Abstract

本发明提供一种猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其主要加工过程包括猪原皮经脱脂、脱毛工艺处理,再经劈皮取其中第一、二、三、四层生皮料,再经脱脂、漂洗、晒干成为成品皮,成品皮再经裁切、浸泡、塑编成形、烘干成为皮制成型品或再经粉碎、加粘合剂搅拌、模压成形、烘干成为粘制成型品,皮制成型品或粘制成型品经薰烤工艺实现加色、加味目的得到成品猪皮狗咬胶,这种加工方法可以明显改善猪皮狗咬胶的颜色、气味。

Description

一种猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法
本发明涉及一种皮制宠物食品的加工方法。
皮制宠物食品属于一种宠物食品,皮制宠物食品在本行业中又称狗咬胶,该产品在日本、美国、英国、澳大利亚等发达国家具有巨大的市场需求,年销售额可达数十亿美元,该产品主要生产于巴西、泰国、中国等国家并向需求国出口,我国的狗咬胶生产企业主要分布于温州平阳县水头镇周围,因为水头镇拥有全国最大的猪、牛皮制革基地,为狗咬胶生产提供原料保证,狗咬胶由原皮经脱脂、脱毛工艺处理,再经劈皮取其中第一、二、三、四层生皮料,再经脱脂、漂洗、晒干成为成品皮,成品皮再经裁切、浸泡、塑编成形、烘干、加色、加味得到皮制品狗咬胶;而成品皮经粉碎、加粘合剂搅拌、模压成形、烘干、加色、加味则得到粘制品狗咬胶,即狗咬胶由加工工艺不同可分为皮制品狗咬胶和粘制品狗咬胶两种。此外狗咬胶按原材料的不同还可分为牛皮狗咬胶和猪皮狗咬胶,其中由于牛皮的毛孔细,油脂少的特点,使得牛皮狗咬胶具有表面细滑、亮泽、易染成各种颜色、浸成多种香味的优点,前面所述的加色、加味工艺即为用食品颜料、味素直接作用于成型品表面的方法非常适用于牛皮狗咬胶。而猪皮由于毛孔粗、富含油脂,使得猪皮狗咬胶的外观粗糙、呆板、无光泽、呈粉白色,有原皮味和生油味,且又无法染色及加味,因为其油腻表面极难吸附色素和味素。所以虽然猪皮狗咬胶具有原料充分、成本极低(相对牛皮)的巨大优势,但由于猪皮狗咬胶难以通过目前通用的加色、加味的方法改变其不受欢迎的颜色和气味,使得牛皮狗咬胶占据了狗咬胶市场的绝大部分市场份额而猪皮狗咬胶只占有极少的市场份额。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能彻底改变猪皮狗咬胶原有颜色和气味的猪皮狗咬胶加工方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是这样的:将猪皮狗咬胶的半成品即皮制成型品或粘制成型品用薰烤工艺实现加色加味的目的。
前面所述的技术解决方案可以为:一种猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其主要加工过程包括猪原皮经脱脂、脱毛工艺处理,再经劈皮取其中第一、二、三、四层生皮料,再经脱脂、漂洗、晒干成为成品皮,成品皮再经裁切、浸泡、塑编成形、烘干成为皮制成型品,皮制成型品经薰烤工艺实现加色、加味目的得到成品猪皮狗咬胶。
前面所述的技术解决方案也可以为:一种猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其主要加工过程包括猪原皮经脱脂、脱毛工艺处理,再经劈皮取其中第一、二、三、四层生皮料,再经脱脂、漂洗、晒干成为成品皮,成品皮再经粉碎、加粘合剂搅拌、模压成形、烘干成为粘制成型品,粘制成型品经薰烤工艺实现加色、加味目的得到成品猪皮狗咬胶。
由于猪皮成型品的皮料毛孔粗、烟气易透,相对于其它皮料如牛皮等更容易吸热及吸附烟气,与烟气结合后会有很好的嗅觉效果,同时猪皮成型品的表面多油脂,当通用的直接加色、加味工艺无法见效的情况下,利用表面油脂受热后熔化,使烟气在多油的情况下能作用于成型品,使之着色的同时还具有闪亮的光泽,而此前由于牛皮狗咬胶的皮料毛孔细、油脂较少适于用直接加色、加味工艺进行加工,并且多年来形成了一种行业思维定式或称思维惯性,一想到改变狗咬胶的气味、颜色就往直接的加色、加味工艺上靠即用食品颜料、味素直接作用于成型品表面,使得猪皮狗咬胶虽然具有原料、成本的巨大优势(尤其在我国浙江温州水头镇)却因用通用的直接加色、加味工艺无法改善其不受欢迎的颜色和气味使得多年来猪皮狗咬胶的市场份额一直极低,而本发明所提出的薰烤工艺简单、巧妙,并且有效地解决了猪皮狗咬胶加工的一道难题,猪皮的天然特性和薰烤工艺的独特效果之间犹如隔着薄薄的一层纸,在发明人的一指捅开后,二者水到渠成,因此本发明将会为猪皮狗咬胶顺利受欢迎地进入市场起到关键作用,本发明所提供的薰烤工艺除了具有加色、加味的效果外,还同时彻底解决了该产品原有的油腻重不易加工、易受潮霉变,导致在出入境检验时难以达标的问题。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明:
图1为本发明所提供的薰烤设备的结构图。
其中:1、烟雾发生器;2、薰笼;3、笼架;4、笼盖;5、通气孔;6、薰料。
为了改变猪皮狗咬胶原有的不受欢迎的颜色和气味,将皮制成型品或粘制成型品置于如图1所示的包括烟雾发生器1、薰笼2、笼架3、笼盖4在内的薰烤设备中笼架3的上方,将薰料6置于烟雾发生器1内,加热烟雾发生器1使薰料6因受热和缺氧碳化而产生热烟雾,热烟雾上升并穿过通气孔5至笼盖4随后缓慢回落至笼架3并和笼架3上的成型品接触结合达到改变猪皮狗咬胶颜色和气味的目的,在热烟雾上升和回落的过程中热烟雾的温度是逐渐下降的,烟雾发生器1和笼架3之间的距离以及笼架3和笼盖4之间的距离的存在使得热烟雾经上升和回落过程降温后在和成型品结合作用时温度不会过高而将成型器烧焦。
由于猪皮狗咬胶成型品在被薰烤加工时,所承受的温度不能过高也不能过低,否则容易被烧焦或因烟气温度不够而薰不出效果,因此发明人经过多次实验归纳出当薰笼直径在50cm至120cm范围内时,烟雾发生器至笼架的距离大于20cm可以使烟雾在第一次到达被薰物时至少上升了20cm的距离从而使烟雾温度不会过高并避免烧焦被薰物;笼架至笼盖的距离小于25cm可以使烟雾在触顶后回落的长度不会大长从而使烟雾在回落后与被薰物接触并相互作用时温度不会过低从而保证能薰出效果,在薰烤过程中被薰物是在烟雾上升触顶并回落至被薰物所在高度时才和烟雾进行充分的接触反应。在图1中薰笼直径Φ、烟雾发生器至笼架的距离α、笼架至笼盖的距离β分别为78cm、30cm、15cm,则所得到的薰烤设备能较好地完成薰烤功能。
在薰烤工艺中所使用的薰料主要由一种淀粉类薰料如番薯丝或谷糠或大米和另一种糖类薰料如赤砂糖或原糖或黄糖或土制片糖组合而成,而且当淀粉类薰料的质量占所有薰料总质量的百分之五十五至百分之六十五,糖类薰料的质量占所有薰料总质量的百分之四十五至百分之三十五时,薰烤加工的效果较好,在薰烤过程中薰料中的淀粉、糖等主要成分由于过热和缺氧而炭化,产生一种具有糖和淀粉被烤熟之香甜味的烟气,笼内较高的温度也使成型品的表层部分被烤熟,其分子运动剧烈,与含有糖和淀粉成分的烟气很好地结合,改变成型品的颜色、气味和味道,使其具有金黄色及香中略带甜的诱人气味。发明人经长期摸索得出,由番薯丝和赤砂糖组成,且番薯丝占总质量的百分之六十、赤砂糖占总质量的百分之四十的薰料使用效果比较满意。

