Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种手术台及包含这种手术台的手术台系统,手术台具有一个装置,该装置具有一个操作器用于输入调整指令,以调整手术台。 
背景技术
在开头所述类型的已知装置中,操作器通常是一个可携带的遥控器,其与设置在手术台的立柱中的控制单元通信。调整指令例如通过将操作器和立柱相连的电缆或通过用于无线传输的装置例如通过使用红外信号的装置向立柱的控制单元发送。控制单元然后响应所接受的调整信号对手术台的执行器进行控制,通过执行器对手术台进行调整。电子控制单元一方面控制位于立柱内的执行器,由此整个支承面的位置被调整,另一方面经由立柱和支承面之间的信号耦合器,由此彼此相对调整支承面的不同分段。当支承面固定在立柱上时,由此不仅整体支承面的位置而且支承面的形状可以以多种方式调整,从而手术中的患者可以最佳地支承。 
支承面不仅可以用于手术中,而且可以在手术前或手术后由手术室中移出或移出。为了手术前或手术后的支承面转移,支承面被调整到平的位置,这适合于在将患者从一张床转移到另外一张床时最佳地从一个支承面转移到另一支承面上。

发明内容
本发明的目的是,提出一种开头所述类型的手术台,即使在手术前 或手术后的支承面转移过程中所述装置也允许支承面的合适的调整。本发明的手术台具有一立柱,在该立柱上可拆卸地固定一个可调整的支承面,该手术台设有一装置,其中装置具有一个用于输入调整指令以调整手术台的操作器和一用于将调整指令直接从操作器传输到可调整的支承面的电缆,所述电缆的一端与操作器连接或可连接并且另外一端经由一插接连接件与支承面连接或可连接。电缆能够经由一插接连接件附加地插在立柱上。 
与现有的装置相比,在本发明的装置中调整指令直接传输到支承面上并且无需绕过手术台立柱。由此当支承面不再固定在立柱上时,特别是在手术前和手术后的转移过程期间,支承面可以以在手术室进行手术时使用的相同的操作器进行调整。因此用于调整支承面的功能即使在支承面转移过程中还可以使用,所述支承面在手术中业已使用并且使用者对其已经很熟悉。因为使用者可以利用相同的操作器对在转移期间的支承面进行调整,而且由于使用者在手术中使用之后对其业已熟悉,所以简化了使用者的操作。同时取消了为支承面转移所设置的附加的调整可能性。 
在操作器和支承面之间的电缆连接是特别有利的,因为它比无线连接更少地受外界干扰。因此特别是当在手术室外部存在大量不易消除的影响无线信号传输的干扰源时,电缆连接是非常有利的。 
在经由电缆连接的从操作器向手术台的传输时,产生另外一个优点,即调整指令被直接传输到支承面,即电缆插在支承面上,而不是如现有技术那样插在立柱上。这是因为在实际中操作器在手术期间通常挂在支承面上。当手术后将支承面从立柱上松开时并且支承面连同位于其上的患者一起被转移出手术室时,很容易发生的是,操作器不经意地从支承面上垂下,从而一端插入立柱中的电缆在转移支承面时被张紧并且如果不能及时发现错误的话有可能被损坏。 
有利地附加在立柱上设置一插接连接元件,操作器的电缆可经由一插接连接插在所述插接连接元件上。由此操作器可选地插在支承面或支柱上。 
这具有如下的优点:当操作器的电缆插入支承面时,用于彼此相对调整支承面的各分段的调整指令被传输到支承面的执行器上,并且用于调整支柱侧的执行器的调整指令经由信号耦合器传输到立柱上。然而无需所有与手术台立柱共同使用的支承面都配备所有的调整功能。特别是完全不能调整的支承面也可以使用。当操作器不能附加地插入立柱时,那么这种简单的支承面就必须具有用于操作器的电缆的输入口,以便经由支承面和信号耦合器将调整指令传输到手术台立柱上。由此支承面的构造就其功能而言会比较复杂。 
也有利的是,在手术台立柱上设置另外的插接连接元件,操作器的电缆可插在所述插接连接元件上,从而有关手术台立柱的调整指令可直接输入立柱中并且没有必要绕过支承面。此外对于在现有技术中业已存在的支承面也可在相同的系统中进一步使用,操作器的电缆不可插在所述支承面上。 
取代电缆,用于直接传输调整指令的机构也可以通过无线信号传输机构例如红外信号传输机构构成。有利地,由于上述原因除了在支承面中的红外线接收器外,在立柱中也设置一个红外线接收器。 
手术台的调整优选包括彼此相对调整支承面的各分段并且附加地包括下面一个或多个对支承面的整体调整:支承面的高度调整、支承面围绕一个垂直轴线的转动、支承面围绕其横向轴线的翻转、支承面围绕其纵向轴线的翻转以及支承面在其纵向上的平移。 
优选支承面具有一第一电子控制单元,该控制单元具有调整指令输入口并且这样进行程序设计,使得它由经由输入口接收的调整指令产生用于执行器的控制信号,以调整手术台。 
优选在手术台立柱中设置一第二电子控制单元,该控制单元具有调整指令输入口并且这样进行程序设计,使得它由经由输入口接收的调整指令产生用于执行器的控制信号,以调整手术台。 
优选支承面具有电驱动的执行器以彼此相对调整其各分段并且具有一用于移动电源的电接头。移动电源可在手术前和手术后的支承面转移期间提供用于操作执行器的电能。 
本发明此外还涉及一种手术台系统,包括一具有一立柱的可调整的手术台,在该立柱上可拆卸地固定一个可调整的支承面;一按照上述的一个进一步构造的用于调整手术台的装置;以及一手推车,该手推车适合于转移具有支承在其上的患者的支承面,其中手推车具有一电源,该电源适合于给支承面的执行器供电。 
优选支承面和立柱经由一立柱耦合器可同时不仅机械连接而且电连接,并且在手推车上设置一耦合件,该耦合件可与立柱耦合器的在支承面一侧的耦合件机械以及电耦合。由此支承面可以在手术前和手术后的转移过程中以相同的方式固定在手推车上,正如手术时固定在手术台立柱上时一样,其中特别是支承面的执行器的供电是自动连接的。

