技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车辆的座椅总成,更具体地,涉及一种用于手动地使座垫在车内进行横向移位的升降器组件。
背景技术
机动车辆包括用于支撑车内乘员的座椅总成。座椅总成包括座垫以及座椅靠背,其中座椅靠背通过倾角调整器机构与座垫可操作地连接,所述倾角调整器机构允许座椅靠背相对于座垫在多个倾斜乘坐位置之间选择性地枢转调整。典型地,座椅靠背还可以在任一倾斜乘坐位置以及一个于座椅靠背背部上呈现一负载底表面的大致水平、向前收合位置之间移动。
在汽车座椅领域,已公知在座垫和车辆底板之间安装升降器组件,以用于在乘坐位置以及向前收合位置之间移动座椅总成,其中,在乘坐位置时座垫与车辆底板间隔开并位于其上方,在向前收合位置时座垫大致置于乘坐位置的前方并且放倒紧靠车辆底板。还公知有这样一种升降器组件,其能允许座椅总成在乘坐位置和位于车辆底板的凹部内的收合位置之间的移动。然而,仍然需要一种升降器组件,该升降器组件允许座椅总成在所述乘坐位置和一个位于车辆底板凹部内并且与所述乘坐位置大致横向偏置的收合位置之间移动。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种座椅总成,用于将乘员支撑在机动车辆底板的上方。该座椅总成包括一个座垫。座垫上枢转地连接有前腿,用于座垫在乘坐位置和向前倾卸位置(forwardly dumped position)之间移动。一个支撑托架在前腿的下部枢转连接至前腿。一个导轨组件连接于支撑托架。该导轨组件相对于座椅总成以横向方位安装至车辆的底板;籍此,座椅总成可以移动至车内的多个位置。

具体实施方式
参考附图,将乘员支撑于机动车辆底板上方的座椅总成整体上用10标示于图1。座椅总成10包括座垫12以及座椅靠背(未图示),座椅靠背与座垫12枢转连接,以在大致竖直的乘坐位置和叠于座垫12上的向前折叠放平位置之间移动。一个升降器组件14将座椅总成10与车辆底板可释放地彼此连接。稍后将详述,升降器组件14允许座垫12在乘坐位置A和向前倾卸位置B之间移动,在向前倾卸位置时座垫12从座椅总成14大致纵向竖直地延伸。升降器组件14还可允许座垫12在向前倾卸位置B和大致平坦地放于车辆底板上的向前收合位置C之间的移动。升降器组件14还允许座椅总成10沿车辆底板选择性地横向移位。
参考图2和图3,升降器组件14包括大致平行的前腿16,前腿16在上端18和下端20之间延伸。上端18在第一辅助弹簧19处与座垫12的前端22枢转连接,用于座垫12在乘坐位置A和向前倾卸位置B之间的移动。在每个前腿16的上端18以及座垫12之间都延伸有一第一辅助弹簧19,用于将座垫12向前倾卸位置B枢转地偏压。每个前腿16的下端20与相应的足托架24枢转连接,用于前腿16在支撑位置和收合位置之间的移动,其中,在支撑位置时前腿将座垫12支撑在乘坐位置A,如图2和3所示;收合位置时求前腿沿车辆底板大致纵向延伸。每个足托架24在前钩部26和后钩部28之间延伸。前钩部26和后钩部28分别与大致平行的前杆30和后杆32可滑动地接合,用于所述座垫12在车辆内部的多个横向位置之间选择性的移动。前杆30和后杆32通过任意合适的手段如焊接或螺栓连接等方式,以横向方位固定安装到车辆底板。前钩部(26)包括适于与前杆(30)的上部接合的弧形部分。箝紧钩(40)包括适于与前杆(30)的下部接合的弧形部分。前钩部(26)和箝紧钩(40)配合而与前杆(30)牢靠地接合。后钩部(28)包括一个具有U形狭槽的部分,该U形狭槽适于与后杆(32)接合用于在其内滑动。优选地,前钩部26和后钩部28均牢固地安装有橡胶或聚合体的缓冲器27、29,用来使足托架24和前杆30以及后杆32之间的振动最小化。
足托架24牢固地安装到中心托架33的相对两侧。第二辅助弹簧34延伸在每个前腿16的下端20以及中心托架33之间,用于将前腿16向收合位置偏压。一横放构件36在车内横向延伸在前腿16之间,用来稳定前腿在支撑位置和收合位置之间的移动。
箝紧钩40通过枢转销143枢转地组装至足托架24并邻近前钩26,用于锁定位置和解锁位置之间的移动。在锁定位置,箝紧钩40与前钩部26配合而紧固地箝紧前杆30,用于对抗座椅总成10沿前杆30和后杆32的横向移位。在解锁位置,箝紧钩40与前杆30基本脱离接合,从而允许座椅总成10沿前杆30和后杆32而手动地横向移位。一个偏置构件42连接在足托架24和箝紧钩40之间,用于将箝紧钩40向锁定位置偏置。
连接件44纵向延伸在与座垫12枢转连接的上端46和与箝紧钩40枢转连接的下端48之间,用于响应座垫12在乘坐位置A和向前倾卸位置B之间的移动而将箝紧钩40在锁定位置和解锁位置之间移动。
