Abstract
在对热固性树脂装饰板、或其所用的装饰纸的外观赋予光泽性时,可以在无需于装饰纸表面追加设置透明油墨层的条件下,防止浸渍树脂或热压成形时所引起的光泽性(感)面斑。将纸质基材(1)上的光泽性油墨层(3)作为其最表面层,所述光泽性油墨层(3)中含有由光泽性物质的鳞片状箔片构成的光泽性颜料,而且光泽性油墨层的油墨树脂中,使用将酪蛋白树脂、丙烯酸系树脂等的水性树脂与聚氨酯树脂乳液一起并用的油墨,由此形成具有光泽性的装饰纸(10)。如果在其间设置由通常的油墨形成的图案油墨层(2),则外观性将会更高。还有,若用三聚氰胺树脂等的热固性树脂对此装饰纸(10)进行浸渍,与衬里基材(4)或覆盖纸(5)等的被粘物(6)进行层叠、热压成形,使树脂固化,就可形成为具有光泽性的热固性树脂装饰板。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够用于墙壁、地板等的建筑物内装饰材料、写字台、餐桌、家具等各种建筑材料用途中的、具有光泽性的装饰纸和热固性树脂装饰板。
背景技术
以三聚氰胺装饰板为代表的热固性树脂装饰板,一般是将在纸质基材上印刷有图案的装饰纸,用三聚氰胺树脂等的热固性树脂进行浸渍,再将其与衬里材料或覆盖纸等的被粘物一起,在加上热压使树脂固化的同时完成层叠一体化而制造的。另外,作为关于所述装饰板或装饰纸的外观设计之一,有金属色即光泽性的设计。已知在这样的具有光泽性的装饰纸或热固性树脂装饰板中,在装饰纸的图案印刷中采用的是添加了由铝粉、云母等的光泽性物质的鳞片状箔片构成的光泽性颜料的光泽性油墨(参照专利文献1、专利文献2、专利文献3、专利文献4等)。
另外,就用含有形状为鳞片状箔片的光泽性颜料的光泽性油墨在纸质基材上形成了光泽性油墨层的光泽性装饰纸而言,将该装饰纸用三聚氰胺树脂进行浸渍加工时,或通过其后的热压成形使其成为热固性树脂装饰板时,光泽性油墨层的光泽感会发生面性参差不齐,变成不均匀的面斑,有损其外观性。因此,为了改善面斑,也有人提出了在该光泽性油墨层上涂布形成了透明油墨层以覆盖并保护光泽性油墨层的装饰纸(参照专利文献3)。
如上所述,当将热固性树脂装饰板设计成具有光泽性的装饰板时,有下述问题,即有必要注意面斑,另外作为其改善方案的、如专利文献3所提议的,在最表面处设置透明油墨层以覆盖住光泽性油墨层的解决方案中,有必要追加设置透明油墨层。另外,若追加设置透明油墨层,则三聚氰胺树脂等的树脂液的浸渍性降低,树脂液浸渍后纸质基材的纤维中也会残留有空气,所述空气在对热固性树脂装饰板进行加热时会发生膨胀,容易发生所谓的起泡(耐加热起泡性低下)。

发明内容
即,本发明的课题是,在将具有光泽作为热固性树脂装饰板或者其所用的装饰纸的外观特性时,如何在无需于装饰纸的表面追加设置透明油墨层的条件下,防止树脂浸渍或热压成形时的光泽性(感)的面斑产生,同时还避免耐加热起泡性的降低。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的具有光泽性的装饰纸,是在纸质基材上具有光泽性油墨层的光泽性装饰纸,其中光泽性油墨层含有由光泽性物质的鳞片状箔片构成的光泽性颜料,在所述光泽性油墨层的油墨树脂中,并用了酪蛋白树脂、丙烯酸系树脂等水性树脂和聚氨酯树脂乳液。
由于是这样的构成,即使将光泽性油墨层设置成最表面,而且光泽性油墨层的油墨树脂中使用酪蛋白树脂、丙烯酸系树脂等的水性树脂,可能是由于添加聚氨酯树脂乳液而加强了光泽性颜料的固定,在用三聚氰胺树脂等的水溶性浸渍树脂液进行浸渍加工时,不会由于浸渍树脂液中含有的水分而使光泽性油墨层溶解或溶胀,可以抑制在光泽性油墨层中保持分散的光泽性颜料的移动。其结果,可以改善光泽性的面斑发生。另外,通过其后的热压成形制造热固性树脂装饰板时,也可以抑制由于浸渍树脂的流动引起的光泽性颜料的移动,改善光泽性面斑的发生。