在图1中示出手术台10的侧视图,其可通过根据本发明的一个进一步构造的装置进行调整。手术台10包括一具有立柱头部14的立柱12,在此立柱头部上可拆卸地固定一支承面16。支承面16包括六个分段18a至18f,所述分段可彼此相对调整。在支承面16上设置一个插座20,一操作器(在图1中未示出)的电缆以其所属的插头可插入所述插座中。在立柱头部14上也设置一个相同的插座22。

输入操作器26中的指令通过电缆28和插座20输入第一电子控制单元32中,该第一电子控制单元包含在支承面16中。第一电子控制单元32对来自操作器26的调整指令作出响应,对执行器34a至34f进行控制,通过所述执行器各分段18a至18f可彼此相对调整。此外第一电子控制单元32经由设置在立柱12和支承面16之间的一信号耦合器36向一设置在立柱12中的第二电子控制单元38发出控制信号。控制信号表示有关调整立柱12的立柱头部14的调整指令等。这些调整指令特别是用来整体调整支承面16的指令,并且在所示的实施例中涉及支承面的高度调整、支承面围绕一个垂直轴线的转动、支承面围绕其横向轴线的翻转、支承面围绕其纵向轴线的翻转以及支承面在其纵向上的平移。为了实施这些调整,第二电子控制单元38控制立柱12的合适的执行器40a至40c。 
在立柱12中此外设置一个电源42,经由该电源给立柱12的执行器40a至40c供电。当支承面16经由一个未详细描述的立柱耦合器固定在立柱12的立柱头部14上时,除了信号耦合器36的机械连接和接通之外还接通一个电插接连接件44,经由该电插接连接件支承面16与立柱12的电源42连接。由此提供用于操作支承面16的执行器34a至34f的电源。 
当在手术后将支承面16与立柱12分离以便将位于其上的患者从手术室从转移时,操作器26可以以其电缆28插入插座20中。支承面16固定在一个手推车(未示出)上,该手推车具有移动电源。在将支承面固定在手推车上时电插接连接件44的支承面一侧的部分与手推车的连接器插接连接,经由该插接连接支承面16在手推车上可由手推车的移动电源供电。由此当支承面16固定在手推车上时,执行器34a至34f也被操作。因此支承面16可以在手推车上利用相同的操作器26调整,如在手 术时。由此支承面16的全部调整功能原则上也可以在手术前和手术后的支承面16的转移的期间内实现,由此患者可以获得最佳的支承。 
在传统的手术台的情况下操作器不可插入支承面中,而是仅仅插入立柱中,例如通过与图2中立柱12的插座22相类似的插座。在手术期间操作器26通常悬挂在支承面16上。如果在传统的系统中操作器不经意地挂在支承面上并且插入立柱中,那么在将支承面由手术室中转移出来时连接电缆可能被损坏。所述危险在图2的装置24中这样被消除,即电缆28通常插入支承面16的插座20中。 
然而在图2的装置24中附加在立柱上设置一插座22,操作器26的电缆28可插入所述插座22中。立柱12上的插座22是有利的,当使用比在图1和图2中示出的支承面16简单的支承面时,这种支承面只能很少或完全不能调整。在这种简单的支承面的情况下非常麻烦的是需额外设置用于调整指令的输入口,仅仅为了而后经由支承面将调整指令传输到立柱12中,以便控制立柱12的执行器40a至40c。在这种情况下将操作器26的电缆28直接经由立柱12的插座22。

Claims (5)

4.一种手术台系统,包括以下部件:
一根据权利要求3的可调整的手术台(10);以及 
一手推车,该手推车适合于转移具有支承在其上的患者的支承面(16);
其中手推车具有一电源,该电源适合于给支承面(16)的执行器(34a至34f)供电。
5.按权利要求4所述的手术台系统,其中:支承面(16)和立柱(12)经由一立柱耦合器能够同时机械连接以及电连接,并且在手推车上设置一耦合件,该耦合件能够与立柱耦合器的在支承面一侧的耦合件机械耦合以及电耦合。
