本发明涉及一种清肺排毒口服液及其生产方法,属于健康食品加工技术。以银耳、百合、白萝卜、山药、陈皮、罗汉果、金针、蜂蜜为原料,经动态洗涤、混合、疏松破碎微粒化、超声波微波复合提取、调配、均质等过程制备液态口服营养食品。本产品不添加任何食品添加剂;不含香精、色素、甜味剂及防腐剂。产品富含食用菌多糖、膳食纤维、微量元素、维生素、皂甙等天然营养成分,清肺、促进排痰及肺部毒素排除,适合各阶层消费者食用。本发明产品生产中无污染,无废渣、废汽及有害物质产生,实现绿色生产;产品风味纯正,耐贮藏,食用方便。

技术领域
本发明属于营养食品加工领域,尤其是指一种具有清肺排毒作用的健康液态食品及其生产方法。
背景技术
中国社科院联合中国气象局发布《气候变化绿皮书》称雾霾天气影响健康,会使呼吸系统及心脏系统疾病恶化。相关研究表明雾霾能诱发呼吸道疾病,影响肺的通气功能,使机体处在缺氧状态,影响机体健康。雾霾中含有大量包括重金属、粉尘、污染物、病毒等有害颗粒物,一旦进入呼吸道及肺部,会粘附在肺泡上,刺激并破坏呼吸道黏膜,极大降低或破坏呼吸道黏膜对致病因子的防御能力,造成鼻炎及肺部纤维化和硬化,甚至诱发肺癌。
成年人每天约吸入12000升空气,空气中混杂的尘粒、微生物、有害气体等物质被吸入体内会使呼吸道内的免疫球蛋白明显减少,免疫系统杀灭细菌及病毒的能力严重下降,各种细菌及病毒滋生繁殖,造成呼吸道系统尤其肺部损伤,导致巨噬细胞吞噬功能下降,肺部进一步被病菌及病毒的侵袭,致使肺部发生严重病变。要降低雾霾对人体的危害,除雾霾天气减少出门,还应多食具有清肺、祛痰食物,加强肺泡细胞排出有毒细颗粒物的能力,帮助人体排出体内积聚的PM2.5颗粒物及其他有毒有害物质。
发明内容
本发明提供一种清肺排毒口服液及其生产方法,具有清肺排痰作用。
本发明采取的技术方案是,是由下列重量份的原料制成的:
干燥的银耳3~5份、干燥的百合2~4份、白萝卜2~3份、山药1~2份、陈皮1~2份、干燥的金针1~2份、干燥的罗汉果1~2份、蜂蜜4~6份。
本发明的生产方法是,包括下列步骤:
(一)干基原辅料动态喷淋洗涤
取配方中干燥的陈皮、罗汉果、银耳、百合挑选去除不可食用杂质及霉变部分,置于开放的、上下振幅振动6~8mm的水平运动振动筛面上,进行动态喷淋清洗,振动筛水平运行速率1~3m/min,喷淋水流速6~10m/s;
(二)疏松破碎微粒化
步骤(一)喷淋洗涤后的原料已变得柔软,采用的齿盘碾切、锤头击打相结合的破碎装置对物料进行微粒化处理,破碎装置具有相向旋转的转鼓,其上切割齿具有锐角工作面,具有良好的切割与撕裂作用,转鼓上按120°分布三组锤头对物料具有捶打、敲击、疏松作用,按此法可在切割破碎同时使物料紧密的植物纤维束变得疏松,有利于物料中功效成分的溶出和提取,得到粒度为30~60μm的颗粒料,备用;白萝卜及山药15~20℃流动水洗涤干净,脱皮后采用上述方法破碎及微粒化处理,得到粒度为30~60μm的颗粒料,备用;
(三)超声波微波复合提取
将步骤(二)获得颗粒料按质量份数比1︰(25~30)加入饮用水,搅拌均匀,于超声波功率100~300W/kg物料、温度25~30℃条件下超声波处理10~20min,促进物料中功效成分的溶出,同时对物料进行破碎和微粒化,然后立即进入微波振荡提取和杀菌一体化处理阶段,微波提取条件为真空度0.09MPa、温度85~90℃、处理时间10~15min,同时使物料温度升高、质地软化、杀灭有害微生物,得到混合料备用;
(四)调配、均质匀化
无菌条件下将经步骤(三)处理得到的混合料冷却至45~55℃,加入按(三)提供配方准备的蜂蜜,搅拌混合均匀,在压力30~50MPa、温度45~55℃条件下进行均质匀化处理,使产物组织均匀、口感柔滑细腻,具有特殊的芳香;
