Abstract

本发明涉及一种机床,特别是一种用于通过钻、车、铣和磨等方式对工件的进行加工的加工中心。可摆动的工件主轴安置在一个在X方向的导轨之间的滑台上,并且在相对置的两侧进行支承。一个特别抗弯的垂直滑台和安置于工件主轴两侧的导轨的组合产生一种特别短的、对称的力流,由此获得高的静力学和动力学刚性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种机床,特别是一种用于通过钻、车、铣和磨等方式对工件进行加工的加工中心。
背景技术
在一种已知的这类机床(DE 199 04 860 A1)中,工件主轴安置在一个滑台上,该滑台可以在X轴方向水平移动并在Z轴方向垂直移动。此外工件主轴还能围绕一根垂直于X轴和Z轴的轴线摆动。一种不受限制的摆动可能性这样来实现,即在加工时从操作侧看,摆动平面在X轴的导轨之前。工件主轴因此可以只在一侧被轴承支承和引导。此外由DE 42 12175 C2还已知一种带有可摆动和工件主轴的机床。在这种机床中,工件主轴也是在一侧进行支承的。
发明内容
从现有技术出发,本发明的任务是,提高机床的刚性,特别是提高支承工件主轴的部件的刚性。这个任务由权利要求1所述的机床来解决。
本发明基于以下的认识,把工件主轴安置在X方向的导轨之间的滑台上,并且在相对置的两侧可摆动地进行支承,对机床的刚性有利。工件主轴的摆动轴安置在夹紧装置的附近更为有利。工件主轴由一个垂直移动的滑台支承。这个滑台又被安装在一个十字滑台上,该十字滑台能在设置在主机架中的导轨上在水平方向移动。在一种有益的实施形式中,垂直移动的滑台被设计成大体上是叉形。为了加工工件,各刀具都在一个刀具转塔刀架上中和/或一个电机主轴上备用。在另一种有益的实施形式中,有一个测量装置,用于监视加工质量。在一种特别有益的实施形式中,用于工件主轴的摆动轴承两个都设计成固定支座。叉臂按此方式也在下端刚性地相互连接。用这样的对工件主轴的安置可以实现短的、对称的力流,这是高的静力学和动力学刚性的重要前提。

具体实施方式
在图1中表示了一个加工中心的剖视图。它描绘的是一个具有导轨2的机体1。十字滑台3由一台电机5通过一根钢球丝杠4拖动能沿导轨2在X方向移动。在十字滑台上有导轨瓦13,垂直滑台6通过导轨7在导轨瓦中滑动,并且在一个未画出的直线驱动装置的拖动下能在Z方向移动。工件主轴8可围绕一根摆动轴12摆动地支承在垂直滑台6中。在工件主轴8的下端有卡盘9,卡盘用于卡紧工件10。为了加工工件10,加工中心设有用于车、铣、钻、切削螺纹、锪、磨等的典型的刀具。在图1中作为范例画出了一个带有刀具15的刀具转塔刀架14和一个带有刀具17的电机主轴16。电机主轴16能够借助滑台18在导轨19上在Y方向移动。一个加工循环以从输送装置11取走一个工件10开始。然后十字滑台3沿着导轨2(在X方向)移到加工站的工作区域。在随后的加工之后,工件10又被放到输送装置11上。一个有益的实施例有用于监视加工质量的测量装置25。
图2表示依据本发明的机床的横截面。垂直滑台6具有类似叉子形状的横截面。在叉臂20的下部有摆动轴承24和24′。在轴颈23上连接有一台摆动电机21。用这个电机可以使工件主轴8摆动到任意的摆动位置。设有一个夹紧装置22,用于把工件主轴8固定于所在的摆动位置。
在特别有益的实施例中,摆动轴承24和24′两个都被设计成固定支座。叉臂20按此方式也在下端刚性地相互连接。用这种措施能够明显地减小叉臂的弯曲。特别抗弯的垂直滑台6与布置在工件主轴8两边的导轨2,2′的组合产生一种特别短的、对称的力流,由此获得高的静力学和动力学刚性。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于加工工件的机床,尤其是加工中心,具有一个能在至少一个轴向移动并且能围绕一根摆动轴(12)摆动的工件主轴(8),工件(10)从一个输送装置(11)上取下,它至少到一个加工站被加工,并且在随后的加工之后又被放到输送装置(11)上,其特征在于,摆动轴承(24和24′)安装在工件主轴8的相对置的两侧。
2.按照权利要求1所述的机床,其特征在于,工件主轴(8)的摆动轴(12)支承在一个大体上是叉形的滑台(6)上。
3.按照权利要求2所述的机床,其特征在于,在叉臂(20)上的两个摆动轴承(24和24′)设计成固定支座。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的机床,其特征在于,在摆动轴(12)的一侧上装有一台摆动电机(21),而在相对置的一侧上装有一个制动装置(22)。
5.按照权利要求1至4之一所述的机床,其特征在于,为对工件(10)进行加工,设有一个刀具转塔刀架(14)。
6.按照前面的权利要求之一所述的机床,其特征在于,为对工件(10)进行加工,设有一个带有刀具(17)的电机主轴(16)。
7.按照权利要求6所述的机床,其特征在于,电机主轴(16)能沿着垂直于X和Z方向的导轨(19)(在Y方向)移动。
8.按照前面的权利要求之一所述的机床,其特征在于,设有一个用于监视加工质量的测量装置(25)。