Claims (10)

1、一种猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其主要加工过程包括猪原皮经脱脂、脱毛工艺处理,再经劈皮取其中第一、二、三、四层生皮料,再经脱脂、漂洗、晒干成为成品皮,成品皮再经裁切、浸泡、塑编成形、烘干成为皮制成型品,其特征在于:皮制成型品经薰烤工艺实现加色、加味目的得到成品猪皮狗咬胶。
2、根据权利要求1所述的猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其特征在于:其中的薰烤工艺是利用包括烟雾发生器(1)、薰笼(2)、笼架(3)、笼盖(4)在内的薰烤设备,将成型品置于笼架(3)上方,将薰料置于烟雾发生器(1)内,加热烟雾发生器(1)使薰料因受热和缺氧碳化而产生热烟雾、热烟雾上升至笼盖(4)随后缓慢回落至笼架(3)并和笼架(3)上的成型品接触结合得到成品猪皮狗咬胶。
3、根据权利要求2所述的猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其特征在于:当薰笼(2)直径大于50cm并小于120cm时,烟雾发生器(1)至笼架(3)的距离不小于20cm,笼架(3)至笼盖(4)的距离不大于25cm。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其特征在于:薰料由一种淀料类薰料如番薯丝或谷糠或大米和另一种糖类薰料如赤砂糖或原糖或黄糖或土制片糖组合而成,其中淀料类薰料的质量占所有薰料总质量的百分之五十五至百分之六十五,糖类薰料的质量占所有薰料总质量的百分之四十五至百分之三十五。
5、根据权利要求4所述的猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其特征在于:薰料由番薯丝和赤砂糖组合而成,其中番薯丝占总质量的百分之六十,赤砂糖占总质量的百分之四十。
6、一种猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其主要加工过程包括猪原皮经脱脂、脱毛工艺处理,再经劈皮取其中第一、二、三、四层生皮料,再经脱脂、漂洗、晒干成为成品皮,成品皮再经粉碎、加粘合剂搅拌、模压成形、烘干成为粘制成型品,其特征在于:粘制成型品经薰烤工艺实现加色、加味目的得到成品猪皮狗咬胶。
7、根据权利要求6所述的猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其特征在于:其中的薰烤工艺是利用包括烟雾发生器(1)、薰笼(2)、笼架(3)、笼盖(4)在内的薰烤设备,将成型品置于笼架(3)上方,将薰料置于烟雾发生器(1)内,加热烟雾发生器(1)使薰料因受热和缺氧碳化而产生热烟雾、热烟雾上升至笼盖(4)随后缓慢回落至笼架(3)并和笼架(3)上的成型品接触结合得到成品猪皮狗咬胶。

10、根据权利要求9所述的猪皮狗咬胶的加工方法,其特征在于:薰料由番薯丝和赤砂糖组合而成,其中番薯丝占总质量的百分之六十,赤砂糖占总质量的百分之四十。