(五)无菌灌装
将步骤(四)得到产物无菌条件下灌入经过杀菌处理的容器中、封口,贮存。
本产品贮存稳定,开口即食,冷热皆食。
本发明有益效果是,所用原辅料均为具有养肺护肺、补养气息、药食兼用的保健食品生产原料:
银耳:别名白木耳、白耳、桑鹅、五鼎芝、白耳子。性平,味甘、淡,无毒。归肺、胃、肾经。能养肺阴、济肾燥、提神益气。具有滋补生津、强精补肾、养阴清热润肺、养胃清肠润燥、补气和血、强心壮身、补脑提神、美容嫩肤等功效。主治虚劳咳嗽、痰中带血、津少口渴、病后体虚、气短乏力等症。不但能增强机体抗肿瘤的免疫能力,还能增强肿瘤患者对放疗、化疗的耐受力。银耳还具有缓解肌肉疲劳、防止放射性损伤、增加机体免疫力等作用。
银耳含银耳子实体多糖(TP),银耳孢子多糖(TSP),细胞壁多糖,葡萄糖醛酸木糖甘露聚糖(glucuronoxylomannan),中性多糖,酸性杂多聚糖(acidicheteroglycans)。银耳中含有蛋白质、脂肪和多种氨基酸、矿物质及肝糖。银耳蛋白质中含有17种氨基酸,人体所必需的氨基酸中的3/4银耳都能提供。银耳还含有多种矿物质,如钙、磷、铁、钾、钠、镁、硫等,其中钙、铁的含量很高,在每百克银耳中,含钙643毫克,铁30.4毫克。此外,银耳中还含有海藻糖、多缩戊糖、甘露糖醇等肝糖。银耳富含的天然植物性胶质,对消化道中异物具有较强的吸附作用。银耳中的酸性多糖类物质,能增强人体的免疫力,调动淋巴细胞,加强白细胞的吞噬能力,兴奋骨髓造血功能,具有抗肿瘤作用。银耳中的膳食纤维可助胃肠蠕动,减少脂肪吸收,从而达到减肥的效果。银耳还能增强肿瘤患者对放疗、化疗的耐受力。银耳对老年慢性支气管炎、肺原性心脏病有一定疗效。
银耳的抗溃疡作用:银耳多糖和银耳孢子多糖以每日70mg/kg,灌胃2天,均可明显抑制大鼠应激型溃疡的形成,以每日165mg/kg,灌胃12天,能促进醋酸型胃溃疡的愈合,但它们对胃酸分泌和胃蛋白酶活性无明显影响。
银耳对膜保护作用:银耳多糖可使人红细胞膜蛋白交联作用减少,膜流动性趋于正常,红细胞溶血率降低,对红细胞膜有保护作用。且银耳多糖与Fe组成银耳多糖-Fe(Ⅲ)配合物可促进铁的吸收而且对细胞膜有保护作用,可作为无损伤性补铁化合物。
银耳抗炎作用:银耳多糖60mg/kg腹腔注射对0.1mll0%蛋清所致大鼠足跃肿胀有较好的抗炎作用。稀释1倍的银耳发酵液5ml/kg腹腔注射对甲醛所致大鼠足跖肿胀无明显作用,剂量为7.5ml/kg或10ml/kg时可不同程度减轻炎症肿胀程度,剂量大,作用强。200mg/kg银耳孢子粗多糖腹腔注射对甲醛所致大鼠足跖肿胀有显著抑制作用。
百合:百合原为生长在中国西南与西北部山野林内及草丛中的短日照植物。食用百合为百合的地下鳞茎,富含淀粉及蛋白质、脂肪、生物碱、钙、磷、铁等成分及百合皂甙、去酰百合皂甙、β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙等功效成分。百合味甘,微苦,性微寒,无毒,入心、肺经。具有润肺止咳、养阴清热、清心安神、利大小便等功效。常用于肺虚久咳、劳嗽咯血、热病余热未清、虚烦惊悸、失眠多梦等疾病的治疗。
药理试验证明百合的水煎剂对氨水引起的小孩咳嗽有止咳作用,并能对抗组织胺引起的蟾蛛哮喘。尤其对于婴儿慢性支气管炎、咽干燥咳、秋燥干咳等症宜用百合。
百合的镇咳祛痰作用:小鼠用SO?引咳法,观察百合水煎剂具有明显镇咳效果;用酚红比色法,小鼠气管最后用0.5mL的NaHCO?溶液冲洗,于546nm处测定吸收度,并从酚红标准曲线中求出气管排出酚红量,表明百合水煎剂均有显著的祛痰作用。
百合的滋阴润肺作用:肺气虚模型游泳实验表明,百合以10g/kg剂量给于小鼠,有显著的延长游泳时间。
