Abstract
一种熔结外衣服装的方法和用这种方法制造的外衣。在一个实施方式中,在外衣材料部分(10)之间产生一个缝,用或者不用熔结模(40),在这个缝处,涂抹液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物中的至少一种,然后再向缝加热加压,将不同材料组成的材料部分连接在一起。在另一实施方式中,在具有多缝结构的外衣材料部分之间产生一缝,在用或不用熔结模的情况下,向缝同时涂抹液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物,然后再向缝加热加压。
Description
本发明涉及用熔结缝制成的外衣服装。
服装的缝合技术传统上有几种缝纫服装技术。对外部服装制造者来说,既然如果水能沿外衣缝渗进外衣将使外衣作用降低,那么提供一个防水接缝将是一个通常的目的。在这里,“外衣服装”或“外衣”是指外套或外罩。然而,一般所说的外衣是指包括各种样式的手套、长手套、帽子、外套、外罩、靴套等。另外,在这里所说的“防水”是指很高的防水能力,而不是所说的水不能穿透能力。为此,为改善外衣的防水能力,诸如用带钉缝或利用防水材料粘合到缝合缝的外衣缝合技术在过去已有应用,甚至制造防水外衣。然而,这些传统的缝合防水技术有一些缺点。例如,如果缝合带作用降低或出现分层,这些带有缝合带的接缝就会漏水。另外,增加诸如缝带这种外部物质会使外衣的重量和体积增大,和降低可吸入性(水蒸汽的渗透性),每个上述缺点都会使外衣失去吸引力。
熔结材料缝技术,即用加热、加压和沿带有或不带有缝纫缝的缝涂抹一些粘结物质的方式已被示出,这些方式以供制造某种材料缝时有选择地应用。对于不用钉合法的接缝,在非外衣服装方面已有成功应用,例如在制造橡皮艇、皮艇、防水袋、防湿服和防化学保护服。在这些应用中,都是由相同的物质接合在一起而成,但它的柔顺性要比用到外衣服装方面的差。
在另一方面,外衣服装为了能保暧、防水和有吸气性,经常由不同的多层物质构成。外衣,特别是那些为了防水的外衣,在特别恶劣的气候条件下需要防水的接缝。到目前为止,传统的外衣制造方法是通过降低吸气性和增加添加物的重量和体积为代价来提高防水能力的,如钉合缝带。发明者希望,用不同的粘结物质来粘接外衣,而不再在接缝上用钉合或缝带。发明者还希望,粘接由不同物质组成的各个外衣的各部分,以使各种物质和缝合被利用以进一步减少外衣的重量和体积。
发明概述
本发明的所示实施方式提供了一种制造服装的方法,包括
(A)提供第一和第二材料部分,每一材料部分包括一缝边缘;
(B)在至少第一材料部分的缝边缘上同时涂抹一种液体粘结剂和一薄层粘着物;
(C)将第一材料部分的缝边缘和第二材料部分的缝边缘重叠,这样产生一个缝线,其中液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物沿缝线放在两种材料部分之间;和
(D)向缝线加热和加压以使缝线熔结。
根据本发明的一个方面,第一材料部分的缝边缘可以叠放在第二材料部分的缝边缘上,这样第一材料部分的第一表面面向第二材料部分的第二表面,这样就形成一个不是钉合的缝线。第一和第二表面可以由不同的材料组成,例如,在两材料部分为薄片制品时和第一材料部分的一外层壳和第二材料部分的薄膜层相粘。
本发明另一所示的实施方式提供了一种制造服装的方法。这种方法包括:
(A)提供第一材料部分和第二材料部分,第一材料部分包括第一材料构成的的第一表面和一个非钉合的缝边缘,第二材料表面包括第二材料构成的第二表面和一个非钉合的缝边缘;
(B)至少在第一材料部分的第一表面的缝边缘上涂抹一种液体粘结剂和一薄层粘着物中的至少一种;
(C)将第一材料部分的缝边缘叠放在第二材料部分的缝边缘上,这样第一材料部分的第一表面面向第二材料部分的第二表面,由此就形成一个非钉合的缝线,其中至少液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物中的一种沿缝线放在两种材料部分之间;和
