一种猪皮狗咬胶的薰烤装置
本实用新型涉及猪皮狗咬胶的薰烤加工的装置，其中猪皮狗咬胶即为一种皮制宠物食品。
现有的猪皮狗咬胶加工的最后一道工序加色、加味工序习惯于用食品颜料、味素直接作用于猪皮狗咬胶的半成品表面，但由于猪皮狗咬胶的半成品表面的油性很重，导致加工效果很差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种在加工猪皮狗咬胶的过程中能取代原有的加色、加味工艺的薰烤工艺的专用装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样的：一种猪皮狗咬胶的薰烤装置，其中薰烤装置主要由烟雾发生器、薰笼、笼架、笼盖组成，烟雾发生器、薰笼、笼盖围成一个封闭空间，笼架将封闭空间分成上、下两部分，笼架上设有通气孔。
由于上述技术解决方案中，烟雾发生器、薰笼、笼盖构成一个封闭空间，笼架上设有通气孔，将关成品放在笼架上方、薰料置于烟雾发生器内，加热烟雾发生器使薰料因受热和封闭缺氧碳化而产生热烟雾，热烟雾会上升并穿过通气孔至笼盖随后缓慢回落至笼架并和笼架上的半成品充分接触反应结合达到改变猪皮狗咬胶颜色和气味的目的，因此该薰烤装置所实现的薰烤工艺能较好地取代原有的加色、加味工艺。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明：
图1为本实用新型所提供的薰烤装置的结构图。
其中：1、烟雾发生器；2、薰笼；3、笼架；4、笼盖；5、通气孔；6、薰料。
如图所示，猪皮狗咬胶的薰烤装置主要由烟雾发生器1、薰笼2、笼架3、笼盖4组成，烟雾发生器1、薰笼2、笼盖4围成一个封闭空间，笼架3将封闭空间分成上、下两部分，笼架3上设有通气孔5。将半成品放在笼架上方、薰料置于烟雾发生器内，加热烟雾发生器使薰料因受热和封闭缺氧碳化而产生热烟雾，热烟雾会上升并穿过通气孔至笼盖随后缓慢回落至笼架并和笼架上的半成品充分接触反应结合达到改变猪皮狗咬胶颜色和气味的目的。
为了更好地实现本实用新型的目的，发明人经过多次实验归纳出当薰笼直径在50cm至120cm范围内时，烟雾发生器1至笼架3的距离应大于20cm，笼架3至笼盖4的距离应小于25cm。以上内容的技术内含是：当薰笼直径在通常使用的尺寸范围内时，烟雾发生器1至笼架3之间要至少确保一定的高度差使烟雾温度不会过高而烧焦被薰物，笼架3至笼盖4之间要确保不超过某一高度差使烟雾回落后温度不会过低而薰不出效果，同时使薰烤装置在形状上基本上保持上半部短下半部长的形状效果(以笼架3为界)。
在图1中，当薰笼2直径φ、烟雾发生器1至笼架3的距离α、笼架3至笼盖4的距离β分别为78cm、30cm、15cm时，则所得到的薰烤装置能较好地完成薰烤功能。

1、一种猪皮狗咬胶的薰烤装置，其特征在于：薰烤装置主要由烟雾发生器(1)、薰笼(2)、笼架(3)、笼盖(4)组成，烟雾发生器(1)、薰笼(2)、笼盖(4)围成一个封闭空间，笼架(3)将封闭空间分成上、下两部分，笼架(3)上设有通气孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的猪皮狗咬胶的薰烤装置，其特征在于：当薰笼(2)直径大于50cm并小于120cm时，烟雾发生器(1)至笼架(3)的距离不小于20cm，笼架(3)至笼盖(4)的距离不大于25cm。
