Abstract

本发明涉及一种包括单独固定的长丝的膜。更特别的是,本发明涉及一种钩和环自粘支撑的凹形部件,包括塑料膜和固定在膜的其中一个面上的彼此独立的长丝。本发明的特征在于每个长丝的一部分长度固定在塑料膜上,其余的部分与膜离开膜一定的距离以形成环。根据本发明,所述的膜是由非弹性和非热收缩性的材料制成,而所述的长丝的纤度小于10,优选小于或等于7.7,例如在2到5分特之间。

Description

包括固定的单独长丝的膜
本发明涉及一种用于自动扣紧钩和扣环的凹形环部分,特别是意图用于扣紧纸尿裤。本发明还涉及一种生产上述类型的凹形环部分的方法。
众多设备和方法已经在涉及这些用于钩和扣环的凹形环部分的专利中记载过了,特别是在纸尿裤领域。考虑到生产的需要,期望获得一种尽可能便宜的凹形环部分,并能以尽可能最快的速度将其生产出来。例如宝洁(Procter & Gamble)公司的欧洲专利EP0 289 198公开了一种凹形环部分,它是由一种弹性材料制成的膜和根据一种焊区图形焊接到膜的长丝膜构成的,以这样一种方式焊接,环由上述长丝在该长丝与所述膜之间形成。为了达到上述目的,必须提供一种由弹性材料甚至是热伸缩的材料制成的膜。实现这些凹形部分的生产方法是复杂的,尤其是由于为了形成环要采用焊接步骤和膜回缩步骤这样的事实。因此,所获得的凹形部分是非常昂贵的。事实上,一方面,弹性材料(即使我们不讨论一种热收缩材料)是昂贵的材料,另一方面,为了经受住不同的操作(焊接以及拉伸),长丝需要使用大直径,尤其是大于10分特(decitex),因而导致高成本。
本发明涉及一种生产扣紧的凹形部分的方法,一方面,这种方法可以以非常低的成本的获得凹形扣紧部分,另一方面,这种方法可以获得高的生产速率。此外,细长丝的使用还可获得一个非常柔软的手感,因为正在被挤出的长丝是处于一种具有大弯曲度和柔软度的弱取向的材料状态。同时可以获得印刷于膜下面的设计的良好可读性。
根据本发明的生产一种凹形扣紧部分的方法,包括一种由塑料材料制成的膜和固定于膜的一面上以形成环的长丝,其特征在于它包括如下步骤:
——通过挤出,使一种塑料材料制成的膜成形;
——将长丝幕穿过带子或压辊和成型辊之间,以这样一种方式可以使得每个长丝都具有凹陷和凸起结构。
——将具有凹陷和凸起的长丝与软化的塑料材料的膜接触,通过挤压后,在其表面,通过施加静电场,通过静电压力,以将长丝固定在软化的塑料膜材料中,以这样一种方式,长丝的凸起部分形成环,而凹陷部分固定在塑料材料里。
因此这种生产方法是相当快速的,并且特别是在纸尿裤领域可以大规模地生产用于扣紧的凹形环部分。
根据一个优选实施例,长丝具有小于10分特的纤度,更优选小于7.7分特,尤其优选在2.2到5.5分特之间。
优选,当其将被印刷时,塑料材料制成的膜的厚度在10到20μm或30μm之间,不印刷时,厚度在5到15μm之间。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,塑料材料膜包括一种至少沿长丝方向(膜运行方向)的非弹性材料并且也是非热收缩性的材料。
弹性材料可以理解为是一种当它在任何方向延长超过它在静止状态在任何所述方向上的初始尺寸的120%时,基本上可以地恢复到它的初始形状而没有变形的材料(即尤其是当它可以回复到小于它的初始尺寸的105%的形状)。
菲热收缩性材料可以理解为是一种当它被加热时,尤其是当它被加热到温度等于或大于140°且加热至少10秒时,不能回缩超过10%的材料。
本发明还涉及一种根据本发明的方法制得的用于一种钩和扣环,特别是用于纸尿裤的凹形环部分,。
根据本发明的由一种塑料材料膜和长丝构成的凹形部分,彼此独立,且固定在膜的一个表面上,其特征在于每个长丝以其长度的一部分被固定在塑料材料膜上,而其它部分离开膜一定距离用于形成环;
——至少在长丝的纵向方向,由一种非弹性和非热收缩材料制成的膜,和形成长丝的环的部分是彼此独立的。
在本发明中,彼此独立的长丝或长丝的环部分可以被理解为不能与其相邻部分相连的长丝或长丝的环部分,例如形成一个薄片。根据本发明,长丝彼此之间仅仅是通过塑料材料膜连接膜,而不是在它们之间直接连接,尽管在最终产品中,可能出现特定长丝与其它的在形成环的部分接触。然而,这种接触的区域是不固定的,长丝之间可以彼此分离,与它们被压成片时是不同的。
根据一个实施例,
——长丝的纤度小于10分特,优选小于或等于7.7,更优选在2.2到5.5分特之间。
根据本发明的一个优选实施例,所述的环从膜上凸出,其基部按行排列,行和行之间彼此分离,行间距至少等于0.05mm,优选大于或等于0.15mm。
