Description

丝网花边用的网眼织物与无纺织物的复合织物
技术领域
本发明涉及做花边用的织物(fabric for lace)。本发明更具体涉及做花边用的织物,该织物是用网眼织物(net fabric)和无纺织物(non-woven fabric)粘合在一起。
背景技术
包括网眼织物和无纺织物的做花边用的织物用于女内衣例如女式贴身内衣裤的刺绣。即,将做花边用的织物进行刺绣,然后经在热水中溶解除去该无纺织物。花边不能缀饰在网眼织物上,因为网眼织物本身无成形性。将网眼织物粘合到无纺织物上,以便在将花边缀饰在此做花边用的织物上时,为此做花边用的织物提供成形性。在做花边用的织物上进行了刺绣之后,将该刺绣过的织物在超过90℃的热浴中处理,除去该无纺织物。本领域的普通技术人员能够很容易地完成无纺织物的溶解加工。
在做花边用的织物的常规制备方法中,网眼织物和无纺织物被胶粘带沿侧边粘着,且将这些侧边缝合,以便提供具有成形性的织物。然而,常规制备方法存在如下的许多问题。
首先,由于侧边被粘合在一起,而且侧边的里面部分未被粘合,所以织物不能具有整个织物上的均匀成形性。因此,难于制造具有一致缀饰效果的制品,以致于劣质品增加。
其次,因为用胶粘带粘合了网眼织物的侧边和无纺织物的侧边,然后用缝纫机缝合,所以增加了工时和生产成本。
第三,由于以手工粘合网眼织物和无纺织物,工作时可能损坏该网眼织物。事实上,工作中损坏网眼织物是很常见的。
本发明人开发了制造做花边用的织物的新方法,该方法能赋予其上刺绣足够的刚性,该方法是在一个自动系统中完全粘合网眼织物和无纺织物,以解决上述问题。
发明目的
本发明的一个特征是,用粘合剂粘合网眼织物和无纺织物,从而提供具有足够成形性的做花边用的织物。

发明概述

本发明中,以固定速度由辊喂入无纺织物和网眼织物。
用聚乙烯醇制造无纺织物,并在约90℃或更高温度的水中浸渍约5-20分钟将其溶解。现有技术中,已将重量约20-30g/m2的无纺织物用于做花边的织物。然而,本发明中,能够使用重量小于20g/m2的无纺织物,因为网眼织物和无纺织物的整个表面被粘合剂粘结。将本发明的无纺织物卷绕成辊型,且宽度约60-80英寸。无纺织物的适当宽度应当和网眼织物相一致。以10-50m/min的速度喂入无纺织物,该速度应当和网眼织物的喂入速度相同。
在喂入过程中,用粘合剂涂覆无纺织物的一个表面。本领域的普通人员能容易地进行这种用粘合剂的涂覆过程。本发明中使用的粘合剂是约80wt%的PVA和约20wt%的水的混合物。当除去无纺织物时,能容易地除去粘合剂,因为粘合剂是用与无纺织物相同的材料制备的,所以能够溶解在热水中。无纺织物对水敏感,因此应当以不使无纺织物变形的适当量涂覆粘合剂。即,当用旋转辊将粘合剂涂布在无纺织物的一个表面上时,涂覆的粘合剂应当不漏到无纺织物的另一表面上。
以与无纺织物速度同样的速度喂入网眼织物,靠在该无纺织物涂覆过的表面上。用合成纤维且优选尼龙或聚酯制备网眼织物。网眼织物的重量约30-100g/60英寸x1 YD且宽约60-80英寸,以10-50m/min的速度喂入该网眼织物,此速度和无纺织物的喂入速度是同样的。网眼织物的单元结构21一般是方形、六角形或圆形,而且单元结构的成形性非常重要。即,当网眼织物保持其单元结构粘合到无纺织物上时,能得到高质量的均匀一致的丝网花边(net lace)。因此,本发明中非常重要的是,用和喂入无纺织物速度相同的速度喂入网眼织物,并对网眼织物施以张力以保持其单元结构。当施加到网眼织物的张力不均匀,且因此网眼织物的单元结构变形时,就不能得到高质量的均匀一致的丝网花边。
用一对加压辊将网眼织物粘合到用粘合剂涂覆的无纺织物上。本领域的普通技术人员能容易地进行用一对加压辊的粘合过程。
用干燥设备干燥做花边用的网眼织物和无纺织物的粘合织物,该设备包括多只辊。第一辊的温度优选约50℃,且最后一辊的温度优选约90℃。在第一辊和最后一辊之间布置约3到5只辊,其中优选逐渐增加这些辊的温度。例如,当使用6只辊时,第一、第二、第三、第四、第五和第六辊的温度分别设定为50℃、58℃、66℃、74℃、82℃和90℃。用蒸汽加热了的旋转辊干燥做花边用的织物。优选,使用蒸汽辊以防止织物因其直接与这些辊接触而受热变形。

通过使用本发明的做花边用的织物,能产生良好质量的丝网花边,因为通过用粘合剂完全粘合网眼织物和无纺织物,能够保持网眼织物的单元结构。
在本发明的做花边用的织物上刺绣出刺绣图案3。在刺绣后,应当除去无纺织物。为了除去无纺织物,将刺绣了的织物浸渍在约90℃或更高温度热水浴中约5-20分钟。本领域的普通技术人员能够容易地完成该无纺织物的溶解过程。图2是刺绣过的丝网花边用织物的一个实例绘图,而且其示出了,在无纺织物溶解后,在网眼织物2上产生刺绣图案3。
本发明做花边用的织物具有良好的成形性,其横向的抗张强度约为7kgf/mm2且纵向的抗张强度约为5kgf/mm2,其原因是通过用粘合剂粘合网眼织物和无纺织物,保持了网眼织物的单元结构。而且由于使用重量小于20g/m2的无纺织物,故该织物厚度薄而且触感柔软。另外,通过网眼织物和无纺织物粘合工艺的自动化,能减少工作时间、次等率和生产成本。
本领域普通技术人员能够容易地实施本发明。可以认为,许多改变和变化属于本发明的权利要求书所限定的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种制备做花边用的织物的方法,该方法包括步骤:
(a)以10-50m/min的速度喂入重量约10-30g/m2且宽约60-80英寸的无纺织物,该无纺织物用聚乙烯醇(PVA)制造;
(b)用旋转辊在无纺织物的一个表面上涂覆粘合剂;
(c)以与喂入无纺织物速度同样的速度喂入重量约30-100g/60英寸x1YD且宽约60-80英寸的网眼织物,靠在无纺织物的涂覆过的表面上,同时向该网眼织物施加张力,以便保持网眼织物的单元结构;
(d)用一对加压辊粘合无纺织物和网眼织物;
(e)使用含多只辊的干燥设备干燥该粘合的织物;以及
(f)无张力地卷绕所干燥的织物。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述粘合剂是约80wt%的PVA和约20wt%的水的混合物
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中当用粘合剂涂覆该无纺织物的一个表面时,涂覆的粘合剂不漏出到无纺织物的另一表面上。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述无纺织物的重量小于20g/m2
5.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述干燥设备上第一辊的温度约50℃,且最后一辊的温度约90℃。
