Claims (18)
- 雌型コネクタを有するIVラインを通して患者から血液を採取するための採血装置であって、
遠い側の端部、および、近い側の端部を有する胴部材と、
内孔を有する前記胴部材に形成され、遠い側に突出する雄型コネクタであって、該雄型コネクタの外形が、前記雌型コネクタの内形と係合するように構成され、前記雄型コネクタが横方向開口部を有する、前記雄型コネクタと、
前記胴部材の前記近い側の端部に密封状態で取り付けられる採取瓶と、
前記雄型コネクタの前記内孔内に配設され、第1および第2の端部を有し、該第1および第2の端部をつなぐ流路を含み、前記第1の端部に形成され前記流路と流通する連通口も含み、前記雄型コネクタの前記横方向開口部を超えて延びる起動アームを含む弁体であって、前記流路が、前記弁体の前記第2の端部に形成された横孔と、前記弁体の前記第1の端部および前記横孔と流体連通状態にある軸線方向貫通孔とを含む、弁体と、
前記雄型コネクタの前記遠い側の端部に向かって前記弁体を付勢するために前記弁体の前記第2の端部に配設されたばね手段とを含む前記採血装置において、
前記雄型コネクタの前記雌型コネクタとの係合により、前記雌型コネクタが前記起動アームおよび弁体を前記雄型コネクタの前記近い側の端部へ押して、それにより前記弁体の前記連通口を開かせ前記雌型コネクタと前記採取瓶の間の流体の流れが可能になり、前記雌型コネクタと雄型コネクタの係合が外れる際には、前記雌型コネクタが前記雄型コネクタから取り外されるときに前記弁体の前記連通口が閉じるように、前記ばね手段が前記弁体を前記雄型コネクタの前記遠い側の端部へ押しやるようになっている採血装置。 - 前記ばね手段が前記弁体を前記雄型コネクタの前記遠い側の端部に向けて付勢できるように、前記雄型コネクタが、前記ばね手段を受けるための、その近い側の端部に配設された支持手段をさらに含む請求項1に記載された採血装置。
- 前記ばね手段が、間隔を置いて離れ、近い側に向かって突出する2つの脚部を有する形状になされ、
前記支持手段が、前記脚部の間に配置された拡開棒を含み、
前記脚部が、前記雄型コネクタの前記遠い側の端部に向かって前記弁体を付勢するように前記拡開棒に弾力的に跨がる請求項2に記載された採血装置。 - 前記弁体が、
遠い側の端部および近い側の端部を有する管と、
前記管の前記遠い側の端部に設けられ、前記雄型コネクタの前記管状胴部材の前記内孔に密封式に係合するように形成された頂端部材とを含み、前記頂端部材が前記連通口を有する請求項1に記載された採血装置。 - 前記弁管の前記内孔が、第1の内径から、前記胴部材の前記遠い側の端部における第2の内径まで遠い側のテーパー部分を有し、前記第2の内径が前記第1の内径よりも小さくなされた、遠い側の部分を含み、
前記頂端部材は、前記弁体が前記内孔内で遠い側方向に付勢されるときに、前記第2の内径に対して径方向内側に圧縮され、それにより前記連通口を閉じるように、その外径が前記第1の内径とほぼ等しくなされている請求項4に記載された採血装置。 - 前記連通口が楕円形である請求項5に記載された採血装置。
- 前記雄型コネクタが、互いに反対側に位置して前記管状胴部材に形成された2つの横方向開口部を含み、
前記弁体が、前記各横方向開口部を通って延びる2つの起動アームを含む請求項1に記載された採血装置。 - 前記弁体が前記雄型コネクタの前記遠い側の端部に向かって付勢されるときには、前記横孔が封止され、前記雄型コネクタが前記雌型コネクタ内に挿入される際に前記弁体が前記雄型コネクタの前記近い側の端部へ移動するときには、前記横孔が露出してその中を通る流体流を可能にするように、前記横孔が、前記弁体の近い側の端部に配置される請求項1に記載された採血装置。
- 前記雄型コネクタが、近い側に向かって突出し、内径を規定する内表面を有する、胴部材フランジを周囲に含み、
前記採取瓶が、前記胴部材フランジと径方向に係合することによって前記雄型コネクタに取り付けられる請求項1に記載された採血装置。 - 前記胴部材フランジの前記内径よりも大きい外径を有する外表面を有する遠い側の環状フランジを有する形状になされたストッパをさらに含み、前記ストッパが、前記胴部材フランジの前記中央部分と前記内表面の間に前記採取瓶を封止式に受けるための近い側に面する環状空隙を形成するように、前記環状フランジから近い側に突出し前記環状フランジの前記外表面から円周方向に嵌め込まれた中央部分を含み、前記ストッパの前記中央部分が、前記管状胴部材の前記内孔と整合して、その内部を通る前記弁体の軸線方向の動きを可能にするようになされている請求項9に記載された採血装置。
- 前記ストッパの前記中央孔は、その遠い側の孔径が前記管状胴部材の前記内孔の前記内径とほぼ等しく、その近い側の孔径が前記遠い側の孔径よりも大きくなるように、端ぐりされ、
前記弁体が前記雄型コネクタの前記遠い側の端部に向かって付勢されるときは、前記横孔が前記ストッパの前記遠い側の孔内で封止され、前記弁体が前記雄型コネクタの前記近い側の端部に向かって移動するときは、前記横孔が開封されその中での流体流を可能にするように、前記近い側の孔径内にあるように、前記横孔が、前記弁体に沿って位置付けられる請求項10に記載された採血装置。 - 前記雄型コネクタが、前記雌型コネクタを受けるための前記管状胴部材の周囲に配置された雄ねじ付きカラーを含む請求項1に記載された採血装置。
