个或多个突起均可以包括弹性扣件特征结构。在一些实施例中,多个扣件特征结构可以绕分隔件壳体的外周边间隔开。在一些实施例中,导管适配器的外部可以包括安全机构接合特征结构。在一些实施例中,安全机构接合特征结构可以与内壁内的开口间隔开。在一些实施例中,安全接合特征结构可以包括凹槽,该凹槽被构造成用以选择性地与V形夹子或类似夹子联接。在一些实施例中,安全接合特征结构可以与导管适配器的内壁内的开口间隔开。
在一些实施例中,分隔件可以容纳并保持在导管适配器中,而不需要与分隔件壳体机械或干涉接合。例如,导管适配器的近侧端部可以在分隔件的近侧面的表面区域的一部分上邻接并延伸,由此将分隔件保持在导管适配器中。因此,导管适配器可以由于导管适配器的近侧端部处的壁而防止分隔件在导管适配器内向近侧运动,该壁邻接并由此部分地堵塞导管适配器的近侧端部。
在这些和其它实施例中,导管适配器可以包括至少两个部件。在一些实施例中,导管适配器可以包括近侧部件、远侧部件以及延伸穿过近侧部件和远侧部件的管腔。在一些实施例中,近侧部件和远侧部件可以在联接部处选择性地联接在一起。在一些实施例中,远侧部件可以包括侧部端口。在一些实施例中,近侧部件可以临近侧部端口设置。在一些实施例中,考虑到导管适配器的近侧端部可以不包括大到足以配合分隔件的开口,近侧和远侧部件可以有利于分隔件插入到导管适配器中。

现在参考图1A,在一些实施例中,导管组件10可以包括以下部件中的一个或多个:导管12、导管适配器14、分隔件壳体16和分隔件18。在一些实施例中,导管适配器14可以包括远侧端部20、近侧端部22、在远侧端部20和近侧端部22之间延伸的内壁24以及由内壁24形成的管腔26。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以设置在导管适配器14的管腔26中。
在一些实施例中,分隔件18可以至少部分地设置在分隔件壳体16中,并且被构造成用以至少大致密封导管适配器14的近侧端部22和/或管腔。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以防止分隔件18的变位或失稳,由此防止流体从导管适配器泄露。
在一些实施例中,导管组件10可以是封闭式IV导管系统的一部分,该导管系统为例如BD NEXIVATM封闭式IV导管系统、BD NEXIVATMDIFFUSICSTM封闭式IV导管系统、BDIntima IITM导管、或类似的导管系统。在一些实施例中,导管组件可以是其它类型的导管系统的一部分。在封闭式IV导管系统中,在导管12插入到患者的血管中之后,引入针(图1A中未示出)可以通过导管适配器14而被收回。当引入针通过导管适配器14而被收回时,“针通道”可以从围绕导管组件10的外部环境关闭。另外,导管适配器14的侧部端口28能够经由延伸管连接到血液抽取或输注装置,该延伸管可以从导管适配器的侧部端口28延伸,并且可以与导管适配器10的管腔26流体连通。在一些实施例中,分隔件18和/或分隔件壳体16可以临近导管适配器14的侧部端口28设置。
现在参考图1B,在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以包括一个或多个突起。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体可以通过以下布置中的一种或多种布置固定到导管适配器14的内壁24:一个或多个突起和内壁24之间的过盈配合部;一个或多个突起和内壁24之间的卡扣配合部;以及一个或多个突起和内壁24之间的粘接部。
在一些实施例中,内壁24可以包括凹槽30或开口(图4A和4C-4D中示出了示例性开口70)。应当理解,内壁24可以包括多个凹槽30和/或多个开口,多个凹槽和/或多个开口中的每一个都可以被构造成用以保持突起中的一个或多个突起。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以是弹性的,并且响应于所述一个或多个突起与凹槽30或开口对准,分隔件壳体16可以弹性地向外运动,以在卡扣配合部中将所述一个或多个突起保持在凹槽30或开口中。更详细地,在一些实施例中,响应于分隔件壳体16插入到导管适配器14的近侧端部22中,所述一个或多个突起可以向内偏置,和/或响应于所述一个或多个突起被进一步插入到近侧端部22中且与凹槽30或开口对准,所述一个或多个突起弹性地向外运动,使得所述一个或多个突起保持在凹槽30或开口中。
