背景技术
近几年来由于各工业部门的发展以及对环境保护要求的提高，因此各类袋式除尘器得到大量使用，这使产业用布中的过滤布得到了很大发展，目前的过滤布主要常规品种有以涤纶、丙纶等为主原料的机织布，以玻璃纤维为主原料的机织布，以涤纶、丙纶等为原料的非织造布，布膜复合布，过滤净化的原理决定了过滤布需要能承受巨大的张力，当过滤面积超大时，对过滤布张力的要求也越高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种强度高、过滤性能优越、耐久性好的一种强力过滤布。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的采用的技术方案是：该一种强力过滤布，采用经丝和纬丝交织而成，经丝包括甲经及乙经，纬丝包括甲纬及乙纬，所述经丝按5根甲经和2根乙经排列，如此反复，所述纬丝按6根甲纬和2根乙纬排列，如此反复。
所述甲经及甲纬均为聚苯硫醚纤维。
所述乙经及乙纬均为聚四氟乙烯纤维。
所述的经丝的捻度为800捻/米，选用S捻，克重为162g/m。
所述的纬丝的捻度为600捻/米，选用S捻，克重为152g/m。
本实用新型相比现有技术所具有的优点：
1、本实用新型采用不同材质的纱线以一定比例混织而成，因此该布可以同时拥有两种材质的特性，增加布的实用范围，提高布的各项性能指标，在节省成本的情况下提高使用寿命。
2、本实用新型以聚苯硫醚纤维作为基础加入聚四氟乙烯纤维作为加强筋，有效提升布的张力。

所述甲经1及甲纬3均为聚苯硫醚纤维。
所述乙经2及乙纬4均为聚四氟乙烯纤维。
所述的经丝的捻度为800捻/米，选用S捻，克重为162g/m。
所述的纬丝的捻度为600捻/米，选用S捻，克重为152g/m。
