技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的减振架支承座。
背景技术
US2003/0006574A1公开了一种用于连接在汽车车身上的减振架支承座,它在弹簧座圈和连接在汽车车身上的轴承之间具有一个轴承。第二弹簧座圈在气缸侧固定,其中,该气缸在汽车车轮转向运动时同步进行回转运动,该运动由夹紧在两个弹簧座圈之间的汽车悬挂弹簧传递到轴承侧的弹簧座圈上。该轴承防止轴承内部出现一方面降低舒适性和另一方面对减振架支承座产生不利影响的夹紧。
轴承侧弹簧座圈和轴承的中轴线具有与汽车车轮转向轴相同的分布。采用这种措施防止可能影响汽车制动的干扰转向阻力矩。
此外,类似的减振架支承座具有止动缓冲器,它与减振架支承座内部的力线相关与轴承平行轴向支承。在弹簧变位运动和转向运动叠加时会出现这种状态,即止动缓冲器处于减振架的气缸侧端面上并因此锁住弹簧座圈上轴承的回转运动。
为了不出现这种问题,DE 83 11 927 U1公开了使止动缓冲器通过第二轴承与气缸进行扭转运动。但第二轴承需要很大的成本和结构空间开支。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减振器,它在减振架支承座内部倾斜设置的轴承上解决了现有技术中与止动缓冲器相关公知的锁住问题。
该目的依据本发明由此得以实现,即止动缓冲器与轴承的轴承出口部件有效连接。
本发明的主要优点在于,止动缓冲器相对于减振架在切向上可以进行相对运动,而在减振架支承座内部不会出现锁住和夹紧现象。技术费用也很少,因为仅利用一个轴承就将包括弹簧座圈在内的整个减振架支承座与减振架的气缸旋转脱离。
在另一优选的方案中,倾斜设置的轴承中轴线和减振架的转向轴至少几乎套合对准定向。大量试验表明,尽管止动缓冲器和减振架在转向运动时所环绕回转的转向轴之间存在角位置,但止动缓冲器和减振架活塞杆之间没有出现夹紧力或者摩擦力。
弹簧座圈具有一个外壳面,上面径向支承止动缓冲器。为此弹簧座圈具有与减振架的中轴线同心延伸的套筒段。
此外,弹簧座圈具有用于包覆止动缓冲器管状保护件的止动面。因此,在端侧可与减振架气缸连接的保护件内部也不会出现扭应力。
轴承出口部件具有用于轴向支承止动缓冲器的支承面。为避免横向力,支承面与减振架的中轴线成直角定向。
为便于安装,弹簧座圈和轴承出口部件通过轴向分布的夹紧面形成压紧连接。弹簧座圈和轴承出口部件可以构成一个预安装的结构单元,可与整个减振架组装过程内部预先规定的生产节奏无关地制造。
弹簧座圈优选由塑料制成。尽管如此,为仍能够向轴承出口部件上传递很大的力,在止动缓冲器和弹簧座圈之间设置弹簧座圈的一个加固套。
加固套具有一个环形底部,支承在轴承出口部件上。这种措施额外加强了加固套,并提供了使用相当薄壁轴承出口部件的可能性。
为将止动缓冲器与减振架支承座轴向锁紧,在加固套和止动缓冲器之间存在卡式连接。
加固套具有至少一个弯曲的边缘段,需要时也可以是完整的环形边缘,轴向支承在弹簧座圈上。
至少加固套弯曲的边缘段提供用于管状保护件的另一止动面。因此对管状保护件存在两个交替作用的止动面,从而在保护件和减振架支承座之间可以无间隙固定。

具体实施方式
减振架支承座具有连接在未示出的汽车车身上的轴承5。连接轴承5利用其罐状空间造型容纳一个弹性体7,其外侧至少部分环绕连接环9,其中,连接环与减振架的活塞杆11轴向连接并不可相对旋转。
连接轴承外侧具有另一弹性体13,上面轴向和径向支承轴承15。轴承15倾斜利用其中轴线至少几乎套合对准转向轴16定向。利用倾斜设置的轴承15达到补偿横向力的目的,而该轴承本身没有临界负荷。转向轴16与减振架3的中轴线19形成一个角度α。轴承15包括轴承入口部件15a和轴承出口部件15b,它们彼此可以进行旋转相对运动。对于本发明来说,使用滚动轴承还是滑动轴承无关紧要。轴承出口部件15b上支承用于汽车悬挂弹簧21的弹簧座圈17,汽车悬挂弹簧利用其另一端处于气缸侧的弹簧座圈23上。汽车悬挂弹簧的中轴线也与转向轴16至少几乎相同定向。优选由塑料制成的弹簧座圈17具有一个套筒段25,从而在弹簧座圈17和轴承出口部件15b的下降区域之间,存在轴承出口部件15b和弹簧座圈17之间压紧连接的夹紧面27;29。
与减振架3的中轴线19同心设置一个止动缓冲器31,它从活塞33内活塞杆11一确定的弹簧变位位置起,与减振架的气缸侧端面35产生接触,后者在这种情况下由一个附加的罩37构成。止动缓冲器33与轴承15的轴承出口部件15b有效连接,从而这两个部件轴向并在切向上同步运动。
弹簧座圈17,特别是套筒段25具有一个外壳面39,上面径向支承止动缓冲器31。为轴向支承,使用轴承出口部件15b的与减振架中轴19直角定向的支承面41。止动缓冲器31的内径和活塞杆11形成一个自由环状室42,以避免活塞杆与止动缓冲器摩擦接触。
在止动缓冲器31和弹簧座圈17之间设置一个加固套43。该加固套具有一个环形底部45,其轴向支承在轴承出口部件15b上。加固套43和止动缓冲器31构成一种卡式连接47,例如包括嵌入止动缓冲器槽内的加固套径向向内的卷边。
活塞杆11和止动缓冲器31由在该实施例中为波纹管的管状保护件49包覆,其中,保护件49单侧轴向支承在弹簧座圈的止动面51上。加固套至少具有端侧支承在弹簧座圈上的弯曲的边缘段53,必要时具有完整的环形边缘,其中,该边缘提供用于管状保护件49的另一止动面55。
在直线行驶和活塞杆向着减振架的气缸进行小到中等弹簧变位运动情况下,既不出现轴承运动,也不会使止动缓冲器与气缸侧端面35接触。
在与未示出的车轮环绕转向轴16弹簧变位结合下的转向运动导致轴承15内部的扭转运动,并因此造成止动缓冲器向假想的垂直基准线,例如中轴线19的摆动运动。但同时减振架空间上也环绕转向轴16运动,从而尽管止动缓冲器31与活塞杆11的相对运动,环状室42仍能防止止动缓冲器与活塞杆的摩擦接触。

Claims (12)

1.减振架支承座,包括一个连接在汽车车身上的轴承接头和一个用于汽车悬挂弹簧的与减振架中轴线倾斜设置的弹簧座圈,其中,在轴承接头和弹簧座圈之间设置一个倾斜的轴承,该轴承具有一个对应连接轴承的轴承入口部件和一个对应弹簧座圈的轴承出口部件,所述减振架支承座带有一个止动缓冲器,它与减振架的中轴线同心设置,并从一确定的弹簧变位位置起与减振架气缸侧的端面产生接触,其特征在于,止动缓冲器(31)与轴承(15)的轴承出口部件(15a)有效连接。
