Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は永久磁石を回転子に使用した永久磁石同期モー
タの回転子の構造に関するものである。

同期モータは運転中の回転数が常に一定である所よシ用
途も多く、特に小形モータでは永久磁石を用いた永久磁
石同期モータが多く作られ、タイマーや各種制御用モー
タとして使用されている。

な磁石を得ることが出来るようになったが、このフェラ
イト磁石は機械的強度が極めて弱く、特に衝撃力に対し
て鋼材より劣るものである。

子との隙間を小さくすると同時に、固定子と永久磁石間
にあった鋼板等の補強材を廃し損失を無くする高効率の
永久磁石同期−りの外周上に従来の焼結フェライトマグ
ネットより強度改善をした磁性粉を含有する合成樹脂で
成形した円筒形の永久磁石を配置することにより回転子
と固定子との隙間を小さくすると同時に、固定子と永久
磁石間にあった鋼板等の補強材全廃止して、磁気洩れを
少なくすることにより損失をりの回転子の縦断面図を示
し、第２図に第１図Ａ−Ａ ７部の横断面図を示すが、
ｌはシャフト、２はヨーク、３は磁性粉を含有する合成
樹脂製の永久磁石である。即ちシャフト１にヨーク２を
圧入固定した後、ヨーク２の外周上に磁性粉を含有する
合成樹脂製の永久ａ石を圧入し完成される。し本 たがって固定子と永久磁石との隙間を小さく鴫来磁気洩
れが少なくなると同時に、固定子と永久磁石との間に鋼
板等の磁気洩れを生じる金属が無いので損失が極めて少
なくなるという利点がある。

更に磁性粉を含有する合成樹脂の材質をポリアミド樹脂
およびポリプチレンテレフタレート樹脂を用いることに
よシ、強度、耐熱性、耐食性の点でより信頼性金高める
効果がある。なお着磁は従来強材なしで一体に固定出来
る効果が得られると共に１回転子と固定子との隙間を小
さく出来るため磁気洩れが少なくなるという効果がある
。又固定子と永久磁石との間に鋼板等の磁気洩れを生じ
る金属がないので損失が極めて少なくなる効果が得られ
る。
およびポリプチレンテレフタレート樹脂を用いることに
よシ、強度、耐熱性、耐食性の点でより信頼性金高める
効果がある。なお着磁は従来強材なしで一体に固定出来
る効果が得られると共に１回転子と固定子との隙間を小
さく出来るため磁気洩れが少なくなるという効果がある
。又固定子と永久磁石との間に鋼板等の磁気洩れを生じ
る金属がないので損失が極めて少なくなる効果が得られ
る。

- 【特許請求の範囲】 １、永久磁石回転形同期モータにおいて円筒形ヨークの
外周上に磁性粉を含有する合成樹脂にて成形した円筒形
の永久磁石を配置したことを特徴とする永久磁石同期モ
ータ。 ２、磁性粉を含有する合成樹脂としてポリアミド樹脂お
よびポリプチレンテレフタレート樹脂を用いた＝特許請
求の範囲第１項記載の永 久磁石同期モータ。
