Abstract

技术领域
本发明一般涉及通常称为“健身器(塑身器,健美器,reformer)”的锻炼装置,在该装置中,用一活动承载器至少局部支撑使用者的身体;本发明特别涉及一种有一刚性架承载器的伸缩式(套管式)可收起(可收缩)的健身器。
背景技术
Joseph H.Pilates在美国专利No.1,621,477中起初提出使用一与一阻力装置如一组重物连接的一带轮子的平台承载器与一固定架向坐着或躺着的使用者提供可用其脚推或用其手臂拉的可变阻力,从而锻炼使用者躯干、两腿和/或两臂的主要肌肉组。自那时以来Joseph Pilates对这一装置的设计作出了许多改动和改进,新近又由他的学生和其他人予以发展。美国专利No.5,066,005和本人的参照上述专利的专利就代表着自1927年以来的这些改动的发展的当前状态。

美国专利No.5,338,276、5,607,381和5,681,249公开了健身器和这类锻炼装置的若干脚靠结构和可调节头枕组件。当前公知的健身器未能很好解决的问题之一是该装置不便于携带和储藏。因此,需要有一种使用安静、健身性能强,但又便于储藏和运输的健身型锻炼装置。
发明内容
根据本发明的实施例的健身锻炼装置即是解决公知健身器设计中存在的上述局限性。本发明为一种锻炼装置,包括具有一刚性平台和一基本上平坦的顶面的带轮子承载器。该承载器可活动地装在具有一头端和一脚端的基本上长方形的可伸缩收起的架的平行导轨件上。该承载器在一端上装有一对向上伸出的肩部止挡件,两肩部止挡件之间装有一从该承载器向外伸向该架的头端的头枕。脚端与承载器之间可选择性地连接有多个弹性件使得将承载器向该架的脚端弹性偏压(偏置)。
该架主要包括一对由一脚端支撑件和一头端支撑件隔开的平行伸缩式导轨组件。每一导轨包括一管状母段和一配合在该母段中的公/插入段。用一固定在该架脚端上的弹簧支架安装多个弹簧中每一弹簧的一端。每一弹簧的另一端固定在承载器上,使得将承载器向该架的脚端弹性偏压。
该架的头端上支承一对绳索滑轮,使用者拉动分别在其一端固定在承载器头端上、绕过一个所述滑轮的绳索即可克服弹簧拉力在展开的平行导轨的整个长度上移动承载器。此外,该头端有一中央桥接件隔开所述导轨的头端、支撑所述滑轮、并具有一沿一行程表面拉出收起的健身器的抓手。
该承载器组件用滚轮和导轮组件约束在导轨件之间,其中,4个滚轮支撑在导轨的顶部。导轮支撑在导轨的内侧垂直壁上,使得承载器对中在两导轨之间、防止承载器卡住在导轨件上、使承载器与导轨之间的摩擦减到最少。

具体实施方式
图1和2分别为根据本发明一优选实施例的健身锻炼装置10的俯视立体图和仰视立体图。在这两附图中,所示健身器10整个(完全)收起。锻炼装置10包括一有一头端14和一脚端16的总体呈长方形的架12和一对隔开头端14与脚端16的平行导轨件组件18。
还可从图3看到,一活动承载器20支撑在4个固定在承载器20底侧的滚轮22上。滚轮22在导轨件组件18上滚动以支撑并引导承载器20在架12的导轨件组件18上来回移动。承载器20与脚端16之间可选择性地连接多达7个弹性件如弹簧24以使得承载器20以可变弹力向脚端16偏压。

也可从图4看到,头端14用来刚性隔开导轨件组件18、用作一把手和支撑一对滑轮组件30。头端14有一最好用钢板、铝板、铝合金板等金属板折叠而成、用一定位桩(spud)固定在导轨件组件18的头端上的横向构件32,把横向构件32固定在导轨18上的螺纹件旋入该定位桩中。横向构件32最好包括一垂直壁和一顶壁。如图1所示,导轨件组件18的端部固定在横向构件32的垂直壁上。横向构件32的顶面34斜向下伸展到导轨件组件18的顶部。横向构件32的顶面34通过位于导轨件组件18头端内的定位桩(未示出)用螺纹件或其他方法固定在导轨件组件18顶部。
