Abstract

"PROCESSO DE TRABALHO PARA A LAMINAçãO X-H DE PERFIS (VIGAS) DE AçO DE FLANGES PARALELOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de trabalho para a laminação X-H de perfis de aço de flanges paralelos (vigas) com perfil em H em serviço em tandem em um trem laminador compacto, que consiste em uma primeira cadeira universal, uma cadeira de recalque, disposta na saída dessa, e uma segunda cadeira universal subseq³ente, sendo que os cilindros das cadeiras apresentam superfícies de laminação que correm inclinadas, verticalmente respectivamente em relação aos eixos dos cilindros, está sendo proposto que, utilizando cilindros verticais com superfícies de laminação inclinadas entre 0 grau e 10 graus afastados um do outro na primeira cadeira universal e cilindros com superfícies de laminação paralelas na segunda cadeira universal, as superfícies laterais dos cilindros horizontais, que formam com as superfícies de laminação dos cilindros verticais o calibre H, apresentam inclinações de 0 grau a 0,5 grau e causam na segunda cadeira universal sempre uma redução do material a laminar que importa em 0 - 100% da diminuição obtida na primeira cadeira universal.