百合甲亢阴虚模型耐缺氧实验:用甲状腺素0.3mg/只制成小鼠模型。结果百合加甲状腺素组有明显延长小鼠耐缺氧能力。
百合对肾上腺皮质激素所致阴虚模型负荷游泳实验:取雄性小鼠,分生理盐水组、强的松(40mg/kg/次)造型组和百合(10g/kg体重)加强的松组。结果表明百合对肾上腺皮质功能衰竭起显著性的保护作用。
白萝卜:白萝卜,根茎类蔬菜,十字花科萝卜属植物。经检测每100克白萝卜热量21.00千卡、蛋白质0.90克、脂肪0.10克、碳水化合物5.00克、膳食纤维1.00克,另外还富含维生素C、维生素A、尼克酸等多种维生素及丰富的钾、钙、磷、镁、铁、锌、硒等矿物质。特别是维生素C的含量(21.00毫克/100g)是其他根茎类蔬菜的4倍以上。白萝卜含有木质素及多种酶,具有提高巨噬细胞的活力,分解致癌的亚硝酸胺等作用。传统医学认为白萝卜味甘辛、性平、无毒,入肺、脾、胃、大肠经;具有除痰润肺、顺气化痰、和中止咳、清热解毒生津、下气宽中、消食化滞、开胃健脾、利大小便等功效;主治肺萎、肺热、痰多、口干舌渴、声嘶咽干、吐血、吐血、气胀、食滞、消化不良、大小便不通畅等症。白萝卜水煎剂对急慢性咽炎、慢性扁桃体炎具有很好的治疗作用。《本草纲目》称萝卜为“蔬中最有利者”。现代医学研究表明,白萝卜含芥子油、淀粉酶和粗纤维,具有促进消化,增强食欲,加快胃肠蠕动和止咳化痰的作用。
山药:原名“薯蓣”,别称山药、怀山药、淮山药、土薯、山薯、玉延,始载《神农本草经》,列为上品。山药味甘、性平;入肺、脾、肾经;《本草纲目》概括山药五大功用“益肾气,健脾胃,止泄痢,化痰涎,润皮”,具有健脾养肺补肺、益胃补肾、固肾益精、聪耳明目、助五脏、强筋骨、长志安神、延年益寿的功效;主治脾虚泄泻、食少浮肿、肺虚咳喘、尿频、带下、消渴。现代药理研究提示,山药含有的皂甙、糖蛋白、鞣质、止权素、山药碱、胆碱、淀粉及钙、磷、铁等,具有诱生干扰素的作用。山药含有皂甙、黏液质,有润滑,滋润的作用,故可益肺气,养肺阴,治疗肺虚痰嗽久咳之症。
经检测每百克山药含热量56.00千卡、蛋白质1.90克、碳水化合物12.40克、膳食纤维0.80克及丰富维生素A、胡萝卜素、维生素C等多种维生素和及钙、磷、钾、镁、铁、锌、硒等矿物质。山药含薯蓣皂甙元(diosgenin)、多巴胺(dopamine)、儿茶酚胺(catecholamine)、盐酸山药碱(batatasinehydrochloride)、多酚氧化酶(polyphenoloxidase)、止杈素(abscisin)Ⅱ、山药素(batatasin)、糖蛋白(glucoprotein)、山药多糖、植酸(phyticacid)、以及胆甾醇(cholesterol),麦角甾醇(ergosterol)、菜油甾醇(campesterol)、豆甾醇(stigmasterol),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)等多种生物活性成分,具有调节机体代谢的特殊功效。
调节机体对非特异刺激反应性作用:昆明种小鼠24只,分2组,分别给以山药水煎液0.2mL/kg体重(含生药1g/mL),对照组注射生理盐水0.2mL/kg体重,30分钟后装入内装20g碱石灰的广口磨口瓶中,凡士林密封,记录小鼠存活时间。与对照组比较,山药水煎液能显著延长小鼠存活时间,具有显著的常压耐缺氧作用,能明显减轻小鼠脏器受缺氧环境的损害,提高耐受性。