管状盒式横向构件32的顶面34支撑一对滑轮组件30,每一滑轮组件有一绕过滑轮30的手绳(未示出)。手绳的一端可调节地固定在承载器20上(未示出)。另一端一般由锻炼手臂或腿的使用者抓住(未示出)。
回到图1和2,承载器20包括一一般呈长方形的刚性架38。架38顶面上固定有一长方形平面状缓冲垫40。一对相间隔开的肩部止挡件42固定在架38一端上。这两个肩部止挡件42在使用者背靠承载器20在装置10上锻炼时抵住使用者的两肩,防止使用者向头端14滑动。一包垫头枕44在该头枕44底端上用一铰链(未示出)固定在架38上两肩部止挡件42之间。一梯形铰接块46固定在该头枕的底部。该块可移动,使得使用者可在3个位置之间调节头枕44的斜度。该铰接块46支承在一固定在承载器架38上的金属支撑48上。手绳(未示出)可调节地锁定在凸轮锁定滚轮56之间并在两组绳索支架58底下穿过以固定绳索。
图5为承载器架38的独立立体图。图6为架38的端视图,其中槽道的端部件被除去以清楚示出槽道的形状。架38用金属板制成,金属板切割、折叠以形成有一对相间隔开的平行U形盒状侧部槽道50的梯子形承载器架结构。架38最好用钢板制成。侧部槽道50的端部封闭。各用一段金属板向下弯曲后焊接以封闭槽道50的端部。该承载器架38结构有一缓冲垫40支撑部,其中一系列交替的横向肋条52和平台部53、54和55隔开两槽道50。切割单块金属板后,把它折叠成交替的横向肋条52。折叠而成的肋条52焊接或用其他方法固定到侧部槽道50上。也可用激光切除钢架38的多余材料以减轻承载器20的重量。如图3所示,侧部槽道50在其每一端上各容纳并支承有一滚轮22。侧部槽道50伸出到缓冲垫支撑部40之外支撑并盖住滚轮22。因此,滚轮22位于缓冲垫40所在处的前方或后方。
导轮23位于平台部53和55底下滚轮22旁。图5示出装在承载器架38上的一滚轮22和一导轮23。图5中用虚线示出滚轮22,表示承载器架38有盖住滚轮22的封闭端。肋条52用来支撑承载器缓冲垫40并隔开侧部槽道50。肋条52之一把弹簧24经该肋条52上的穿孔66引导到承载器20的脚端16上。另一肋条52上有供弹簧24的端部穿过的狭槽37。这些弹簧用一横跨在该肋条后方的杆71固定。在图3中,用虚线表示位于肋条52后方的杆71。在承载器架38头端上,平台部53支撑头枕44和肩部止挡件42,这在下文详述。在另一实施例中,缓冲垫40盖住整个承载器架38以及滚轮22和导轮23。
特别参见图3和5,承载器架38下面有用金属板制成的横向肋条52。弹簧24固定在一位于肋条52之一紧后方的杆71上。弹簧24穿过肋条52之一中的狭槽37。弹簧24还穿过另一肋条52中的开口或孔66。如图1所示,每一弹簧24的另一端有一可选择性地固定在一从一弹簧支撑横向构件板62的垂直侧伸出的一杆60上的钩或环59。弹簧支撑板62装在导轨组件18的脚端上。弹簧支撑板62上的杆60的位置在承载器20向脚端16完全收回时供弹簧24固定其上。在另一实施例中,弹簧支撑板62可用一固定在脚端16上的杆(未示出)取代。
承载器架38的头端平台部53的顶部支撑头枕44。如图1所示,一金属支撑48通过焊接、用螺纹件固定或用其他方法固定在头端平台部53上。一梯形铰接块46支承在金属支撑48上并最好可按照使用者要求的头部高度在三个位置之间移动。包垫头枕44用螺栓或其他方法固定在铰接块46上。包垫头枕44的一端有一固定到承载器架38上以防止头枕滑动的铰链(未示出)。如图1所示,头枕44最好固定在肋条52之一的垂直部上。
此外,两肩部止挡件42固定在承载器架38的上侧。肩部支架94固定在承载器架38的肋条52之一的垂直部上。肩部支架94也可呈L形(未示出)并用螺栓、螺纹件或其他方法固定在头端平台53的顶部和肋条52之一的垂直部上。有水平杆98的肩部板96滑动并锁定在肩部支架94中。一肩部缓冲垫100固定在肩部板96的顶部上。如图7所示,为了便于储藏,肩部板96在保持固定在肩部支架94上的同时可向上提起后平放在承载器20上。确切说,用一向上运动从肩部板96上取下水平杆98。在肩部板96的底部保持固定在肩部支架94的底部的同时把板96和肩部缓冲垫100平放在承载器架38的头端平台部53上。肩部板96用弹性绳、尼龙搭扣(Velcro)或其他固定装置(未示出)向下保持在承载器20上。
