Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于借助扣环(6)轴向支承两个一起转动的构件(2,3)的装置,扣环具有由周向间隙(7)隔开的、在径向弹簧挠度范围内运动的两个对接端(6a,6b)并且插入到支承构件(2)的环槽内。根据本发明,被支承构件(3)在扣环(6)对接端(6a,6b)的径向弹簧挠度范围内具有至少一个斜面(8,9)。

Description

用于固定扣环的装置
本发明涉及根据权利要求1前序部分的、用于借助扣环轴向支承两个一起转动的构件的装置。
借助扣环轴向支承轴上一起转动的构件,例如球轴承或者齿轮是已知的。扣环不是封闭的,而是具有在圆周方向上延伸的间隙,因此其外径或内径可通过弹性变形而变化。扣环在轴上被保持在公差环槽内。同样扣环可放入到空心零件,例如孔的环槽内。传统上扣环仅通过其弹簧张力固定在其槽内。在一定的工作条件下,例如在与振动相连的高切向速度情况下,弹簧张力不足以将扣环保持在其槽内。相反地,可能发生扣环从槽出来并从而不再能够承担其轴向固定任务的现象。这会导致严重损坏。
因此,本发明的任务在于,为开始所述类型的装置建议一种扣环固定机构,该固定机构防止扣环从其环槽出来,其中应该尽可能不发生额外的费用。
该任务通过权利要求1的特征解决。根据本发明,在对接端区域设置了斜面,该斜面防止扣环在该区域向外或向内弹出。由此通过形状配合防止了径向运动。根据扣环布置在孔内或者轴上,斜面布置在对接端的或者径向内部或者径向外部。
从属权利要求给出了本发明的有利的设计方案。因此为每个对接端分配了单个的斜面,斜面防止每个扣环在径向上向内或向外弹出。有利的是在两个对接端之间的周向间隙内布置了一个凸起部,该凸起部防止扣环转动。由此扣环的对接端被保持在斜面的作用区域内,并且扣环依靠自己不再能够从环槽出来。两个对接端之间的凸起部可有利地设计为轴头。轴头和斜面的轴向长度位于扣环的轴向厚度范围内,最好更小些。此外,构件最好构造为板件,并且斜面和/或轴头最好由板件压制出来。这种压制在实际上对成本没有影响,因为只需对相关的压制模具进行很小的改动。此外,对接端之前的扣环端部最好构造为围绕切向延伸的轴抗扭。这在安装插入到环槽内的扣环时是有利的,因为扣环端部在安装时在斜面上滑动,同时被扭曲并最后咬合或接合在斜面后面。有利的是扣环本身抗扭刚度非常高,以减少径向的横截面。通过该简单的措施,可在对接端区域获得希望的抗扭刚度。最后有利的是,板件是多片摩擦离合器的支承或被支承的零件,即摩擦片支架。这里为轴向固定受轴向压力作用的摩擦片组,扣环应用在非常受限的安装条件下并且同时还受到交变应力。在该多片摩擦离合器的应用实例情况下,根据本发明借助斜面和轴头固定扣环特别有利。