在一些实施例中,当所述一个或多个突起在卡扣配合部中与凹槽30对准时,所述一个或多个突起可以设置成与凹槽30过盈配合。随着分隔件壳体16和导管适配器14之间的过盈量增大,可能增大分隔件18和/或导管组件10的其它部件变形的可能性和/或严重性。随着分隔件壳体16和导管适配器14之间的过盈量增大,还可能增大分隔件壳体18、导管适配器14和/或导管组件10的其它部件由于应力而导致破裂的可能性。在一些实施例中,所述一个或多个突起和凹槽30之间的过盈配合部可以有助于避免变形和/或由于应力而导致的破裂,同时仍然提供支持来抵抗分隔件18的变位或失稳。在一些实施例中,诸如醇或硅树脂的润滑剂可以用来使分隔件均匀地坐置在分隔件壳体16和/或导管适配器14内。润滑剂还可以减少由于应力而导致的破裂。润滑剂还可以提高最大压力性能,该最大压力性能可以包括当收回引入针时在分隔件18没有显著变位的情况下能够施加到分隔件18和/或分隔件壳体16的最大压力量。在一些实施例中,醇润滑剂可以比硅树脂润滑剂更多地提高最大压力性能。
在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体的所述一个或多个突起可以包括唇缘34。在一些实施例中,唇缘34可以绕分隔件壳体16的整个或一部分周边延伸。在一些实施例中,唇缘34可以设置在分隔件壳体16的远侧端部处。在一些实施例中,唇缘34和凹槽30之间的过盈配合部由于唇缘34是扩大的而可能更紧。唇缘34的扩大尺寸可以提高最大压力性能。在一些实施例中,与多个突起相比,唇缘34可以提供更好的过盈量和更好的最大压力性能,这些突起可以间隔开并且没有绕分隔件壳体16的整个周边延伸。
在一些实施例中,所述一个或多个突起和内壁之间的粘接部可以包括超声焊接部32。在一些实施例中,超声焊接部32可以提高最大压力性能。在一些实施例中,激光焊接部可以用来代替超声焊接部32,或者可以是除了超声焊接部之外的焊接部。在一些实施例中,预先混合的树脂或着色剂可以施加在激光焊接部和/或超声焊接部32的位置中,这可以产生均匀的透射率,以提供更加一致的焊接性能。
在一些实施例中,激光焊接部和/或超声焊接部32可以被构造成不会舍弃最小阈值能量以有利于附接或者最大阈值能量以避免导管组件10的任何部件(例如分隔件18、分隔件壳体16和导管适配器14)损坏。
在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16和内壁24之间和/或分隔件18和内壁24之间的粘接部可以设置在内壁24上的多个位置处。在一些实施例中,超声焊接部32可以设置在内壁24与分隔件18和/或分隔件壳体16接触的位置处。在一些实施例中,内壁24可以包括一个或多个其它的突起或环36。在一些实施例中,所述一个或多个其它的突起或环36可以形成凹槽30的近侧边缘。在一些实施例中,超声焊接部32可以设置在所述一个或多个其它的突起或环36和分隔件壳体16的外表面之间,如图1B所示。
现在参考图1C,在一些实施例中,所述一个或多个突起和内壁24之间的粘接部可以包括粘合剂粘接部38。在一些实施例中,粘合剂粘接部38可以包括胶或其它的粘合剂。在一些实施例中,粘合剂粘接部38可以靠近唇缘34沿着分隔件壳体16的外部延伸。在一些实施例中,环36可以靠近唇缘34接触分隔件壳体16的外部,使得在环36和唇缘34之间形成腔体。在一些实施例中,腔体可以绕分隔件壳体16的外周边和/或导管适配器14的内周边延伸。在一些实施例中,多个腔体可以形成在分隔件壳体16的所述一个或多个突起和导管适配器14的所述一个或多个其它的突起之间。
在一些实施例中,导管适配器14可以包括一个或多个通气孔40,通气孔提供导管组件14的外部环境与粘合剂粘接部38和/或化学粘接部之间的通气通路(如图1D所示)。在一些实施例中,通气孔40及其对应的通气通路可以用来进入导管适配器14,以将粘合剂粘接部38和/或化学粘接部引入到导管适配器14中,例如引入到导管适配器14的腔体中。在一些实施例中,通气通路均可以提供到腔体的通路和/或提供腔体的通气。在一些实施例中,腔体可以包括倾斜的近侧表面42,这可以方便粘合剂粘接部38和/或化学粘接部通过腔体并绕分隔件壳体16的外周边进行涂布。

