背景技术
用铜、不锈钢、碳钢等材料制成的卡压式管件,在供水、供暖、供气等方面因其安装方便、安全可靠及环保等优点而得到迅速推广。
目前常用的卡压式管件的固定密封装置一般是采用内嵌一个钢圈,钢圈上带有一排与管子脱出方向相反的尖齿,来保证其抗脱出性能,在钢圈与密封圈中间垫有一个塑料圆环,以防止钢圈尖齿破坏密封圈。但是,因钢圈上仅一排尖齿,不能有效保证管件内插入的管子在内压力或外拉力的作用下不会脱出;因卡压后钢圈外径尺寸会变小,所以现有的设计是在钢圈的圆周上开一个平行缺口,卡压后缺口闭合,但在管子脱出过程中,缺口极易错位,导致钢圈的抗脱出性能变差,并进一步破坏密封性能;在钢圈与密封圈中放入的塑料圆环,为保证其支撑作用,采用的材质为硬质塑料,在卡压后,外径尺寸变小的情况下,塑料圆环因不能收缩,只能沿管子方向变形而被折弯,密封圈部分也相应变形,进而破坏密封圈的密封性能。
因此,本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种能提高卡压式管件在卡压后的抗脱出强度及密封性能的固定密封装置以克服现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何提高卡压式管件在卡压后的抗脱出强度及密封性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种用于卡压式管件的防脱出钢圈,其特征在于,防脱出钢圈具有分布在圆周方向上的第一咬合部和第二咬合部,第一咬合部被设置为由防脱出钢圈的内周壁径向延伸,第二咬合部被设置为由防脱出钢圈的周边轴向延伸并向内倾斜。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于卡压式管件的防脱出钢圈,其特征在于,所述防脱出钢圈具有分布在圆周方向上的第一咬合部和第二咬合部,所述第一咬合部被设置为由所述防脱出钢圈的内周壁径向延伸,所述第二咬合部被设置为由所述防脱出钢圈的周边轴向延伸并向内倾斜。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防脱出钢圈,其中,所述第一咬合部与所述防脱出钢圈的内周壁是一体成型的。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防脱出钢圈,其中,所述第一咬合部为对所述防脱出钢圈的内周壁冲压而得的齿状突起部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的防脱出钢圈,其中,所述第一咬合部与所述第二咬合部在圆周方向上相互错开。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的防脱出钢圈,其中,所述防脱出钢圈具有第一接口部和第二接口部,所述第一接口部为凸部,所述第二接口部为可容纳凸部的凹部,所述第一接口部与第二接口部被设置为通过所述凹部与所述凸部的配合实现所述防脱出钢圈的闭合。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的防脱出钢圈,其中,所述第一接口部与第二接口部均设置为V型。
  7. 一种包括如权利要求1~5中任一条所述的防脱出钢圈的固定密封装置,其特征在于,所述固定密封装置的卡压端具有安装部,所述安装部内设有所述防脱出钢圈、塑料垫圈和密封圈,所述塑料垫圈位于所述防脱出钢圈和所述密封圈的中间。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的固定密封装置,其中,所述塑料垫圈的外侧具有勾状凸缘,所述勾状凸缘与所述塑料垫圈之间形成凹槽。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的固定密封装置,其中,所述勾状凸缘为薄壁结构,所述凹槽被设置为受到挤压时可压缩。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的固定密封装置,其中,所述防脱出钢圈的第一咬合部与第二咬合部均朝向所述固定密封装置的限位端。
