Abstract
本发明提供一种即使含有高浓度的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐,在宽范围的温度下也具有良好的流动性,在稀释时不发生粘度上升或凝胶化,不会使表面活性剂本来的性能下降的,用于制造皮肤洗净剂或毛发洗净剂的表面活性剂组合物。本发明的表面活性剂组合物含有以下成分(A)、(B)及(C),(A)以通式R1O(CH2CH2O)nSO3M表示的是聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐,式中,R1表示碳原子数为8~18的饱和或不饱和的烃基,平均加成摩尔数n表示0~5的数,M表示碱金属原子、链烷醇胺或铵;(B)1种以上的具有碳原子数为4~24的烷基或链烯基的甘油醚或二甘油醚;(C)水溶性盐类,成分(A)的含量为40重量%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种即使含有高浓度的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐,也会在较宽范围的温度具有良好的流动性,且稀释时不会发生粘度上升或凝胶化,不会使表面活性剂本来的性能下降的,用于制造香波、沐浴液等皮肤洗净剂或毛发洗净剂的表面活性剂组合物。
背景技术
通常使用的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐,在高浓度下流动性不好,使用困难。为了使其容易使用,在30重量%以下的浓度或粘度极小的区域内进行操作。因此,根据使用的用途,尝试了各种添加对聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐的性能没有影响的第3成分(减粘剂),使其高浓度化以及低粘度化的方法。例如,提出了添加不饱和脂肪酸聚亚烷基烷基酯的磺酸盐及α-磺酸聚亚烷基烷基酯盐的方法(特开平10-17898号公报),添加烷基葡糖苷和碱金属盐的方法(WO91/04313)等多种方法。但是,根据用途不同,有时由于对起泡性等性能方面带来不好影响而受到不能适用的限制,而且,低温时流动性变差,需要在混合洗净剂时进行加温而使用,因此,不能令人十分满意。
另外,特开平10-17898号公报或WO91/04313的方法中记载了有关在室温(20℃)附近至70℃时改善流动性的效果,但没有记载在低温(5℃)附近的对流动性的改善。
如上所述,高浓度的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐,在高粘度下流动性差。由此导致操作性差,稀释高浓度物质而进行使用时存在凝胶化的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种表面活性剂组合物,该组合物即使含有高浓度的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐,在较宽范围的温度下也具有良好的流动性,且在稀释时不会发生粘度上升或凝胶化,不会使表面活性剂本来的性能下降,其用于制造香波、沐浴液等皮肤洗净剂或毛发洗净剂。
本发明者们发现,通过将聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐与特定的甘油醚或二甘油醚、还有水溶性盐类组合,可得到一种表面活性剂组合物,其在较宽范围的温度下具有良好的流动性,且在稀释时不会发生粘度上升或凝胶化,不会使表面活性剂本来的性能下降,可用于制造香波、沐浴液等皮肤洗净剂或毛发洗净剂。
即,本发明提供一种表面活性剂组合物,其含有以下成分(A)、(B)及(C):
(A)以通式(1)表示的是聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐[以下也称作成分(A)],
R1O(CH2CH2O)nSO3M (1)
(式中,R1表示碳原子数为8~18的饱和或不饱和的烃基,平均加成摩尔数n表示0~5的数,M表示碱金属原子、链烷醇胺或铵)
(B)1种以上的具有碳原子数4~24的烷基或链烯基的甘油醚或二甘油醚[以下也称作成分(B)],
