技术领域
本发明涉及一种冲击止动杆(push-stop bar),该止动杆安装在用于自动推进式步行控制碾压机的防碰撞装置。其目的在于获得一种在过载时是柔性的、并由此在笨拙使用时更耐久的冲击止动杆。所述冲击止动杆适合与用于重型步行控制碾压机,譬如管沟夯实机的防碰撞装置一起使用。
背景技术
步行控制碾压机可以通过操作杆来操作。当这种机器倒退时,存在操作员没有注意到后面的障碍物并且杆端与该障碍物之间发生碰撞的风险。公知这种类型的机器可以装配一防碰撞装置以避免操作员受到由碰撞导致的伤害。该防碰撞装置也可以包括可替换的冲击止动板和冲击止动杆,它们与能够停止碾压机的反向运行的功能有关。在专利US4573543中描述了这种技术。
某些步行控制碾压机用来压实管沟中的底部及充填材料。这些管沟夯实机大多数是遥控的,但具有手动控制的性能。也存在只可以被手动控制的管沟夯实机。在手动操纵管沟夯实机的情况下,操作员靠近机器,并冒着以上述方式沿着机器的总宽度发生碰撞的风险。因此上述防碰撞装置必须包括更宽的设计。已经公知,该防护装置由此可以被设计更换为一种U形的、与机器宽度一致的冲击止动杆,并具有与机器可枢转连接的支杆。这种冲击止动杆被布置使得当其承受压力时绕着可旋转连接部转动并由此促发停止夯实机的倒退操作的功能。
这种冲击止动杆必须被设定一延长部分,该延长部分允许夯实机在其碰上操作员之前停止。这样的结果是伸出的冲击止动杆在机器的加载和卸载期间变得易损坏。该冲击止动杆可以被布置为可缩回,但是很多情况下操作员忘记缩回止动杆。更为严重的问题在于,当操纵夯实机下到管沟时如果该冲击止动杆碰上管沟壁所产生的侧向负载。这种已知的由钢制成的冲击止动杆的尺寸在一定程度上可以承受住这些压力。而在此情况下它们通常并不实用,这是因为管沟夯实机重达大约1800千克。笨拙使用的频繁发生往往导致该冲击止动杆的永久变形,这反过来导致昂贵的停工。
发明内容
与本专利的权利要求相一致,本发明的目的在于获得一种冲击止动杆,它保持其保护功能,同时还是柔性的,并由此防止繁重使用期间发生永久变形。这种新的特性通过对冲击止动杆上的支杆的新颖性的设计而获得。

具体实施方式
图1中以运行中的管沟夯实机1的形式示出了一种自动推进式步行控制碾压机。管沟夯实机1具有装有衬垫的振动滚筒,并用于压实管沟2的底部。管沟夯实机1通常由站在管沟2的边缘的操作员遥控。图中因为操作员3手动操作管沟夯实机1,因此下来到管沟2中。
在图的上部,操作员3已经启动管沟夯实机1以沿着箭头的方向倒退,并在夯实机后面向后行走。管沟夯实机1装有依照本发明的冲击止动杆4。此时冲击止动杆4处于有效的非触发状态。
在图的下部,操作员3的向后移动已经由于障碍物而停止,并且他并不设法将倒退中的管沟夯实机1操控为停止,或反之向前移动。冲击止动杆4碰上操作员3,并接着被触发为绕着它与管沟夯实机1的可旋转连接部5转动。冲击止动杆4装在防碰撞装置6中,该防碰撞装置在冲击止动杆4转动时感应并停止管沟夯实机1的反向运行。譬如可以通过感应开关来探测上述转动促动,该感应开关通过电信号促发停止夯实机的反向运行的功能。也可以使用液压传感器及信号,或导线。所述防碰撞装置应当被设计成,使得依照上述次序被触发时操作员仍可以启动夯实机以向前运行。
图2中从上面示出了处于遥控操作中的管沟夯实机1。操作员在管沟2的边缘上从上方遥控管沟夯实机1。
