Abstract
一个轧制设备的轧材(2)的检查系统(1),在加工轧材(2)时特别是在打磨时应当可靠防止下底组织的压痕和/或压穿。为此在轧材(2)的一个传送带(4)上在检查系统(1)中按照本发明设有多个高度可调的轧材夹(6,8)。
Description
本发明涉及一种轧制设备的轧材检查系统。
为检查轧材在轧制中产生的缺陷,通常在轧制过程后检查人员对轧材表面进行检查。在此使用一种技术,其中例如借助石头打磨轧材表面,以使表面结构的不均匀性通过该过程变的可见。当处理例如位于传送带上的轧材时,有以下危险,即产生轧材下侧的下底(Untergrund)的组织的压痕(abdrücken)甚至压穿(durchdrücken)轧材从而在上侧可看出下底的组织。因此轧制过程中产生的可能的缺陷不能完好地识别并因此不能对应正确的缺陷源。
本发明的任务在于,提供上述类型的轧制设备的轧材检查系统,该系统可靠地避免在处理轧材时特别是打磨时下底的组织的压痕(Abdruck)和/或压穿(Durchdruck)。
通过在轧材输送带上的检查系统中设置多个高度可调的轧材夹,根据本发明解决该任务。
本发明考虑,在处理轧材时特别是在打磨时,通过在其表面上施加压力几乎不可避免至待检测的轧材上的下底组织的压痕和/或压穿。为避免由此关于找到轧材表面上的缺陷及检查人员将其与轧制过程或下底对应的困难,应当如下设计检查系统,在打磨时将待检查轧材与其下底去耦合。这可通过一种装置实现,该装置可将轧材从下底提升(Abheben)。为此在轧材输送带上的检查系统中设置有多个高度可调的轧材夹。通过这些轧材夹可固定相应轧材并将轧材为打磨过程可靠地运到相对于传送带提升的位置及在处理时保持该位置。
考虑到后面的可靠的缺陷分析为细致均匀地打磨轧材表面轧材合适地处在张紧(gespannt)状态。为将轧材置于处理状态,在两个轧材夹之间有利地设有高度可调的张紧台。

图1a-f检查系统在不同轧材夹和/或轧材张紧台定位中示意侧视图。
在所有图中相同的件用相同的附图标记表示。未示出的轧制设备的轧材2的检查系统1用于检测轧材2的表面,例如金属板,发现轧制过程中可能产生的缺陷。在此轧材2通常位于下底例如传送带4上。为了检查,打磨轧材2的表面是有意义的,以见到最精细的表面不平度。在进行打磨或其它方式将压力施加到位于传送带4上的轧材2表面上时可通过与传送带4直接接触示出(abbilden)在轧材2上的组织的压痕和/或压穿,压痕和/或压穿可在检查轧制过程中的缺陷时至少产生干扰。
由于该原因检查系统1在按照图1a至1f的实施例中在传送带4上在传送带方向X上包括两个高度可调的轧材夹6、8。它们可以在传送带4需要时提升轧材2,使轧材2表面在处理时与传送带无接触,该接触能导致对可靠的表面检测的妨碍。该检查系统1还具有一个在两个轧材夹6、8之间的张紧台10,以更好地打磨轧材2。
相对于传送带4和待打磨轧材2单独调整轧材夹6、8和张紧台10在后面描述。
如在图1a中所示,在传送带4下面的高度上的起始位置上的轧材夹6、8和张紧台10下降。在该初始位置上可通常检查轧材2并输送给用于继续处理的装置。
图1b和1c为两个相应向上移动之后的轧材夹6、8,其处于从初始位置提高的中间位置,其用作轧材2的接收位置。由此在该轧材夹6、8的提升的中间位置上待打磨轧材2导入轧材夹6、8中,并在该实施例中被该轧材夹在轧材边缘区域12内例如借助所谓的夹紧块14牢固夹紧。轧材2的以相对转动示出的夹紧块14牢固夹紧状态见图1c。
图1d为轧材夹6、8的检查位置,轧材夹具有借助夹紧块14夹入的轧材2。在此,轧材夹6、8提高到对人机工程学有利的高度上,例如工作台高度。张紧台10同样设计为高度可调,以张紧夹在轧材夹6、8中的轧材2,在该实施例中为均匀地打磨相应轧材2的表面轧材处在升高的检查位置上。为此,在本实施例中具有冲头式形状的张紧台10用看起来象冲头垫的成型件16将轧材2在其下侧上向上压至轧材2适合的打磨张紧位置。接着由传送带4释放的并张紧的轧材2的上侧为检查可被打磨,而轧材2的表面外观不会由传送带2的组织导致失真或干扰。
在检查之后张紧台10再次降至图1a所示初始位置的高度。而两个轧材夹6、8与所夹的轧材2首先置于图1b所示的中间位置的高度。接着释放轧材夹6、8的夹紧机构,使在本实施例中其夹紧块14释放检查过的轧材2。夹紧块14由此在图1e中不再表示为相对转动而是彼此平行。接着在本实施例中轧材2在输送方向X上由暂时在输送方向X上的轧材夹6中抽出,由此空置的轧材夹6再次降至初始位置。图1e中张紧台10和轧材夹6在传送带4下面。接着,轧材2在本例中与输送方向X相反地移动,直至在输送方向X上后面的轧材夹8也空置,空置的轧材夹8降至初始位置。因此图1f中张紧台10及轧材夹6和8再次在传送带4下面。
对于后面的应用,例如输送到回转装置,从而能够检查带钢的下侧,轧材2在本实施例中再次在输送方向X上移动至其到达其如图1a所示的初始位置。
当然轧材2可首先由轧材夹8移出并接着该轧材夹在轧材夹6前降到初始位置。为此相应改变轧材2的输送方向X的标记。

Claims (2)
1、一个轧制设备的轧材(2)的检查系统(1),其中在轧材(2)的一个传送带(4)上设有多个高度可调的轧材夹(6,8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一个轧制设备的检查系统(1),其中在两个轧材夹(6,8)之间设有一个高度可调的张紧台(10)。
