Abstract

挤压连接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤压连接装置,包括一个在一个管件或一个配件上构成的由一种可冷成形加工的材料制成的接套,接套内可插入一个管端,其中,接套具有一个环形安装座,其中固定一个金属的刃齿环和一个密封圈。
背景技术
由DE297 21 760已知一种在配件与金属管端之间的挤压结合,其中,在配件上设有一个密封圈安装座和一个与之相隔距离用于刃齿环的安装座。在接套内插入管端和接着进行径向挤压,以便制成密封连接,其中刃齿环保证管端的机械固定。
设置密封圈安装座和刃齿环安装座比较麻烦,而且接套只能用成形工艺不良地制造,因为在制造第二安装座时存在使已制成的第一安装座重新变形的危险。因此实际上浇铸相应的接套并接着进行再加工。
由US5 108 134已知另一种挤压接头,其中在一个接套上彼此相邻地安装刃齿环和密封圈。在挤压接套时存在损坏密封圈的危险并因而不能保证密封性。此外,刃齿环在朝向管端方向那一侧处于液体流动区内,所以不能排除管路系统被刃齿环污染的可能性。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是创造一种挤压连接装置,它在结构简单的同时保证持久的密封。
此目的通过有权利要求1特征的挤压连接装置达到。
按本发明,在密封圈与刃齿环之间设置一个隔离环,借助该隔离环保持刃齿环与密封圈的间距。由此只须在接套上成形单个环形安装座,然后在安装座内固定密封圈、隔离环和刃齿环。在这里,处于密封圈与刃齿环之间的隔离环,与安装座分开设计相比意味着是一种简化,通过隔离环保证在挤压时密封环不会被刃齿环损坏,并因而能保证持久密封。
按本发明优选的实施形式,密封圈、隔离环和刃齿环作为预装配组件在挤压前预固定地保持在基本上U形的安装座内。正是在安装座有两个向内延伸的边的情况下,预装配的组件被沿轴向保险并因而在运输时不会掉落。此外,各构件的布置也不可能无意中混淆。
优选地,接套用金属制成并通过成形加工制成。由此可由管段制成相应的配件,其中安装座可以通过管段的扩张制成,并因而也可以经济地制成大的例如超过50mm的直径。变形可使用已知的挤压机和其他工具。这简化了接套的制造,接套不再必须用材料浇铸并接着表面加工制成。
按本发明另一种实施形式,刃齿环具有多个切齿,它们设在朝向管端的一侧上,在挤压时它们刻入管端的材料内。因此,刃齿环防止管子拉出,因为相对于径向倾斜排列的切齿可以在这方面特别好地保证挤压连接装置的轴向固定。刃齿环可以在切齿的相对侧支承在安装座的侧壁上,所以管子的受拉运动可以直接作用在接套上。
密封圈在安装座内固定在朝向管端的一侧上。因此,隔离环和刃齿环安装在背对液体的一侧上,以及不可能污染管路系统。
优选地,隔离环在其背对管端的外侧上具有一个朝密封圈伸出的修圆的棱边。因此,隔离环在修圆的棱边下面有一凹座,挤压时密封圈可以嵌入其中。因为通过密封圈沿径向压缩增大了其轴向尺寸,而隔离环为密封圈提供了一个可压入其中的空间。在这种情况下,隔离环沿轴向也可以形封闭地贴靠在密封圈和刃齿环上。
为便于装配,隔离环环形封闭地用一种弹性材料例如一种塑料制成,以及可以通过轻微的弹性变形嵌入接套的安装座内。