升降器组件14还包括大致平行的后腿50,其延伸在上部52和下部54之间。后腿50的上部52与座垫12枢转连接,用于后腿50在如图2和3所示的支撑位置和沿座垫12底部纵向对齐的收合位置之间的移动。下部54包括闩钩56,其用于将后腿选择性地锁定至一个与车辆底板固定连接的销上,如同本领域技术人员所公知的。一个连接件60延伸在与前腿16中之一枢转连接的前端62和与后腿50中之一枢转连接的后端64之间,用于响应座垫12相对于前腿16在乘坐位置A和向前倾卸位置B之间的枢转移动而自动地将后腿50在支撑位置和收合位置之间移动。随着座垫12移至向前倾卸位置,连接件60的有效长度缩短,这样拖动后腿50并使其枢转至收合位置。
使用时,前腿16和后腿50在支撑位置大致竖直地延伸,从而将座垫12支撑于乘坐位置A。与箝紧钩相连的连接件44位于座垫相对于前腿16之枢转点的前面,从而当位于乘坐位置时拖拉连接件44以保持锁定的箝紧钩40。连接件44对抗偏置构件42所施加的力,将箝紧钩40拖向锁定位置。前杆30被箝紧在箝紧钩40和前钩部26之间,以防止座椅总成沿前杆30和后杆32的手动横向移动。缓冲器27被压缩在前钩部26和前杆30之间,以使由两者之间振动造成的噪声最小化。
为了在乘坐位置A和向前倾卸位置B之间移动座垫12,可以通过合适的释放装置如释放杆将闩钩56从固定安装到底板的销上释放,这一点为本领域普通技术人员所公知。然后座垫12可以在乘坐位置A和向前倾卸位置B之间随意地枢转移动。当座垫12移动至向前倾卸位置B时,连接件60相应地将后腿50拖至收合位置。第一辅助弹簧19可以协助座垫12移向向前倾卸位置B。与座垫12向向前倾卸位置B的枢转移动对应,连接件44被大体向下促动,如附图所示,从而将箝紧钩40移动至解锁位置。这样,当座垫12位于向前倾卸位置B时,座垫12可以沿前杆30和后杆32手动地移位。而且,当座垫12位于向前倾卸位置B时,在前腿16从支撑位置到收合位置的枢转移动下,座垫12以及位于放倒位置的座椅靠背可移动至向前收合位置C。第二辅助弹簧34协助向向前收合位置C的运动。
通过克服第二辅助弹簧34的偏置力而将前腿16转向支撑位置,座垫12也可以回到向前倾卸位置B。克服第一辅助弹簧19的偏置力座垫12可以从向前倾卸位置B枢转移至乘坐位置A。当座垫12移至乘坐位置A时,相应地,连接件60将后腿50从收合位置促动至支撑位置。连接件44被大致向上促动,而将箝紧钩40移向锁定位置,以防止座垫12沿前杆30和后杆32横向移动。
当闩钩56从固定安装至底板的销上释放时,通过将座垫12部分地向向前倾卸位置抬升到足以解除前杆30在箝紧钩40和前钩部26之间的箝紧作用,座垫12可以沿前杆30和后杆32手动地横向移位。当找到所需的横向位置后,可允许座垫12回到乘坐位置A。栓钩56与牢固地安装至底板的销锁定地接合,以将座垫12锁定在乘坐位置A。
升降器组件的一个变体实施例整体上以114标示于图4。前腿16与支撑托架133枢转连接,用于座垫12在向前倾卸位置B和向前收合位置C之间的移动。支撑托架133固定地安装至一个以横向方位固定地安装至车辆底板的导轨组件130。
更具体地,导轨组件130包括一个固定安装至车辆底板的下轨132以及与下轨132滑动地接合、用于在车内多个横向位置之间滑动的上轨134。一锁定机构150耦合在下轨132和上轨134之间,用于将上轨134选择性地锁定在所述多个横向位置中的任一个。锁定机构150通过手动释放机构151如鲍登拉索(bowden cable)和杆手动地解锁,如图4虚线所示。或者,锁定机构通过如图4虚线所示的连接件152连接至座垫12,其中连接件152连接锁定机构150,并在153处连接座垫12。合适的连接件152包括杆或鲍登拉索,用于响应于座垫12在乘坐位置A和向前倾卸位置B之间的移动,而选择性地解锁锁定机构150。导轨组件130和锁定机构150可以是本领域普通技术人员公知的任一种合适的形式。

Claims (12)
1.一种座椅总成(10),包括:
一个座垫(12);
与座垫(12)枢转地耦合的前腿(16);
一个与前腿(16)枢转地连接的支撑托架(133);
一个与支撑托架(133)连接的导轨组件(130),所述导轨组件(130)相对于座椅总成(10)以横向方位安装至车辆底板,籍此,座椅总成(10)可以移动至车内的多个位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的座椅总成(10),其中,所述的导轨组件(130)包括与支撑托架(133)连接的上导轨(134)以及适于与车辆底板连接的下导轨(132),所述上导轨(134)容放于所述下导轨(132)内以在其内滑动。
3.如权利要求2所述的座椅总成(10),其中,所述的导轨组件(130)还包括锁定机构(150),其与上、下导轨(134、132)相联合,用于将上导轨(134)相对于下导轨(132)选择性地锁定。