对免疫功能的影响:昆明种小鼠24只,实验组连续7日给予山药水煎液0.2mL/kg体重(含生药1g/mL),对照组注射生理盐水0.2mL/只,末次给药24小时后,处死动物,立即称体重、胸腺重和脾脏重,计算胸腺指数和脾指数。与对照组比较,山药水煎液可显著增加小鼠的脾脏重量,而对胸腺无明显作用。昆明种小鼠24只,实验组连续7日给予山药水煎液0.2mL/kg体重(含生药1g/mL),对照组注射生理盐水0.2mL/只,末次给药24小时后,每鼠尾经处理后的中华碳素墨水0.1mL/10g(市售墨水过滤,稀释3倍),注射后0.5和10分钟,分别由眼后静脉丛取血20mL,溶于浓度为20%的NaHCO3溶液中静置1小时,于650nm处测定吸收值,计算廓清指数。结果表明山药水煎液可显著增强小鼠碳粒廓清作用。
陈皮:又称橘皮、红皮、广陈皮等,为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮,晒干或低温干燥而得,且以果皮陈者为良,故名。陈皮富含膳食纤维、碳水化合物及钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、硒等矿物质及核黄素、视黄醇、烟酸、维生素等多种维生素。陈皮含挥发油1.9%~3.5%,主要为柠檬烯(Limonene)、α-侧柏烯(α-Thujene)、β-月桂烯(β-Myrcene)、桧烯(Sabine-ne)、麝香草酚(thymol)、香茅醛(Citronellal)及橙皮甙(Hesperidin)、新橙皮甙(Neohesperidin)、柑橘素(Tangeretin)、黄酮化合物、β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol)等多种功效成分。陈皮性温味苦、辛;入肺、脾、胃经;具有理气健脾、调中、燥湿化痰之功效;主治痰湿壅肺、咳嗽气喘痰多、胸脘胀满、食少吐泻等症。陈皮主行脾胃之气,而脾胃主运化水湿,所以陈皮温能养脾、辛能醒脾、苦能健脾,故而祛湿化痰;陈皮味辛、苦,则辛散肺气、苦泄肺气、温化寒气,故而能治痰多咳喘。李时珍《本草纲目》:“橘皮苦能泄能燥,辛能散能和,其治百病,总是取其理气燥湿之功。同补药则补,同泻药则泻,同升药则升,同降药则降。”凡理气化痰方均可可使用陈皮。
罗汉果:是我国特有的珍贵葫芦科植物,主要产于广西壮族自治区桂林市临桂区和永福县的山区,素有良药佳果之称,被人们誉为“神仙果”。罗汉果含丰富的维生素C(每100克鲜果中含400毫克~500毫克)以及糖甙、黄酮类化合物、D-甘露醇、果糖、葡萄糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、脂类等。特殊成分罗汉果甙(esgoside)较蔗糖甜300倍。还含有锰、铁、镍、硒、锡、碘、钼等26种无机元素。罗汉果性凉味甘;入肺、脾经;具有清肺利咽、化痰止咳、润肠通便等功效。主治痰火咳嗽、百日咳、咽喉肿痛、伤暑口渴、肠燥便秘等症,对于治疗急性气管炎、急性扁桃体炎、急性胃炎也具有很好的疗效。
金针:即黄花菜(HemerocalliscitrinaBaroni),又名萱草、忘忧草、萱草花、金针菜、安神菜、柠檬萱草,属百合目,百合科多年生草本植物。每100g金针菜干品中含有蛋白质14.1g、脂肪0.4g、碳水化合物60.1g、钙463mg、磷173mg、铁16.5mg、胡萝卜素3.44mg、核黄素0.14mg、硫胺素0.3mg、尼克酸4.1mg及丰富的花粉、膳食纤维等成分。其中碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪3大营养物质分别占到60%、14%、2%,此外,磷的含量高于其他蔬菜。金针性凉、平,味甘;有止血、消炎、清热、利湿、消食、明目、安神等功效,主治肺热咳嗽,腮腺炎,咽喉肿痛、耳鸣、心悸、水肿等症。