具体实施方式
挤压连接装置1包括一个金属配件2,例如铜、钢或另一种金属合金制的配件。在接套2内插入管端3,它同样用金属制造。管端3也可以采用复合材料,它然后例如用支承衬套加强。管端3最多可插到一个止挡4,止挡由接套2径向轻微收缩构成。
在接套2端侧制成安装座5,它有一个比其余接套2大的直径以及横截面基本上设计为U形并有一个端边7和一个面朝其余接套2的边6。
在安装座5内装一个由密封圈8、隔离环9和刃齿环10组成的预固定的组件,它们沿轴向通过边6和7固定以及不可能无意中从接套2掉落。
刃齿环10有倾斜地向里伸出的切齿11,它们将尖刃12啮合在管端3的材料内。塑料制的隔离环9设计成环形封闭的以及使金属如钢制的刃齿环与橡胶制的密封圈8隔开距离。在这里,隔离环9有比管端3与安装座5的壁之间的间隙小的径向尺寸,所以在挤压时隔离环9只小量地变形。
在挤压时,安装座5沿径向压在管端3上,在这种情况下切齿11刻入管端3的材料内。此外,密封圈8为了持久地密封压靠着管端3。在这里,密封圈8形封闭地压在隔离环9上。此外,安装座5的边7压靠在管端3上,其中,边7略向内倾斜以及环形的棱边13面朝着管端3,在挤压后它同样可贴靠在管端3上。刃齿环10沿轴向至少支承在边7上。
图2A和2B表示刃齿环10,它有许多沿圆周分布的切齿11,在切齿之间设有间隙14。刃齿环10设计为环形,但在开口段13有一缺口,所以金属制的刃齿环10可以压缩,以便将其嵌入安装座5内。
图3A表示经修改的刃齿环10′的横截面图。此刃齿环10′有两个沿径向向内伸出的边20,在这些边上制有切齿21,所以在后侧22上沿径向挤压时,在两个边20上的切齿21刻入管端3的材料内。
在图3B所示的实施例中采用了一种刃齿环10″,其中设计有沿径向伸出的切齿25,它们基本上沿径向伸出以及沿轴向看偏心排列。
在图3C所示的刃齿形10的实施例中,以类似的方式设倾斜地向内伸出的切齿26,它们设计为相对于径向倾斜约40至50°。因此,在刃齿环10挤压时管端3特别可靠地沿轴向固定。
图4表示隔离环9的放大剖视图。此隔离环9基本上设计为T形,以及在外圆周上有沿轴向伸出的修圆的棱边30,所以在棱边30沿径向的内侧,在隔离环9上形成一个凹座31。隔离环9用弹性塑料制成,例如POM或其他适用的材料。
图5A表示隔离环9′另一种实施形式。隔离环在一侧有一个凹座32,密封圈10在未挤压状态可形封闭地置入其中。此外,隔离环9′基本上设计为盘状以及有最小的空间需求。
图5B所示的隔离环9″基本上设计为三角形以及有一斜边33,在此边上可设一密封圈10,在挤压时它可压入在斜边33与管端3之间构成的空腔内。
为了制造挤压连接装置,首先通过变形制造接套2,例如通过挤压机和加压设备制成隆凸,在隆凸上弯边构成边7制成安装座5。接着将由密封环8、隔离环9和刃齿环10组成的组件装配到安装座5中。然后在施工现场插入管端3并沿径向挤压安装座5。
本发明不限于图示的实施例。可以改变刃齿环10和隔离环9的几何形状。此外也可以使用其他材料。

Claims (8)

1.挤压连接装置(1),包括一个在一个管件或一个配件上构成的由一种可冷成形加工的材料制成的接套(2),接套内可插入一个管端(3),其中,接套(2)具有一个环形安装座(5),其中固定一个金属的刃齿环(10)和一个密封圈(3),其特征为:在密封圈(8)与刃齿环(10)之间设置一个隔离环(9),借助该隔离环保持刃齿环(10)与密封圈(8)的间距。
2.按照权利要求1所述的挤压连接装置,其特征为:密封圈(8)、隔离环(9)和刃齿环(10)作为预装配组件在挤压前预固定地保持在基本上U形的安装座(5)内。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的挤压连接装置,其特征为:接套(2)由金属制成并通过成形加工制成。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的挤压连接装置,其特征为:刃齿环(10)具有多个切齿(11),它们设在朝向管端(3)的一侧上,在挤压时它们刻入管端(3)的材料内。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的挤压连接装置,其特征为:密封圈(8)在安装座(5)内固定在朝向管端(3)的一侧上。
6.按照权利要求1至5之一所述的挤压连接装置,其特征为:隔离环(9)在其背对管端(3)的外侧上具有一个朝密封环(8)伸出的修圆的棱边。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的挤压连接装置,其特征为:隔离环(9)环形封闭地由一种弹性的材料制造。
8.按照权利要求1至7之一所述的挤压连接装置,其特征为:隔离环(9)由塑料制造。