现在参考图1G,在一些实施例中,分隔件18可以由两个部分形成,近侧部分18a和远侧部分18b。在一些实施例中,每个部分18a、18b可以是预切分的,以便将引入针54穿过这些部分定位。用于分隔件18的合适材料可以包括过氧化物固化的弹性体,例如聚异戊二烯、硅树脂和类似物,其中这些材料的硬度计硬度在35-45肖氏硬度A的范围内。
在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以由弹性材料构成。弹性材料的非限制性例子包括不锈钢、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、二醇改性的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PETG)和聚酯。在一些实施例中,导管适配器14可以由与分隔件壳体16相同或相似的材料构成,以有利于导管适配器14和分隔件壳体16之间的粘接部的强度。
在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以具有开口近侧端部和开口远侧端部。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以在过盈配合部中围绕近侧部分18a和远侧部分18b的至少一部分,以便将分隔件18在导管适配器14内的位置中保持就位。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以仅仅沿着远侧部分18b的一部分延伸。然而,在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以沿着分隔件18的整个长度延伸,或者仅仅沿着近侧部分18a延伸。在一些实施例中,分隔件18的至少一部分可以接合内壁24。
在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16可以被构造成用以向分隔件18施加压缩力。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16的开口近侧和远侧端部可以允许引入针54越过分隔件壳体16而延伸穿过分隔件18。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16的近侧端部可以在分隔件18的近侧面的表面区域的一部分上邻接并延伸。
在一些实施例中,分隔件18可以是低阻力分隔件,在导管组件10插入到患者的血管中期间,该低阻力分隔件可以有利于分隔件18的稳定性和一致性。重新参考图1B,在一些实施例中,分隔件18可以包括形成于近侧部分18a和远侧部分18b之间的中空内部部分56。中空内部部分56可以在引入针54从导管组件10收回时使得该引入针上的阻力最小化。
在一些实施例中,远侧部分18b的至少一部分的外径可以大于导管适配器14的内径。在一些实施例中,远侧部分18b的外径可以比导管适配器14的相关部分的内径大至少5%。对于这种构造,导管适配器14可以对远侧部分18b施加径向压缩力。该压缩力可以有助于将分隔件壳体16保持就位。
尽管在图1G中实处为低阻力、两部件式分隔件18,但是分隔件18可以包括各种类型的分隔件。例如,现在参考图2,在一些实施例中,分隔件18可以由一个部件形成。在一些实施例中,该一个部件式分隔件可以是低阻力的。在一些实施例中,分隔件18可以是自保持的,例如分隔件18可以借助于分隔件18和内壁24之间的过盈配合或摩擦配合、分隔件18的质量等而至少部分地保持在分隔件壳体16和/或导管适配器14中。
在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体58可以包括或对应于分隔件壳体16。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体58的长度可以小于分隔件壳体16的长度。分隔件壳体58可以固定到导管适配器14的内壁24,类似于分隔件壳体16。例如,分隔件壳体58可以通过以下布置中的一种或多种布置固定到内壁24:一个或多个突起和内壁24之间的过盈配合部;一个或多个突起和内壁24之间的卡扣配合部;以及一个或多个突起和内壁24之间的粘接部。
现在参考图3A,在一些实施例中,分隔件18可以由导管适配器14容纳,而不使用特定的分隔件壳体,例如图1的分隔件壳体16或者图2的分隔件壳体58。例如,导管适配器14的近侧端部可以在分隔件18的近侧面的表面区域的一部分上邻接并延伸。因此,导管适配器14可以由于导管适配器14的近侧端部处的壁而防止分隔件18在导管适配器14内向近侧运动,该壁邻接导管适配器14的近侧端部。
