特别地,本发明使得将要获得的容器从塑料材料的半成品开始,上述半成品会包括具有薄厚度的元件,例如通过从薄膜剪切获得的盘,或者注模体,或者处于浆糊状态的一定量的塑料材料。
在所有前述情况中,通过从半成品压缩成形获得预成形件使得能够改进通过吹制成形顺序获得容器。
获得具有预定几何形状(例如壁在预成形件的不同点具有不同厚度)的预成形件的预备步骤事实上使得能够避免在预成形件的伸展阶段之前的预成形件的不同加热阶段。
能够产生预成形件和随后伸展它的优点在具有薄厚度并且为处于浆糊状态的一定量塑料材料的元件的情况下显得特别明显,两者均不能经受伸展阶段,与前面的预成形件不一致。
在注模体的情况下,其是结构上更类似于预成形件的元件的问题。
然而,在该情况下从注模体的预成形件的压缩成形带来显著的优点。
以两个阶段(即注模和随后压缩模制)获得预成形件事实上使得使用的塑料材料可以具有高分子量,这很有利以便方便伸展-吹制-成形的操作。
例如由于具有高分子量的塑料材料常见的低粘度所引起的在注模体中的任何缺点能够因此在压缩模制阶段消除,使得能够获得没有缺陷的容器。
特别地,能够使用设置有相当大尺寸的注模开口(门)的注模模具,以便方便塑料物质的流动。
通过注模开口的定位在注模体中产生的不连续性因此在压缩成形的随后阶段消除。
使用具有高分子量的塑料材料和获得基本没有缺陷以及具有受控厚度的壁的预成形件的可能性使得预成形件能够经受在相同模具中在轴向和径向上均作用的吹制。

具体实施方式
参照图1,模具2示出用于成形容器4(参见图6),包括底板6,在该底板6上固定有冲模8的外壳体10,该冲模8在内部提供有腔。在壳体10内固定有衬套12,该衬套12限定腔9的中间部件14并且在其相对端部处载有第一构件16和第二构件18,该第一构件16和第二构件18分别限定腔9的第一端部区域20和第二端部区域22。
第一构件16具有开口24并且限定座26,在该座26内能够接收成形容器4的半成品50。
第二构件18以轴向滑动方式在自身内接收底部部件30,这将在下面更详细地解释。
底板6具有一对套管32,在上述一对套管32内滑动地装配相应的导杆34,导杆34的相应端部由第一横杆36和第二横杆38相连接。
第二横杆38和第一横杆36在冲模8的相反侧上,第二横杆38支撑朝向冲模8的冲头40。
冲头40和底部部件30在冲模8内部彼此独立地可移动,以便确定如下的第一构造,其中冲头40和底部部件30协作来限定成形单元,该成形单元用于压缩成形半成品50以便获得预成形件51,以及如下的第二构造,其中冲头40和底部部件30协作来限定伸展单元,该伸展单元用于预成形件51的伸展以便获得容器4。
特别地,在第一构造中,冲头40和底部部件30布置在开口24附近。
在第一构造中,底部部件30与冲模8协作以便限定冲头40能够插入其内部的腔,以便抵靠限定所述腔的壁机构挤压塑料材料。
随后,在预成形件51已经成形之后,底部部件30和冲头40从开口24移走,以便确定第二构造,其中底部部件30与冲模8协作以便限定进一步的腔,在该进一步的腔内部冲头40伸展预成形件51以便获得容器4。
冲头40包括在其内部为轴向可滑动杆44的冲头体42,该杆44通过第二横杆38的孔45并且具有朝向冲模8的成形头部46。
头部46容纳在在冲头体42中设置的腔48中,在该冲头体42内受具有控压力的操作流体例如空气能够被引入并且能够从中抽出。
在图1的位置中,盘形半成品50在开口24处放在座26中。通过从单层或多层薄膜剪切而获得半成品50。
第一横杆36保持固定并且使得底板6在箭头F指示的方向上在一对杆34上滑动,以便将第一横杆36向上带到冲头40,如图2所示。
以此方式,冲模8的顶表面52以如下方式靠近冲头40的环形前表面56:后者的轴向和居中凸起54插入座26内部并且与朝向它的半成品50的表面相互作用。
一旦凸起54处于上述的相互作用位置,底部部件30在由箭头F1指示的方向上由致动器60带着通过腔9到开口24,以便与半成品50的进一步表面相互作用,上述进一步表面在与成形头部46相接触的表面的相反方向。
在该相互作用的位置,温度控制机构(未示出)介入半成品50,以便将其带到热成形温度,而半成品50由成形头部46和底部部件30的组合作用成形。
可替换地,半成品50当其已经处于压缩成形发生的温度时能够定位在座26中。
随后,现在参照图3,虽然底板6保持在图2公开的位置,底部部件30在与方向F1相反的方向F2上由致动器60返回到其初始位置。