在图的上半部,可以看到所述防碰撞装置的冲击止动杆4处于有效的非触发状态。由于安全原因,所述防碰撞装置应当被设计成在管沟夯实机1的运行期间它总是有效的。操作员正通过遥控操作管沟夯实机1以在管沟2中的T形交叉处进行转弯动作。该转弯动作绕着管沟夯实机1的中部的点而发生。操作员努力去获得足够的操作空间以避免管沟夯实机1同管沟2的壁相撞。障碍物7以大石头的形式从壁凸出。可以发现呈管端、树根以及钢铁或混凝土梁端部形式的其他凸出障碍物。
在图的下半部,操作员没有注意到凸出的障碍物7,这导致冲击止动杆4撞上凸出的障碍物7。冲击止动杆4在水平面被促发,由此导致它的支杆8以所需方式的柔性反应,并使得冲击止动杆4让开凸出的障碍物7。
如果在后一阶段管沟夯实机1被遥控为向前运行,冲击止动杆4将重新开始图中上半部所示的初始和功能结构。
图3从上方示出了冲击止动杆4。冲击止动杆4通过支杆8在可枢转连接部5处与管沟夯实机1可枢转地连接。可枢转连接部5譬如可以包括与管沟夯实机1可枢转地连接的一管状轴9。管状轴9被扭簧10所促动,该扭簧促动管状轴9以绕着可枢转连接部5转动。所述管状轴被图中未示出的一止动器保持处于固定的转动状态。冲击止动杆4的支杆8与管状轴9相连接,冲击止动杆4由此被保持处于图1上半部所示的有效的非触发状态。可枢转连接部5的上述设计允许冲击止动杆4通过向下转动被促动。也可以使用对抗扭簧来替代以上提及的止动器。然后冲击止动杆4可以被促动为既可向上又可向下转动。冲击止动杆4的支杆8与呈圆钢管形式的接触部11相连接。使用比钢的弹性大的材料来设计冲击止动杆4的支杆8。最好的解决方案是使用聚氨酯,这是因为这种材料具有更大的弹性、更高的强度以及对外部环境影响的良好抵抗性。也可以使用其他塑料、橡胶或具有相似性能的复合材料。在图中用虚线示出从侧面促动时冲击止动杆4的对称柔性。但是这种柔性比所示的要大得多,而且还可以如前面图2下半部所示非对称地起作用。为了确保所述冲击止动杆获得所需的功能,支杆8被设计成在垂直面的抗弯曲性明显高于水平面的抗弯曲性。在本文中,所述垂直面等同于经过支杆8、并与贯穿可枢转连接部5的假设线成直角的假设对称平面。所述水平面是经过支杆8并与所述垂直面成直角的假设对称平面。所述垂直面内的更高抗弯曲性确保了冲击止动杆4的向下促动总是导致绕着可枢转连接部5转动,并确保管沟夯实机1停止。所述水平面内的较小抗弯曲性确保了冲击止动杆4对侧向负载柔性地反应。当加载及卸载管沟夯实机1时,譬如可能发生将夯实机从载重汽车车床搬下并安置,以致冲击止动杆4碰上邻近的壁或类似物。然后将冲击止动杆4用相当大的力从下面促动,但是即使在这种情况下支杆8也可以弯曲或以难于预计的方式让开。这种柔性弯曲由于上述抗弯曲性的差异而易于实现。当管沟夯实机1随后被升高或操纵为向前运行,冲击止动杆4将恢复其功能结构。
本发明中的冲击止动杆4还可在既向前又向后运行的防碰撞装置中起作用,因为冲击止动杆的数量加倍并设置在步行控制碾压机的前后部。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有支杆(8)的冲击止动杆(4),其安装在用于自动推进式步行控制碾压机(1)的防碰撞装置(6)中,并通过支杆(8)与步行控制碾压机(1)可枢转连接,其特征在于,所述支杆(8)由塑料、橡胶或复合材料构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有支杆(8)的冲击止动杆(4),其特征在于,所述支杆(8)由聚氨酯构成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的具有支杆(8)的冲击止动杆(4),其特征在于,所述支杆(8)在垂直面上的抗弯曲性比水平面上的抗弯曲性高。