另外,本发明的具有光泽性的热固性树脂装饰板中,包含在上述具有光泽性的装饰纸中浸渍热固性树脂后经固化而成的层。
由于是这样的构成,上述具有光泽性的装饰纸带来的效果,热固性树脂装饰板也可以享受得到。即,即使是使用了光泽性油墨层位于最表面层且该光泽性油墨层的油墨树脂中含酪蛋白树脂、丙烯酸系树脂等的水性树脂的光泽性装饰纸的装饰板,由于添加了聚氨酯树脂乳液,也可以加强光泽性颜料的固定,抑制其移动。其结果,可以改善在向装饰纸浸渍树脂时或通过热压成形制造热固性树脂装饰板时所发生的光泽性面斑的发生。
发明的效果
(1)根据本发明的具有光泽性的装饰纸,改善了在用浸渍树脂进行浸渍时的光泽性面斑的发生。另外,在其后的通过热压成形制造热固性树脂装饰板时,也改善了光泽性面斑的发生。此外,无需另外设置使耐加热起泡性降低的透明油墨层。
(2)另外,根据本发明的具有光泽性的热固化性树脂装饰板,改善了在对装饰纸进行树脂浸渍时或热压成形时所引起的光泽性面斑的发生。

具体实施方式
§1.概要
首先,图1是对本发明的具有光泽性的装饰纸(图1(A))和本发明的具有光泽性的热固化性树脂装饰板(图1(B))的各自形式进行例示的截面图。另外,图2是对面斑发生机理进行概念性说明的截面图。
图1(A)中例示的具有光泽性的装饰纸10中,在纸质基材1上依次进行印刷而形成有(不含光泽性颜料的普通油墨所构成的)图案油墨层2、含有由光泽性物质的鳞片状箔片构成的光泽性颜料的光泽性油墨层3。本发明中,光泽性油墨层3的上面没有其他层,该层作为最表面层形成,而且在该光泽性油墨层的油墨树脂中,并用酪蛋白树脂或丙烯酸系树脂等的水性树脂与聚氨酯树脂乳液。光泽性油墨层3下面的图案油墨层2可以根据设计而省略,但通常为了得到高外观设计性而设置。
这样的具有光泽性的装饰纸10,适合使用在以三聚氰胺为代表的公知的热固化性装饰板中,可以改善制造装饰板时的树脂浸渍中或热压成形时产生的光泽性面斑。于是,可以得到例如图1(B)的具有光泽性的热固化性树脂装饰板20。
即,以图1(B)的截面图表示其中一种形式的具有光泽性的热固性树脂装饰板20是,用由衬里基材4和覆盖纸5构成的被粘物6,以表里相夹的方式,将如上所述的把具有光泽性的装饰纸10用热固性树脂浸渍固化的具有光泽性的装饰纸10A一体化而构成的装饰板,其中衬里材料4为里侧被粘物6,覆盖纸5为表侧被粘物6。
§2.具有光泽性的装饰纸
其次,对本发明的具有光泽性的装饰纸进行说明。本发明的具有光泽性的装饰纸,在纸质基材上的光泽性油墨层的树脂组成和与其它层的位置关系上具有特征,对于其他的构成,可以根据用途采用以前所公知的用于所谓热固性树脂装饰板的各种装饰纸的构成。
[纸质基材]
例如,作为纸质基材1,可以使用具代表性的含有钛白的钛纸,也可以用其他纸。例如,牛皮纸、优质纸、和纸等的纸。另外,纸质基材的纤维,通常是纤维素纤维,但也可以是并用了其他的树脂纤维或玻璃纤维等的混抄纸等。另外,也可以是将树脂浸渍在这些纸中的树脂浸渍纸等。另外,纸质基材的单位面积重量,是50~120g/m2的程度。
[图案油墨层]
另外,图案油墨层2,可以通过用公知的油墨进行照相凹版印刷、胶版印刷、苯胺印刷、喷墨印刷等的公知的形成方法形成。本发明中的图案油墨层2的颜料中,实质上不含有光泽性油墨层3中的、由光泽性物质的鳞片状箔片构成的光泽性颜料,图案油墨层2是用通常的油墨表现出图案的层。另外,在此图案油墨层2的油墨中,如果考虑到环境等因素采用水性油墨,则与光泽性油墨一样,在该图案油墨层的油墨中可以使用酪蛋白树脂、丙烯酸系树脂等的水性树脂,此时还可以再使用聚氨酯树脂乳液。
