本实用新型涉及一种方便货车装卸货物的车厢结构。
背景技术
随着物流业的快速发展，货车成为运输的重要工具。在装卸货物过程中，由于货车车厢较长，具有前后深度，需要用人力搬运货物，车厢地板上的条纹只减少了货物与车厢地板的摩擦面积，摩擦阻力造成的劳动强度实际减少不大，整个装卸货物过程消耗较大的人力，浪费工作时间。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题：
针对目前货车在装卸过程中由于车厢较长造成装卸时耗费劳动力较大的问题，提供了一种便于装卸货物的货车车厢。
本实用新型技术方案：一种便于装卸货物的货车车厢，包含货车厢体、车厢地板，电动机和控制装置固定于车厢地板下方并与传送带系统电连接，传送带系统通过支撑架安装于车厢地板上。
       传送带系统由传送带、驱动轮、导向轮、承重轮组成，驱动轮、导向轮、承重轮均匀分布在传送带内，用支撑架固定。
本实用新型有益效果：
采用以上结构后，本实用新型与现有技术比较，具有以下优点：在原有的货车车厢地板上添加由电动机驱动的传送带系统，通过控制装置可方便控制传送带的开启、停止以及传送方向。当货物装卸时只需要由人力将货物搬上传送带，减少了货物在车厢内的搬运，节省了劳动力和工作时间。

具体实施方式：
       一种便于装卸货物的货车车厢，货车车厢厢体1与车厢地板2构成货车车厢，传送带系统与车厢地板2通过支撑架9固定，电动机3与控制装置4固定于车厢地板下方并与传送带系统电连接。传送带系统由传送带5、驱动轮6、导向轮8、承重轮7组成，驱动轮6、导向轮8、承重轮7均匀分布在传送带内，用支撑架9固定。当货车装卸货物时，将货物抬上传送带5，操纵控制装置4，通过电动机3驱动传送带系统的驱动轮6，驱动轮6带动传送带5将货物推入或移出货厢，不仅节省了人力，而且节省了工作时间，将电动机3和控制装置4安装在车厢后部，车厢地板的下面，操纵方便，不影响货物装卸。

1.一种便于装卸货物的货车车厢，包含货车厢体（1）、车厢地板（2），其特征在于：电动机（3）和控制装置（4）固定于车厢地板（2）下方并与传送带系统电连接，传送带系统通过支撑架（9）安装于车厢地板（2）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于装卸货物的货车车厢，其特征在于：传送带系统由传送带（5）、驱动轮（6）、导向轮（8）、承重轮（7）组成，驱动轮（6）、导向轮（8）、承重轮（7）均匀分布在传送带内，用支撑架（9）固定。
