图1中的通气的寒冷天气服装可以通过从织物片(未示出)裁剪出用于服装的每个部分的第一内面板和对应的第二外面板来构造。适合于特定类型织物的粘性带可以沿着面板的预先确定的部分被放置在面板中的一个的内面上以形成具有期望形状的室。一旦粘性带被放在适当的位置,则第二面板可以以其内面面向粘性带而在具有粘性带的面板的顶部上对齐。然后,可以用足以活化粘性带以产生两个面板之间的结合的施加的力和/或能量把两个面板压到一起。粘性带可以通过热、或超声能量、或任何其他类型的施加的能量来活化。一旦织物被结合,则具有在每个粘性带区域之间的室130的接缝120被产生。接缝120可以沿着服装的长度(如示出)被间隔开,或接缝120可以沿着服装的宽度垂直于服装的长度纵长地被间隔开(未示出)。接缝120的间距可以变化,接缝的相对定向和/或接缝的形状同样可以变化,使室130能够呈不同的形状和/或大小。室130然后可以用羽绒或合成的隔热织物填充。取决于形成的室的大小和/或形状,室可以用羽绒或隔热纤维人工地或机械地填充。此外,如果室130是相对小的或不规则形状的,人工填充可以是优选的方法。接缝120可以在结合期间、在结合之后、和/或在填充室之后被穿孔。穿孔110可以使用激光切割机、超声切割机、和/或机械切割机来形成。多个穿孔110可以通过允许来自汗水的水蒸气逃离到外部环境来提供通气和水分管理。假如有合适的设备,接缝120可以在单一步骤中同时地被形成且被穿孔,虽然接缝和穿孔可以在分开的步骤中形成而不脱离本发明的范围。
在根据本发明的服装的不同的示例中,取决于使用的织物材料,接缝120可以不使用粘性带而产生。例如,如果织物已经具有粘合性质,或通过热、压力或超声能量是可焊接的,那么接缝120可以不使用粘性带而被产生并且穿孔。
图2A是接缝120的近视图。如上文描述形成的接缝120可以被呈现为直线(如所示)、曲线、波浪线或可以例如在形成室时是有用的并且同时在视觉上吸引人的任何其他形状。接缝120可以通过使用焊接组件和切割轮组件来机械穿孔,或可以用激光切割机、超声切割机和/或机械切割机来穿孔,以形成多个穿孔110。多个穿孔110可以具有相同的大小或不同的大小(如所示)。多个穿孔可以具有不同的形状,比如圆形(如所示)、三角形、矩形或期望的任何其他形状。多个穿孔110可以按照直线、曲线、锯齿形、或用于把多个穿孔110放置在接缝120上的任何其他适当的形状被均匀地隔开。此外,取决于单个穿孔的大小,在每个接缝上可以有多行穿孔。多个穿孔110可以沿着接缝120连续地呈现(如所示),或可以沿着接缝120间歇地呈现,或可以被仅仅策略性地放置在高汗水含量的区域中,比如沿着穿用者的背部、在穿用者的臂部下、在穿用者的腿部之间等。单个穿孔110的大小和出现率可以被确定,以提供最佳通气和透气性,同时仍然保持织物的结构完整性,并且保持高水平的隔热性。例如,在多个穿孔110中每个单个穿孔的宽度尺寸可以在从0.1mm-5mm的任何范围变化,并且从一边缘到另一边缘测量的每个单个穿孔之间的间距可以在从0.5mm-10mm的任何范围变化。穿孔的其他大小和/或间距可以被使用而不脱离本发明的范围。
图2B是接缝220的近视图。如上文描述形成的接缝220可以被呈现为直线(如所示)、曲线、波浪线或可以是例如在形成室时有用的并且同时在视觉上吸引人的任何其他形状。接缝220可以通过使用焊接组件和切割轮组件来机械穿孔,可以用激光切割机、超声切割机和/或机械切割机来穿孔,或可以以任何其他方式被穿孔,以形成多个穿孔210。多个穿孔210可以具有相同的大小(如所示)、或不同的大小。多个穿孔可以具有不同的形状,比如圆形(如所示)、三角形、矩形或期望的任何其他形状。多个穿孔210可以按照直线、曲线、锯齿形或用于把多个穿孔210放置在接缝220上的任何其他适当的形状被均匀地隔开。此外,取决于单个穿孔的大小,在每个接缝上可以有多行穿孔。例如,如见于图2B中,可以有三行穿孔210,其中中间行的穿孔210可以或可以不从第一行和第三行的穿孔偏移。在中间行的穿孔210偏移的情况下(如所示),偏置距离可以从0mm-10mm的任何范围变化,或为适合于最终产品中的期望的性能和设计的任何其他距离。虽然在本示例中只有中间行是偏移的,但是行中的全部可以是偏移的或没有行可以是偏移的,或如果存在更多行的穿孔,那么不同的行可以被选择为是偏移的。