本发明涉及一种可有效预防和治疗哮喘的健康饮料的制造方法,即,将切细的丝瓜、梨等主原料和切细的雪花冬虫夏草、木瓜等副原料与红糖均匀混合,并将混合物自然发酵一定时间后过滤,然后在提取物中混合桑木耳粉末,对哮喘,咳嗽,多痰等症有效。本发明包括:混合步骤,将洗净并切细的丝瓜、梨、金橘,萝卜、桔梗等主原料,洗净并切细的雪花冬虫夏草、生姜、木瓜、石榴、银杏、葱头、茄子、枳实、仙人掌、柚子等副原料,红糖以60~70∶20~30∶10~35的重量比混合;发酵步骤,在10~25℃的温度,对混合物进行3~6个月自然发酵;提取步骤,对经发酵的混合物过滤,抽取提取物;桑木耳混合步骤,1kg提取物中混合15~25g的桑木耳粉末。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种可有效预防和治疗哮喘的健康饮料的制造方法,尤其是,将切细的丝瓜、梨等主原料和切细的雪花冬虫夏草(IsariaJaponica)、木瓜等副原料与红糖均匀混合,并将上述混合物自然发酵一定时间后过滤,然后在提取物中混合粉末状桑木耳而成,对哮喘,咳嗽,多痰等症状有着很好疗效的健康饮料的制造方法。
背景技术
通常,哮喘是由气道的过敏反应引起的突发性呼吸困难,在支气管敏感症中是最痛苦的重病,有时可危及生命。据2000年世界卫生组织(WHO)报告,全世界哮喘患者多大1亿5千万人,而且每年18万人死于哮喘。从儿童到老年人的整个年龄段中,哮喘的发病率在80年代为3~4%,而最近,哮喘发病率则提高到6~7%,尤其是儿童的哮喘发病率高达15%。哮喘症状中,最典型的是伴随哮鸣音的猛烈咳嗽,多痰以及呼吸困难。这种哮喘通过对致敏原的回避,缓和症状的药物治疗,免疫疗法,来预防和缓和其症状,保证患者进行正常的活动。另外,作为民间疗法,开发出很多可有效预防和治疗哮喘的,以动植物为主原料的健康饮料,这种现有健康饮料以动植物为原料,并通过热汤和油脂溶剂提取并饮用,或者长时间泡在酒精或酒中,饮用其提取液。制造时,通过酒精提取,并使用活性炭进行脱色、精制、过滤,同时添加香料,糖分后,将提取液长时间发酵。但是,因各种植物所含的成分不同,所以温度调节很困难,而且植物加热到一定温度后沸腾,无法继续加热,而有些植物进行加热提取时,会产生不必要甚至有害的成分,导致提取液混浊,并形成浮游液或悬浮液,不宜饮用。对这些提取液进行处理,需要经过沉淀,过滤,脱色等程序,生产工序很烦杂。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,其目的在于,提供一种可有效预防和治疗哮喘的健康饮料制造方法,即,既不产生加热处理时的不必要成分或有害成分,又不需要复杂的制造工序,可有效预防和治疗哮喘的健康饮料制造方法,包括:将切细的丝瓜、梨、桔梗等主原料和切细的雪花冬虫夏草、木瓜、萝卜等副原料与红糖混合的步骤;将混合物自然发酵一定时间的步骤;从自然发酵的混合物中抽取提取物的步骤;在提取物中添加粉末状桑木耳的步骤。
本发明为了达到上述目的,提供了一种既不产生加热处理时的不必要成分或有害成分,又不需要复杂的制造工序,可有效预防和治疗哮喘、感冒、咳嗽、多痰等症状的健康饮料的简便制造方法,其特征包括:将洗净并切细的丝瓜、梨、金橘,萝卜、桔梗等主原料,以及洗净并切细的雪花冬虫夏草、生姜、木瓜、石榴、银杏、葱头、茄子、枳实、仙人掌、柚子等副原料与红糖进行混合的步骤;对混合物进行一定时间自然发酵的步骤;从自然发酵的混合物中抽取提取物的步骤;在提取物中添加粉末状桑木耳的步骤。
上述桑木耳混合步骤还可分为:在92~96wt%的含有20~30%酒精的溶剂中,浸渍4~8wt%桑木耳,并浸渍10~16个月,使桑木耳药性浸出的步骤;将30~40g的上述药性浸出溶液与1kg的上述提取步骤中抽取的提取液进行混合的步骤。
