Abstract

具体实施方式
现参照附图,在这里所示的无电刷直流电动机包括:深冲压外壳10;包括轴12的转子11,该轴12在从外壳10封闭端伸出的端部具有一平面12a;包围着转子11的盘绕定子13;封闭外壳10开口端的端盖14;在外壳10内用来容纳传感器和电子电路的容器16。盘绕定子13包含一个围绕着一叠定子叠片30盘绕的定子绕组19。
电动机其总体外形类似于常规的永磁体直流电动机,该电机具有包含换向器和电刷/叶片系统的换向部件。
现参照图3至5,容器16包括一个具有整体套筒18的柱形转筒17,该套筒直立于转筒基座上。容器通常由聚缩醛树脂(POM)组成并包含传感器,通常采用霍尔效应传感器形式,用于感测转子11相对于定子13和电子电路的位置,该电子电路安装在装配在直立套筒18上的环形印刷电路板20上。理想的是,霍尔效应传感器平放于印刷电路板20上。与常规的“标准”霍尔传感器相比这是优势,因为它更易于装配并且在全面封装后可更可靠地抵抗燃油和振动。同样,使得传感器和永磁转子的上表面之间的距离减少。电路响应来自传感器的输出量以已知的方式在定子线圈中切换电流,从而使转子相对于定子旋转。传感器和电子电路然后用电绝缘材料,主要是环氧树脂密封,它填充或充分填充容器16。套筒18的尺寸例如允许转子的轴12经由其延伸并且允许燃油泵的油经由其流动。
传感器和多数电子元件,包括其所有的导电性部件,全被密封。仅这样一些部件,例如电子终端和/或大号电容器没有被完全密封。
如图5所示,转筒17基座的下边有四个用于与定子13的线圈直接连接的绝缘置换连接器21。
由于燃油通过套筒18的冷却效应,密封材料的导热性可不一定很重要。
图6详细示出了置于定子上的前部绝缘体22,该绝缘体具有相同数目的狭槽23(本例中为四个)用于容纳容器16上的定子线圈和绝缘置换连接器21。
代替将传感器和电子电路装配于印刷电路板上,容器16的内底部表面可在其上具有一个导电图案。这可以采用带有热压图章的热压薄片的形式。所有电子元件可在转筒内表面上自动装配并随后密封。本技术的另一优点是更进一步减少霍尔传感器与转子磁体平面顶面之间的距离,从而增加用于位置探测的磁场强度。
电动机还有一个与前部绝缘体22类似但不相同的后部绝缘体24。
端盖14例如通过在例如两个位置处将外壳10的边缘卷取在端盖上而与外壳10连接。该端盖14支撑或限定用于转子轴12的轴承并且包括用户的燃油泵所需要的整体部件。在端盖14上设有用于与外部供给连接的终端26。
在电动机的另一端处设有套筒15。套筒15主要由聚苯撑硫(PPS)构成。该材料具有高热体积稳定性,低延展性和极好的对所有腐蚀性燃油的抵抗性。套筒15支撑或限定用于转子轴12的轴承,并且也可通过压力配合到燃油泵外壳中的孔中而与燃油泵连接。一般来说,套筒15曾经是泵外壳的一部分。现在它为电动机的一部分,并且具有双重作用,即用来支撑或限定转子轴12的轴承以及用作用于泵外壳的连接/对准元件,而且允许电动机在供给用户前进行充分测试。套筒15是用于使电动机的泵叶轮和转子11对准的唯一部件。
与常规的换向器电动机不同,无电刷直流电动机的应用使电动机尺寸径向和轴向的减少成为可能。
参照图7至11,电动机包括一个转子轴12和一个使材料33磁化然后模制的超模制的叠片铁芯27。
叠片铁芯27包括许多转子叠片29。如图9所示,这些叠片由薄金属片冲压而成,并且可能同时作为定子叠片30被冲压。转子叠片29有三个等角度间隔开的径向向内延伸的狭槽31和用于将叠片安装在转子轴12上的中心孔32。许多这些叠片30是采用磁化材料33通常为热塑粘接的NbFeB组合物超模制而成,该(各向同性的)材料33在模制之后被磁化(如图7所示)。该超模制件也可包含一个整体环34,该环可像编码盘那样被充电以沿着轴向(霍尔传感器所需要的)提供一个更高的磁场强度。
这样形成的转子以不需要任何胶水成形且易于装配。也不需任何平衡。模制材料33也填充了狭槽31。
图10示出了一种可选择的其中具有六个孔35的转子叠片。这些孔35为同等角度空隔并且其中三个孔大于其他的孔。这虽然减少了转子铁芯27的重量,但是优选的是,为了避免燃油泵穿孔损耗(例如在液体中由于紊流)端部叠片最好没有这样的孔35。
图11所示仍为更进一步的转子叠片,它没有狭槽31但具有不平坦带花纹的周边表面以及六个尺寸相同的孔35′。
图9中所示的定子叠片30与转子叠片同样地冲压,并且包括一个外部环36、四个等角度间隔开的径向向内延伸的缠绕有线圈(未示出)的极片37以及四个位于这些极片37之间磁通片。由于磁极片37和磁通片38之间的间隙减小,所以一叠这些叠片很难缠绕。同样,围绕极片的外部线圈绕组由于随后要插到外部环上所以不适用于小型电动机。
本发明的一方面,如图12和13所示,一种可选的定子13′,具有一个外部环件36′,多个从外部环36′径向向内延伸的成一定角度间隔的极片37′以及多个位于这些极片37′之间的磁通片38′。磁通片38′与环36′和极片37′分离,并且在缠绕极片37′之后可以滑进由外部环36′所限定的狭槽39中。这简化了盘绕过程并且允许磁通片38成为最佳形状。
环件36′和极片37′整体形成,并且可以例如通过激光焊接/封装冲压而固定在一起的冲压叠片组成,或更优选的是通过模制软磁烧结材料以单体结构的形式形成。
图14显示出与具有叶轮41的燃油泵40结合的电动机的另一实施例。在本例中,电动机为具有一个换向器42和电刷系统43的常规永磁体直流电动机(PMDC)。如图14所示,有一个容纳该电动机和燃油泵40的外壳45。电动机和外壳之间的间隙允许电动机只通过套筒15与泵40对准。泵体被压配进外壳45的一个端部从而在外壳的泵端形成密封,并且在输出盖47与外壳45之间的另一端有一O形环密封件46。将具有与图1至13的无刷电动机和燃油泵相适应的类似布置。
上文所述的实施例仅通过实例的方式来给予的,不同的改进对本领域技术人员来说,在不违背本发明限定在附加的权利要求中的范围下是显而易见的。例如,转子可围绕定子,尤其是当采用风扇电动机或储能驱动时。

Claims (10)

1.一种电动机,它包括一定子(13)、一转子(11)和一个在电动机一端用于支撑或限定转子轴承的套筒(15),其特征在于,所述套筒形成与燃油泵的连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动机,其特征在于,所述套筒(15)形成用于使电动机和泵的叶轮(14)对准的唯一部件。
3.如权利要求1所述的电动机,其特征在于,所述定子(13)围绕着转子(11)。
4.如权利要求1所述的电动机,还包括:定子上的线圈(19);用于感测转子相对于定子的位置的传感器;用于响应于来自传感器的输出切换在线圈中的电流以便使得转子相对于定子转动的电子电路以及容纳这些转子、定子,传感器和电子电路的外壳(10)。
5.如权利要求4所述的电动机,其特征在于,所述传感器和至少一部分所述电子电路被封装位于外壳(10)内的容器(16)中的电绝缘和耐燃油性材料中。
