Abstract

本发明涉及使用碘处理水和饮料,并可用于碘化由饮用水制备的饮料,及生产含有相应碘量的矿泉水。至此,本发明包括现有技术的可饮用水处理法(除去机械添加剂)、将所述水与一种或多种碘化浓缩液混合,最后在将其加入市售的容器内之前,过滤溶液。使水和饮料碘化的方法使用含有大量碘的装置,将一种或多种天然的或人造的碘化浓缩液加入所述装置内,直到最终产品的碘浓度在50μg/dm3-250μg/dm3范围内,同时铜的浓度不超过1000μg/dm3,这种简单的技术可以使该方法大规模地用于碘化矿泉水,及生产各种各样的饮料,还可以使用天然的或人造的碘化浓缩液或它们的混合物。

Description

水和饮料的碘化法
技术领域
本发明涉及用碘处理水和饮料,并用于碘化由饮用水制备的饮料,及制备含有预定浓度的碘的矿泉水。
现有技术
我们已知一种水处理法,即使所述水通过含有杀菌剂的卤素,而所述杀菌剂为由含有氨基和吡啶基团及氯离子、溴离子或碘离子的化合物制备的纤维,和由所述纤维制备的可纺纤维或无纺纤维(1993年12月8日发布的RU2038324,C02F1/50,1/28)。
上述方法的问题是由该方法处理的水和饮料实际上缺少残留的碘,因而不足以将这种重要的化学元素供给饮用水和饮料的消费者。现已证明人体内缺碘会引起呆小病、聋哑病、不育症、早产并严重地降低人的耐力。
实质内容和结果与本发明密切相关的一种方法是一种通过含有碘的过滤元素使其过滤,从而使饮用水碘化的方法(1997发布的UA21214)。现有技术的方法包括下列步骤:预先处理饮用水,通过含有碘的一层材料过滤该饮用水,然后用吸收已被处理的部分水的吸收剂纯化所述饮用水,将这种水与没有经过吸收过滤器的水混合。
上述公开的方法的缺点是不能按需要额外将其它有用的化学元素同时加到水和饮料中,而且将特定量的碘加入饮料具有许多困难,而且该方法不能用于生产天然的碘浓缩液和人造的碘浓缩液。
公开本发明
本发明的目的是提供一种使水和饮料碘化的方法,其中天然或人造碘浓缩液的母液(浓缩液)与饮用水混合,以便将取自浓缩液的碘和其它有用的化学元素同时添加到水和饮料中。
所述方法适于生产具有与一些所需的化学元素相关的持久品质的饮用水和饮料。
使水和饮料碘化的方法实现了本发明的目的,其中该方法包括预处理饮用水步骤(除去机械杂质)、将水与一种或多种碘浓缩液混合步骤、最后在装入瓶以前,过滤最终产品。
实施本发明的最佳实施例实施例1
在测量仪器(容积为100L)内处理水和饮料,该测量仪器装有搅拌器和使饮用水及碘浓缩液流入的上入口,和最终产品流出的下出口。在进入测量仪器前,用开口为0.5微米的预过滤器过滤饮用水。在整个实验过程中,饮用水的温度保持为17℃,总的矿化度为0.3μg/dm3。碘浓缩液的入口与测量装置连接(容积为10L),该测量装置装满了“乌克兰碘化浓缩液”矿泉水,碘含量为3.0μg/dm3。测量仪器装满了过滤饮用水(容积为50L)。然后,驱动搅拌器,将1.66L的饮用水和“乌克兰碘化浓缩液”矿泉水同时加到仪器中,直到达到100L的刻度。因此制备出了碘含量为50μg/dm3的用于销售的碘化饮用水。
虽然使用“乌克兰碘化浓缩液”矿泉水可以碘化饮用水,但还是加入矿泉水含有的微量元素,以制备最终产品,其中镁具有重要的作用。实施例2
除使用充满碘浓度为7μg/L的8L的“乌克兰碘化浓缩液”矿泉水和铜浓度为30μg/dm3的2L的铜盐水溶液的测量仪器外,按与实施例1相同的方法实施本发明的方法。按上述进行使饮用水碘化的方法,同时将10L的混合物加入测量仪器内。从而制备出碘浓度为560μg/dm3并含有大量铜的碘化饮用水,而且还增加了碘的生物活性。实施例3
除用野生玫瑰浸入液代替饮用水外,按与实施例1相同的方法实施本发明的方法。按上述实施野生玫瑰浸入液的碘化法,同时将碘浓度为7μg/dm3的35.71L(几乎四倍多)的“乌克兰碘化浓缩液”矿泉水加入测量仪器内。从而制备出碘浓度为2500μg/dm3的碘化野玫瑰饮料。
工业应用
这种简单的工艺条件实现了本发明的方法,而且本发明的方法还可以大规模地用于碘化矿泉水,及生产各种各样的饮料,还可以使用天然的浓缩液、人造的浓缩液或它们的混合物。

Claims (2)

1.一种使水和饮料碘化的方法,该方法包括水或饮料通过预过滤器步骤,在碘化装置内使水或饮料碘化步骤,其特征是在水或饮料碘化的过程中,将一种或多种人造的或天然的碘浓缩液加入碘化装置内,直到最终产品的碘浓度为50μg/dm3-2500μg/dm3
2.据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是人造的或天然的碘浓缩液中的一种浓缩液含有铜,并在碘化的过程中加入所述浓缩液,直到最终产品的铜浓度最大为1000μg/dm3