(D)利用熔接模向缝线加热和加压,以熔结缝线并在不用钉合方式的情况下把两材料部分连接在一起。
根据本发明的一个方面,涂抹液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物中的至少一种是包括同时涂抹液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物的。
根据本发明的一个方面,两种材料部分的每一种都包括两层,一个外壳布层和一个可吸入的薄膜层。
根据本发明的一个方面,第一材料部分的第一表面为外壳布层和第二材料部分的第二表面为可吸入的薄膜层。
根据本发明的一个方面,两材料部分的每一种都包括三层,一外壳布层、一可吸入的薄膜层和一衬布层。
根据本发明的一个方面,第一材料部分的第一表面为外壳布层和第二材料部分的第二表面为第二材料部分的衬布层。
根据本发明的一个方面,加热加压包括利用金属熔接模向缝线加热加压。
根据本发明的一个方面,熔接模包括一在缝线处与各材料部分接触的表面,表面宽在0.25cm到1.75cm之间。

在本发明的另一个所示的实施方式中,为制造外衣服装提供了一种方法。这种方法包括提供第一外衣材料部分和第二多层外衣材料部分。第一材料部分包括构成第一材料部分的第一表面和非钉合的缝边缘,第二材料部分包括构成第二材料部分的第二表面和非钉合的缝边缘。提供一个粘结物质以粘结各材料部分。第一材料部分的缝边缘与第二材料部分的缝边缘重叠,这样第一材料部分的第一表面面向第二材料部分的第二表面,由此产生一非钉合的缝线,其中粘结物质沿缝线设置。利用熔结模向缝线加热加压,以熔结缝线和不用钉合方式而把两材料部分连接起来。
根据本发明的另一实施方式,提供一种制造外衣服装的方法。这种方法包括提供第一和第二外衣材料部分,每一材料部分包括一个缝线。一液体粘结剂和一薄层粘着物都被涂抹与第一材料部分的缝边缘上。第二材料部分的缝边缘与第一材料部分的缝边缘重叠,由此产生一缝线,其中液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物沿缝线涂抹在两种材料部分之间。最后一步包括利用一熔结模向缝线加热加压,以熔结缝线。

本发明所示的实施方式提供了一种服装(如外衣服装)连接缝的方法和用这种方法所制的外衣。至少在一个实施例中,在服装上形成的熔结缝没有用钉合方式并且没有用缝带来把缝连接在一起和/或提供防水作用。通常,熔结过程包括提供两种带边缘的材料部分,所带边缘在两材料部分之间形成一所希望的缝线。材料部分的边缘形状和所形成的缝线根据服装上所缝的位置、缝的功能和其他因素的不同而不同。沿所需要的缝线在两材料部分之间提供一种粘结物质。粘结物质可以在一种材料部分上或更多个材料部分上,当加热时,粘结物质把两材料部分粘到一起;或者用一种液体粘结剂(如胶水),或者用一种薄层粘着物(胶带),把这些粘结物放在所连接的材料部分之间。把粘结物沿缝线放在两材料部分之间,各材料部分然后以各种不同的方式重叠以形成一缝线。最后,向缝线加热加压一段时间,使两材料部分熔结在一起并形成一结合缝。为此,熔结缝线意味着至少要熔结两材料部分的相重叠在一起的那一部分。
在所示的一个实施例中,揭示了一种非钉合缝制服装的方法和用此方法所形成的外衣,其中所熔结的物质表面是由不同的物质组成,并且在熔结过程中,可以单独用一种液体粘结剂、一种薄层粘着物或者同时用这两种物质。在另一所示实施方式中,揭示了一种非钉合缝制外衣的方法和用此方法所形成的外衣,其中外衣物质有多层组成和多种缝合结构,并且这一过程包括同时用液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物。例如,这一过程可能需要将材料层与相同材料组成的相熔结也可能与不同材料组成的相熔结。在本发明的另一所示的实施方式中,揭示了一种非钉合熔结外衣服装的方法,其中熔结过程包括利用液体粘结剂、薄层粘着物中的一种或同时使用这两种物质,用一熔结模以所希望的不同缝线形状来熔结由不同物质组成的材料部分。同时液体粘结剂、薄层粘着物,熔结模也可以用于另一所示实施方式中来熔结外衣缝,其中外衣材料部分由多层和多个缝结构。实际所采用的材料组成、缝的结构和熔结程序要根据所做外衣的特性而定。