参见图7,一附加的塑料盖102用胶、按扣、螺纹件或其他方法固定在承载器架38的侧部槽道50的端部上。盖102最好为一呈倒U形的注射成形塑料部件。如图4和7所示,塑料盖102的端部和槽道50的端部上有橡胶止档104。最好有4个塑料盖102分别盖住承载器架38上的各滚轮22。橡胶止档104使得承载器碰到脚端处的脚端平台28或头端横向构件32时不发出响声。槽道50的端部、塑料盖102和橡胶止档104防止承载器移动到太靠近脚端平台28和头端横向构件32的位置。
凸轮锁定滚轮56和一对绳索支架58固定在承载器架38头端上的塑料盖102的顶部。如图1和7所示,另一对绳索支架58用螺纹件或其他方法固定在承载器架38顶部凸轮锁定滚轮56旁。
参见图7,脚端16最好为用板材如钢板、铝板或铝合金板折叠成的具有C形横截面的总体呈长方形的平台28。如图1所示,正对承载器20的侧面72上有一切口70供使用者达到其下面和把弹簧24放置到弹簧支撑横向构件板62上的杆60上。侧面72的外端和弹簧支撑板62的端部用螺纹紧固件、粘合剂、焊接或其他合适装置固定在导轨件组件18的顶部。如图2所示,一块独立金属板、跳板支撑29装在导轨件组件18的底部。跳板支撑29折叠成一供跳板78可靠地放置其中的槽道。如图7所示,跳板支撑29支撑一可卸下跳板78的底边。
脚端平台28还用作一水平的脚部支撑。平台28顶部的两端旁有供可卸下脚支撑杆26的两腿插入的孔80。如图1和7所示,脚支撑杆26可放置在脚端平台28中两组孔80之一中。脚支撑杆26然后固定在导轨组件18上。脚支撑杆组件26的腿可穿过导轨件组件18中的孔80后插入一定位桩(未示出)中的孔中。该定位桩(未示出)位于导轨件18脚端内。脚支撑杆26由定位桩定位后用插入导轨组件18和定位桩(未示出)的脚支撑杆销固定。
如图1和7所示,一对轮组件74固定在导轨组件18上。轮组件74包括一最好用螺纹件或其他方法固定在导轨件组件18和定位桩(未示出)上的轮组件金属板支架75。轮组件支架75固定一轮77。轮组件74便于装置10的运送,这只须提起头端14直到轮77接触地面,然后如滚动一独轮手推车那样滚动该装置10。
如图7所示,可卸下脚支撑杆组件26包括一最好用钢板制成、包括一对相间隔开的弯腿部106和其间一脚支撑杆部108的U形脚支撑杆。平行腿部106中的弯头使得使用者可把该脚支撑杆组件设置成该弯头朝向承载器20或偏离承载器20。套在脚支撑杆部108上的一包垫套管110为使用者的脚提供一软支撑。图1、2和7所示脚支撑杆组件26经脚端平台28中的孔80装配到架12脚端16上的导轨件组件18上。
如图8所示,最好用铝、钢或铝合金制成的导轨件组件18包括一脚端导轨件84和一头端导轨件82。头端导轨件82可伸缩地缩进脚端导轨件84中。脚端导轨件84为一两端开口的管状盒式挤压成形件。最好是,用定位桩把脚端导轨件84的一端螺纹固定在脚端平台28上。脚端平台28的与承载器正对的侧面72的底部和弹簧支撑板62用螺纹紧固件、粘合剂、焊接或其他合适装置固定在脚端导轨件84的顶部。定位桩也把脚端导轨件84固定在跳板支撑29上(未示出)。
如图8所示,脚端导轨件84的另一端为一外部引导套筒88。外部引导套筒88的一部分安装在脚端导轨件84的该端中,并且该外部引导套筒88有一套在脚端导轨件84的外边缘上的凸缘部。外部引导套筒88具有一顶壁、两垂直壁和一底壁。外部引导套筒88的底壁上有两个引导头端导轨件82的凹槽。