而且,杆44将成形头部46移到底部部件30,在到达之前停止。以此方式,半成品50具有在凸起54和座26之间拉紧的周边部分以及由成形头部46拉拔以便形成容器的前身58的中间部分。
参照图4,压缩空气引入腔48内,其占据容器的前身58并且伸展前身58直到其到达限定腔9的壁为止。
这通过杆44具有小于成形头部46的横向尺寸的横向尺寸的事实变得可能,并因此当成形头部46在腔48外部时,引入腔48内的空气能够通过头部46的侧部排出。
参照图5,其示出为了抽出成形的容器4,必须通过分开壳体和衬套部件以及组成冲模8的插件而打开冲模8。
如图6所示,容器4具有从颈部64径向伸出的凸缘62,该颈部64从结合到中间壁部分68上的会聚壁部分66引出。
底部70具有周边支撑边缘72,其会聚到连接到中间壁部分68上的发散壁74。
在图7中示出在图1到5的装置1中容器4的成形循环中的温度水平。
在第一阶段中,半成品50加热到温度T1,其有益地与塑料物质的塑化温度相一致,也即预成形件的压缩成形发生的温度。在半成品50保持在温度T1的设定时间段之后,半成品冷却到温度T2,其有益地与成形温度相一致,也即容器的伸展-吹制-成形发生的温度。
在温度T2处预成形件伸展以便产生容器。该容器在特定时间段内保持在温度T2并且随后逐渐冷却到温度T3,其例如与环境温度相一致。
在图8的图表中,其中示出根据现有技术用于成形容器的系统的典型温度水平,例如JP-2001 000362600,其指出在使得材料到温度T1也即到塑化温度之后如何在用于成形预成形件的第一模具中获得预成形件,该预成形件不得不冷却到温度T3例如到环境温度,并且随后在用于成形容器的第二模具中加热。
参照图9所示,在座26中插入半成品53而不是盘50,上述半成品53在其插入座26内之前在未示出的合适模具中注射成型。该半成品53具有带有中间凹陷的基本圆形形状,但是更通常,根据必要其可以具有任何合适的形状,以便获得图2所示的预成形件51,并且其用作预备的预成形件以便获得预成形件51。
图10示出一种变型,其中替代盘50或者预备的预成形件53,将要定位在开口24附近的半成品包括为浆糊状态的挤压塑料材料的定量55。在该实施例中,不像参照图1到9已经描述的,底部部件30处于在开口24附近的位置,以便基本上占据它,防止该定量以非受控方式落入腔9内。该定量55从而释放在底部部件30上,此时后者处于图10所示位置中,等待与冲头40协作以便产生预成形件51。
在该实施例中,一定量的塑料物质当其放在底部部件30上时已经处于预成形件51的压缩成形发生的温度。
出于此目的,该定量的塑料材料能够被挤压并随后在挤压机内部冷却到压缩成形发生的温度。
替换地,能够提供两个串联布置的挤压机。
在预成形件51的成形和容器4的随后成形方面,在图9和10中的装置实施例以参照图2到5已经公开的那样操作。
参照图17,示出在容器4的成形循环中的温度水平,后者不同于图7中成形循环的温度水平。
起初,诸如平元件或者注模体(injected body)或者处于浆糊状态的一定量的塑料材料之类的半成品引入模具2内,该半成品已经先前加热到温度T1,在该温度T1半成品压缩成形以便生成预成形件51。
随后,至少在压缩成形阶段中半成品保持在温度T1’。
之后,由此获得的预成形件51伸展以便产生容器4。
预成形件的伸展在低于温度T1’的温度T2’处发生,在温度T1’和T2’之间的差别相当有限。换句话说,温度T1’和T2’彼此接近。
在未示出的进一步加热循环中,预成形件的伸展发生的温度基本上与预成形件被压缩成形的温度相一致。
在预成形件的伸展发生的温度和预成形件被压缩成形的温度之间的很小或可能不存在的差别使得能够实现在预成形件的厚度中获得的温度更均匀分布,并因此使得伸展-吹制-成形能够优化。
获得的容器随后冷却到温度T3’。
如图11所示,类似于参照图1到10公开的成形装置的成形装置也能够装在旋转机器上。
在特定的情况下,其中从处于浆糊状态的塑料材料的定量55开始发生容器的成形,该定量通过转台100在由底部部件30占据的开口24以上传送,上述转台100围绕平行于纵向轴A的轴B旋转。在转台100的周边区域中,匙101由台的侧部支撑,其中匙101从挤压机103的出口102取出定量55并且将其沉积在处于升高位置的底部部件30上。
底部部件30是装配在圆盘传送装置105的底部部件104中的腔8的组件,上述圆盘传送装置105围绕机器的主轴C可旋转。底部部件104从而能够提供有沿着其周边分布的多个腔。圆盘传送装置105设置有顶部部件106,该顶部部件106装配有放置在腔8上的相应的多个冲头。