在本发明的一所示实施方式中,熔结缝形成于外衣服装重叠材料部分,其中不同组成的材料表面被熔结在一起。实施例所示的这种材料部分10可以是多层叠合的物质,例如图1所示的两层物质结构,其中所做服装的耗损层的外层为外壳织物层12,其叠合到内膜层14上。织物层12由可编织的纤维制成。膜层14可以是可渗透的或不可渗透的织物层或非织物层,并且可以提供防水保护,但充许水蒸汽透过膜层(即透气膜层)。
外部织物层12可以包括下述物质:尼龙、尼龙混合物、聚酰胺、多元酯纤维、多元酯纤维混合物、棉、棉混合物、毛、毛和丙烯酸混合物、尼龙和LYCR混合物、多元酯纤维和LYCR混合物或者其他已知的合适的物质。膜层14可以包括聚氨酯物质、多孔聚四氟乙烯(ePTFE)、或其他已知的合适的物质。另外,在材料部分生产之前或之后,把耐用的防水外层附加到织物外壳上,以进一步增强服装的防水性能。
在另一实施方式中,材料部分可以是如图2所示的有三层的多层相叠物质,其中衬布层16重叠在前面所描述的膜层14上,例如为防护膜层14免遭破坏。衬布层16可由多元酯纤维或其他合适的纤维物质制成。由于与穿衣者接触的是衬布层16而不是膜层14,所以衬布层16还可以增加穿衣者的舒适度。应当理解,层叠物质不局限于两层或三层物质,根据本发明可以选择合适层数的物质来制造外衣服装。应当理解,第一和第二材料部分不局限于两种相同层数的多层部分。例如,可以选择一种多层物质与一个单层材料部分相熔结,其中被熔结的两种材料部分的物质表面结构是不同的。还有另一实施例,可以选择两个单层材料部分熔结,其中,被熔结的两种材料部分的物质表面结构是不同的。另外还可能使一单层材料部分10(如图3所示)和多层材料部分结合,其中被熔结的物质表面有不同物质构成,这种组合也在本发明的保护范围之内。
一旦为服装选择好所需的物质材料,然后就是根据产品要求来制作所需尺寸和结构的材料部分。例如,各材料部分可用刀片(如钢片)剪切成与每一结构部分相应的形状。在另一实施例中,各材料部分可以用激光来切割。其他一些合适的剪切方式或形成材料部分的方式也在本发明的保护范围内。在形成材料部分时,与另一部分相接的每一部分在一个缝上形成一所期望的接缝区域,这一点将在下面进行详述。
所形成的各材料部分可以用重叠方式连接在一起,这样不同物质结构的材料部分的表面可以用如图4和图5所示的方式连接在一起。在图4中,由两层相叠物质形成的材料部分被连接起来,这样上材料部分的膜层14与下材料部分的外壳织物层12相连。在图5中,由三层相叠物质形成的材料部分被连接起来,这样上材料部分的衬布层16与下材料部分的外壳织物层12相连接。所以,在这一实施方式中,各材料部分是由具有不同物质构成的各材料部分的表面相连。这种缝合结构的优点是没那种用两种相同物质相粘所形成的折叠部分,结果形成一个需要材料更少、更平坦和不笨重的接缝。这种优点是与那种用具有相同物质结构的材料部分相连相比较所得出的,如那种用第一材料部分的外壳布层与第二材料部分的外壳布层相连的连接方式。
在连接材料部分之前,如图4和图5所示的一粘接物质20涂抹在两材料部分的至少一个的缝边缘上。为此目的,往材料部分上涂抹粘结物质包括直接向材料部分涂抹,也可以用其他方式。在一个实施方式中,形式为液体粘结剂20的粘结物质涂抹到被熔结的材料部分的至少一个边缘上。任何合适的液体粘结剂都可以被使用,如聚氨基胶。这种聚氨基胶可由台湾台北华江南坡材料厂提供。顺便提一下所示的两层和三层相叠的实施方式,当用如图4所示的两层相叠物质时,液体粘结剂可以涂抹到外壳织物层12或者膜层14上,或者两者上都抹;当用如图5所示的三层相叠物质时,液体粘结剂可以涂抹到外壳织物层12或者衬布层16上,或者两者上都抹。用网板印刷或其他合适的涂抹工序,将液体粘结剂刷在缝边缘上。刷到缝边缘上的液体粘结剂的量要依据所刷外衣服装的缝线的位置和尺寸、连接层的种类以及其他因素的不同而不同。例如,液体粘结物质可以刷0.1mm厚。