图1示出了多片摩擦离合器1,即汽车自动离合器的换档元件。多片摩擦离合器1具有外摩擦片支架2和与外摩擦片支架1抗扭连接的内摩擦片支架3。在外摩擦片支架2内布置有摩擦片组4,其可通过液力操纵的换档活塞5压靠在扣环13上。扣环13被保持在外摩擦片支架2的环槽内,其尺寸做成不需要额外的固定装置。内摩擦片支架3具有端面法兰3a,其紧邻扣环13但不与扣环接触,轴向在一个方向上通过被固定的扣环6固定。在相反的方向上,端面法兰3a最好贴靠在外摩擦片支架2的三个端面区域2b上。与扣环13相比,扣环6由于结构空间和功能的原因,尺寸做得不太坚固,从而有出来的危险。因此它具有一个固定装置,下面对其进行描述。
图2示出了内摩擦片支架3和扣环6的轴向视图,其中外摩擦片支架2通过梯形的压制部分2a(外摩擦片支架2的摩擦片齿部)搭接在扣环6上。内摩擦片支架3通过径向凸起部3b相对外摩擦片支架2轴向在一个方向上固定,在另一个方向上通过扣环6固定。在用虚线包围的区域X中,扣环6被切开,该细节X一方面示出在图3的透视图中,另一方面仅为了展示图5和6中的构件3。
图3以透视图示出了图2细节X区域中的部分。扣环6具有两个对接端6a,6b,它们之间有周向间隙7。扣环6由径向压制部分2a搭接并在轴向被保持。在对接端6a,6b径向内部,在内摩擦片支架3上布置有斜面8,9,即所谓的支撑斜面。在周向间隙7区域布置了约圆形的轴头10,对接端6a贴靠在该轴头上。在未贴靠的轴头10侧面和另一个对接端6b之间存在周向间隙x。
图4示出了沿图3的线IV-IV,即穿过对接端6b和在对接端6b径向内部布置的斜面9的简化的局部视图。斜面9形成一个凸肩并且是从构造为板件的内摩擦片支架3压制出来的,即与内摩擦片支架3一体形成。在外摩擦片支架2中布置有环槽11,扣环6与其对接端6a,6b一起插入在该环槽内并轴向固定。带有端面3c的端面法兰3a贴靠在扣环6或6b的从环槽11径向向内凸出的区域上,从而使内摩擦片支架3被轴向支承。
图5示出了在图2细节X区域的内摩擦片支架3的局部视图,即约为矩形的斜面8,9和位于斜面之间、但径向稍稍向外布置的轴头10。
图6示出了沿图5中的线VI-VI的剖面,其中可看出斜面9和轴头10的侧面。轴头10的轴向距离a和斜面9或8的轴向距离b位于扣环6的轴向距离范围内。轴头10也是从板件3压制出来的。从这个方面讲,斜面8,9和轴头10可简单且无额外工序与摩擦片支架3一体地制造。斜面8,9的轴向厚度a和轴头10的轴向厚度b最好小于扣环6的轴向厚度。
图7示出了作为单个零件的扣环6。其径向范围用B表示。扣环具有尺寸为B的整个圆周-两个凹口12是例外,所述凹口布置在周向间隙7和对接端6a,6b区域内。
图8示出了图7周向间隙7和凹口12的区域内的细节X。扣环6的两个对接端6a,6b在它们之间形成了周向间隙7。对接端6a,6b在周向间隙区域内具有尺寸B。在背离间隙7的一侧,紧邻对接端6a的是凹口12,其导致扣环的高度减少,以C示出。在该减小的横截面区域,画出了大致切向延伸的轴Y-Y,该轴是扣环6在该区域的扭转轴。
下面描述扣环6的功能:首先安装扣环6,即插入到环槽11(图4)内。这约进行到图3中所示的位置,即对接端6b约与斜面9齐平。然而另一个对接端6a没有位于环槽内,而是稍稍位于径向内部,即从轴向上看,位于斜面8前方,其中扣环的横截面是扭转的。在根据图8的实施例中,对接端6a相对于较小的以C指示的横截面围绕扭转轴Y-Y扭转。为相应地调节出现的扭转力或扭转力矩,在根据图8的实施例中,扣环横截面相应地减少(由此使扣环横截面的扭转刚度降低)。为最终将扭转的扣环放入环槽11中就位,径向向外压扣环,使其回弹到根据图4的非扭转位置并从而同时接合到斜面8后面。从现在开始,通过两个斜面8,9阻止从槽11径向向内弹出。为使扣环6在周向上不移动并且对接端6a,6b可能在周向上相对斜面8,9移动,在周向间隙7或者斜面8,9之间的区域布置了轴头10。由此只能有较小的周向间隙x(图3),但该间隙选择为使斜面8,9总是位于对接端6a,6b以内。
以上借助一个实施例,即带有外和内摩擦片支架的多片摩擦离合器解释了本发明,即带有扣环,扣环布置在孔或者空心圆柱形零件内。但本发明也包括安装在轴或者圆柱形零件外表面上的扣环。在这种情况下,斜面布置在扣环径向外部,以阻止对接端径向向外弹出。

Claims (13)

1.借助扣环(6)轴向支承两个一起转动的构件(2,3)的装置,所述扣环具有两个由周向间隙(7)隔开的、可在径向弹簧挠度范围运动的对接端(6a,6b),而且插入到支承构件(2)的环槽(11)内,其特征在于,被支承构件(3)具有至少一个位于扣环(6)对接端(6a,6b)径向弹簧挠度范围的斜面(8,9)。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,支承构件(2)具有约空心圆柱形的内表面或孔,所述内表面或孔中包含环槽(11),并且至少一个斜面(9)布置在对接端(6b)的径向内部。
3.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,支承构件具有圆柱形外表面,环槽位于该圆柱形外表面内,并且至少一个斜面布置在对接端径向外部。
4.根据权利要求1,2或3的装置,其特征在于,为每个对接端(6a,6b)分别分配了斜面(8,9)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中之一的装置,其特征在于,在对接端(6a,6b)之间、在周向间隙(7)区域布置了凸起部(10)。