根据一个优选的实施例,长丝以单层排列在膜上,也就是说,每一个长丝单独置于膜的顶部,而没有其他的长丝在顶部。
优选,印刷时膜的厚度在10到20μm或30μm之间,不印刷时,厚度在5到15μm之间。
根据一个优选实施例,长丝是多叶状的,特别是三叶状的或四叶状的,具有多个叶子的三叶形的非圆截面意味着同时将长丝固定在膜上需要更少的丝材料。
根据一个优选实施例,长丝是卷曲的或织地粗糙的,这样可以提高钩的把持力,这是由于长丝本身外表面的局部波纹造成的。因此,每一个卷曲的或织地粗糙的长丝会更容易与其相邻部分区分开。
单独以说明的方式,通过参考附图将对根据本发明的一个方法以及根据本发明的方法得到的环部分的实施例进行描述,其中:
图1是用以实现根据本发明的生产方法的装置的全视图。
图2是根据本发明的环部分的透视图。
图3显示了图1的装置的一部分的放大图。
图4a和4b是图1和3装置的成型辊和凹形带部分的放大图。
可以在图2中看到根据本发明的一个环部分。该环部分是一个由非弹性的和非热收缩性材料制成的膜1,通过长丝2被固定在所述膜1上而组成。所述长丝2按行排列在膜1上。每一个长丝2都由一连串的凹陷和凸起部分组成,也就是由凹陷部分或固定部分3以及凸起部分或形成环4的部分组成。在固定部分3长丝被固定在塑料材料的膜上。特别是,它们被部分固定在塑料材料的膜上。长丝的纤度等于5.5分特。优选,这一纤度是严格小于10分特。图中纵向上的每一行的环与相邻的行都是分离的,其间隔的距离等于并优选大于0.15mm,更优选在0.05mm到0.5mm之间。特别是为了避免已经提到过的接触的结果,从一行到另一行的行间距可以改变。
在图中,所示的环是以行整齐排列的。事实上,一般所述的环是倾向于偏向一侧或另一侧的,这样就使得其与相邻行的环接触。因此,行的一个更精确的定义在于仅仅考虑总是按行排列的环的基部。
固定部分3的延伸长度例如在0.2mm到1.5mm之间,如0.8mm,环的长度在例如0.5mm到2.5mm之间,例如1.6mm,它们的高度接近1mm,例如在0.2mm到1.5mm之间。
单层或多层的塑料材料的膜可以是一种聚烯烃如聚丙烯或聚乙烯(离开模具的温度大于一般在120℃到180℃之间的软化温度),聚酰胺或聚酯(离开模具的温度大于在180℃到270℃之间的软化温度),或者一种改性共聚物(离开模具的温度大于在80℃到180℃之间的软化温度),而长丝可以是例如聚酰胺、聚酯或聚丙烯。
所述的膜也可以被加工成多层。
如附图2所示的环部分的生产方法如下:
首先,一种软化的塑料材料膜从挤出模具10中被挤压出来,挤出模具的旋转速度等于300m/mn,优选200到500m/mn之间。
另一方面,长丝幕30从模具31中被挤压出来,并在成型辊40和齿形带(或辊)之间通过。成型辊40上有槽。齿形带50包括与形成于辊40的外表面的凸起41形状互补的凹槽51。
同样地,凹槽51之间的凸起52与凸起41之间形成的凹陷的区域42是形状互补的。
在凹陷的区域42的底部,吸入孔43是用来电镀的,通过吸入,长丝幕30在辊40和带50之间通过。因此,当长丝在成型辊40和齿形带50之间被挤压后,它会变形,因此它聚集在凹陷的区域42和互补的凸起52之间。当离开成型辊和带时,长丝形成了凹陷和凸起。
具有凹陷和凸起的长丝幕在塑料材料膜挤出后与软化的塑料材料膜开始接触。一种Eltex类型的静电装置(静电棒60)将电场施加到长丝与软化的塑料材料膜的接触点上。这种依赖于传播速度和特别是在200到500V/m之间的静电场允许施加静电压力,该静电压力可以将长丝的凹陷部分固定在仍然软化的塑料材料膜上,膜使凸起部分离开膜一定距离,以这样一种方式可以获得一个如图2所示的离开静电场区域的凹形部件。挤出后一旦膜和长丝之间已经接触,迅速冷却的塑料材料使长丝固定在膜中。
单层膜的情况,例如由聚丙烯构成的膜,应用在长丝上的膜的温度是在150℃范围内,该膜例如也由聚丙烯构成。这个温度比聚丙烯的软化温度要高。
多层膜的情况,例如第一层是聚丙烯,第二层是改性共聚物,第一层的温度在150℃且可以支持第二层,第二层的温度大于其熔化温度(例如超出130℃),第二层作为一个连接层连接不同材料长丝,例如由聚酰胺构成的长丝,其使膜材料和长丝所有可能的结合更容易实现。
这种制备方法特别简单和快速。所获得的产品特别便宜,因为膜可以由单独的既不是弹性的也不是热收缩性的塑料材料制备而成,且长丝不需要具有较大的厚度,特别是纤度要严格小于10分特,优选小于或等于7.7分特,特别是在2.2到5.5分特之间。因此获得的凹形部分特别适用于在纸尿裤上使用,纸尿裤需要以尽可能最低的价格大量制备凹形部分。