本发明通过将丝瓜、梨、桔梗等主原料和雪花冬虫夏草、木瓜、萝卜等副原料与红糖进行混合,自然发酵一定时间后抽取提取物,在提取物中添加桑木耳粉末或桑木耳药性浸出的酒精而成。其制造过程很简单,便于制造生产,而且原料的药性成分有助于保持健康,尤其是对哮喘、感冒、咳嗽、多痰等症有很好的疗效,并通过各原料中的抗癌成分,具有一定的抗癌效果。
具体实施方式
以下,对具有上述构成的本发明之可有效预防和治疗哮喘的健康饮料的制造方法,进行详细说明。
在上述混合步骤中,主原料和副原料,以及红糖的重量之比例优选为60~70∶20~30∶10~35。另外,混合时,除了用于哮喘、感冒、咳嗽、多痰等症状的上述主原料和副原料之外,还可适当添加对健康有益的水果、蔬菜、药材等。
上述发酵步骤,优选在10~25℃的温度下,自然发酵3~6个月。而且发酵通过天然酶发生,可克服现有的通过热汤抽取提取液所存在的问题,可提取纯自然的药性成分。
上述桑木耳混合步骤,优选在1kg提取液中添加15~25g桑木耳并进行混合,最优选在92~96wt%的含有20~30%酒精的溶剂中,浸渍4~8wt%的桑木耳,并发酵10~16个月,将30~40g的桑木耳药性浸出溶液与1kg的提取液进行混合。这样,通过浸渍在酒精中,可更加有效浸出桑木耳的药性成分。
下面,对本发明中的有效预防和治疗哮喘的健康饮料制造方法,以及在本发明中所用的丝瓜、梨、金橘,萝卜、桔梗等主原料,雪花冬虫夏草、生姜、木瓜、石榴、银杏、葱头、茄子、枳实、仙人掌、柚子等副原料,后添加的桑木耳的特性进行详细说明。
首先,在混合步骤中,将作为主原料的丝瓜、梨、金橘,萝卜、桔梗清洗干净后,切细并混合,然后,同样地将作为副原料的雪花冬虫夏草、生姜、木瓜、石榴、银杏、葱头、茄子、枳实、仙人掌、柚子清洗干净后,切细。
这时,上述主原料的混合物中添加一定比例的副原料和含有少量灰分并具有独特味道和甜味的红糖,其中,上述主原料和副原料以及红糖分别以60~70∶20~30∶10~35的重量比进行配合,可获得本发明所要求的药效。
本发明中所使用的材料特性如下:
主原料之一的丝瓜中含有硝酸钠、不溶性皂角苷、赤霉素、半乳糖、木糖,而丝瓜纤维素中含有木聚糖、甘露聚糖、半乳聚糖、木质素等,具有化痰镇咳之效果,广泛使用于哮喘、结核,积脓症的治疗。
另外,丝瓜性凉,可凉血、促进血液循环,用作利尿剂、还对水肿、头痛等症有效,具有镇痛消炎作用。
梨中,钠、钾、钙、锰的含量占74%,此外磷、乳酸占25%,为强碱性食品。其性凉,可清热通便,还因快速分解体内的酒精成分,故可解酒解渴,梨汁可治咳嗽、哮喘、热病、百日咳、燥渴等症。
而且,梨中丰富的多酚、黄酮类成分具有优异的抗癌、抗炎、抗氧化效果。
橘子中含有柠檬酸,可恢复疲劳,促进新陈代谢,降低血液中的胆固醇值,从而可预防动脉硬化,解除精神压力,预防高血压并稳定血压。
橘子皮中所含柠檬苦素成分可抑制癌细胞的扩散,可治疗流感、肠胃病、浮肿、鱼类中毒等,还含有黄烷酮配糖体中的橙皮苷及柚苷,可强化毛细血管管壁。
萝卜含有丰富的维生素和钙,可助牙齿健康,而且对孕妇也好。其含有淀粉酶、苷、半乳糖酶等消化酶,促进消化,通便。
另外,萝卜汁具有化痰止咳功效,还具有可中和尼古丁的解毒作用,而形成辛味的蒜苷为硫磺化合物,具有抗癌作用。
桔梗含有丰富的糖质、无机质、纤维素,尤其是钙含量很高的碱性食品,含有丰富的铁分,还含有皂角苷,对咳嗽、多痰、呼吸不畅等症状有效,可治感冒引起的咳嗽、多痰、鼻子不通、发冷、头痛等症。
另外,还可治咽喉痛,对扁桃腺炎、咽喉炎有疗效,而且具有优异的排脓作用,故用于肺结核引起的脓痰、咳嗽、咳血等症,可有效治疗哮喘、肺炎、支气管炎、咽喉炎。