头端导轨件82为一由两侧壁、一顶壁和一开口底壁构成的倒U形挤压成形件。侧壁端部弯曲形成一嵌入外部引导套筒88的凹槽中的脚。由于该脚与凹槽的对齐可提供安静、平稳的运动,头端导轨件82可顺利地经外部引导套筒88滑入脚端导轨件84中。
头端导轨件82的一端粘接、焊接或用其他方法固定在头端管状盒式横向构件32上。最好是,头端导轨件82的该端有一定位桩插件(未示出),以便把横向构件32旋入并紧固在该导轨件上。如图8所示,头端导轨件82的另一端上有两个内部引导套筒86。内部引导套筒86呈C形、夹在头端导轨件82的外表面上并可用一螺纹件和T形螺母固定。内部引导套筒86装配在脚端导轨件84内部,使得头端导轨件82可在脚端导轨件84的内部平稳移动。在另一实施例中,头端导轨件为一两端开口的管状盒式挤压成形件(未示出)。
内部引导套筒86和外部引导套筒88最好由注射成形或其他基本上刚性、结实材料制成。内部引导套筒86和外部引导套筒88可用螺纹件和T形螺母或其他方法固定在导轨件组件18上。连接头端导轨件82与脚端导轨件84时,可用手通过脚端导轨件上的销90紧固外部引导套筒88,该销90将该套筒推靠在头端导轨件84上,从而消除两导轨中的间隙。图8还示出销90位于脚端导轨件84外侧。
如图2所示,一承载器止动横向构件91用螺纹件、螺栓或其他方法紧固在脚端导轨件84的底部。该横向构件91位于脚端导轨件84的头端上。此外,如图7所示以及如上所述,由一金属板支架75和一轮77构成的轮组件74固定在脚端导轨件84的端部上。支架75用螺栓或其他方法紧固在脚端导轨件84上,轮77固定在支架75上一水平轴线上。轮组件74便于把锻炼装置10运送到储藏地点。
下面结合图2和4说明承载器20、滚轮22和导轮23的结构。滚轮22用螺纹件、销或其他方法固定在承载器架38侧部槽道50的底部。运动时,头端滚轮22在头端导轨件84顶部滚动,脚端滚轮22沿脚端导轨件84的顶部滚动。由于脚端导轨件84的额外高度,头端滚轮22比脚端滚轮22安装得低,使得承载器平坦与地面平行放置。换句话说,如承载器20和滚轮22设置在同一平面上,承载器20的头端会比脚端高。在另一实施例中,为适合导轨件的不同高度该滚轮可做得较大。
滚轮22为装在一水平轴线上的细长圆柱形轮。导轮23为装在一垂直轴线上的圆形轮。导轮23如图3和5所示固定在承载器平台部53和55下部一垂直轴线上,导轮23沿导轨件18内侧滚动。头端导轮23装在承载器架的底部,在头端导轨件82的内侧滚动。由于头端导轨件82的大小比脚端导轨件84小,因此头端导轮23在承载器架上装在与脚端导轮23不同的位置上。头端导轮23沿头端导轨件82的内侧滚动,脚端导轮23沿脚端导轨件84的内侧滚动。导轮23确保使用中承载器20与导轨件18之间的摩擦最小,从而使得承载器20在装置10的导轨件16上特别平稳地来回移动。
运输时,可把头端导轨件82缩进脚端导轨件84中一锁定位置上、从脚端平台28上取下脚支撑杆组件26将肩部止挡件42收起放平后把该收起的装置放入车辆中、储藏室中或家具底下。确切说,锻炼装置10收起时的长度不超过60英寸,从而可放置在床底下,而在展开该架时承载器20的行程可为约40英寸。该装置整个收起而储藏时导轮23和滚轮22各抵靠头端导轨件82或脚端导轨件84。弹簧支撑横向构件62上有锁定在承载器架38上防止承载器与导轨组件18脱离的接头(未示出)。
如图9所示,在另一实施例中,腿36装在架12上。多达6个腿36固定在架12的底部,把架12和锻炼装置10抬离地面。这便于辅助人员如陪练或治疗员帮助使用者在装置10上进行锻炼。腿36可收起并用按扣、螺栓或其他方法固定在架12上。腿36固定在架12的各个角上,确切说,两个腿36分别固定在头端导轨件82的底部,两个腿36分别固定在脚端导轨件84的底部。多达两个腿36可固定在固定在脚端导轨件84的头端上的承载器止动横向构件91的底部。因此,固定在承载器止动横向构件91上的腿36位于架12中部,如图9所示用来支撑锻炼装置10的中部。可选地,腿36也可从架12上取下。
