本发明有关一种具有一个配置在轮轴之下的车桥的轴,该轴优选地被用在低车架客车中。为能在客车中获得尽可能低的上车高度,则将轴的车桥相对于轮轴安置得较低。为能实现柔性的驱动方案,则优越地通过一位于轮上的驱动电机来驱动每个被驱动轮。该驱动装置的宽度则决定了客车中的通道宽度,而该通道宽度则不应超出一个最小宽尺寸。因此便必须将轮驱动装置的最大部件以及轮制动器放置于轮圈之内。
从德国专利1227783中已知一种带有一轮驱动器的轴,其中应用一个电动机作驱动电机,该电动机共轴地驱动一个行星齿轮级的一内中央齿轮,其轮幅与轮子相连接。作为制动器则公诸有一种鼓式制动器,它共轴地被配置在电动机周围。轮子力经电动机壳体被传递进车桥的一接收部,在该接收部中被插入有该电动机。由于电动机壳体被插入车桥的接收部中且与车桥抗扭性地相连,因此在电动机壳体与接收部间由于轮子力或配合的接触腐蚀而引起的大的力作用便可能使两者的连接配合产生磨损。此外也不可能在轮圈内采用一种盘式制动器来替代该鼓式制动器,因为在轮圈内设有给出盘式制动器操作装置的安装空间。在采用一个盘式制动器的场合,该驱动器尺寸则极大地伸长,由此导致在客车中较小的换通道宽度。
德国实用新型DE 29518401 U1公布了一种轴,其中一个轮子是通过一电动机来驱动的,其中该电动机位于车桥中。车桥则配置在轮轴之下。由于电动机位于车桥中的缘故,因此车桥在电动机的区域中要求有足够的安装高度来接收电动机。而这对客车的上车高度则带来负面的影响。
WO 98/40235公布了一种驱动装置,该装置尤其用于客车,在该装置中一辊轴的每个轮子均由至少一个电动机所驱动。控制杆和弹簧架与车桥连接,其中该车桥具有一个门距离。驱动电机完全配置在轮圈外部,由此该驱动装置则要求有很大的结构空间。
本发明的任务是提供一种轴,尤其是一种用于低车架客车的轴,其中每个轮子均由一个驱动电机所驱动,该轮子由一盘式制动器所制动且该轴被如下地设计:使得轮驱动器绝大部分地能被安放进轮圈中,且车桥仅仅要求很小的高度来获取在低车架客车中尽量大的通道宽度以及低的上车高。
本发明的任务是用一种上文所述的,且具有主权利要求所述特征的轴来解决的。
根据本发明,该轴由一个配置在轮轴之下的车桥和多个驱动轮所组成,这些驱动轮各自用一驱动电机、优选地为一电动机或一个液压马达所驱动。在轮圈中大部分地方占有一盘式制动器,该制动器由一操纵装置所操纵。驱动电机具有一相对于轮轴的轴向偏移,由此相对于该轴向偏移则产生一安装空间,在该空间中在轮圈与驱动电机间可安装制动器及其操纵装置。驱动电机到轮轴的轴向偏移优选地朝下形成,但也可顺着或逆着行驶方向形成,这样制动器操纵装置的位置则同样可移动。为制造一个尽可能大的轴向距离,优选地选择一种减速器,其中为驱动电机所驱动的驱动轮一方面与一个空心轮、另一方面则与一个或两个中间轮相啮合,该中间轮同样经一中间轮来驱动该空心轮。轴向距离也可通过其它减速器来实现。空心轮优选地经另外一个行星齿轮级与从动装置相连接。由于在第一减速器中由驱动电机所驱动的齿轮与空心轮相啮合,则可取得最大可能的轴向距离,且由于该由驱动电机所驱动的齿轮还与一个或两个中间轮相啮合,因此可十分紧凑地实现该第一减速器,因为由驱动电机所产生的转矩在这种情况下可被分配到多个齿轮啮合上去,驱动电机的壳体一方面抗扭地与轴的接收齿轮力的轮毂载体相连接,驱动电机的壳体另一方面则具有紧固件,车桥和轴的悬挂件以及控制杆可被安置在这些紧固件上。轴的悬挂件和驱动电机的壳体也可实施为整体的。由于电动机壳体接收齿轮力且经悬挂件和控制杆以及车桥传递该力,因而可将驱动电机到轮轴的轴向偏移的大小这样地来加以选择,使得盘式制动器以及盘式制动器操纵装置的大部分能被装入轮圈之中。由于第一减速器可被非常紧凑地加以实现,因而可将驱动电机的一部分配置到轮圈内。这样能实现在客车中的一种十分紧凑的驱动器以及一种大的通道宽度。电动机壳体传递总的齿轮力。为此车桥必须不直接与轮毂相连,这样轮驱动器的重量被减少且通过对无弹性质量的减少达到了对行驶性能的改进以及对路面的维护。由于车桥并不围住驱动电机壳体且直接与轮毂相连接,因此可以将驱动电机壳体这样来设计,使得能通过内部或外部的通风道来冷却电动机且能自由地选择用于驱动电机的能量输入的配置方式。车桥优选地被实施为矩形轮廓形状的,由此能使车桥高度减小,由此能在客车中实现一种低的上车高度。在车桥上安置有位于下方的斜控制杆,它们经一块焊接板能柔性地被固结到车桥上。该板也可实施成能被拧上的或浇铸成的。由于轮驱动器支配两个减速器,这两个减速器是优选地实施成斜齿啮合的,因此可使用一种十分紧凑的、其结构长度和直径尺寸均很小的驱动电机。通过使用斜齿啮合的减速器,则能提供一种噪声小的驱动器。

Claims (7)