(C)水溶性盐类[以下也称作成分(C)],
成分(A)的含量在40重量%以上。
本发明能够提供一种表面活性剂组合物,该组合物即使含有高浓度的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐,在较宽范围的温度下也具有良好的流动性,在稀释时不会发生粘度上升或凝胶化,不会使起泡性或使用感等表面活性剂本来的性能下降,该表面活性剂组合物用于制造香波、沐浴液等皮肤洗净剂或毛发洗净剂。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明进行更加详细的说明。
在本发明使用的成分(A)的上述通式(1)所表示的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐中,R1为碳原子数为8~18的饱和或不饱和的烃基,碳原子数优选为10~16、更优选12~14,优选为饱和烃基。另外,R1的烃基可以是直链或分支链,但优选为直链。平均加成摩尔数n表示0~5的数,优选1~3、更优选1~2。M表示碱金属原子、链烷醇胺或铵。作为碱金属原子可举出钠、钾等,优选钠。作为链烷醇胺优选三乙醇胺。
从流动性的观点出发,优选在表面活性剂组合物中含成分(A)40~70重量%,更优选40~65重量%。
成分(B)的甘油醚或二甘油醚(优选二甘油醚)是具有碳原子数为4~24的直链或分支链的烷基或链烯基的物质,例如,优选具有正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、异戊基、正己基、异己基、正庚基、正辛基、2-乙基己基、正壬基、正癸基、异癸基、正月桂基等碳原子数为4~12的烷基的甘油醚或二甘油醚,特别优选碳原子数为4~11,更优选碳原子数为6~10,其中,优选具有1或2个、特别优选1个碳原子数8的烷基(特别是2-乙基己基)的甘油醚或二甘油醚。
成分(B)可以用1种以上,成分(A)和成分(B)在本发明表面活性剂组合物中的配合比是,从成分(A)的浓度在40重量%以上时的提高流动性的效果的观点出发,按重量比为(A)/(B)=99/1~75/25,优选98/2~85/15,更优选93/3~90/10。在该范围内可以充分发挥提高流动性的效果。
从提高流动性,特别是提高在低温下的流动性的观点出发,优选在表面活性剂组合物中含有成分(B)0.5~15重量%,更优选1~10重量%,特别优选2~8重量%。
作为水溶性盐类的成分(C),优选从水溶性无机盐及表面活性剂以外的水溶性有机盐中选1种以上。例如可举出柠檬酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、乳酸那样的有机酸,或盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、碳酸、磷酸等无机酸的盐;另外作为形成该盐的阳离子可举出钠、钾等碱金属,钙、镁等碱土类金属,或铵、铝等。作为这些盐类的优选具体例,可举出氯化钠、硫酸钠等无机酸的碱金属盐;氯化铵、硫酸铵、硝酸铵等无机酸的铵盐;柠檬酸三钠等有机酸(特别优选脂肪族有机酸。)的碱金属盐等,以及有机酸(特别优选脂肪族有机酸。)的铵盐等,特别优选无机酸的碱金属盐或无机酸的铵盐。可以使用1种以上。成分(A)和(C)在本发明表面活性剂组合物中的配合比是,从成分(A)的浓度在40重量%以上时的提高流动性的效果的观点出发,按重量比优选(A)/(C)=99/1~85/15,更优选99/1~90/10,特别优选98/2~95/5。在该范围可以充分发挥提高流动性的效果。
从流动性的观点出发,优选在表面活性剂组合物中含有成分(C)0.1~10重量%,更优选0.2~8重量%,更加优选0.5~5重量%,特别优选1~4重量%。
从提高流动性并具有优异的操作性的观点出发,本发明的表面活性剂组合物在5℃时的粘度优选在9万mPa·s以下,更优选在1000~7万mPa·s,特别优选为5000~5万mPa·s。
本发明的表面活性剂组合物可通过在15~60℃的温度下将成分(A)、(B)和(C)搅拌混合而制造。另外,对其剂型虽没有特别的限制,优选制成液体状、膏状、霜状。制造时优选使用溶剂,作为溶剂特别优选水。
