Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种电动汽车供电系统,即电动汽车车载自供不断电装置。是在汽车后桥上连接有发电机,发电机通过并网控制器与车载主变频电机电连接,车载电瓶通过逆变器与并网控制器电连接。汽车启动时电瓶供电经逆变器升压,进入到并网控制器,由并网控制器向主变频电机供电,实现行走。启动后,后桥上的发电机实现发电,经并网控制器后一部分用来给电瓶充电,实现电瓶行车中充电,另外大部分给主变频电机供电。借助汽车后桥动力来带动发电机发电,用来给车载电瓶充电和车辆行走供电,解决了电动汽车电池充电的瓶颈,实现电能自给自足。具有结构简单,技术可行的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种电动车辆供电系统,即电动车辆车载自供不断电装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中,电动汽车以其清洁能源、节约能源得到重视。但电池是技术的关键,如何利用汽车本身的动力来发电是解决供电的一个可行方案。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述情况而提供一种利用车辆本身的动力来发电的电动车辆车载自供不断电装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:电动车辆车载自供不断电装置在车辆轴上连接有发电机(一台或一台以上),发电机通过并网控制器与车载主变频电机电连接,车载电瓶通过逆变器与并网控制器电连接。车辆启动时电瓶供电经逆变器升压,进入到并网控制器,由并网控制器向主变频电机供电,实现行走。启动后,车辆轴上的发电机实现发电(机械能转变成电能),经并网控制器后一部分用来给电瓶充电,实现电瓶行车中充电,另外大部分给主变频电机供电。
电动车辆包括汽车、火车、摩托车、农用三轮车、电动自行车等电动车辆。
本实用新型的优点是:1、借助车辆轴动力来带动发电机发电,用来给车载电瓶充电和车辆行走供电,解决了电动车辆电池充电的瓶颈,实现电能自给自足。2、结构简单,技术可行。

具体实施方式
参见附图,以汽车为例,电动车辆车载自供不断电装置是在汽车后桥10(带车轮11)上连接有两台发电机1,发电机1连接并网控制器2。车载电瓶3(带充电器8)经逆变器4(12伏或24伏电压被升至220伏)与并网控制器2电连接。并网控制器2与车载主变频电机5(或称调速电机)电连接,主变频电机5与变速箱9连接。并网控制器2用于对汇集的电流合并和保护作用。车载主变频电机5连接有另一台发电机6和惯动轮7,用于停车时发电,即停车时通过车载电瓶3给主变频电机5供电,主变频电机5带动发电机6发电。惯动轮7在断电时可以增加发电机6转动时间。

1.一种电动车辆车载自供不断电装置,其特征在于车辆轴上连接有发电机(1),发电机(1)通过并网控制器(2)与车载主变频电机(5)电连接,车载电瓶(3)通过逆变器(4)与并网控制器(2)电连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的电动车辆车载自供不断电装置,其特征在于车载主变频电机(5)连接有另一台发电机(6)和惯动轮(7)。