多个穿孔210可以沿着接缝220连续地呈现(如所示),或可以沿着接缝220间歇地呈现,或可以被仅仅策略性地放置在高汗水含量的区域中,比如沿着穿用者的背部、在穿用者的臂部下、在穿用者的腿部之间,等等。单个穿孔210的大小和出现率可以被确定,以提供期望水平的通气和透气性,同时仍然保持织物的结构完整性并且保持期望水平的隔热性。例如,可以获得在使用轻的织物/纺织品和羽绒填充物的服装中的期望量的通气、透气性、结构完整性以及隔热性,其中在多个穿孔210中每个单个穿孔的宽度尺寸在从0.1mm-5mm的任何范围变化,并且从一个边缘到另一个边缘测量的每个单个穿孔之间的间距在从0.5mm-10mm的任何范围变化,虽然其他大小和构造在本发明的范围之内。
测量服装(比如根据本发明的服装)的透气性的量的一种方式可以是通过进行热板转移试验,该热板转移试验允许测量对纺织品或服装的蒸发转移的抗性。从试验中获得的抗性数越低,有越少的对蒸发的抗性,并且因此在给定的量的时间中穿过服装发生的蒸发越多。在热板转移试验中,根据本发明的服装可以被示出具有比未穿孔的服装更低的对蒸发转移的抗性。
参考示出了服装的具有全部新颖特征的小部分的成角度的横截面视图300的图3,服装结构可以变得更明显。根据本发明的服装可以由第一内面板310和第二外面板320来构造。接缝120和室130可以如参考图1的上文描述来产生。室然后可以用填充物330(比如羽绒或合成纤维)来填充。
现在参考图4,提供了根据本发明的不同的寒冷天气服装400的前视图。如同图1的寒冷天气服装100一样,图4中的通气的寒冷天气服装100可以由常规的合成织物或天然织物制造。织物可以是防水且防羽绒的,或可选择地比如在超轻织物(29g/m2或更低)和轻量织物(89g/m2-30g/m2)的情况下,织物可能需要用防水且防羽绒的化学品来处理,比如例如被称为DWR(耐久防水处理)的化学处理。
在图4中的寒冷天气服装可以按照类似于关于图1中示出的服装的上文描述的方式的方式来构造以形成接缝420以产生容纳填充材料的室,其中在接缝420中形成多个穿孔410。接缝420还可以通过沿着其上边缘/上边界510和/或下边缘/下边界520添加缝合470来加固,如可以在图5的近视图中看出的。
缝合470可以机械地和/或手工地来施加,并且可以使用任何类型的线,无论是天然的还是合成的。缝合470可以在施加压力和/或能量之前或之后被施加以形成接缝420。同样地,缝合470可以在穿孔410之前或之后和/或在室430被填充之前或之后被施加。
参考示出了具有服装的全部新颖特征的小部分的成角度的横截面视图600的图6,服装结构可以变得更明显。根据本发明的服装可以由第一内面板620和第二外面板610来构造。接缝420和室430可以如参考图4的上文描述而产生。室然后可以用填充物630(比如羽绒或合成纤维)来填充。
可选择地,在根据本发明的服装的另一不同的示例中,接缝420可以通过完全省略粘性带层来产生。换句话说,接缝420可以简单地通过沿着上接缝边界510和下接缝边界520缝合470来产生。多个穿孔410然后可以被放置在缝合的边界之间。这种示例可以参考图5来更好地描绘。
根据本发明的服装中的隔热室可以通过在每个接缝处焊接分开的数片织物来形成,或如早前讨论的,可以通过在策略性位置中按压具有粘性带的两个整个的面板来在两个面板之间形成。如果室通过在每个接缝处焊接分开的数片织物来形成,那么这将允许通过在服装的不同部分处引入不同类型的织物来引入不同的织构、颜色或功能。
此外,在图1和图4的示例中示出的通气的寒冷天气隔热服装示例是通气的寒冷天气夹克或外套。然而,根据本发明的隔热的通气的服装还可以以背心、裤子、工装裤、手套、帽子等的形式构造。图7是根据本发明的示例背心700。如图7中所见,背心700可以具有带有多个穿孔710的接缝720,该接缝720形成隔热室740,该隔热室740可以用羽绒或诸如聚酯纤维的任何其他隔热材料来填充。背心700可以具有或可以不具有用于加固接缝的沿着接缝720的边缘的缝合部。背心700可以作为轻量的可透气的隔热服装例如被跑步者使用。
根据前面所述,将看出的是,本发明是被很好适合于实现上文陈述的所有目标和目的连同对于结构是固有的并且明显的其他优点的发明。
应理解的是,某些特征和子组合具有实用性并且可以不需参考其他特征和子组合而被利用。这被权利要求的范围预期并且在权利要求的范围之内。