在另一实施方式中,如同粘结物质20的一薄层粘着物粘在要熔结的材料部分的至少一个上的缝边缘上。这种薄层粘着物可以为任何合适的片状粘着物质,当加热时,这种片状粘着物与材料部分表面相连。一种热塑性粘着薄膜(如由美国Benis公司提供的)是这种用在本发明连接结构上的一类样品。更特别地,聚氨酯膜、多元酯膜、或者尼龙粘结膜是典范的用于粘结缝边缘的薄层粘着物。薄层粘着物的厚度根据外衣缝合位置和尺寸的不同而不同,也根据所要连接的材料的不同而不同。在一个实施方式中,薄片粘着膜的厚度为0.1mm。
在另一实施方式中,液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物可以象粘结剂20那样同时涂抹于缝边缘上以粘结缝。液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物也可以这样涂抹于缝边缘上,如在连接两材料部分之前,先把液体粘结剂涂抹于缝边缘上,然后再把薄层粘着物粘于液体粘结剂上。诸如先将薄层粘着物粘于缝边缘上再把液体粘结剂涂抹于薄层粘着物上的方法也是能想到的。
在另一实施方式中,如图6所示的单层材料部分10也是用液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物同时粘结的。这种单层材料10可以是没有膜的单层织物、可以是尼龙制品、尼龙混合物、多元酯、多元酯混合物和其他一些公知的适用的织物。材料部分可以用如图6所示的重叠方式连接在一起,或用其他合适的接合结构。材料部分也可以包括耐用防水外层,并且所熔结材料部分可以用冲模、激光或其他切割方式来裁剪,以形成所期望的材料缝边缘。
如图7至9所示,示出了另一实施例的缝合结构,用一个折叠结构将相同物质构成的材料部分熔结在一起。在外衣缝熔结过程中,能够想到的其他缝合结构也在本发明的范围内,如同时利用液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物要么将不同材料构成的材料部分粘结在一起要么将相同材料构成的材料部分粘结在一起。
一旦各材料部分形成所希望的缝线并且将粘结剂涂抹到缝线上,再对缝线加热加压一段时间或保持一段时间,以熔结缝并将两材料部分以非钉合的方式连接在一起。用加热台板、压模或其他液压推动设备、气压、机电设备或其他设备向缝同时加热加压。熔结温度、所施压力大小和保持时间长短会根据诸如材料层的层数和种类、材料的厚度和外衣缝的位置这些因素的不同而变化。例如,所熔结的材料层越多或熔结的面积越大所需要的温度也就越高、压力也就越大和/或所需的熔结保持时间越长。除所列举的这些因素外,其他先前公知的因素也会影响熔结参数。
在一个实施方式中,在熔结过程中,液体粘结剂被用于粘结由尼龙外壳布层和聚氨酯膜层构成的双层材料部分。熔结过程需要加热压平器以获得温度范围在150至200℃之间,并且保持15至20秒种。向加热压平器所施压力可设定在大约每平方英寸60磅的标准压力。在熔结过程期间,依据缝的尺寸形状和周围气体温度,这个缝然后可冷却到10至25℃之间。加热、加压和冷却功能可以分别由一个加热器件(如一个电阻加热器、感应加热器等)、空气压力器件和作为加热压板一部分的冷却器件(如液体冷却系统)来完成。另外,缝冷却过程也可用空气提供给冷却器件的水或空气来方便完成。最终的熔结缝宽度在0.5至0.8cm之间,并且可粘结材料部分的所有重叠部分或者只是相重叠的部分。
在另一实施方式中,用薄层粘着物沿缝线来粘结包括尼龙外壳布层和聚氨酯膜层的材料部分。用薄层粘着物来熔结这样一种外衣缝需要用加热压板加热到150至220℃之间,并且要至少保持5秒钟。加热压板的压力可以由标准压力设定在大约每平方英寸40磅的空气压力器来实施。正如前面所述,熔结温度、保持时间和压力设置可以根据物质的组成和厚度、缝的位置或其他因素的不同而变化。