因此,本发明也可以结合所述实施例具体所述、所示方式之外的方式实施。本发明不限于所示特别实施例,而是覆盖包括在后附权利要求中的所有这类替代方案、变更和等同物。前述所有专利、专利申请和印刷出版物的全部内容都作为参考材料包括在此。
Claims (27)
1、一种健身锻炼装置,包括:
具有一头端、一脚端和在所述头端和脚端之间的一对相间隔开的平行导轨件的基本长方形架;
装在该长方形架上、用于沿该导轨件在头端与脚端之间运动的活动承载器;该承载器有一用板材折叠成两平行、相间隔开的槽道的承载器架,该槽道装在所述导轨件上,在该槽道之间伸展有多个横向肋条;以及
伸展在承载器与长方形架脚端之间的多个细长形弹性件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,承载器架有多个与肋条垂直、相间隔开地位于肋条之间的水平平台部,各平台部伸展在所述槽道之间。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,承载器架的平台部之一支撑一头枕。
4、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,承载器架的肋条之一支撑一对肩部止挡件。
5、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,肋条之一有一固定在该肋条上、用来固定各细长形弹性件的一端的杆。
6、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,一弹簧支撑横向构件伸展在长方形架的脚端处所述导轨件之间。
7、根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,细长形弹性件为多个弹簧,各弹簧的一端装在承载器架的第一肋条上,各弹簧的第二端可卸下地装在弹簧支撑横向构件上。
8、根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,当该第二端从该弹簧支撑横向构件上拆下时,第二肋条为各弹簧提供支撑。
9、根据权利要求1所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,进一步包括装在承载器架的各槽道中、用于沿导轨件的上表面滚动的一对承重滚轮。
10、根据权利要求1所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,该长方形架用铝制成,该承载器架用钢板制成。
11、根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于还包括承载器架支撑在各滚轮旁的导轮,各导轮设置成在导轨件之一的侧壁上滚动。
12、一种锻炼装置,包括:
具有一头端、一脚端和在所述头端和脚端之间的一对相间隔开的平行导轨件的基本长方形架;
装在该长方形架上、用于沿该导轨件在头端与脚端之间运动的活动承载器;
一对分别固定在一对装在承载器上的支架上的可折叠肩部止挡件;以及
伸展在承载器与脚端之间、使得将承载器向长方形架的脚端偏压的多个细长形弹性件。
13、根据权利要求12所述的肩部止挡件,其特征在于,各对支架固定在承载器的一垂直部上。
14、一种锻炼装置,包括:
具有一头端、一脚端和在所述头端和脚端之间的一对相间隔开的伸缩式可收起的平行导轨件的基本长方形架;
装在所述导轨件上、用于沿该导轨件在头端与脚端之间运动的活动承载器,其中,当该导轨件整个收起时,承载器被约束在导轨件上;以及
伸展在承载器与脚端之间、使得将承载器向长方形架的脚端偏压的多个细长形弹性件。
