Description

平行翼缘工字型钢(钢梁)的X-H轧制的加工方法
本发明涉及在结构紧凑型轧机机组里对具有H截面的平行翼缘工字型钢(钢梁)进行串列X-H轧制的加工方法,该轧机机组包括一个第一万能轧制机架、一个接在第一万能轧制机架后的立轧机架和一个随后的第二万能轧制机架,在这里,这些机架的轧辊具有倾斜于或垂直于轧辊轴线的工作面。
作为该结构紧凑型轧机机组的开轧原材料,或是使用经过初轧的连铸坯,其中初轧在传统开坯轧机上进行,但或是在一个立-卧可逆轧机里或一个水平万能轧机或立-卧可逆万能轧机里进行。不过,也可以将接近最终尺寸的连铸预制型坯供给该结构紧凑型轧机机组。
当按照这种加工方法轧制H型钢时,尤其是重型梁时,产生了这样的缺点,即轧辊工作面且尤其是水平辊的工作面磨损严重,而这种磨损与在另一个水平机架中的轧辊工作面磨损是不同的。这样的磨损就造成轧辊必须经常重车,因而造成运营成本的显著增加。
经验表明,使第一万能轧制机架里的水平辊磨损和第二万能轧制机架里的水平辊磨损尽可能保持相同,这是合适的,以便在一个尽可能对成本有利的时刻重车这两个水平辊组,这样做是为了在这两个轧辊组的辊身宽度相互匹配的情况下避免不必要的材料严重损耗。但事实证明,磨损行为的这种协调很难实现。
本发明的任务是,减小水平辊磨损,使两个机架的水平辊磨损相互协调并尽可能保持一致。
解决该任务的途径是:在第一万能轧制机架里使用具有在0°-10°之间相互倾斜分开的工作面的立辊以及在第二万能轧制机架里使用具有圆柱形工作面的立辊,在这种情况下,与立辊工作面形成H孔型的水平辊侧面具有约0.0°-0.5°的斜度,而且在第二万能轧制机架里总是进行等于在第一万能轧制机架中获得的压下量的0-100%的轧件压下。
第二万能轧制机架的水平辊的外部辊身长度可以有利地相当于待轧H铜梁的槽内尺寸。
在正常情况下,在使用此加工方法时,人们可以这样选择多道压下量,即从第一万能轧制机架里的单道压下量的100%起分级递减,直到最少为5%的最后一道。但也可能有利的是,由于温度情况,压下量小地使轧件在这两个万能轧制机架里通过一次,以便随后能马上又增大在这两个机架里的压下量。
使用本发明的加工方法允许为两个万能轧制机架的轧辊所需的重车求出一个同时的且因而成本有利的时刻,并且这种协调一致也减少了材料损耗并进而降低了总制造成本。

Claims (2)

1.一种在一个结构紧凑型轧机机组里对具有H截面的平行翼缘工字型钢(钢梁)进行串列X-H轧制的加工方法,该轧机机组包括一个第一万能轧制机架、一个接在该第一万能轧制机架后面的立轧机架和一个随后的第二万能轧制机架,在这里,这些机架的轧辊具有倾斜于或垂直于轧辊轴线的工作面,其特征在于,在该第一万能轧制机架里使用具有在约0°-10°之间相互倾斜分开的工作面的立辊以及在该第二万能轧制机架里使用具有圆柱形工作面的立辊,在这种情况下,与该立辊的工作面共同形成H孔型的水平辊侧面具有约0.0°-0.5°的斜度,而且在该第二万能轧制机架里总是进行约等于在该第一万能轧制机架里获得的压下量的0-100%的轧件压下。