蜂蜜:蜂蜜是蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜、分泌物或蜜露,与自身分泌物混合后,经充分酿造而成的天然甜物质。食品级蜂蜜应安全无毒,符合食品安全国家标准GB14963—2011(蜂蜜)的各项要求。《神农本草经》记载蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”现代医学研究表明蜂蜜主要功效补中润燥,止痛,解毒。对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、便秘等具有一定辅助治疗作用。蜂蜜性平、味甘;入脾、胃、肺、大肠经;具有润肺止咳、调补脾胃、缓急止痛、润肠通便、润肤生肌、解毒等功效;主治脘腹虚痛、肺燥咳嗽、肠燥便秘、目赤、口疮、溃疡不敛、水火烫伤等症。
肺位于胸中,上通喉咙,左右各一,在人体脏腑中位置最高,中医及传统养生理论中称肺为华盖,为五脏之天。中医认为,肺的主要生理功能是主气、司呼吸,为体内外气体交换的通道;助心行血而贯通血脉,通调水道,参与水液代谢,输精于皮毛,主一身之表。人体内伤、因病、饮食不当、嗜烟好酒、吸入大量污浊空气等,致痰浊内生,肺及支气管阻塞,致肺气上逆发生咳嗽。咳嗽是人体的一种保护性反射动作。呼吸道内的病理性分泌物和从外界进入呼吸道内的异物,造成肺浊气壅,可借助咳嗽动作而排出体外,使肺清气行,恢复和强健肺功能。本发明产品产品富含食用菌蛋白、食用菌多糖、植物皂苷、粘多糖、维生素、膳食纤维等天然营养成分,适合各阶层消费者食用,具有提高肺功能、促进肺及气管中沉积的有害物质的排除的功效。本发明产品生产中无污染,无废渣、废汽及有害物质产生,实现绿色生产;产品风味纯正,食用方便。

干燥的银耳3份、干燥的百合2份、白萝卜2份、山药1份、陈皮1份、干燥的金针1份、干燥的罗汉果1份、蜂蜜4份。
本发明的生产方法是,包括下列步骤:
(一)干基原辅料动态喷淋洗涤
取配方中干燥的陈皮、罗汉果、银耳、百合挑选去除不可食用杂质及霉变部分,置于开放的、上下振幅振动6mm的水平运动振动筛面上,进行动态喷淋清洗,振动筛水平运行速率1m/min,喷淋水流速6m/s;
(二)疏松破碎微粒化
步骤(一)喷淋洗涤后的原料已变得柔软,采用的齿盘碾切、锤头击打相结合的破碎装置对物料进行微粒化处理,破碎装置具有相向旋转的转鼓,其上切割齿具有锐角工作面,具有良好的切割与撕裂作用,转鼓上按120°分布三组锤头对物料具有捶打、敲击、疏松作用,按此法可在切割破碎同时使物料紧密的植物纤维束变得疏松,有利于物料中功效成分的溶出和提取,得到粒度为30μm的颗粒料,备用;白萝卜及山药15℃流动水洗涤干净,脱皮后采用上述方法破碎及微粒化处理,得到粒度为30μm的颗粒料,备用;
(三)超声波微波复合提取
将步骤(二)获得颗粒料按质量份数比1︰25加入饮用水,搅拌均匀,于超声波功率100W/kg物料、温度25℃条件下超声波处理10min,促进物料中功效成分的溶出,同时对物料进行破碎和微粒化,然后立即进入微波振荡提取和杀菌一体化处理阶段,微波提取条件为真空度0.09MPa、温度85℃、处理时间10min,同时使物料温度升高、质地软化、杀灭有害微生物,得到混合料备用;
(四)调配、均质匀化
无菌条件下将经步骤(三)处理得到的混合料冷却至45℃,加入按(三)提供配方准备的蜂蜜,搅拌混合均匀,在压力30MPa、温度45℃条件下进行均质匀化处理,使产物组织均匀、口感柔滑细腻,具有特殊的芳香;
(五)无菌灌装
将步骤(四)得到产物无菌条件下灌入经过杀菌处理的容器中、封口,贮存,
本产品贮存稳定,开口即食,冷热皆食。
实施例2
是由下列重量份的原料制成的:
