本实用新型属于汽车冷却系统技术领域,尤其涉及一种高低温散热器水室模具。
背景技术
汽车散热器的作用在降低发动机的进气温度,长期以来,散热器一直用铜和铜质合金制造,但由于铜的价格和自重问题,现在逐渐采用铝制品来代替。同时,传统金属制品的进出气室的散热性能也逐渐不能满足现实的需要。
散热器由于形状狭长,为了确保使用强度,增加了加强筋等外部设计,脱模时容易受力不均匀,造成变形损坏。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术状况,本实用新型提供一种动作可靠、灵活,能够承受推出过程中各种力的作用的散热器水室模具。本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种散热器水室模具,包括动模、定模和抽芯机构,还包括推出机构设置在动模的一侧,在散热器水室产品的筋部、凸缘和壁缘成型腔处,均设有推出机构的推力点。能够避免推力点作用在制品的薄平面上,使塑件受力均匀,不变形不损坏。
进一步的,所述抽芯机构包括斜导柱和滑块,所述滑块一侧有成型面。配合模具成型侧面,在脱模前推出,辅助脱模。
进一步的,所述斜导柱固定在定模上,滑块设置在动模上,斜导柱与滑块的中线对齐。
进一步的,所述斜导柱倾斜角度为15度。脱模时,对塑件产品有限制作用,防止塑件黏在滑块上。
进一步的,滑块水平两侧的凸耳与动模模套对应位置的导滑槽滑动配合。
进一步的,所述导滑槽设有限位装置。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:采用多个推力点的推出机构,能够使脱模过程中,塑件受力均匀,确保了塑件的外观不受损坏;同时采用滑块侧抽装置,开模时驱动力直接驱动滑块在导滑轨上滑动,配合脱模同步进行,结构更加简单,节约生产时间。

一种散热器水室模具,包括动模2、定模1和抽芯机构,所述抽芯机构包括斜导柱4和滑块5,所述滑块5一侧有成型面,配合模具成型侧面,在脱模前推出,辅助脱模。所述斜导柱4固定在定模1上,滑块5设置在动模2上,斜导柱4与滑块的中线对齐。
在动模2的一侧还设有推出机构设置在动模的一侧,所述推出机构包括多个推杆3,分别位于散热器水室产品的筋部、凸缘和壁缘成型腔处,能够避免推力点作用在制品的薄平面上,使塑件受力均匀,不变形不损坏。所述斜导柱4倾斜角度为15度。滑块5水平两侧的凸耳与动模模套对应位置的导滑槽6滑动配合,导滑槽6设有限位装置。

1.一种散热器水室模具,包括动模、定模和抽芯机构,其特征在于:还包括推出机构设置在动模的一侧,在散热器水室产品的筋部、凸缘和壁缘成型腔处,均设有推出机构的推力点。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种散热器水室模具,其特征在于:所述斜导柱固定在定模上,滑块设置在动模上,斜导柱与滑块的中线对齐。
