Abstract

本实用新型提供一种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，由经丝和纬丝编织而成，所述纬丝数量保持不变，局部的经丝数量大于纬丝数量形成局部加密区。本实用新型提供的该种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，其实现在同一块布面中，不影响塑料编织布整体重量及编织工艺的情况下，有效的预防塑料编织布边缘破裂脱丝，增强了局部的拉力强度，延长了塑料编织布的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种编织布，特别是涉及一种塑料编织布。
背景技术
塑料编织布由经丝纬丝编织而成，现有产品其经丝数量与纬丝数量在同一位置上是相同的密度，例如在一平方英寸内，经丝数量10根，纬丝数量10，塑料编织布的密度为10*10，在同一块塑料编织布上，经丝纬丝的数量及宽度、厚度应该是固定的，其整体的拉力强度及耐磨程度是一样的。在编织过程中，因反复摩擦，会出现边缘脱丝的情况；或者在使用过程中，因使用方式不同，局部承重不同，容易造成局部拉力过大而使局部编织布破裂的情况，目前解决上述问题的解决方案普遍为在局部增加丝的厚度和提高丝的克重，来预防因摩擦造成的脱丝和局部受力过大造成的破裂，但这样会使布卷整体克重增加，生产成本及使用成本增加。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上问题，本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，有效的预防塑料编织布边缘破裂脱丝和局部受力过大造成的破裂，延长塑料编织布的使用寿命。
为了达到以上目的，本实用新型提供的一种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，由经丝和纬丝编织而成，所述纬丝数量保持不变，局部的经丝数量大于纬丝数量形成局部加密区。
进一步的，所述局部加密区位于塑料编织布的边缘处。
进一步的，所述局部加密区的经丝纬丝编织密度为(A+2)*A。
进一步的，所述局部加密区的经丝纬丝编织密度为(A+4)*A。
进一步的，所述局部加密区位于塑料编织布的边缘3.5CM范围内。
进一步的，所述局部加密区位于塑料编织布的边缘5CM范围内。
进一步的，所述局部加密区位于塑料编织布的中间区域。
进一步的，所述局部加密区的经丝纬丝编织密度为(A+1)*A。
进一步的，所述局部加密区位于距离塑料编织布两个边缘的15CM处。
进一步的，所述局部加密区位于距离塑料编织布两个边缘的20CM处。
本实用新型提供的该种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，其实现在同一块布面中，不影响塑料编织布整体重量及编织工艺的情况下，有效的预防塑料编织布边缘破裂脱丝，增强了局部的拉力强度，延长了塑料编织布的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及附图对本实用新型的技术方案进一步说明，但不做对其的限定：
塑料编织布在生产、运输时，基本采用布卷形式，在使用时，将布卷伸开，滚动。因塑料编织布是由经丝、纬丝编织而成，所以在反复摩擦时，会造成边缘脱丝。在使用时，如果局部承重，会因局部承重点突然受力，布面破裂，导致整体布面无法使用。
本实用新型提供的该种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，其在局部增加经丝的数量，达到在特定的位置，使经丝纬丝的编织密度与其他位置不同，为预防边缘脱丝，可以边缘处改变经丝的宽度，增加经丝数量，达到经丝纬丝编织密度加大，预防边缘脱丝的效果；亦或者为了增加特定位置的拉力强度，增加产品使用寿命，在纬丝宽度数量不变的情况下，增加经丝数量，局部编织时，两条经丝，一条纬丝。从而在不影响塑料编织布整体重量及编织工艺的情况下，达到产品适用性能优化的效果。
实施例1
如图1所示，本实施例提供的局部编织加密的塑料编织布，由经丝1和纬丝 2编织而成，其普通区域3的经丝1数量与纬丝2数量在同一位置上是比例相同的密度，但为了增加产品的耐磨程度，预防因摩擦造成的脱丝现象，在布面边缘位置增加经丝的数量，增加经丝的数量，形成局部加密区4。特别注意的是，局部加密区4可以根据实际需要进行调整，例如在布面两个边缘3.5CM处或者在布面两个边缘5CM处等。
实施例2
如图2所示，本实施例提供的局部编织加密的塑料编织布，由经丝1和纬丝2编织而成，其普通区域3的经丝1数量与纬丝2数量在同一位置上是相同的密度，但为了增加产品的局部的拉力强度，预防产品因在某一特定位置受力点增加而破裂的现象，在特定位置增加经丝1的数量，形成局部加密区4。例如图中所示，两根经丝1一根纬丝2编织而成，局部增加密度，不影响产品整体效果及克重。特别注意的是，局部加密区4可以根据实际需要进行调整，例如在距离布面两个边缘15CM处或者在距离布面两个边缘20CM处等。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，其特征在于，所述局部加密区位于塑料编织布的边缘3.5CM范围内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，其特征在于，所述局部加密区位于塑料编织布的边缘5CM范围内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，其特征在于，所述局部加密区位于塑料编织布的中间区域。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种局部编织加密的塑料编织布，其特征在于，所述局部加密区位于距离塑料编织布两个边缘的15CM处。