干燥的银耳5份、干燥的百合4份、白萝卜3份、山药2份、陈皮2份、干燥的金针2份、干燥的罗汉果2份、蜂蜜6份。
本发明的生产方法是,包括下列步骤:
(一)干基原辅料动态喷淋洗涤
取配方中干燥的陈皮、罗汉果、银耳、百合挑选去除不可食用杂质及霉变部分,置于开放的、上下振幅振动8mm的水平运动振动筛面上,进行动态喷淋清洗,振动筛水平运行速率3m/min,喷淋水流速10m/s;

步骤(一)喷淋洗涤后的原料已变得柔软,采用的齿盘碾切、锤头击打相结合的破碎装置对物料进行微粒化处理,破碎装置具有相向旋转的转鼓,其上切割齿具有锐角工作面,具有良好的切割与撕裂作用,转鼓上按120°分布三组锤头对物料具有捶打、敲击、疏松作用,按此法可在切割破碎同时使物料紧密的植物纤维束变得疏松,有利于物料中功效成分的溶出和提取,得到粒度为60μm的颗粒料,备用;白萝卜及山药20℃流动水洗涤干净,脱皮后采用上述方法破碎及微粒化处理,得到粒度为60μm的颗粒料,备用;
(三)超声波微波复合提取
将步骤(二)获得颗粒料按质量份数比1︰30加入饮用水,搅拌均匀,于超声波功率300W/kg物料、温度30℃条件下超声波处理20min,促进物料中功效成分的溶出,同时对物料进行破碎和微粒化,然后立即进入微波振荡提取和杀菌一体化处理阶段,微波提取条件为真空度0.09MPa、温度90℃、处理时间15min,同时使物料温度升高、质地软化、杀灭有害微生物,得到混合料备用;
(四)调配、均质匀化
无菌条件下将经步骤(三)处理得到的混合料冷却至55℃,加入按(三)提供配方准备的蜂蜜,搅拌混合均匀,在压力50MPa、温度55℃条件下进行均质匀化处理,使产物组织均匀、口感柔滑细腻,具有特殊的芳香;
(五)无菌灌装
将步骤(四)得到产物无菌条件下灌入经过杀菌处理的容器中、封口,贮存,
本产品贮存稳定,开口即食,冷热皆食。
实施例3
是由下列重量份的原料制成的:
干燥的银耳4份、干燥的百合3份、白萝卜2.5份、山药1.5份、陈皮1.5份、干燥的金针1.5份、干燥的罗汉果1.5份、蜂蜜5份。
本发明的生产方法是,包括下列步骤:

将步骤(二)获得颗粒料按质量份数比1︰28加入饮用水,搅拌均匀,于超声波功率200W/kg物料、温度28℃条件下超声波处理15min,促进物料中功效成分的溶出,同时对物料进行破碎和微粒化,然后立即进入微波振荡提取和杀菌一体化处理阶段,微波提取条件为真空度0.09MPa、温度88℃、处理时间13min,同时使物料温度升高、质地软化、杀灭有害微生物,得到混合料备用;
(四)调配、均质匀化
无菌条件下将经步骤(三)处理得到的混合料冷却至48℃,加入按(三)提供配方准备的蜂蜜,搅拌混合均匀,在压力40MPa、温度50℃条件下进行均质匀化处理,使产物组织均匀、口感柔滑细腻,具有特殊的芳香;
(五)无菌灌装
将步骤(四)得到产物无菌条件下灌入经过杀菌处理的容器中、封口,贮存,
本产品贮存稳定,开口即食,冷热皆食。
下边结合试验例来进一步说明本发明的效果。
祛痰作用:采用气管段酚红法,取小鼠60只,雌雄各半,体质量18~22g,随机分成5组,每组12只,即空白组灌胃给予0.9%氯化钠溶液、阳性对照组灌胃给予7.69%氯化铵溶液13mL/kg体重(相当于临床日用量的1倍)、本发明清肺排毒口服液高、中、低剂量组15.0,10.0,5mL/kg体重(相当于临床日用量的4,2,1倍)。