在本发明的另一所示的实施方式中,揭示了一种同时用液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物将具有多缝结构或若干物质层的外衣材料部分熔结在一起的方法,并揭示了用此方法缝制的外衣。用液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物来熔结这样一种外衣缝需要用加热压板加热到150至200℃之间,并且要至少保持10和20秒钟。加热压板的压力可以由标准压力设定在大约每平方英寸60磅的空气压力器来实施。
在本发明的另一所示的实施方式中,至少用一个熔结模来向用粘结剂粘结起来的而不是钉合起来的缝线加热加压。熔结模的结构可以沿缝的长度方向上同时施压,例如这种同时施压的长度要大于1英寸。在一个实施方式中,熔结模可以不包括一个在位于辊之间的夹处向缝施加压力的辊式压力板。如图10至13所示,熔结模40可由金属制造,并且可以根据所希望的缝线的尺寸和形状来确定其合适的形状。例如,根据外衣不同部分的熔结需要,熔结模40可以由黄铜、铝或不锈钢制成。应当理解,能用于做熔结模的材料并不仅仅是这里所描述的这些模材料,其也合适的金属或非金属材料也是可以的。
熔结模可以是用于直缝的直的,或者是弯的,或者是与所需的缝形状或弯曲度相匹配的形状。熔结模的尺寸可以根据不同的熔结应用而不同。本发明的一个实施方式中,熔结模的宽度在0.25cm至1.75cm之间,优选为宽1cm(即在熔结过程中与材料部分相接的表面),从支撑面往上的高度为2英寸,并且其长度可以根据外衣缝的位置和其他参数的不同而在3cm至125cm之间或更长。模的其他尺寸在熔结过程中也应该考虑。
在服装制作程序中,用熔结模的一个好处是熔结模能使缝对齐并为加热熔结提供一个集中的位置,也就是说限定在模的区域内。在服装制作程序中,用熔结模的另一个好处是如可以熔结弯曲缝。熔结模可以方便制造出平滑高质量的缝,而不象那种不用熔结模或其也设备而只用平面加热压板来试图让弯曲缝边缘对齐而留下的缝纫皱纹。用熔结模可以具有先前所期望的各种形式的优点。
在熔结程序中,与所需的缝形状相匹配的熔结模可以用若干方式与加热压板相连结。在一个实施方式中,如图14所示,一个单熔结模40与加热压板30的上面部分32相连结,而加热压板30的下面部分34包括一个平面,在熔结之前材料部分10放在这个面上。如前所述,材料部分这样安置,使所需的缝线与熔结模相配合。用加热压板加热器把熔结模加热到所需温度。然后可以用诸如机电的、液压的、或人力的方式向位于两压力部分之间的材料部分10施加一力,把加热压板30的上面部分32和下面部分34合到一起。施加一熔结温度和压力并保持一最小保持时间以在两材料部分之间产生一熔结缝。在图15所示的另一实施方式中,对置的熔结模40与加热压板30的两侧板36、38相连结,这样可以在熔结过程中对一个或两个熔结模加热,把加热压板的两侧板合到一起,把材料部分10夹在熔结模之间并沿缝线以两个熔结模的形状连接在一起。
在本发明的另一实施方式中,用与所需缝线形状相匹配的熔结模并同时用液体粘结剂和和薄层粘着物来粘结各种缝结构的外衣材料部分。在这一实施方式中,也如前面所述的实施方式那样,同时用液体粘结剂和和薄层粘着物把不同物质组成的材料部分粘结起来,或者也可以将相同物质组成的材料部分粘结起来。然而,在这一实施方式中,与所需要的缝线形状相匹配的熔结模被用于熔结过程中以产生缝熔结。熔结模可以是黄铜、铝、不锈钢或其他合适的物质,其形状可以根据所需缝线的形状的不同而不同。这些熔结模可以用于如图14或图15所描画的熔结应用中,或者用于其他本领域的技术人员所能想到的其他应用中。
以上已描述了本发明的某些实施方式,各种选择、修改和改善对那些本领域的技术人员来说是容易的。应当理解,选择除以上实施方式所示以外的不同的材料形状、缝结构和粘结剂也是可以的。另外,熔结程序的各参数,如熔结温度、压力、保持时间和各种特殊形状的熔经模的应用可以根据各种熔结应用的不同而相应变化。所以,所有这样的选择、修改、和改进都在本发明的保护范围内。所以,前面只是以实施例方式列举各种实现方式,而并不具有局限性。
Claims (14)
1.一种制造服装的方法,其包括下述步骤:
(A)提供第一和第二材料部分(10),每一材料部分包括一缝边缘;
(B)在至少第一材料部分的缝边缘上同时涂抹一种液体粘结剂和一薄层粘着物(20);
(C)将第一材料部分的缝边缘和第二材料部分的缝边缘重叠,这样产生一个缝线,其中液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物沿缝线放在两种材料部分之间;和
(D)向缝线加热和加压以使缝线熔结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中重叠步骤包括:
将第一材料部分的缝边缘和第二材料部分的缝边缘相重叠,以使第一材料部分的第一表面面向第二材料部分的第二表面,由此产生一无钉合的缝线,其特征是第一和第二表面由不同的物质构成。
3.一种制造服装的方法,其包括下述步骤:
(A)提供第一材料部分(10)和第二材料部分(10),第一材料部分包括第一材料构成的的第一表面和一个非钉合的缝边缘,第二材料表面包括第二材料构成的第二表面和一个非钉合的缝边缘;
(B)至少在第一材料部分的第一表面的缝边缘上涂抹一种液体粘结剂和一薄层粘着物(20)中的至少一种;
(C)将第一材料部分的缝边缘叠放在第二材料部分的缝边缘上,这样第一材料部分的第一表面面向第二材料部分的第二表面,由此就形成一个非钉合的缝线,其中至少将液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物中的一种沿缝线放在两种材料部分之间;和
(D)利用熔接模向缝线加热和加压,以熔结缝线并在不用钉合方式的情况下把两材料部分连接在一起。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于涂抹液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物中的至少一种,这种方式包括同时涂抹液体粘结剂和薄层粘着物。
5.根据权利要求1到4中的任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于每一材料部分包括两层:一外壳织物层(12)、和一可吸入膜层(14)。
6.根据权利要求2到5中的任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于第一材料部分的第一表面为外壳织物层(12)和第二材料部分的第二表面为可吸入膜层(14)。
7.根据权利要求1到5中的任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于每一材料部分包括三层:一外壳织物层(12)、和一可吸入膜层(14)、和一衬布层(16)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于第一材料部分的第一表面为外壳织物层(12)和第二材料部分的第二表面为第二材料部分的衬布层(16)。
9.根据权利要求1到8中的任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于加热和加压包括通过金属熔结模向缝线加热加压。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于熔结模包括一个在缝线处与材料部分相接触的表面,这个表面的宽度在0.25cm至1.75cm之间。
11.根据权利要求9到10中的任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于熔结模同时向超过3cm和直到至少125cm的长度方向上施压。
12.根据权利要求9到11中的任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于熔结模是弯曲的。
13.用权利要求1至12中任一权利要求所述的方法制造的一种外衣服装。
14.用权利要求1至12中任一权利要求所述的方法制造的一种服装。