[光泽性油墨层]
光泽性油墨层3中,除了采用本发明特有的油墨之外,与图案油墨层相同,可以用照相凹版印刷等的公知的形成方法形成。光泽性油墨层和所述图案油墨层的图案,可以是任意的,包括满版印刷图案,只要适合其用途即可。另外,在本发明中,作为该光泽性油墨层的油墨使用的是,作为其粘合剂的树脂并用了酪蛋白树脂、丙烯酸系树脂等的水性树脂与聚氨酯树脂乳液的油墨。酪蛋白树脂、丙烯酸系树脂也是作为三聚氰胺树脂用的装饰纸油墨的代表性树脂,作为这些树脂、以及聚氨酯树脂乳液,可以适当采用以前作为水溶性油墨或水溶性涂料所公知的物质。通过使用这样的水溶性油墨,可以具有使光泽性油墨层成为环境友好型等的优点。作为酪蛋白树脂,有水溶性的乳蛋白类、植物类、或它们的改性物等,丙烯酸系树脂可以以乳液形式使用,具体有丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸的酯类等,作为聚氨酯树脂乳液,可以例举出含有羧基的聚氨酯树脂的乳液等。
对于聚氨酯树脂乳液的并用量,可以进行适当调整。例如,当聚氨酯树脂乳液的并用量过多时,浸渍树脂干燥之后,会产生排斥性[干燥后的光泽性油墨层(比周围)更具有疏水性,因此对于所浸渍的三聚氰胺树脂等水性树脂液的润湿性变差、被排斥的现象”等的不利情况。因此,在水性树脂中使用酪蛋白树脂和丙烯酸系树脂时,相对于这些水性树脂,满足[水性树脂]/[聚氨酯树脂乳液(树脂固体组分)]=8.5/1.5~1.5/8.5的范围是较好的。当聚氨酯树脂乳液过少时,不能得到充分的改善光泽性面斑的效果。
另一方面,本发明中作为光泽性油墨层的光泽性颜料所用的,是本身为光泽性物质且形状呈鳞片状箔片的颜料。作为这样的光泽性颜料,代表性的是铝的鳞片状箔片。作为该光泽性颜料,其他的可以例举出铜粉、黄铜粉等的金属材料的鳞片状箔片等。这些金属材料的鳞片状箔片可以得到作为光泽性的金属光泽。另外,本发明中的“光泽性”,也可以是所谓的珍珠光泽感,珍珠光泽感也可以通过由光泽性物质的鳞片状箔片所构成的光泽性颜料而得到。作为可赋予珍珠光泽感的这种光泽性颜料,可以例举出由被二氧化钛覆盖的云母、酰氯化铋等的箔片构成的光泽性颜料,或者由对下述薄膜(光泽性物质)进行裁剪而成的鳞片状箔片所构成的光泽性颜料等,所述薄膜是将折射率不同的2种以上的树脂层通过以数μm以下进行多层层叠而产生干涉色的薄膜。这些光泽性颜料的大小,可以根据设计进行适当调整,通常粒径(外接球半径或对角线长)的范围是1~100μm的程度,尤其是5~30μm的程度。另外,光泽性颜料的添加量也可以根据设计进行适当调整,通常相对于树脂成分为50~200质量%的程度。
作为形成光泽性油墨层的油墨的溶剂,通常,除了水,可以并用异丙醇等的醇类、乙二醇单甲醚等的溶纤剂类等的水溶性有机溶剂。
通过使用以上的油墨形成光泽性油墨层,可改善光泽性面斑的发生,这可能是由于以下的各种理由造成的。对此理由,用图2的对面斑的发生机理进行概念性说明的截面图来进行说明。
首先,图2(A)是将三聚氰胺树脂等的热固性树脂进行浸渍时,概念性表示其树脂液7的移动的截面图。树脂液7,从纸质基材1上的光泽性颜料g的缝隙之间,向纸质基材1的内部浸透。形状为鳞片状箔片的光泽性颜料g,在形成光泽性油墨层时的油墨的转移和干燥过程中,成为与纸质基材1的面互相平行或大致平行(附图中是水平)的取向状态(此取向可以对入射光进行有效的光反射,赋予优良的光泽性)。光泽性颜料g本来是被分散保持在光泽性油墨层中的,在概念性的图2中也有强调的含义,省略了光泽性油墨层的图示,在纸质基材1上只画上了光泽性颜料g。