本发明的表面活性剂组合物可以用水稀释而用作洗净剂组合物。例如,可以在洗颜剂、沐浴液等皮肤洗净剂或香波等毛发洗净剂中作为洗净剂组合物而配合,在配合有这些表面活性剂组合物的洗净剂组合物中,可以根据其目的而配合任意成分。这里,作为任意成分可举出,通常可配合在这些洗净剂中的,成分(A)以外的阴离子性表面活性剂、非离子性表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、阳离子性表面活性剂以及调整成分等。另外,根据需要可以配合本发明的成分(A)、(B)以及(C)。
作为成分(A)以外的阴离子性表面活性剂,可举出脂肪酸盐、磷酸酯盐、磺基琥珀酸系表面活性剂、聚氧乙烯烷基胺醚(polyoxyethylenealkylamide ether)硫酸盐、单甘油酯硫酸盐、烯磺酸盐、链烷磺酸盐、酰化羟乙基磺酸盐、酰化氨基酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚醋酸盐等。
作为非离子性表面活性剂可举出烷基聚葡糖苷、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、脂肪酸烷醇酰胺、烷基胺氧化物、脂肪酸多元醇酯等。
作为两性表面活性剂可举出酰胺甜菜碱系表面活性剂、酰胺氨基酸系表面活性剂、羰基甜菜碱(carbobetaine)、磺基甜菜碱(sulfobetaine)系表面活性剂、酰胺磺基甜菜碱(amidosulfo-betaine)系表面活性剂、咪唑啉甜菜碱(imidazolium-betaine)系表面活性剂、磷酸甜菜碱(phosphobetaine)系表面活性剂等。
作为阳离子性表面活性剂可举出以下述通式(2)所表示的季铵盐。

作为调整成分,可举出月桂醇、肉豆蔻醇、十六烷醇、硬脂醇等高级醇,硅酮及硅酮衍生物,羊毛脂、角鲨烯、烃、蛋白质衍生物、聚乙二醇的脂肪酸酯等油剂,阳离子化纤维素、阳离子化瓜尔胶或マ一コ一ト550(Merck Ltd.公司制)等阳离子聚合物、ソフケアKG-301W[花王(株)制]等含有阳离子性基团的共聚物等。
另外,可以根据需要,在不损害本发明效果的范围内,可以添加洗净剂组合物中通常使用的其他成分,例如,甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羧基乙烯聚合物(carboxyvinyl polymer)、苍耳烷胶等多糖类等的水溶性高分子;聚氧亚烷基山梨糖醇酐酯、聚氧化亚乙基二醇二硬脂酸酯、乙醇等粘度调节剂;乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、膦酸盐类等螯合剂;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯等防腐剂;维生素或其前驱体等有效成分;卵磷脂、动物胶等动植物提取物或其衍生物;维他命以及其前体等有效成分;卵磷脂、角蛋白等动植物提取物或其衍生物;尼龙或聚乙烯等聚合物微粉体;甘草酸二钾等消炎剂;三氯生、三氯碳酰苯胺(trichlorocarban)、羟甲辛吡酮(octopirox)、吡硫锌(pyrithione zinc)等杀菌剂或抗头皮屑剂;二丁基羟基甲苯等氧化防止剂;珠光剂、紫外线吸收剂、pH调节剂、色素、香料、水。
本发明的洗净剂组合物可以按照常规方法来制造。另外,对其剂型没有特别的限制,可以制成液体状、膏状、霜状、固体形状、粉末状等任意剂型,优选制成液体状、膏状、霜状,特别优选制成液体状。在制成液体状时,优选使用水作为液体溶剂。
【实施例】
以下,举出实施例进行更加详细的说明。
实施例1~26、比较例1~12
按照常规方法调制表1~3所示的表面活性剂组合物,用下述方法对表面活性剂在30℃和5℃时的粘度与流动性,以及成分(A)为15重量%的水溶液的起泡性进行了评价。
