Abstract
可主动地改变支柱的上端相对于车身的连接位置,因此能够主动地调节车轮外倾角、主销后倾角和车辆高度。结果显著地改进了车辆的轮胎附着力、转向稳定性和乘坐舒适性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车轮定位和车辆高度调节装置,其主动地调节车轮的外倾角、主销后倾角以及车辆高度。
背景技术
常规地,车辆的车轮外倾角和主销后倾角只可通过单独的维护而调节。然而,如果主动地调节车轮外倾角和主销后倾角,则相应于驾驶条件,可改进车辆的轮胎的附着力、转向稳定性和乘坐舒适性。
此外,如果在车辆运动中调节车辆高度,则通过电控悬架系统等的工作可显著改进乘坐舒适性。
发明内容
提供了本发明的实施例用于主动地调节车辆的车轮外倾角、主销后倾角和车辆高度,从而显著地改进车辆的轮胎附着力、转向稳定性和乘坐平顺性。
车轮定位和车辆高度调节装置包括支柱,以及安装在支柱上端与车身之间的多个长度改变装置。
长度改变装置可延伸地安装在上述支柱的纵向上,并且三个长度改变装置以该支柱作为其中心安装形成三角形。长度改变装置包括液压缸,其通过液压而改变长度。

具体实施方式
参考图1,本发明的第一实施例包括支柱1,和配备在支柱1上端的托架3。至少三个长度改变装置13设置在托架3和车身5之间。
支柱1的下部与肘节7连接,该肘节7与轮毂9连接。因此,如果支柱1上端相对于车身5的连接位置变化,则车轮的外倾角和主销后倾角将相应地变化;也就是说,本发明的支柱1的上端可主动地改变其相对于车身5的连接位置。
托架3形成为圆盘状,并且支柱1的上端与托架3通过多根装配螺栓11固定(见图4)。
通过安装长度改变装置13,托架3促进了本发明的性能,而无需对现有技术中使用的支柱1进行任何显著地改变。因此,托架3是用于将长度改变装置13安装在支柱1和车身5之间的零件。长度改变装置13还可直接设置在支柱1上,如同第二实施例那样(下面将说明)。
如图2中所示,长度改变装置13包括可延伸地安装在支柱1纵向上的液压缸,该液压缸通过液压改变其总长度。在本发明中安装有三个长度改变装置13,以支柱1为中心而形成三角形。
液压缸设置为通过由控制器调节的液压供应装置(未示出)接收液压,而控制器从探测车辆的各种状态的传感器接收信号输入。
长度改变装置13可安装有电动机、蜗轮、齿条等。
长度改变装置13的上端或者下端应通过可延伸部件15固定在车身5或者托架3上(见图3)。如果三个长度改变装置13的长度不一致地扩张和收缩,从而改变托架3相对于车身5的斜度,则可延伸部件15将吸收托架3的斜度变化。
在本发明中,可延伸部件15设置在托架3和长度改变装置13的下端之间。可延伸部件15由穿过托架3的筒体17,和连接到筒体17两端的法兰19构成。
支撑冲塞23形成于长度改变装置13的底部,并穿过可延伸部件15的筒体17。支撑冲塞23在其底部具有支撑法兰21,其与可延伸部件15的法兰19相接触。
因此,长度改变装置13的底部通过可延伸部件15间接地固定到托架3上,从而使托架3和可延伸部件15之间的倾角能够变化。
参考图5,当任何一个长度改变装置13依照限制液压供应装置的控制器而扩张或者收缩时,对车轮外倾角进行了调节。
如果在图5中所标示的长度改变装置13中的液压值增加,则托架3和支柱1相对于车身5顺时针旋转,并且产生负的车轮外倾角。另外,如果液压降低,则托架3和支柱1大致逆时针地旋转,而且车轮外倾角逐渐转变为正值。
在图6中,如果左侧或者右侧的长度改变装置13扩张或者收缩,则托架3和支柱1相对于车身5顺时针方向或者逆时针方向旋转,从而引起主销后倾角的增大或者减小。
倘若所有的三个长度改变装置13以同样的长度扩张或者收缩,则支柱1相对于车身5的位置相对改变,从而导致对车辆高度的调节。
如果根据驾驶状态主动地调节车轮外倾角、主销后倾角和车辆高度,则轮胎的附着力、转向稳定性和乘坐舒适性可得以显著地提高。
图7和图8示出了本发明的另一个实施例,其与第一实施例相比没有托架。三个长度改变装置113直接安装在支柱顶板103和车身105之间,其中支柱顶板103由支柱101的上端构成。
长度改变装置113的上端或者下端通过可延伸部件115固定在车身105或者支柱顶板103上。因此,当三个长度改变装置113不一致地扩张或者收缩时,调节了支柱顶板103相对于车身105的斜度,可延伸部件115应吸收上述的斜度变化。
在本实施例中,可延伸部件115设置在长度改变装置113的下端和支柱顶板103之间。可延伸部件115由穿过支柱顶板103上端的筒体117,和连接到筒体两端的法兰119构成。
长度改变装置113的底部安装有支撑冲塞123,其穿过可延伸部件115的筒体117,并具有与可延伸部件115的法兰119相接触的支撑法兰121。
在第二实施例中,车轮外倾角、主销后倾角和车辆高度可在比第一实施例更简单的结构中主动地进行调节。
从上述显而易见,本发明的优势在于可以主动地调节车轮外倾角、主销后倾角和车辆高度,从而改进车辆的轮胎附着力、转向稳定性和乘坐舒适性。
Claims (11)
1.一种车轮定位和车辆高度调节装置,包括:
支柱;和
多个长度改变装置,其安装在所述支柱的上端和车身之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述长度改变装置可延伸地安装在所述支柱的纵向上,并且三个长度改变装置以所述支柱为中心安装形成三角形。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述长度改变装置包括通过液压改变长度的液压缸。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括设置在所述支柱的上端和长度改变装置之间的托架。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其中所述托架形成为圆盘状,并且所述支柱的上端与所述托架通过多根装配螺栓固定。
6.如权利要求4所述的装置,其中所述长度改变装置的上端或者下端通过可延伸部件固定在所述车身或者托架上。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其中所述可延伸部件设置在所述托架和所述长度改变装置的下端之间,其中所述可延伸部件包括穿过所述托架的筒体,以及连接到所述筒体两端的法兰。
8.如权利要求7所述的装置,其中支撑冲塞形成于所述长度改变装置的底部,以穿过所述可延伸部件的所述筒体,并且在其底部具有与所述可延伸部件的所述法兰相接触的支撑法兰。
9.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述长度改变装置的上端或者下端通过可延伸部件固定在车身或者支柱顶板上。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置,其中所述可延伸部件设置在所述长度改变装置的下端和支柱顶板之间,其中所述可延伸部件包括穿过所述支柱顶板的上端的筒体,以及连接到所述筒体两端的法兰。
11.如权利要求10所述的装置,其中所述长度改变装置的底部安装有支撑冲塞,其穿过所述可延伸部件的所述筒体,并且在其底部具有与所述可延伸部件的所述法兰相接触的支撑法兰。