在一些实施例中,导管适配器14可以包括至少两个部件。在一些实施例中,导管适配器14可以包括近侧部件60、远侧部件62以及延伸穿过近侧部件60和远侧部件62的管腔26。在一些实施例中,近侧部件60和远侧部件62可以在联接部63处选择性地联接在一起。在一些实施例中,远侧部件62可以包括侧部端口28。在一些实施例中,近侧部件60可以临近侧部端口28设置。在一些实施例中,考虑到导管适配器14的近侧端部可以不包括大到足以配合分隔件18的开口,在导管组件10组装期间,近侧和远侧部件60、62可以有利于分隔件18插入到导管适配器14中。
现在参考图3B,在一些实施例中,分隔件18可以通过分隔件18和内壁之间的粘接部65固定到导管适配器14的内壁。该粘接部可以包括以下布置中的一种或多种布置:本实用新型中描述的粘合剂粘接部38、本实用新型中描述的化学粘接部44或者其它合适类型的粘接部。在一些实施例中,该粘接部可以沿着分隔件18的长度的至少一部分设置。
现在参考图4A-4F,在一些实施例中,导管组件64可以包括或对应于导管组件10。在一些实施例中,分隔件壳体16的所述一个或多个突起均可以包括弹性扣件特征结构66。在一些实施例中,多个扣件特征结构66可以绕分隔件壳体16的外周边间隔开。在一些实施例中,扣件特征结构66的间距可以允许分隔件壳体16在不考虑取向的情况下通过近侧端部22中的近侧开口插入。

在一些实施例中,导管适配器14可以包括任何合适数量的凹槽或开口70,这些凹槽或开口均可以被构造成用以保持一个或多个保持特征结构72。如图1B所示,在一些实施例中,导管适配器14可以包括两个开口70,这两个开口可以设置在导管适配器14的相对两侧上。在一些实施例中,每个开口70都可以被构造成用以保持至少一个扣件特征结构72。

Claims (20)
1.一种导管组件,其特征在于,所述导管组件包括:
导管适配器,其中所述导管适配器包括远侧端部、近侧端部、在所述远侧端部和所述近侧端部之间延伸的内壁以及由所述内壁形成的管腔;
分隔件壳体,所述分隔件壳体设置在所述导管适配器的管腔中,其中所述分隔件壳体包括一个或多个突起,其中所述分隔件壳体通过以下布置中的一种或多种布置固定到所述内壁:所述一个或多个突起和所述内壁之间的过盈配合部;所述一个或多个突起和所述内壁之间的卡扣配合部;以及所述一个或多个突起和所述内壁之间的粘接部;以及
分隔件,所述分隔件至少部分地设置在所述分隔件壳体内,并且被构造成用以至少大致密封所述管腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述内壁包括凹槽,其中响应于所述一个或多个突起与所述凹槽对准,所述分隔件壳体弹性地向外运动,以在所述卡扣配合部中将所述一个或多个突起保持在所述凹槽中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述一个或多个突起和所述内壁之间的粘接部包括粘合剂粘接部,其中所述导管适配器还包括通气孔,所述通气孔提供所述导管组件的外部和所述粘合剂粘接部之间的通气通路。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述一个或多个突起包括唇缘,所述唇缘绕所述分隔件壳体的外周边延伸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述一个或多个突起和所述内壁之间的粘接部包括粘合剂粘接部,其中所述粘合剂粘接部邻近所述唇缘沿着所述分隔件壳体的外部延伸,其中所述内壁包括环,所述环邻近所述唇缘接触所述分隔件壳体的外部,使得在所述环和所述唇缘之间形成腔体,其中通气通路提供进入所述腔体的通路。
6.根据权利要求5所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述腔体包括倾斜的近侧表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述一个或多个突起和所述内壁之间的粘接部包括化学粘接部,其中所述化学粘接部设置在所述内壁与所述分隔件和所述分隔件壳体接触的位置处。
