一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头
本申请要求于2018年12月12日提交中国专利局、申请号为201811520881.4、发明名称为“一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及管道连接固定技术领域,尤其涉及一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头。
背景技术
管道是用管子、管件和阀门等连接成的用于输送气体、液体或带固体颗粒的流体的装置。管件的用途很广泛,主要用在给水、排水、供热、供煤气、长距离输送石油和天然气、农业灌溉、水力工程和各种工业装置中。
在现代社会中,管道的使用越发普及,并应用在各种领域中,用于输送燃气、水等物质。目前,两个管道之间的连接主要是通过焊接或螺栓连接固定连接,但是焊接或螺栓连接固定连接都不方便,安装工作耗时长,工作效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是解决至少上述问题和/或缺陷,并提供至少后面将说明的优点。
为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头,包括:
位于管件端口一体成形的连接件,由承插区、固定区组成的连接件内部形成管件承口;
所述固定区内设有弹性密封圈与止退环,弹性密封圈内圈向内凸出于管件承口内壁壁面;所述止退环由环体与止退齿组成,所述止退齿呈梳状齿结构排列环设于环体上;所述止退齿底部向内凸出于管件承口内壁壁面。
优选地,所述弹性密封圈采用橡胶密封圈。
优选地,承插区与固定区采用一体式结构。
优选地,所述固定区采用两端向管件承口外部凸起且中部向管件承口内部凹陷的弯折形,所述弹性密封圈安装于固定区与承插区连接的一端凸起处内部,止退环固定于固定区另一端凸起处内部,固定区中部的凹陷处将弹性密封圈与止退环分隔开。
优选地,所述固定区端口设置有隔离阻挡部,所述隔离阻挡部内径与管件承口内径一致,隔离阻挡部采用与固定区一体成形的折弯部、阻挡圈中的一种。
优选地,所述固定区中部的凹陷处内表面的内径不小于管件承口的内径。
优选地,所述固定区采用向管件承口外部凸起的形状,所述弹性密封圈与止退环间的固定区内部设置有支撑圈,所述支撑圈两侧面分别与弹性密封圈、止退环的环体连接;支撑圈面向止退齿的侧面设有活动部;所述固定区端口处安装有封口圈,所述封口圈一侧面与环体侧面连接。
优选地,所述支撑圈的内径均不小于管件承口的内径。
优选地,所述承插区与管件端口连接处设有凸台形状的过渡段,过渡段大端口与承插区连接,过渡段小端口与管件连接;所述过渡段内设置有匹配的定位座,对应内径的管件的端面上设有环状的密封座,所述定位座面向管件的一侧表面开有若干沿直径方向等距离排列的环形的定位槽;所述密封座面向管件一侧的端面设有与定位槽相匹配的密封凸肩。
优选地,所述定位槽侧壁表面设置有橡胶垫。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
1、本发明的管道不可拆卸快插连接头结构简单,容易安装,安装工作效率高,且安装后不可拆卸,保证管子使用安全,避免出现恶意拆卸、损伤管件的情况;
2、弹性密封圈紧箍插入管件承口内的对应内径管子以进行密封,止退环固定管子,防止管子发生退位现象,增强管件与管子的连接固定稳固性,避免管件与管子在受到一定工作压力作用时发生脱落、泄漏,保证连接的稳定性与密封性。

所述固定区22内设有弹性密封圈4与止退环5,弹性密封圈4内圈向内凸出于管件承口3内壁壁面,即安装状态下,弹性密封圈4的内径小于管件承口3的内径;所述止退环5由环体51与止退齿52组成,所述止退齿52呈梳状齿结构排列环设于环体51上;所述止退齿52底部向内凸出于管件承口3内壁壁面。
在这种技术方案中,管道不可拆卸快插连接头结构简单,容易安装,安装工作效率高,且安装后不可拆卸,保证管子使用安全,避免出现恶意拆卸、损伤管件的情况;使用外力将对应内径的管子插入管件承口3内,管子越过止退齿52向前推进至抵压、越过弹性密封圈4,弹性密封圈4在 经外力作用发生弹性形变后反作用力抵压紧箍管子,从而进行密封,止退环5的止退齿52抵住管子外表面,防止管子发生后退位现象,增强管件1与管子的连接固定稳固性,避免在受到一定工作压力作用时发生脱落、泄漏,保证管件1与管子连接的稳定性与密封性。
在上述技术方案中,所述弹性密封圈4采用橡胶密封圈。采用这种方案,橡胶具有良好的弹性、耐老化性及耐腐蚀性,吸水率低,有利于弹性密封圈4取得更优的密封效果。