图2(B)中,概念性地表示将树脂液7进行浸渍后放入干燥箱中进行干燥时的状态。此时,树脂液7中的水分等的挥发性成分,从纸质基材1等中、从光泽性颜料g的间隙之间向外部蒸发。此时,由于光泽性颜料g的固定依赖于水溶性的粘合剂树脂,会因水分等的水溶性挥发成分或干燥时的热而变松缓,光泽性颜料g会由于从光泽性颜料g的下侧向上侧移动的挥发性成分的移动力而发生移动,变成浮起的状态,导致其取向发生变化。这样一来,会使得光反射降低,导致光泽性的面斑。
因此,我们认为,如像本发明在固定光泽性颜料g的树脂中并用聚氨酯树脂乳液,可以赋予光泽性颜料的固定对水等水溶性成分的耐受性,其结果,可以抑制干燥时的取向变化,改善面斑的发生。
[其它层]
本发明的具有光泽性的装饰纸中,在不脱离本发明宗旨的范围内,也可以适当具有上述以外的层。例如,在纸质基材和光泽性油墨层、或纸质基材和图案油墨层之间设置的底层或密封层等。
§3.具有光泽性的热固性树脂装饰板
下面,对本发明的具有光泽性的热固性树脂装饰板进行说明。本发明的具有光泽性的热固性树脂装饰板中,作为其装饰纸,使用了如上所述的具有光泽性的装饰纸,对于其他的构成,可以根据其用途适当采用所谓的热固性树脂装饰板中的各种构成。例如,作为被粘物,如在图1(B)的热固性树脂装饰板20中所例示,一般采用衬里基材或覆盖纸等。
[热压成形]
制造热固性树脂装饰板时,在将三聚氰胺树脂等的树脂液浸渍到上述装饰纸中作成浸渍装饰纸之后,通过将此浸渍装饰纸与其他的被粘物一起进行层叠、施加热压使浸渍树脂固化的热压成形完成制造。
热压成形中,作为首先浸渍在装饰纸中的树脂液的热固性树脂,根据其用途,可以是公知的树脂。例如,代表性的是三聚氰胺树脂,其他的可以例举出三聚氰二胺树脂、酚醛树脂、不饱和聚酯树脂、苯二甲酸二烯丙基酯(DAP)树脂等。本发明中,当浸渍于装饰纸中的树脂液为三聚氰胺之类的强水性树脂时,可能是由于装饰纸的光泽性油墨层中的光泽性颜料的固定尤其对水具有耐受性,可以改善树脂浸渍时所引起的光泽性面斑的发生。
另外,热压成形中可以适当采用在三聚氰胺装饰板等的各种热固性树脂装饰板中的热压成形工序。当使用衬里基材或覆盖纸等的被树脂浸渍的(未固化的)被粘物时,在此热压成形时通常同时被固化。
此外,本发明中,由于装饰纸中的光泽性颜料的固定得到了改善,对于热压成形时的浸渍树脂的流动,也可以抑制光泽性颜料的取向变化。其结果可以改善热压成形时的光泽性面斑的发生。
[被粘物:衬里基材和覆盖纸]
被粘物6,是衬里基材4或覆盖纸5等(参照图1(B))。衬里基材4,是层叠在装饰纸的里侧进行粘合一体化的、用于赋予热固性树脂装饰板以所希望的形状、厚度、力学强度等的基材。作为该衬里基材,代表性的是,将未固化的热固性树脂(代表性的是酚醛树脂、除此之外前面所述的对装饰纸浸渍的树脂等)浸渍在纸中的芯(コア)纸。另外,使用芯纸时是在芯纸的下侧,或不使用芯纸时是在装饰纸的下侧,也可以将木质基材、无机质基材、金属基材等作为衬里基材使用。作为木质基材,有单板、复合板、层压板、纤维板、集成材料等,作为金属基材,例如有铁、铝等的金属板等。
另外,作为(在衬里基材中浸渍树脂的情况下)浸渍的热固性树脂,可以从与所述浸渍装饰纸中列举的热固性树脂相同的树脂中适当地选择。作为覆盖纸5,可以使用热固性树脂装饰板中所用的以前公知的一般的材料,作为具有代表性的,可以使用具有透明性的纸中浸渍了三聚氰胺树脂的三聚氰胺纸树脂浸渍纸。作为覆盖纸5的浸渍树脂,可以例举出前面所述的装饰纸中的浸渍树脂等。