在转台100上装配有星形物107,该星形物107提供有臂108,在这些臂108之间限定间隙109,在这些间隙109之间单独接收成形的容器4,这些容器4由相应的冲头40释放。
容器4通过星形物107由冲头40拿起并且由臂108传送到卸载区域S,而它们停放在转台100上。
在一种未示出的变型中,能够提供多个装置1,它们装配为形成对齐布置的挤压单元组。
通过图12和13之间的比较,可以提供能够以距离腔8的顶部可变的距离放置底部部件30。以此方式,通过简单地以距离腔8的顶部不同的距离布置底部部件30而能够使用相同的腔8来获得不同形式的容器4、4’。特别地,示出底部部件的不同布置如何能够通过预定高度H提供彼此不同的容器。在这些情况中,优选中间部件14具有为恒定横截面的圆柱形式,该圆柱至少延伸占据底部部件30能够占有的可能不同位置的部分。
头部46和/或底部部件30可以由相对彼此同心布置的几个部件制成,以便使得能够成形具有最广泛改变几何形状的预成形件51或者容器4。出于此目的,形成头部46和/或底部部件30的部件相对于彼此可滑动并且能够独立提供动力。
参照图14,示出底部部件30如何可以包括由周边部分82围绕的中间部分80,该周边部分82可以相对于中间部分80沿着模具2的纵向轴A轴向滑动。以此方式,中间部分80例如能够或者以如下方式定位:其内部表面84与周边部分82的内周边表面86基本上共面,以便成形基本平的容器底部。
替换地,由虚线所示,内部表面84能够进一步移动到腔9的内部,以便成形容器底部,该容器底部具有相对于周边边缘72升高的中间区域70a。
参照图15,示出成形头部46如何包括外部环形部件200和内部环形部件202,两者均在平行于轴A的方向W上独立地被驱动。以此方式,能够移动内部环形部件202和外部环形部件200,以及中间部分80和周边部分82,以便使得能够获得如图2所示的预成形件51。特别地,中间部分80面向内部部件202并且基本上具有大于后者的横向尺寸。以此方式,如图16所示,内部部件202能够插入周边部分82的内部,以便在预成形件204中产生中间凸起206。
Claims (27)
1.一种方法,包括:
-在模具机构(2)内伸展预成形件(51)以便获得容器(4),
其特征在于,在所述伸展之前,在所述模具机构(2)中压缩成形处于浆糊状态的挤出的一定量塑料材料(55)以便获得所述预成形件(51)。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述成形在所述模具机构(2)的开口(24)附近发生。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述成形包括在冲头机构(40)和作为所述模具机构(2)的冲模机构(8)的一部分的对接机构(30)之间张紧所述定量(55),所述冲头机构(40)和所述对接机构(30)布置在所述开口(24)附近。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述成形之前将所述对接机构(30)布置在所述开口(24)附近以便接收所述定量(55)。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述成形之后从所述开口移走所述对接机构(30)。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移走包括移动所述对接机构(30)直到其限定所述冲模机构(8)的腔(9)的一部分相对于所述开口(24)位于所述腔(9)的相对侧为止。
7.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述伸展包括通过所述开口(24)朝向所述对接机构(30)引入所述冲头机构(40)的成形头部(46)。
8.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述伸展包括引入成形流体通过所述冲头机构(40)。
9.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对接机构(30)以协作来成形容器(4)的底部(70)的方式成形。
10.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对接机构(30)位于相距所述冲模机构(8)的顶部不同的距离处,以便成形具有相应地彼此不同的形式的容器(4;4’)。
11.一种装置,包括:
-成形模具机构(2),
-用于在所述成形模具机构(2)中伸展预成形件(51)的冲头机构(40),
-与所述冲头机构(40)协作的对接机构(30),
其中所述冲头机构(40)和所述对接机构(30)限定如下构造:其中所述冲头机构(40)和所述对接机构(30)协作来限定压缩成形单元,在压缩成形单元中从处于浆糊状态的挤出定量(55)的塑料材料获得所述预成形件(51),所述压缩成形单元设置有与所述预成形件(51)相同形状的腔;以及所述冲头机构(40)和所述对接机构(30)限定进一步的构造,其中所述冲头机构(40)和所述对接机构(30)协作来限定吹塑单元,在吹塑单元中伸展所述预成形件以获得容器。
12.如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述构造中,所述对接机构(30)与所述模具机构(2)的冲模机构(8)协作,以便限定所述腔,在该腔内部所述冲头机构(40)能够插入,以便抵靠内部限定所述腔的壁机构挤压所述塑料材料。
13.如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述进一步构造中,所述对接机构(30)与所述冲模机构(8)协作,以便限定进一步的腔,在该进一步的腔内部所述冲头机构(40)能够插入以便伸展所述预成形件(51)。
14.如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述冲模机构(8)包括开口(24),所述冲头机构(40)和所述对接机构(30)在所述开口(24)处限定所述压缩成形单元。
15.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述对接机构(30)和所述开口(24)之间限定一部分所述腔或者所述进一步腔,所述对接机构(30)与所述开口(24)位于所述腔或者所述进一步腔的相对侧。
16.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述冲头机构(40)包括成形头部(46),该成形头部(46)具有小于所述开口(24)的横向尺寸。
17.如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述对接机构(30)以在所述开口(24)附近在该对接机构上接收所述定量(55)的方式成形。
18.如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述对接机构(30)以协作来成形容器(4)的底部(70)的方式成形。
19.如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述对接机构(30)再分为可在预定方向(A)上滑动的部分(80、82)。
20.如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预定方向(A)通过所述模具机构(2)的纵向轴。
21.如权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述部分包括围绕中间部分(80)同轴布置的周边部分(82)。
22.如权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述成形头部(46)再分为在进一步预定方向(A)上滑动的部件(200、202)。
23.如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述进一步预定方向(A)通过所述模具机构(2)的纵向轴。
24.如权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述部件包括围绕内部部件(202)同轴布置的外部部件(200)。
25.如权利要求24所述的装置,其特征在于,所述对接机构(30)再分为可在预定方向(A)上滑动的部分(80、82),所述部分包括围绕中间部分(80)同轴布置的周边部分(82);以所述内部部件(202)可接收在所述周边部分(82)中的方式成形所述内部部件(202)和所述周边部分(82)。
26.如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述冲头机构(40)包括成形流体的通道机构(48)。
27.一种旋转成形机器,其至少包括如权利要求11到26中任一项所述的装置。