在这种技术方案中,支撑圈7进一步稳固弹性密封圈4,支撑圈7与封口圈9固定止退环5,避免弹性密封圈4、止退环3发生松动,保证弹性密封圈4与止退环3的稳定性,从而保证止退齿32对管子的止退作用,保证弹性密封圈4的密封效果;封口圈9固定止退环5的同时隔离止退环5,避免人为轻易使用工具向内推动止退齿52从而向后取出管子。活动部71与止退齿52间留有活动间隙8,活动间隙8避免支撑圈7阻碍止退齿52的活动,待管件插入管件承口3后,活动部71与止退齿52间不存在活动间隙8,或者,活动间隙8变小。
在上述技术方案中,所述支撑圈7的内径均不小于管件承口3的内径。采用这种方案,使得支撑圈7在实现固定弹性密封圈4、止退环3的同时避免阻碍对应内径管子的插入安装。
在另一种实例中,所述承插区21与管件1端口连接处设有凸台形状的过渡段10,过渡段10大(径)端口与承插区21连接,过渡段10小(径)端口与管件1连接;所述过渡段10内设置有匹配的定位座11,对应内径的管件的端面上设有环状的密封座12,所述定位座11面向管件的一侧表面开有若干沿直径方向等距离排列的环形的定位槽111;所述密封座12面向管件1一侧的端面设有与定位槽111相匹配的密封凸肩121。
在这种技术方案中,在管件1的径向上,定位座11的定位槽111与密封座12的密封凸肩121咬合形成多弯折形阻隔路径,使得流体从管件1与管子连接处的空隙向外溢出泄漏时受到阻碍,避免泄漏,多弯折形阻隔路径与弹性密封圈4构成双重密封保证,进一步增强密封性,同时定位座11可实现管件的定位功能,管子插入的深度与定位座11到固定区22外端口的距离一致,使得管子插入的深度可控,避免因工作人员的操作差异而使得管子插入过深或者过短。
在上述技术方案中,所述定位槽111侧壁表面设置有橡胶垫13。采用这种方案,橡胶垫13进一步阻碍流体向外泄漏,进一步增强密封性。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头,其特征在于,承插区(21)与固定区(22)采用一体式结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头,其特征在于,所述固定区(22)采用两端向管件承口(3)外部凸起且中部向管件承口(3)内部凹陷的弯折形,所述弹性密封圈(4)安装于固定区(22)与承插区(21)连接的一端凸起处内部,止退环(5)固定于固定区(22)另一端凸起处内部,固定区(22)中部的凹陷处将弹性密封圈(4)与止退环(5)分隔开。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头,其特征在于,所述固定区(22)端口设置有隔离阻挡部(6),所述隔离阻挡部(6)内径与管件承口(3)内径一致,隔离阻挡部(6)采用与固定区(22)一体成形的折弯部、阻挡圈中的一种。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头,其特征在于,所述固定区(22)中部的凹陷处内表面的内径不小于管件承口(3)的内径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头,其特征在于,所述固定区(22)采用向管件承口(3)外部凸起的形状,所述弹性密封圈(4)与止退环(5)间的固定区(22)内部设置有支撑圈(7),所述支撑圈(7)两侧面分别与弹性密封圈(4)、止退环(5)的环体(51)连接;支撑圈(7)面向止退齿(52)的侧面设有活动部(71);所述固定区(22)端口处安装有封口圈(9),所述封口圈(9)一侧面与环体(51)侧面连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头,其特征在于,所述支撑圈(7)的内径均不小于管件承口(3)的内径。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头,其特征在于,所述承插区(21)与管件(1)端口连接处设有凸台形状的过渡段(10),过渡段(10)大端口与承插区(21)连接,过渡段(10)小端口与管件(1)连接;所述过渡段(10)内设置有匹配的定位座(11),对应内径的管件的端面上设有环状的密封座(12),所述定位座(11)面向管件的一侧表面开有若干沿直径方向等距离排列的环形的定位槽(111);所述密封座(12)面向管件一侧的端面设有与定位槽(111)相匹配的密封凸肩(121)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种管道不可拆卸快插连接头,其特征在于,所述定位槽(111)侧壁表面设置有橡胶垫(13)。