8.根据权利要求1所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述一个或多个突起包括多个弹性的扣件特征结构,其中所述扣件特征结构绕所述分隔件壳体的外周边间隔开。
9.根据权利要求8所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述导管适配器包括开口,其中响应于所述扣件特征结构中的一个或多个扣件特征结构与所述开口对准,所述扣件特征结构中的所述一个或多个扣件特征结构向外运动,以在所述卡扣配合部中将所述扣件特征结构中的所述一个或多个扣件特征结构保持在所述开口中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述导管适配器的外部包括与所述开口间隔开的安全机构接合特征结构。
11.根据权利要求1所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述一个或多个突起包括设置在所述分隔件壳体的远侧端部上的螺纹,其中所述导管适配器的内壁包括对应螺纹,以将所述分隔件壳体固定到所述内壁。
12.一种导管组件,其特征在于,所述导管组件包括:
导管适配器,其中所述导管适配器包括远侧端部、近侧端部、在所述远侧端部和所述近侧端部之间延伸的内壁、由所述内壁形成的管腔、以及侧部端口,其中所述内壁包括凹槽或开口;
分隔件壳体,所述分隔件壳体设置在所述导管适配器的管腔内,其中所述分隔件壳体包括一个或多个突起,其中响应于所述分隔件壳体插入到所述导管适配器的远侧端部中,所述一个或多个突起向内偏置,其中响应于所述一个或多个突起进一步插入到所述远侧端部中并与所述凹槽或开口对准,所述一个或多个突起弹性地向外运动,使得所述一个或多个突起保持在所述凹槽或开口中;以及
分隔件,所述分隔件至少部分地设置在所述分隔件壳体内并邻近所述侧部端口,其中所述分隔件被构造成用以至少大致密封所述管腔。
13.根据权利要求12所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述分隔件壳体通过所述一个或多个突起和所述内壁之间的粘接部固定到所述内壁。
14.根据权利要求13所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述粘接部包括激光焊接部或超声焊接部。
15.根据权利要求13所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述一个或多个突起和所述内壁之间的粘接部包括化学粘接部,其中所述化学粘接部设置在所述内壁与所述分隔件和所述分隔件壳体接触的位置处。
16.根据权利要求13所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽或开口是凹槽,其中所述一个或多个突起和所述内壁之间的粘接部包括粘合剂粘接部,其中所述粘合剂粘接部邻近所述一个或多个突起沿着所述分隔件壳体的外部延伸,其中所述导管适配器还包括通气孔,所述通气孔提供所述导管组件的外部和所述粘合剂粘接部之间的通气通路。
17.根据权利要求16所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述一个或多个突起包括唇缘,所述唇缘绕所述分隔件壳体的外周边延伸,其中所述通气孔邻近所述唇缘的近侧边缘设置。
18.根据权利要求12所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述一个或多个突起包括多个弹性的扣件特征结构,其中所述扣件特征结构绕所述分隔件壳体的外周边间隔开。
19.根据权利要求8所述的导管组件,其特征在于,所述凹槽或开口是开口,其中所述导管适配器的外部包括安全机构接合特征结构,其中所述安全机构接合特征结构包括被构造成用以与V形夹子选择性地联接的凹槽,其中所述凹槽与所述开口间隔开。
20.一种导管组件,其特征在于,所述导管组件包括:
导管适配器,其中所述导管适配器包括近侧部件、远侧部件、以及延伸穿过所述近侧部件和所述远侧部件的管腔,其中所述近侧部件和所述远侧部件在联接部处选择性地联接在一起,其中所述远侧部件包括侧部端口,其中所述近侧部件邻近所述侧部端口设置;以及
分隔件,所述分隔件被构造成用以至少大致密封所述管腔,其中所述分隔件邻近所述联接部设置,其中所述近侧部件的近侧端部在所述分隔件的近侧面的表面区域的一部分上邻接并延伸。