- 近い側の端部および遠い側の端部を有し、遠い側に突出する管状の本体が、内孔および少なくとも1つの横方向開口部を備えた形状である雄型コネクタであって、前記雄型コネクタが、近い側に突出する支持アームおよび胴部材フランジをその周りにさらに含む雄型コネクタと、
近い側に面する環状空隙を前記ストッパの少なくとも一部分と前記胴部材フランジとの間に形成するように前記胴部材フランジ内に配設され、前記管状の本体の前記内孔とほぼ整合するように、端ぐり穴を備える形状である中央部分をさらに含むストッパと、
前記近い側に面する環状空隙に受けられることによって前記雄型コネクタに封止式に取り付けられた採取瓶と、
前記管状の本体の前記内孔内に取り付けられその中で軸線方向に動くように構成され、互いに流体連絡している、軸線方向に延びる貫通孔および横方向に延びる近い側の横孔を含み、前記少なくとも1つの横方向開口部中を通って延びる少なくとも1つの起動アームも含み、前記弁体を前記内孔内で遠い側に付勢するために、前記支持アームに係合するように構成された近い側に突出するばね手段を含む、弁体とを備え、
前記弁体が前記雄型コネクタの前記遠い側の端部へ付勢されるときは、前記近い側の横孔が前記内孔によって封止され、前記弁体が前記雄型コネクタの前記近い側の端部へ移動するときは、前記近い側の横孔が、開封され、その内部を通る前記採取瓶内への流体流を可能にする採血装置。 - 前記ばね手段が、近い側に突出する隣接する2つの脚部を備える構成であり、
前記支持アームが、前記本体の前記中心軸線から偏位して配置され、前記内孔のほぼ隣に配置された径方向内側に延びる拡開部材を備える構成であり、
前記脚部が、前記弁体を遠い側に付勢するように前記拡開部材に弾力的にまたがる請求項13に記載された採血装置。 - 前記弁体が、
中心支柱と、
前記内孔と封止式に係合するように構成され、前記貫通孔と選択的に流体連通するようにその内部に連通口を有し、さらに、前記弁体が前記内孔内で遠い側に付勢されるときに、前記頂端部材および内孔が前記連通口を閉じるように協働する構成になされた遠い側の頂端部材とを含む請求項13に記載された採血装置。 - 前記雄型コネクタが、2つの横方向開口部を含み、
前記弁体が、前記各横方向開口部を通って延びる2つの起動アームを含む請求項15に記載された採血装置。 - 前記内孔の遠い側の部分が、第1の内径から、前記管状胴部材の前記遠い側の端部における第2の内径まで遠い側のテーパー部分を有する構成であり、前記第2の内径が前記第1の内径より小さく、
前記頂端部材が、前記弁体が前記内孔内で遠い側に向かって付勢されるときに、前記頂端部材が、前記第2の内径に径方向内側に圧縮され、それにより前記連通口を閉じるように、その外径が前記第1の内径とほぼ等しい構成である請求項15に記載された採血装置。 - 管状バレルの形の所定の内部断面を備える構成の雌型コネクタを有するIVラインを通して患者から血液を採取する方法であって、
真空引きされた針なし採血装置を提供することを含み、
前記採血装置が、
内孔を含む遠い側に突出する管状の本体を有し、外部断面が前記雌型コネクタの前記内部断面および少なくとも1つの横方向開口部と封止式に係合するように構成された雄型コネクタであって、近い側に突出する支持アームをさらに含む雄型コネクタと、
前記雄型コネクタに封止式に取り付けられた採取瓶と、
第1の端部および第2の端部並びに前記内孔内に取り付けられ選択的に封止されたその中を通る流路を有し、その内部を軸線方向に動くように構成された、前記流路と流体連絡している前記第1の端部において連通口を含み、前記少なくとも1つの横方向開口部を通って延びる少なくとも1つの起動アームをさらに含み、前記第2の端部に配設され、前記弁体を前記内孔内で遠い側に付勢するために前記支持アームと係合するように構成された、近い側に突出するばね部材を有する弁体であって、前記流路が、前記弁体の前記第2の端部に形成された横方向に延びる横孔と、前記弁体の前記第1の端部および前記横孔と流体連通状態にある軸線方向貫通孔とを含む、弁体とを含み、
前記採血装置を前記雌型コネクタ内に挿入して、その結果、前記雌型コネクタが、前記少なくとも1つの起動アームと係合し、前記採血装置のさらなる挿入の際に前記弁体を近い側に移動し、それにより、前記連通口を開き、前記流路の一部分を露出して、その中を通って前記採取瓶へ至る血液の流れを可能にする段階と、
前記起動アームを切り離し前記ばね部材が前記弁体を遠い側に移動させることを可能にするように、前記所望の量の血液が採取されたときに前記雌型コネクタから前記採血装置を取り外す段階であって、前記連通口が、前記弁体の遠い側への動きに応答して閉じるように動作し、それによりその中をさらに流れるのを防止し前記採取された血液を前記装置内に封止する段階とを含む患者から血液を採取する方法。