其次,副原料中的雪花冬虫夏草,中药中把它与人参、鹿茸列为三大药材,可延缓衰老,并广泛使用于结核、黄疸的治疗药,麻药中毒的解毒剂。
其成分有,水分10.84%、脂肪8.4%、粗蛋白25.32%、碳水化合物28.9%、灰分4.1%,可补肾、润肺、补血,还可化痰止咳,尤其对肺结核、哮喘、腰痛、贫血、肾病等症状有良好的疗效。
另外,含有虫草酸,可提高人体的免疫功能,还具有优异的治愈力,当运动消耗体力时,可缩短疲劳恢复时间,故用于运动员疲劳恢复,强化体力。
另外,冬虫夏草对肺癌、肝癌、乳房癌等的癌细胞具有85%的抑制效果,并可提高细胞的抵抗力,可有效防治细菌或病毒感染。
其次,生姜中含有龙脑、桉油酚、柠檬醛、苯酚、萜、生物碱、姜醇、姜二醇、姜酮等,可促进消化液分泌,增进食欲,并对痉挛等症状有镇静作用。而且,可提高人体免疫功能,可降低血液中的胆固醇含量,从而可预防高血压、心脏麻痹、脑溢血。
另外,上述桉油酚、萜、苯酚、姜醇等成分具有抗癌效果,广泛使用于抗癌食疗,而且生姜中的姜醇等成分对引起食中毒的菌、沙门氏菌、霍乱菌具有很强的杀菌抗菌作用。另外,具有助扩散的作用,从而在各种处方中添加稍许,可提高药效的扩散,并具有解毒作用。
木瓜中含有水分74~85%、糖质13~20%、纤维质1~4%、灰分0.3~0.7%,含有微量的维生素和矿物质,而糖质中,含有糖分10~13%、有机酸0.8~1.1%,并含有丰富的氨基酸性氮和果胶,可解酒,化痰,故有效于感冒、支气管炎、肺炎、咳嗽等症,还具有促进消化酶的分泌,促消化的功能。
石榴含有丰富的钙、磷、铁、钠、钾等矿物质以及水溶性维生素,烟酸等,可促进葡萄糖的分解,促进新陈代谢,对高血压和动脉硬化等症尤为有效。而且对止血、驱虫、泻痢、痢疾、白带异常等症有疗效。最近发现,石榴中含有大量的雌激素,可有效治疗更年期障碍、骨质疏松症等,还用于糖尿病的改善、强身、美容等领域。
银杏中含有55%的水分以及蛋白质、脂肪、糖质、纤维、灰分、钙等成分,可改善支气管粘液的分泌功能,弛缓支气管的平滑肌,具有化痰、止咳、治哮喘的功效。服用新鲜的银杏可解酒,可治疗尿频、尿液混浊、白带异常、遗精、梦精等症。
葱头中含有大量的钙、盐分、维生素等,用于治疗感冒、去痰、驱虫、利尿,可增强心脏和肠胃的功能,对多种微生物具有抗菌作用。
茄子中含有93%的水分,以及蛋白质、碳水化合物、钙、磷、维生素A、维生素C等成分,在蔬菜中,其营养成分比较低,但形成茄子独特颜色的茄香豆酸花翠素(Nasunin)、风信子花色素(Hyacin)具有吸收脂肪,溶解和排出血管中的废物的功能,从而可清血、降低血液中的胆固醇值。
另外,茄子中含有莨菪亭(Scopoletin)和滨蒿内脂(Scoparone)等可抑制痉挛成分,可起镇静作用并用于镇痛,还可提高肝脏及胰脏功能,另有利尿作用。
枳实中含有柚苷、枸桔苷(Poncirin)等配糖体,胃病及消化不良有效,还用于化痰剂、利尿剂。因具有消炎等解毒作用,对食物中毒或过敏引起的皮疹,搔痒等症有效。
仙人掌中含有三萜、苹果酸、琥珀酸等,具有通气、活血、解毒等功能,用于治疗心脏及胃的疼痛、肿瘤、痢疾、痔疮出血、咳嗽引起的咽喉痛、肺肿、乳肿,生疮、火伤、被蛇咬等部位,尤其是仙人掌鲜汁对胸膜炎有良好疗效,对呼吸道疾病也有效。
柚子所含维生素C含量为柠檬的3倍以上,还包括大量的维生素B复合体以及维生素A母体的胡萝卜素,以及对毛细血管起保护作用的橘皮苷等成分,尤其和别的水果相比,含有大量的钙和纤维素,从而用于预防感冒、恢复疲劳、皮肤美容、增进食欲,以及儿童骨骼形成和预防骨质疏松症。