[其他层]
本发明的具有光泽性的热固性树脂装饰板,可以是如上所述的被粘物和装饰纸层叠一体化而成的层叠体,通过介入公知的粘结剂层与其他的基材(例如木质基材、无机质基材、金属基材、树脂基材等)层叠的层叠物等。
[用途]
对于热固性树脂装饰板的用途(或者装饰纸的用途),没有特别的限制,例如为写字台、餐桌、家具等的桌面或侧面板、门扉等的门窗设备、墙壁、地板等的建筑物内装饰材料、汽车、电车、船舶等的各种交通工具的内装饰材料、或电视等的电器制品的外壳等。
实施例
实施例1
如图1(A)和(B)的截面图,制作具有光泽性的装饰纸10和热固性树脂装饰板20。首先,在含有20质量%的氧化钛的单位面积重量为80g/m2的钛纸上,通过照相凹版印刷,形成由着色剂钛白得到了满版白色图案的图案油墨层2和、在其上的抽象图形的光泽性油墨层3,制作成所希望的具有光泽性的装饰纸10。作为图案油墨层2的油墨树脂,使用的是酪蛋白树脂和丙烯酸系树脂乳液。
另外,光泽性油墨层3的油墨树脂中,与酪蛋白树脂、(水性)丙烯酸系树脂一同使用了聚氨酯树脂乳液。此光泽性油墨层的油墨中,使用的是将油墨A和油墨B,以A∶B=7∶3的质量比进行混合而调制的混合油墨,所述油墨A中不含聚氨酯树脂乳液,使用的是酪蛋白树脂和丙烯酸系树脂乳液(酪蛋白树脂∶丙烯酸系树脂=12∶0.8质量比),所述油墨B只使用聚氨酯树脂乳液。油墨A和油墨B中,作为光泽性颜料,分别使用了相对于100质量份的树脂成分含有115质量份的铝的鳞片状箔片(平均粒径为11μm)、65质量%的挥发成分(水和异丙醇的1∶1质量比混合溶剂)的组合物。实施例和比较例中的油墨内容与结果,一并示于表1中。
还有,在上述浸渍装饰纸10中,用含水的三聚氰胺树脂液浸渍、干燥,制作成浸渍装饰纸。树脂浸渍/干燥时没有发生光泽性面斑。
其次,将上述浸渍装饰纸,放置在作为衬里基材4(被粘物6)的浸渍了酚醛树脂的4张芯纸4上,在其之上,放置由浸渍了三聚氰胺树脂的透明纸构成的覆盖纸5,进行热压成形,制作成如图1(B)的、具有所希望的光泽的热固性树脂装饰板20。热压后,没有发生光泽性面斑。
实施例2
除了在实施例1中,将油墨A和含有聚氨酯树脂乳液的油墨B的混合比例变更为A∶B=9∶1质量比之外,用与实施例1相同的方法,制作具有光泽性的装饰纸和热固性树脂装饰板。
实施例3
除了在实施例1中,将油墨A和含有聚氨酯树脂乳液的油墨B的混合比例,变更为A∶B=8∶2质量比之外,用与实施例1相同的方法,制作具有光泽性的装饰纸和热固性树脂装饰板。
实施例4
除了在实施例1中,将油墨A和含有聚氨酯树脂乳液的油墨B的混合比例,变更为A∶B=5∶5质量比之外,用与实施例1相同的方法,制作具有光泽性的装饰纸和热固性树脂装饰板。
比较例1

○:没有排斥性(repelling),良好,△:有若干排斥性
如表1所示,在各个实施例中,浸渍时和热压成形时都没有发生光泽性面斑。但是,在各个比较例中,浸渍时和热压成形时都发生了光泽性面斑。另外,油墨树脂仅仅是聚氨酯树脂乳液的比较例2中,树脂的浸渍、干燥后的排斥现象增多。
Claims (2)
1.一种具有光泽性的装饰纸,其中,在纸质基材上具备光泽性油墨层,所述光泽性油墨层中含有由光泽性物质的鳞片状箔片构成的光泽性颜料,而且将所述光泽性油墨层作为其最表面层具有,在光泽性油墨层的油墨树脂中,使用酪蛋白树脂、丙烯酸系树脂等水性树脂,同时并用聚氨酯树脂乳液。
2.一种具有光泽性的热固性树脂装饰板,其中包含在权利要求1所述的具有光泽性的装饰纸中浸渍热固性树脂并进行固化而成的层。
