Abstract

本实用新型涉及到一种油条机。属于食品加工机械。
油条现都是靠人工操作加工而成。为提高加工速度，节省人力而设计的油条机。其工作过程如附图所示，油面放在料斗(1)，轧辊(2)将油面滚压成一定的宽度和厚度的面片，通过固定刀片(3)和滚动切割轴(4)将滚压成的面片切割成一定宽度的条状后，掉在出条槽(5)滑入油锅(6)中炸熟成成品，为了防止面和固定刀片和切割轴(4)，出条槽(5)粘连，设有油槽(7)，装有食用油(8)，这样切割轴在油槽(7)内旋转后，就带有食用油起到了防止粘连和润滑的作用。

Description

本实用新型涉及到一种油条机。
油条现在都是靠人工将面加工成扁片，人工切割后，申拉到一定的长度后下入油锅。这不但速度慢，而且也不均匀。如果将面用机器直接加工成条状后下入油锅，不但可以提高速度，而且还可以节省人力。加工成的油条也比较均匀。油条机就是通过这种设想而设计成的。
如附图所示，本实用新型的油条机是由料斗1、压滚2、固定刀片3、切割轴4、出条槽5、油锅6、油槽7、食用油8、固定架9、及传动减速设备（附图二）组成的。
工作过程：油面放在料斗1，压滚2将油面滚压成一定的宽度和厚度的面片，通过固定刀片3和滚动切割轴4将滚压成的面片切割成一定宽度的条状后，掉在出条槽5后滑入油锅6中炸熟成成品。为了防止面和固定刀片3和切割轴4，出条槽5粘连，设有油槽7，装有食用油8，这样切割轴在油槽7内旋转后，就带有食用油起到了防止粘连和润滑的作用。
本油条机的优点是，结构简单，操作方便，厚薄可调。停电后用手工摇动也可操作，使用本油条机可以节省人力，速度可以比人工生产油条提高5－10倍。
