Abstract
本发明涉及一种生产机织物的方法,特别是生产气囊织物,应用多相织机按下述步骤生产:在一台多相织机上,将长丝纱组成的经纱和纬纱织成织物,这里经纱是使用高收缩型的纱,纬纱是用中收缩至低收缩型的纱,织物然后经过水收缩和/或热收缩的整理。
Description
本发明涉及一种机织物的生产方法,特别是应用一台多相织机或多梭口织机生产气囊织物。
例如从WO96/38 610的专利中得知一种带引纬器的多梭口织机,引纬器配备有嵌入器和梳板,当纬纱准备处的纬纱都喂入到梭口内时,该带衬纱梳的梳板进到经纱的外围,即穿行过自一个装料站至一个打纬点的梭口,梳板将已引入的纬纱打纬到已形成的织物的打纬点。应用此工艺可以获得一种特别均匀的经纬纱交织。这样能使织物的物理性能在整个织物幅宽较为均匀,不产生正面-中间-反面-花纹效应(Links-Mitte-Rechts-Effekt)。
同时引入纬纱最多以四根纱为例,每分钟的入纬率可高达到至5000米/分。这种极高织造速率使织布较为经济。在该工艺条件下,多梭口织机生产出的材料是一种机械打纬不够紧密的机织物。
因此,本发明的任务是,建议应用多相或多梭口织机生产一种机织物的方法及该织物本身,这种织物密度适合应用作气囊织物和一般织物。
此任务可根据权利要求1的方法来实现。其优点是,经纱使用一种高收缩型的纱,在织物整理过程时经过水收缩和/或热收缩也提高纬纱密度。如果纬纱采用一种中等收缩至低收缩型纱,收缩运动是在水收缩和/或热缩过程在交织点以非对称形式进行,而最终成品织物具有对称的经、纬向纱线密度,因此除了透气性以外,具有其他相同于传统织物的经、纬向物理性能。根据在多梭口织机上的一种工艺生产的非对称织出的坯布,通过整理实现一种对称结构的纺织平面,能满足气囊织物对密度和对称性的要求。
根据权利要求1的方法,优选地这样改进,即应用热风收缩率为8-14%的长丝纱作为经纱和应用热风收缩率为1-5%的长丝纱作为纬纱。使用这两种类型纱得到的最终产品具有均匀性极好的织物,特别适用于作气囊织物。
为了更好理解本发明,下面举例说明该生产工艺。
从WO96/38 610可知的织造概念,在一台多相或多梭口织机上可生产长丝纱作为经纬纱组成的织物。
引纬是按行列,四个依次形成的梭口,借助空气喷嘴在相同速度下进行,因此不产生峰值应力。分段引入的多根纬纱在引纬槽中通过引纬器的运行到达到织物边缘。该处出现的下梭口将部分已交织的纬纱从引纬槽提升通过整个织造宽度并由各个相继的梳板打纬。为了达到最终产品所要求的密度,依据本发明,建议在坯布整理时,采取水收缩和热收缩相联合以及有目的选择经纱和纬纱来获得用作气囊织物所适合的织物质量。
根据本发明,通过有控制的选择一种高收缩型纱作经纱和选择一种中等收缩至低收缩型的纱作纬纱,这种不对称的成品织物在整理过程时由于非对称产生的收缩过程使最终产品形成对称的织物。在整理时发生在交织点上的收缩运动是按非对称形式进行,结果是成品布具有对称的经纬纱密度,因此除了透气性以外还具有其他经纬向的物理性能。一匹非对称织出的坯布,通过整理会变成一块对称结构的纺织品表面。很明显的优点是,在不超越纱断裂负荷的机械-物理极限下,入纬率要比使用空气喷嘴引纬的丝光织造工艺高出一倍以上,而不合有工艺条件所造成的打纬不紧密的缺陷,因为织布经过整理,上述的不均匀性已被消除。
总的来说,采用本发明的方法,也可以在一台现代化的多梭口织机上生产均匀的,特别用作气囊的织物以及这种方法能够充分利用多梭口织造工艺可能提供的优点。
Claims (3)
1.一种生产机织物,特别是气囊织物的方法,使用一台多相织机按下述步骤生产:
a)在多相织机上将长丝纱组成的经纱纬纱织成织物,其中经纱是使用一种高收缩型纱,纬纱是使用一种中收缩至低收缩型纱,
b)织物再经水和/或热收缩整理。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,采用热风收缩率为8-14%的长丝纱作为经纱以及采用热风收缩率为1-5%的长丝纱作为纬纱。
3.织物,特别是气囊织物,其特征在于,根据权利要求1或2中的一项方法生产。
