轧制设备的轧材检查系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轧制设备的轧材检查系统。
背景技术
为检查轧材在轧制中产生的缺陷,通常在轧制过程后由检查人员对轧材表面进行检查。在此使用一种技术,其中例如借助石头来打磨轧材表面,以使表面结构的不均匀性通过该过程而变的可见。当处理例如位于传送带上的轧材时,有以下危险,即在轧材的下侧上会压印有支撑物的纹理,这种纹理甚至会压穿轧材从而在轧材的上侧可看出支撑物的纹理。因此轧制过程中产生的可能的缺陷不能令人满意地被识别,并因此不能识别正确的缺陷来源。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,提供上述类型的轧制设备的轧材检查系统,该系统能够在处理轧材时、特别是在打磨时可靠地避免支撑物纹理的压印和/或压穿。
根据本发明,通过提供一种轧制设备的轧材检查系统来解决该任务,其中在轧材的传送带上设有多个高度可调的轧材夹,使得轧材可由轧材夹从传送带上提起来以进行检查。
本发明基于这样的考虑,在处理轧材时特别是在打磨时,由于在其表面上会施加压力,因此几乎不可避免会在待检测轧材压印和/或压穿有支撑物的纹理。为避免检查人员在找到轧材表面上的缺陷的方面以及在将这种缺陷与轧制过程或支撑物相对应起来的方面存在困难,应当如下设计检查系统,在打磨时将待检查轧材与其支撑物脱开连接。这可通过一种装置实现,该装置可将轧材从支撑物上提升。为此在检查系统中在轧材输送带上设置有多个高度可调的轧材夹。通过这些轧材夹可固定相应的轧材,并在打磨过程中将轧材可靠地运到相对于传送带为升高的位置,以及在处理时保持该位置。
考虑到后面的可靠的缺陷分析,为了细致且均匀地打磨轧材表面,轧材优选处在张紧(gespannt)状态。为将轧材置于处理状态,在两个轧材夹之间有利地设有高度可调的张紧台。

在所有图中相同的零件用相同的附图标记表示。
未示出的轧制设备的轧材2的检查系统1用于检测轧材2例如金属板的表面,以便发现轧制过程中可能产生的缺陷。在此过程中,轧材2通常位于支撑物例如传送带4上。为了进行检查可以打磨轧材2的表面,以便能够见到最精细的表面不平度。在进行打磨或其它方式将压力施加到位于传送带4上的轧材2的表面上时,与传送带4直接接触会导致在轧材2上被压印和/或压穿有传送带的纹理,这至少会在检查轧制过程中的缺陷时产生干扰。
由于该原因,在按照图1a至1f的实施例中,检查系统1在传送带4上沿传送带的方向X包括两个高度可调的轧材夹6、8。它们可以在需要时提升轧材2离开传送带4,使轧材2的表面在处理时与传送带无接触,因为该接触能导致对可靠的表面检测的妨碍。该检查系统1还具有一个设在两个轧材夹6、8之间的张紧台10,以更好地打磨轧材2。容易理解,轧材夹的数量可以根据需要而适当地选择,图示实施例中采用两个轧材夹仅是其中的一个例子。
相对于传送带4和待打磨轧材2来单独地调整轧材夹6、8和张紧台10将在后面描述。
如在图1a中所示,在起始位置上,轧材夹6、8和张紧台10下降到传送带4之下的高度。在该初始位置上可对轧材2进行常规检查,然后将轧材2输送给用于继续处理的装置。
图1b和1c为两个相应向上移动之后的轧材夹6、8,其处于相对初始位置而言被提高的中间位置,这一中间位置用作轧材2的接收位置。由此,在该轧材夹6、8的提升的中间位置上,待打磨轧材2导入轧材夹6、8中,并在该实施例中被该轧材夹例如借助所谓的夹紧块14在轧材边缘区域12内牢固夹紧。轧材2的被相对转动示出的夹紧块14所牢固夹紧的状态见图1c。
图1d为轧材夹6、8的检查位置,其中轧材2被夹紧块14夹住。在此位置中,轧材夹6、8提高到对人机工程学有利的高度上,例如工作台高度。张紧台10同样设计为高度可调,以张紧夹在轧材夹6、8中的轧材2,在该实施例中轧材处在升高的检查位置上,以便均匀地打磨相应轧材2的上表面。为此,在本实施例中具有冲头式形状的张紧台10用看起来象冲头垫的成型件16将轧材2从其下侧上向上压至轧材2的适合打磨的张紧位置。接着,已从传送带4上释放的并张紧的轧材2的上侧被打磨以进行检查,而轧材2的表面外观不会因传送带2的纹理而导致失真或受到干扰。
在检查之后,张紧台10再次降至图1a所示的初始位置的高度。其中,两个轧材夹6、8与所夹的轧材2首先置于图1b所示的中间位置的高度。接着释放轧材夹6、8的夹紧机构,使得在本实施例中其夹紧块14释放已检查过的轧材2。夹紧块14由此在图1e中不再表示为相对转动了的,而是彼此平行的。接着,在本实施例中轧材2在输送方向X上从第一个轧材夹6(相对于输送方向X的第一个轧材夹)中抽出,由此该空置的轧材夹6再次降至初始位置。图1e中张紧台10和轧材夹6处在传送带4的下面。接着,轧材2在本例中与输送方向X相反地移动,直至在输送方向X上的后面那个轧材夹8也空置,由此该空置的轧材夹8降至初始位置。因此,图1f中张紧台10及轧材夹6和8再次处在传送带4下面。
为了进行后面的应用如输送到回转装置以便检查带钢的下侧,轧材2在本实施例中再次在输送方向X上移动至其到达其如图1a所示的初始位置。
当然,轧材2可首先由轧材夹8移出并接着该轧材夹在轧材夹6前降到初始位置。为此相应改变轧材2的输送方向X的标记。

Claims (2)

1、一种轧制设备的轧材检查系统(1),其中在轧材(2)的传送带(4)上设有多个高度可调的轧材夹(6,8),使得所述轧材(2)可由所述轧材夹(6,8)从所述传送带(4)上提起来以进行检查。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轧材检查系统(1),其特征在于,在两个轧材夹(6,8)之间设有一个高度可调的张紧台(10)。