上述柚子中含有柠檬烯,可促进血液循环,而且对咳嗽、胃癌、肺癌、皮肤癌有抑制作用。因含有橘皮苷,可稳定血压,防止血管老化,预防脑溢血和高血压,而且具有肝脏解毒、恢复疲劳、抗癌、抗过敏,抗炎症、抗菌等作用,从而可改善体质,增强对病的抵抗力。
在发酵步骤,将具有上述药效的主原料、副原料以及红糖的混合物,在自然状态下进行发酵,发酵条件为,在10~25℃的温度范围内进行3~6个月的自然发酵。即,当设定温度在10℃左右时,发酵时间最长6个月,而设定温度为25℃时,发酵时间最长3个月,这样,可避免现有健康饮料中,将各种药用植物或水果经过热汤加热而被提取的有害成分导致提取液不够清澈,形成混浊的浮游液或悬浮液,不宜饮用,且对其处理需要复杂的工序等问题。
如上所述,本发明中的发酵步骤为对天然酶的自然发酵,与现有的热汤提取相比,提取时可避免药效成分的流失,在低温或常温长期发酵中其药效形成,使味和香以及预防和治疗哮喘的药性逐渐成熟。
提取步骤中,对在上述条件中经过自然发酵的混合物进行过滤,抽出提取液,而在桑木耳混合步骤,在上述提取液中添加磨成粉末状的桑木耳,即,相对于1kg的上述提取液,添加15~25g桑木耳粉末并进行混合。
这时,为了更有效地浸出桑木耳的药性,最好在92~96wt%含有20~30%酒精的溶剂中,加入4~8wt%的桑木耳,并浸渍10~16个月,然后,将30~40g的上述桑木耳药性浸出溶液与1kg的上述提取步骤中抽取的提取液进行混合。
在发酵步骤,可将桑木耳粉末或桑木耳药性浸出的酒精添加并一起发酵,以提取药性,但本发明之理想实施例中,将上述酒精药性浸出的酒精添加到提取液中并混合。
这样,可防止桑木耳在发酵时,与别的浮游物一起漂浮,使桑木耳特有的药性无法充分浸出的现象,通过将桑木耳粉末或桑木耳药性浸出的酒精添加到提取液中并进行混合,可充分利用桑木耳的药效。
上述桑木耳与普通菌类不同,其含有蛋白多糖体和多糖体,这些起到免疫活性作用,可提高免疫功能,对病毒、细菌、霉菌、寄生虫、抗癌,抗酸,自由基等方面均有效。
另外,桑木耳用于对各种疾病、大肠菌、肺疾病、摔伤、中毒,过敏、老化、各种病毒感染等的治疗,是现阶段中最有效的免疫强化剂。当消化系统中癌症,如胃癌、食道癌、十二指肠癌、结肠癌、直肠癌、以及肝癌等的切割手术后,进行化学疗法时,提高免疫功能,可治疗子宫出血、白带、月经不调、内脏出血、并具有对肠胃功能的活性化以及解毒功能。
通过将上述桑木耳粉末或桑木耳药性浸出的酒精添加到提取液中并进行混合,使主原料和副原料及桑木耳混合,并逐步形成为具有独特香味的健康饮料。上述健康饮料对男女老少皆宜,除了主原料、副原料及桑木耳各自效果之外,上述原料经过发酵形成新的效果,长期饮用,有利于健康,而且可有效治疗哮喘、感冒、咳嗽、多痰等症。
Claims (2)
1、一种可有效预防和治疗哮喘的健康饮料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
混合步骤,将洗净并切细的丝瓜、梨、金橘,萝卜、桔梗等主原料,洗净并切细的雪花冬虫夏草、生姜、木瓜、石榴、银杏、葱头、茄子、枳实、仙人掌、柚子等副原料,以及红糖以60~70∶20~30∶10~35的重量比进行混合;
发酵步骤,对上述混合物在10~25℃的温度中,进行3~6个月的自然发酵;
提取步骤,对上述发酵步骤中经过发酵的混合物进行过滤,以抽取提取物;
桑木耳混合步骤,在上述提取步骤中提取的提取物1kg中混合15~25g的桑木耳粉末。
2、如权利要求1所述可有效预防和治疗哮喘的健康饮料的制造方法,其特征在于,上述桑木耳混合步骤包括:
在92~96wt%的含20~30%酒精的溶剂中,浸渍4~8wt%的桑木耳,并浸渍10~16个月,使桑木耳药性浸出的步骤;
将30~40g的上述药性浸出溶液与1kg的上述提取步骤中抽取的提取液进行混合的步骤。