因为多种可能的实施方案可以由本发明作出而不脱离其范围,因此应理解的是,本文陈述的或附图中示出的所有内容应被理解成例证性的并且不具有限制意义。
Claims (21)
1.一种寒冷天气通气的服装,包括:第一内面板;对应于所述第一内面板的第二外面板;在预先确定的位置处的多个接缝,所述多个接缝连接所述第一内面板和所述第二外面板;多个室,所述多个室在所述多个接缝之间在所述第一内面板和所述第二外面板之间形成;被包含在内部的隔热填充材料;以及沿着所述多个接缝的至少一部分的多个穿孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的寒冷天气通气的服装,其中所述第一面板和所述第二面板包括重量为89g/m2或更少的织物/纺织品。
3.如权利要求1所述的寒冷天气通气的服装,其中所述隔热填充材料是羽绒。
4.如权利要求1所述的寒冷天气通气的服装,其中所述隔热填充材料是合成纤维。
5.如权利要求1所述的寒冷天气通气的服装,其中结合所述第一面板和所述第二面板的所述接缝利用通过施加能量来活化的粘性带来产生。
6.如权利要求1所述的寒冷天气通气的服装,其中所述接缝通过缝合来加固。
7.一种制造通气的寒冷天气服装的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:裁剪出用于所述服装的每个部分的第一内面板和对应的第二外面板;在所述面板中的一个面板的内面上沿着所述面板的预先确定的部分放置粘性带并且把另一个面板放置在上部,其中所述另一个面板的内面面朝下;通过施加能量和压力以活化所述粘性带来把两个面板结合到一起,导致沿着带区域的接缝和所述接缝之间的室;对所述接缝的至少一部分进行穿孔;以及用隔热材料填充所述室。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述隔热填充材料是羽绒。
9.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述隔热填充材料是合成纤维。
10.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中被施加以活化所述粘性带的能量是热能。
11.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中被施加以活化所述粘性带的能量是超声能量。
12.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述穿孔步骤和所述结合步骤被同时进行。
13.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述穿孔步骤在所述结合步骤之后进行。
14.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述穿孔步骤在填充所述室的步骤之后进行。
15.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中在把两个面板结合到一起之后产生的所述接缝还通过沿着所述接缝的下边缘沿着所述接缝的长度添加缝合来加固。
16.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中在把两个面板结合到一起之后产生的所述接缝还通过沿着所述接缝的上边缘沿着所述接缝的长度添加缝合来加固。
17.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中在把两个面板结合到一起之后产生的所述接缝还通过沿着所述接缝的上边缘和下边缘沿着所述接缝的长度添加缝合来加固。
18.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中穿孔沿着所述接缝连续地形成。
19.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中穿孔沿着所述接缝间歇地形成。
20.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中不同大小的穿孔被形成。
21.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中不同形状的穿孔被形成。