Claims (13)

1.凹形部分,由一种塑料材料制得的膜和长丝构成,所述长丝彼此独立且固定在所述膜的一面上,其特征在于,所述每个长丝以其长度的一部分固定在所述塑料材料膜上,而其他部分离开所述膜一定距离以形成环;所述膜,至少在所述长丝的纵向方向,是由非弹性和非热收缩性材料形成的,且所述长丝的形成所述环的所述部分是彼此独立的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凹形部分,其特征在于,所述长丝的纤度小于10分特,优选小于或等于7.7分特,特别是在2.2到5.5分特之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的凹形部分,其特征在于,所述的环从所述的膜上凸起,按行排列,由此所述行之间彼此分离,行间距至少等于0.05mm,特别是大于或等于0.15mm。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的凹形部分,其特征在于,所述的长丝以单层在所述膜上排列,即每一个长丝都单独位于所述膜的上部而没有另外的长丝位于上部。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的凹形部分,其特征在于,印刷时所述膜的厚度在10到20或30μm之间,不印刷时,其厚度在5到15μm之间。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的凹形部分,其特征在于,所述固定部分(3)的延伸长度在0.2到1.5mm之间,例如0.8mm,所述环的长度在0.5mm到2.5mm之间,例如1.6mm,它们的高度接近1mm。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的凹形部分,其特征在于,所述的长丝是卷曲的或织地粗糙的。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的凹形部分,其特征在于,所述的长丝是多叶状的,特别是三叶状或四叶状的。
9.制造根据在先权利要求中任一项所述的凹形扣紧部分的方法,所述凹形部分包括由塑料材料制成的膜和彼此独立的固定在所述膜的一面上以形成环的长丝,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
通过挤出,使塑料材料膜成形;
将长丝幕穿过带或挤压辊和一个成型辊之间,以这样的方式使所述每个长丝都形成凹陷和凸起。
在挤出后,将具有凹陷和凸起的长丝与软化的塑料材料的膜接触,在其表面,通过施加用于固定的静电场,通过静电压力,将所述长丝固定在所述的软化的塑料膜材料中,以这样的方式,所述长丝的所述凸起部分形成所述环,而所述凹陷部分被固定在所述塑料材料中。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的长丝的纤度小于10分特,特别是小于7.7分特,更特别是在2.2到5.5分特之间。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述的塑料材料膜包括非弹性的和非热收缩性的材料。
12.根据权利要求9、10、或11所述的方法,其特征在于,长丝幕(30)从模具(31)中被挤压出来,并被带到成型辊(40)和带或齿形辊之间,由此所述的成型辊(40)上有槽,并且所述带或齿形辊(50)包括与在所述辊(40)的外表面上形成的凸起(41)形状互补的凹槽(51);
在所述凹槽(51)之间形成的凸起(52)与所述凸起(41)之间形成的凹陷的区域(42)形状互补,在所述的凹陷的区域(42)的底部的吸入孔(43)是用来电镀的,通过吸入,所述的长丝幕(30)在所述辊(40)和所述带(50)之间通过。