另外,在稀释实施例1~26的表面活性剂组合物的成分(A)为15重量%时,其状态几乎不产生凝胶,在室温下可以容易地(5分钟以内)稀释。另一方面,在稀释比较例1~7及10的表面活性剂组合物的成分(A)为15重量%时,其状态产生凝胶,在室温下稀释时需要很长时间(约1小时)。比较例8、9及11的表面活性剂组合物的成分(A)稀释为15重量%时,其状态产生若干凝胶,在室温下稀释时需要一些时间(15~30分钟)。
(1)粘度测定
测定粘度的条件如下。
使用的粘度计:B型粘度计(Tokyo Keiki Co.,Ltd.制)
转子No./旋转数:No.4/6rpm
测定时间:1分钟
温度:
30℃:将装有样品的玻璃瓶置于30℃±1的恒温槽中1小时后测定
5℃:在5℃±1的恒温槽中放置24小时,取出后立刻测定。
(2)流动性
将装有表面活性剂组合物的玻璃瓶倾斜90度用肉眼进行评价。
温度:
30℃:将装有样品的玻璃瓶置于30℃±1的恒温槽中1小时后评价。
5℃:在5℃±1的恒温槽中放置24小时,取出后立刻评价。
(流动性)
A:流动性良好。
B:稍微有流动性。
C:没有流动性。
(3)起泡性试验
将稀释为成分(A)15重量%的表面活性剂组合物滴1mL在手掌上,由10名专业人员对洗净手、腕时的起泡性按照下述评价基准与未添加品(聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸钠(n=2摩尔)的15%水溶液)进行了比较评价。
(起泡性)
4:与未添加品相比,泡量非常多。
3:与未添加品相比,泡量多。
2:与未添加品相同的泡量。
1:与未添加品相比,泡量少。
求出10名人员评价的平均点,3.6以上的记为A,2.6~3.5记为B,1.6~2.5记为C,1.5以下的记为D。
实施例27
制造了下述组成的沐浴液。

肉豆蔻酸钠 3.0
棕榈精酸钠 1.0
2-乙基己基甘油醚 1.0

在稀释实施例5的表面活性剂组合物时,该沐浴液粘度不上升,可容易地进行混合,并且,起泡性良好,使用感优异。
实施例28
制造了下述组成的香波。

Claims (12)
1.一种表面活性剂组合物,含有以下成分(A)、(B)及(C):
(A)是以通式(1)表示的聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基硫酸盐,
R1O(CH2CH2O)nSO3M (1)
式中,R1表示碳原子数为8~18的饱和或不饱和的烃基,平均加成摩尔数n表示0~5的数,M表示碱金属原子、链烷醇胺或铵;
(B)具有碳原子数为4~24的烷基或链烯基的甘油醚或二甘油醚;
(C)水溶性盐类;
成分(A)的含量为40重量%以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的表面活性剂组合物,成分(A)与成分(B)的比例为,按重量比,(A)/(B)=99/1~75/25。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的表面活性剂组合物,成分(A)与成分(C)的比例为,按重量比,99/1~85/15。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的表面活性剂组合物,5℃时的粘度为9万mPa·s以下。
5.如权利要求3所述的表面活性剂组合物,5℃时的粘度为9万mPa·s以下。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的表面活性剂组合物,水溶性盐类为选自水溶性无机盐及表面活性剂以外的水溶性有机盐的一种以上物质。
7.如权利要求3所述的表面活性剂组合物,水溶性盐类为选自水溶性无机盐及表面活性剂以外的水溶性有机盐的一种以上的物质。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的表面活性剂组合物,水溶性盐类为选自无机酸碱金属盐及无机酸铵盐的一种以上的物质。
9.如权利要求3所述的表面活性剂组合物,水溶性盐类为选自无机酸碱金属盐及无机酸铵盐的一种以上物质。
10.一种洗净剂组合物的制造方法,向权利要求1或2所述的表面活性剂组合物中混合表面活性剂和/或水。
11.一种权利要求1或2所述的表面活性剂组合物的、用于洗净剂组合物的制造的用途。
12.如权利要求11所述的用途,还混合表面活性剂和/或水。
