本实用新型涉及一种机械设备在运行中发生碰 撞所需的防撞装置——多功能缓冲器，它包括用聚氨 酯材料制作的缓冲体和固定于缓冲体端部的连接 件。其特点是在缓冲体的碰撞端设有弹性防撞板。 弹性防撞板是由压缩弹簧和金属防撞板焊接构成。 该缓冲器结构简单，成本低廉，安装，维修十分方便。 它既具有现有的橡胶式，弹簧式、液压式缓冲器的性 能和优点，又解决了目前聚氨酯缓冲器与其它缓冲器 不能混合配套使用的问题，同时还极大提高了聚氨酯 缓冲器的使用寿命。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种机械设备在运行中发生碰撞所需的防撞装置－－多功能聚氨酯缓冲器。
缓冲器是安全保护装置原件之一，橡胶式、弹簧式、液压式缓冲器已广泛应用于起重 机械的各种起重机以及建筑起重机械的各类运行机构中的防撞领域，橡胶式、弹簧式缓冲器，缓冲性能较好，但耐腐蚀性能差。液压式缓冲器液压元件多，油路复杂，漏油问题不可避免。因此，本领域的科技人员研制了一种用聚氨酯泡沫材料制作的缓冲器，该缓冲器具有良好的冲击弹性和抗压恢复性，耐油、耐老化、耐腐蚀，耐高、低温，造价低，安装、维修都很方便。但仍存在不能混合配套使用的缺欠。如不能与弹簧式、液压式缓冲器混合使用（与刚性结构相碰撞时，该缓冲器易撞坏，寿命低）。这就给设计和使用部门带来了麻烦。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种多功能聚氨酯缓冲器，使其既具有上述缓冲器存在的优点，又解决了现有技术中存在的不能混合配套使用的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的：多功能聚氨酯缓冲器包括用聚氨酯材料制作的缓冲体和固定于缓冲体端部的连接件。其特点是缓冲体的碰撞端设有弹性防撞板。这样，当该缓冲器在使用中与刚性结构产生碰撞时，能迅速地将冲击动能转化为弹性势能，使其运行设备实现安全运行。

图中，1为连接件，2缓冲体，3为压缩弹簧，4为防撞板。连接件1可采用螺栓式、压板式或法兰盘式连接方式，弹性防撞板由压缩弹簧3和防撞板4焊接构成。防撞板4采用金属材料制作。连接件1与缓冲体2的固定以及弹性防撞板嵌于缓冲体2内均是通过生产中的浇铸工艺（利用胎具）实现的。
本实用新型结构简单，成本低廉，安装、维修十分方便。该缓冲器既具有原有的橡胶式、弹簧式、液压式缓冲器的性能和优点，抗冲击、抗压性能好，又解决了聚氨脂缓冲器与其它缓冲器不能混合配套使用的问题，同时极大提高了聚氨酯缓冲器的使用寿命。

Claims (3)

1、一种多功能聚氨酯缓冲器，包括聚氨酯材料制作的缓冲体(2)和固定于缓冲体(2)端部的连接件(1)，其特征是在缓冲体(2)的碰撞端设有弹性防撞板。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能聚氨脂缓冲器，其特征是弹性防撞板由压缩弹簧（3）和金属防撞板（4）焊接构成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的多功能聚氨脂缓冲器，其特征是弹性防撞板嵌于缓冲体（2）的碰撞端内。