15、根据权利要求14所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
固定在长方形架的脚端上的横向构件;以及
一对装在承载器上、分别设置成可在导轨件之一的一侧面上滚动的导轮,其中,承载器架在所述导轨件整个收起时由该横向构件约束而把承载器保持在该导轨件上。
16、根据权利要求15所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,该横向构件支撑各弹性件的一端。
17、根据权利要求15所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,所述导轨件各有一可缩进一管状脚端件的细长形头端导轨件,和一固定在所述脚端件之间使所述脚端件保持平行关系的承载器止动横向构件。
18、根据权利要求17所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,在所述导轨件收起时,承载器的一部分接合弹簧支撑横向构件,以把承载器约束在导轨件上。
19、一种锻炼装置,包括:
具有一头端、一脚端和在所述头端和脚端之间的一对相间隔开的平行导轨件的基本长方形架,每个导轨件有一可缩进一管状脚端导轨件中的头端导轨件;
装在所述导轨件上、用于沿该导轨件在头端与脚端之间运动的活动承载器;
该承载器有一折叠形成装在所述导轨件上的两相间隔开的平行槽道的金属板架,以及在该槽道之间的多个平台部和多个横向肋条;以及
装在承载器架底部、在头端导轨件上滚动的第一组滚轮和装在承载器架底部、在脚端导轨件上滚动的第二组滚轮。
20、根据权利要求19所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,所述滚轮位于承载器架的槽道的各端上。
21、根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,进一步包括一位于承载器架上的承载垫,其中,槽道伸展到承载垫之外;槽道各端上有一弹性缓冲器,以将承载器架冲撞长方形架的头端或脚端时的冲击载荷减到最小。
22、根据权利要求19所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,一承载器止动横向构件固定在所述各脚端导轨件的头端底部并横跨在该脚端导轨件之间,以使得该脚端导轨件保持平行关系。
23、根据权利要求19所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,
每个脚端导轨件有一围绕该脚端导轨件的开口端安装的外部引导件;以及
位于脚端导轨件内的头端导轨件上的内部引导件,该外部引导件和内部引导件使得头端导轨件可沿脚端导轨件内侧平稳移动。
24、根据权利要求23所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,脚端导轨件有一导轨件销,使用者可紧固该销以使得头端和脚端导轨件可平稳移动。
25、根据权利要求19所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,导轨件用铝制成,承载器架用钢板制成。
26、一种锻炼装置,包括:
具有一头端、一脚端和在所述头端和脚端之间的一对相间隔开的平行导轨件的基本长方形架;
装在该长方形架上、用于沿所述导轨件在头端与脚端之间运动的活动承载器;
伸展在承载器与长方形架的脚端之间的多个细长形弹性件;
该脚端包括一有一水平平台部和一垂直端壁部的折叠的金属板体,和一形成一从该脚端伸出、用来支撑一可卸下的跳板的槽道的分立部件;以及
由该脚端金属板体支撑的可卸下的U形脚支撑杆。
27、根据权利要求26所述的锻炼装置,其特征在于,该脚支撑杆有一对弯曲的腿。