分别灌胃给药后1h,按每只0.5mL分别给小鼠腹腔注射酚红0.9%氯化钠溶液,30min后处死小鼠,小心剥离气管周围结缔组织,剪下甲状软骨至支气管分叉处的一段气管,用0.9%氯化钠溶液2mL反复冲洗内壁3~4次,再加1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液0.1mL,摇匀,然后用紫外分光光度计于波长546nm处测定吸光度(A值),结果本发明清肺排毒口服液高、中、低剂量组15.0,10.0,5mL/kg体重组A值分别为0.215±0.065,0.244±0.051,0.266±0.051;7.69%氯化铵溶液组A值0.234±0.061,0.9%氯化钠溶液组A值0.124±0.030。本发明产品清肺排毒口服液与0.9%氯化钠溶液组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结果本发明产品清肺排毒口服液高、中、低剂量组均可明显增加小鼠气管中酚红的排泌量,因而具有明显祛痰效果。
平喘作用:采用组胺引喘法,选取健康幼年豚鼠60只,雌雄各半,体重200~250g,随机分成5组,每组12只。空白组灌胃给予0.9%氯化钠溶液,阳性对照组灌胃给予62.5%氨茶碱溶液3.19mL/kg(相当于临床日用量的2倍),本发明产品清肺排毒口服液高、中、低剂量组15.0,10.0,5mL/kg体重(相当于临床日用量的4,2,1倍)。分别灌胃给药后1h,将豚鼠放入诱咳引喘仪中恒压喷入1%乙酰胆碱和0.05%组胺等量混合溶液15s,观察豚鼠引喘潜伏期(即从喷雾开始到哮喘发作,呼吸困难,直至抽搐跌倒的时间),超过180s以180s计算。结果本发明产品清肺排毒口服液高、中、低剂量组15.0,10.0,5mL/kg体重组引喘潜伏期分别为(130.1±30.7)s,(132.7±35.5)s,(141.3±33.0)s;62.5%氨茶碱溶液组引喘潜伏期(143.8±29.4)s,0.9%氯化钠溶液组引喘潜伏期(89.0±32.2)s。本发明产品清肺排毒口服液与0.9%氯化钠溶液组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结果表明,本发明产品清肺排毒口服液对乙酰胆碱组胺引起的豚鼠哮喘有显著的抑制作用,可明显延长哮喘潜伏期。
Claims (2)
1.一种清肺排毒口服液,其特征在于,是由下列重量份的原料和方法制成的:
原料如下:
干燥的银耳3~5份、干燥的百合2~4份、白萝卜2~3份、山药1~2份、陈皮1~2份、干燥的金针1~2份、干燥的罗汉果1~2份、蜂蜜4~6份;
方法如下:
(一)干基原辅料动态喷淋洗涤
取配方中干燥的陈皮、罗汉果、银耳、百合挑选去除不可食用杂质及霉变部分,置于开放的、上下振幅振动6~8mm的水平运动振动筛面上,进行动态喷淋清洗,振动筛水平运行速率1~3m/min,喷淋水流速6~10m/s;
(二)疏松破碎微粒化
步骤(一)喷淋洗涤后的原料已变得柔软,采用的齿盘碾切、锤头击打相结合的破碎装置对物料进行微粒化处理,破碎装置具有相向旋转的转鼓,其上切割齿具有锐角工作面,具有良好的切割与撕裂作用,转鼓上按120°分布三组锤头对物料具有捶打、敲击、疏松作用,按此法可在切割破碎同时使物料紧密的植物纤维束变得疏松,有利于物料中功效成分的溶出和提取,得到粒度为30~60μm的颗粒料,备用;白萝卜及山药15~20℃流动水洗涤干净,脱皮后采用上述方法破碎及微粒化处理,得到粒度为30~60μm的颗粒料,备用;
(三)超声波微波复合提取

2.如权利要求1所述的清肺排毒口服液的生产方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
(一)干基原辅料动态喷淋洗涤
取配方中干燥的陈皮、罗汉果、银耳、百合挑选去除不可食用杂质及霉变部分,置于开放的、上下振幅振动6~8mm的水平运动振动筛面上,进行动态喷淋清洗,振动筛水平运行速率1~3m/min,喷淋水流速6~10m/s;
(二)疏松破碎微粒化
